Heather and her team worked with me over a span of 2 years in planning and preparing for our special day. From touring multiple venues (some of them hours away) to visiting bridal shops with me to find the perfect dress. Our special day, 9/21/24, was literal perfection down to an impromptu sun shower during our ceremony that the PMP team prepared for and rearranged within minutes. None of this would've been executed without Heather and her PMP team. Everything was perfect even my vision was not as grand as how everything came out. Heather is definitely the bomb in what she does and I was blessed with a new friend in the process! My husband and I are so grateful for everything the PMP team did before, during and after our wedding! -

Heather the rest of Planner Makes Perfect were professional, organized, and communicative throughout our wedding process. We purchased the month/day of coordination package and got so much more than that. Heather was on top of our plans several months ahead of time and thoroughly read through all of our contracts and communicated with our vendors. She quickly and calmly responded to a last minute change to our wedding venue. Heather answered our questions in detail and within 48 hours. She respected our less than traditional wedding plans and was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend hiring Planner Makes Perfect for your wedding! -

I hired Heather from Planner Makes Perfect based off reviews, and honestly, I'm glad I did.
I have severe anxiety and Heather was more then understanding. She always let me know what was happening and when. She used simple to use charts and planned every hour of my wedding and reception. She even created the seating chart when I got stressed out and forgot. She was always available,providing multiple methods of communication and kept in constant contact. I never had to call twice or leave a message. When it came to hiring a DJ and photographer, I took her recommendation and hired them both. Overall, I would highly recommend her for your next event -

Heather is absolutely incredible! She is punctual, super efficient and thinks quickly on her feet to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible! Her team made transitions seem less and the decor was gorgeous! People haven’t stopped raving about it and simply put.. we couldn’t have done it without her. -

Planner Makes Perfect was fantastic!
Heather and her team at Planner Makes Perfect did an amazing job helping us coordinate and plan the final details of our wedding the month before our wedding. I was searching for a Wedding Coordinator to help us with the final details of our wedding and we also did not want to be bothered with details on the day of. I received multiple references from WeddingWire for a Coordinator, and Heather by far stood out because she not only sent me detailed information, but also wanted to talk with me prior and get to know us before we decided to go with her. None of the other companies would talk with us prior, they all wanted us to sign the contract first. Heather was professional yet friendly at all times throughout the process. We had a smaller wedding but with tons of decor, flowers, multiple bands, rentals, etc and Heather coordinated all of this for us seamlessly, and our wedding was better than we could have imagined! Heather also needed to work with the Venue team which at times challenging but she took the pressure off of us and we were able to fully enjoy our wedding and guests. We highly recommend Planner Makes Perfect if you are looking for a coordinator or full planner, Heather and her team will exceed your expectations! -
