Hiring Danielle as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I can say with complete honesty that we would not have made it through the planning process — let alone the wedding day — without her. She is unbelievably organized, thoughtful, and truly amazing at what she does.
From the beginning, Danielle brought a calm confidence that instantly made us feel supported. She took care of every detail, big and small, so that we could actually enjoy the experience rather than stress over logistics. On wedding day, she made everything feel effortless. She kept the timeline perfectly on track, handled every vendor with ease, and made sure we never had to think about what came next. All we had to do was soak in the moment.
Her presence took away every ounce of stress and anxiety. Beyond her talent and professionalism, Danielle is warm, kind, and a joy to be around. We cannot recommend Danielle highly enough. She is the reason our day ran seamlessly and felt so magical. She is truly one of a kind! -

Danielle is the perfect wedding day coordinator for so many reasons. Even though we felt very prepared on our own, she was so helpful with making sure we were doing everything on the right timeline (we would have booked hair and makeup way too late without her!), she was so patient with all our questions, and most importantly, she maintains this really warm and calming presence throughout all the planning and on the day-of, giving off the completely accurate vibe of “Don’t worry. I’ve got this.” She was an essential part of our wedding in the flow, schedule, coordination with vendors, and wrap-up at the end of the night. If you have the chance to hire a wedding day coordinator, you could not find someone better than Danielle at Planned Perfection! -

Danielle at Planned Perfection was a literal rockstar for us. We hired her as a day of coordinator but she did so much more than that, answering all of my questions throughout the process, helping with recommendations, organizing all timelines for the day of, and being SO incredibly responsive and organized. When the day of the wedding came, Danielle and the Planned Perfection team made everything seamless, helping everyone flow from one room to the next so easily, making sure we had everything we needed at all times, and helped pack up everything at the end of the night so there was nothing outstanding. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Planned Perfection, particularly Danielle, our wedding planner.
Our venue required, at a minimum, a day-of coordinator and provided a list of companies we could choose from. Since we live in Philadelphia, we quickly decided to hire a full-time planner since we're unfamiliar with the wedding scene in Lancaster. We spoke with Danielle over the phone, and immediately felt comfortable with her, and decided to go with Planned Perfection. It was one of our best decisions throughout the wedding planning process.
Danielle was a dream to work with. She's responsive, personable, unflappable, and immediately understood what we wanted our wedding day to look and feel like. The vendors she recommended and that we ultimately hired were all equally wonderful, and we felt like we were in good hands every step of the way.
During the wedding weekend, she and Steph ensured everything went smoothly — the venue was decorated, everyone stayed on schedule, and they even helped put out a few fires I didn't know about until after the wedding. My husband and I could, essentially, just show up and enjoy the wedding, and not have to worry about the small things.
I have said to my friends that Danielle is worth her weight in gold, and that, if I woke up tomorrow and had to plan my wedding all over again, I'd choose to work with her again in a heartbeat. We are both so thankful for her hard work bringing our day to life. -

Where do I even begin? I’ll start with this, if you think you don’t need a wedding planner or day of coordinator, let me tell you you’re wrong, you do. I speak from experience and being so happy to be wrong in my assumption, and to be graciously led through every step of the process of planning and having a wedding by Planned Perfection and specifically Kellie Kemper. She was recommended by our venue, Rosewood Farms, and from the first time we met with her, we knew it was the perfect match.
Contrary to popular belief and common assumptions, I was not the groom to be who would sit back and let everything be taken care of, just show up and smile the day of. Even with my neuroticism and perfectionism, Kellie was so kind, patient, and informative from start to finish. There were so many things in the wedding planning process I was both unaware of and unprepared for. Kellie was so amazing in listening to my ideas and providing a safe space to express any thoughts or concerns. She was truly dedicated to helping the vision I had planned for the wedding come true.
Whether it was communicating via email, text, or check-in via video chat, she always had a wealth of knowledge and information to provide us through any current stage of planning and any upcoming steps we should prepare for and be aware of. The months both seemed to drag by and to go by in an instant. Kellie and her team were always present and making sure that we felt comfortable, supported, well taken care of, and prepared for the biggest day of our lives.
The final walk-through served as the last big mountain to climb before the big day. Kellie was present and attentive, helping us work through any hiccups we would deal with from time to time with any particular vendor. The ability to navigate so many different relationships and working styles and find a way to have them all culminate into a seamless effort always continued to amaze us.
Our wedding provided a particularly unique aspect of blending both Christian and Jewish traditions. Planned Perfection was proactive in learning about all the particular rules of kosher food and ensured that we had proper place settings, cutlery, and every other minutia that comes with the experience.
When I say it would have been perfectly understandable for Kellie and her team to unplug given the amount of worry my fiancé and I had at various intervals, would be an understatement. Somehow, they were able to deal with all of our anxieties and provide a positive spin and outlook to help us feel right at home.
Even as early as 7 AM in the morning of the wedding, Kellie and her team somehow managed to field any last-minute questions, changing to seating arrangements or cancellations. On a day with so much potential for chaos, even with little hiccups, Kellie was there to smooth them all out. Every other vendor moving in lockstep to craft this vision, the perfect day. On top of everything else at the end of the night, in what felt like a blink of an eye, all of our leftover supplies were organized and nearly packed up in our vehicle for easy departure. Kellie had even helped with the post-wedding adjustments and emotions.
Getting married has been the best decision and journey of my life. Choosing Planned Perfection and Kellie is a decision I’ll always be proud of and a relationship I will always be grateful for. -

