Destination Wedding Dream
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Platinum Beach Weddings and their entire team. I was already very impressed at the pre-wedding planning and thorough communication along with the value of the package we selected. But when a last minute medical emergency arose, the PBW team stepped up like no other wedding team ever could have. We have so much gratitude for their support. Suffice it to say, we still had our wedding with their help and it exceed all of my expectations. Susan was a delight to have photographing and coordinating the ceremony. The decor was perfect and the "petite" bouquet was beyond beautiful. It was a truly special experience. Thank you for making our wedding dreams come true in the Florida sand! -

Exactly What We Were Hoping For
Angie and the team at Platinum Beach Wedding we absolutely wonderful to work with. Angie answered all our questions and worked with us to customize the Forever-I-Do package to fit our desired aesthetic and budget. We always felt in-the-loop, reassured, supported, and accepted by Angie throughout each step in the planning process/day-of, which definitely helped alleviate any out-of-state wedding-planning anxiety! Over the 12 months between our initial outreach and the wedding day, I would say our communication was most frequent in the first month (setting up/reviewing contract) and the last month (more specifically, the last 2 weeks) as we confirmed all the details, though multiple other emails (initiated by us) were exchanged in between. Angie directed us where to obtain the beach permit (was very easy to do), sent multiple emails back-and-forth to ensure décor elements, and selected The Most Amazing photographer (shout out to David Rojas at Clearly Captivated Photography – cannot speak highly enough of his kindness, dedication, and the quality of the work). We were married on Marco Island (South Public Beach) in November 2022 by our own officiant with our own music and decided to opt out of the chair sashes, chandelier, table, and seashell/starfish accents (so I cannot comment on these pieces). The 4-post arbor and bamboo chairs were exactly as we would have hoped, the white linen drapery over the arbor was clean, elegant, and actually white (hard to keep white things crisp!), and the brown lanterns were the perfect compliment (we swapped in the lanterns from the Seaside Romance package). The florals for the arbor were also stunning – and very fresh/alive despite an unusually hot day!! Angie communicated clearly and effectively with our photographer and was able to add an additional 90-minutes of photography to our package, per our request. All was set-up perfectly before any guests arrived, and Angie did a great job keeping us as the wedding couple apart so we didn’t spoil the “first look” down the aisle. Angie and Jenny were with us day-of and even took a video of us driving away in our decorated golf-cart and sent it afterwards: a perfect example of going above and beyond. We are so grateful to them & the rest of the Platinum Beach Wedding team for helping to make our day magical. -

We had an amazing experience with Susan and Platinum! Susan did an amazing job, down to the very last detail, and really helped bring our vision to life. She coordinated virtually everything (in under three months!), which removed a lot of the unnecessary stress that comes with wedding planning. Susan’s expertise and fun, laid back, level-headed personality made the entire process easy. She is great at keeping you on track and even gave my husband and I each a much needed pep talk just before the wedding. 🙂 She is incredibly sweet and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is just perfect. Amazing service!
Our wedding was seamless with Platinum. Any question I had was answered promptly and everything we asked for was done. They made our simple beach wedding beautiful with the decorations and flowers. Friendly staff and professional. Our pictures were gorgeous! -

Perfect arch

I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who is planning a beach wedding in the Naples area. I was worried about how my wedding would turn out since I lived more than 100 miles away and all of our communication was mainly through email. But everything turned out great! Angie and the team at Platinum did a fabulous job at our beach wedding. We could do all the planning with them remotely and she was very responsive. It was overcast that day but she and her team managed the event so we got the ceremony and pictures finished in between the rain. Venue was set up beautifully and the officiant and photographer were top notch! -

Susan's help through the planning kept us focused on what needed to get done. Her incredibly creative ideas and past experience made planning our day so much easier. We had 160 guests and almost all told us it was one of the best weddings they ever attended. I had a smile on my face the entire day and never had to worry about a single detail. I was told by the catering staff they have never seen such a relaxed bride. Susan and Angie were amazing! They helped last minute with getting flowers, when my other plan fell through! They made me feel like i wasnt just another bride, like i really mattered. I knew everything would turn out perfect in their hands! The day of the wedding was beautiful! Susan photographed the wedding. She was so much fun, and we were all laughing during the photo shoot!!! Susan even got us a ton of pictures early for our reception, which meant so much to us! Platinum Florida Wedding was wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone getting married in Florida! Susan and Angie were amazing. By the end, I thought of them as friends. Amazing company, and we'll worth it! Stress free marriage that is absolutely stunning!!! -

Amanda Sent on 04/19/2018The Staff at Platinum Florida Wedding Company was beyond amazing!! I live in Michigan and was planning my wedding to be on Fort Myers Beach where my husband I used to live. The planning was difficult until I started working with these wonderful ladies. We worked with Angie and never once did she make me feel like I was being a “bridezilla” when I changed my mind and guest count 1000 times! She is so sweet and pleasant to speak with over the phone! Very understanding and explains things thoroughly! All of the times I called, they answered, every email I sent, they responded quickly. I never would have been able to plan my PERFECT day (which it absolutely was) if it weren’t for them. It was everything I imagined it would be! I cannot thank them enough for making me feel special and important. This company is HIGHLY recommended by me!

Jennifer Sent on 09/23/2017Angie and the staff at platinum weddings were top-notch. My wedding day went left - we had a TON of rain and wind and it just wasn't happening on the beach like I wanted. But Angie kept in constant contact with me and we made the call to move the ceremony to my reception site. Her and my reception site coordinator handled everything else and it was lovely. I purchased more photography time through them, and honestly loved everything. They were quick to respond and answer my questions. -

Living in Illinois i was super nervous about things working out the way i truly wanted them to.... well my fear was set to ease the minute i walked down the isle. it was everything i had ever envisioned it could be. The flowers were spot on, the music just the right time, and the entire set up was gorgeous!!! I had made a few request and they met every one. The pictures we have are great I can not wait to get the ones from Platinum Wedding Photography. Our photographer was so great and she had so many good ideas that made our pictures unique and special. The decor was beautiful and exactly how I envisioned it and the flowers were perfect. Susan is great at what she does, she really gets bride and grooms and really knows how to make things come to life. I would highly suggest anyone wanting to do a beach wedding or a Florida wedding in general to use Susan and her crew. Everyone was so nice and professional. I love the intimate feeling we got, it felt like just me and my groom standing alone on the beach.