From the very beginning, Diana and her team were absolutely wonderful. I was so anxious and worked up about so many parts of the wedding planning process, and she not only listened with empathy (and lots of patience!) but also provided helpful advice, planning expertise, and coordination. I am positive I didn't see even a 10% of what she did behind the scenes to make the day seamless. The day of, everything went more perfectly than I can describe--it was smooth, easy, and intuitive. The BEST decision we made throughout our entire wedding. If you're even considering hiring a wedding planner... we could not recommend Danielle and the Planned Perfection team more. When we first started down this wedding journey, my husband and I decided we wanted to take on a three-day wedding celebration; unfortunately, we also found out that we weren't actually good at planning everything needed to make that happen. Danielle made that a complete non-issue. She guided us EVERY. STEP. OF. THE. WAY. She had the perfect blend of thoughtful guidance, check-ins, and brainstorming sessions mixed with a calming confidence that NEVER made us feel overwhelmed or guilty for missing any of our deadlines (Danielle, if you're reading this, we still can't figure out whether or not it ever bothered you that we would take 2 weeks to respond to emails haha).
If we wanted to, we could write for days about every single nuance she handled, about how on our wedding day we didn't ever worry about a single thing, about how there were a million things happening in the background but we just got to enjoy every single second of our day... but for anyone reading this review, just know that you could not make a better choice and we mean that from the heart. The Perfect Wedding Weekend
Danielle Prince and her team are amazing. She helped us with every detail of three wedding-related events - the Welcome Party, the Wedding, and the Thank You Brunch. Her recommendations were all spot on, and her organizational skills and follow-through provided comfort throughout the process. The events were seamless. Also, during the three days of activities, there was nothing that the team could not handle. The list of last-minute items they address is endless, but a few stand out because no one should expect the wedding planner to have an immediate fix or pay attention to every little detail. Removing oil from a bridesmaid's gown, hemming my dress so I could safely perform the mother-groom dance, and making sure the tables at the brunch were constantly replenished, to name a few.
We simply could not have pulled this off without them and I feel blessed that we were lucky enough to find them. -

We can’t even put into words how fabulous our experience with Cindy and the entire Planned Perfection team was. Cindy was available for months leading up to our wedding to answer our questions, handle communication with vendors, and calm our nerves. When we had to transition to a backup plan due to weather, Cindy provided valuable advice and much needed comfort. She and her team helped put together a beautiful backdrop for us that turned out so beautiful in pictures! On our wedding day, she was BEYOND helpful. She and her team checked in when we needed them to, kept us on track for getting ready and photos, and completely transformed our venue space while bringing our entire wedding vision to life. Outside of wedding planning, Cindy’s caring personality and kind heart shined bright. It was evident how much she truly cares about her couples and wants nothing but the best for them. So many of our family and friends commented how wonderful she was, just going to show how hard she worked throughout the day (all while being pregnant too, lol). You know when you meet those people who honestly love what they do and it's so clear their work brings them joy? That's what working with her was like. Everything you read about this team is true - if you have the opportunity and budget, we will forever recommend the Planned Perfection team, specifically - Cindy! We were unsure on hiring a day-of-coordinator due to our budget, but after having gone through the last almost 2 years with Cindy, we wouldn't have had it any other way! She was truly a dream come true for our wedding process. Someone to bounce questions and ideas off of, get advice from on a nightmare vendor we regretting hiring, her expert list of recommended vendors, her professionalism throughout the entire process - and she's just about the kindest person we've ever met. I cannot imagine trying to plan my wedding without the help of Diana and Danielle. Their guidance was absolutely invaluable. They helped walk us through everything, from that first venue tour to cleaning up the reception and packing up our cars at the end of the night. If you are planning a wedding, you NEED Danielle from Planned Perfection in your life because Danielle is like having an expert wedding planning fairy godmother on your shoulder giving all the tips and tricks you didn’t even know you needed.
Danielle perfectly executed our outdoor ceremony and tented wedding reception for 200+ people on my parents’ property. Entering the reception felt like I was in a wedding magazine - from the table settings to the floral installments, to the wishbone chairs, the accent pieces - everything was exquisite and had come to life after just 4 months of planning! So outdoorsy, so rustic, so bright and airy - exactly what we envisioned for our special day! Not only was it aesthetically beautiful, but all the coordination that Danielle executed was incredible. Using a field as a venue requires an extensive amount of logistics and between multiple generators, the threat of a downpour, lots of décor and details I made myself, there’s a lot of room for something to go wrong but Danielle made everything run so smoothly and seamlessly. I could truly enjoy EVERY moment of my wedding day thanks to Danielle and her team. Also, she takes care of all the annoying details so you can focus your attention on the pretty details. Danielle went well beyond her “day-of-coordination” with all the preplanning help she provided. She was always available for texts/phone calls/emails, etc.
My husband and I cannot thank Danielle and her three assistants from Planned Perfection enough for everything they did to make our wedding day the most perfect, surreal, dreamy, flawless (insert ALL the amazing adjectives here!!!!) day that we ever could have imagined. -

I contracted with Planned Perfection for their "Day of Coordination services, and it was one of the best decisions I made. We had many challenges with the bride's arrival that required a continuously changing itinerary, and Cindy Ray and Planned Perfection never blinked. Our guests were never aware of the changes we needed to make due to Planned Perfection's professionalism and ability to pivot at a moment's notice. Do yourself a favor and book your wedding and reception with Planned Perfection. They will allow you to truly enjoy your special day. -

I would highly recommend hiring Diana, Cindy and the Planned Perfection team for your wedding day. I am so glad that my cousin recommended them to us. They made the days leading up to our wedding and our wedding day stress-free. Leading up to the wedding Diana was always there to hop on a phone call with us and to answer all our questions over email or the phone. She helped us with last minute details about the shuttles from the hotel, the flower petals and much more. We cannot thank her and her team enough for taking care of any little glitches that happened on the day of. They were great at communicating all the changes or updates to all the vendors. Mike and I were truly able to enjoy our day. They reminded us to eat our dinners and even helped stand by our table so we could eat for a few minutes without being interrupted. Having Cindy and the Planned Perfection team as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions that we made in our wedding journey. Like most couples these days, we dealt with a lot of Covid hurdles and a extended engagement after having to change our venue and date. Cindy helped us through every step of the process. Throughout the planning she was extremely detailed oriented, very responsive and organized.
The weeks and months leading up to our wedding, Cindy helped us with our timelines, participated in meetings with our venue, and communicated with all of our vendors. The day of the wedding the Planned Perfection team were with us from the beginning to the end and solved issues before we even knew about it. We received so many compliments that day and for weeks after from our guests, vendor teams, and the venue staff on how amazing and professional the Planned Perfection team was. We appreciate them making our wedding so special and carefree! -

If you view your wedding as the fairytale start to your happily ever after, then the Planned Perfection team would be equivalent to your fairy godmother!
We worked with Danielle after pivoting our wedding from the Marriott at Penn Square to my parents' backyard. Coordinating a wedding at a private residence is a lot more intensive than a wedding venue. However, Danielle always heard our thoughts and concerns leading up to the big day and offered input and guidance. She communicated with vendors on our behalf and was so incredibly responsive to emails, calls, and texts. On our wedding day itself, her team was on fire! Many of our families and guests commented on how helpful the team was and how smoothly the day flowed. As with any wedding day, there were a few bumps (our generator went out, I forgot a few guests on the seating chart, etc.), but many of these bumps I didn't even know about until days after!
My husband (still so fun to say that!) and I and our families cannot rave enough about Danielle and the team at Planned Perfection! Thank you!!! -

I like to think I am super organized and can figure everything out.. however.. as my wedding day got closer I was realizing that I couldn't handle this all on my own. Danielle at Planned Perfection was absolutely amazing at handling all of these details and making sure our day went as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone!! She was so calm, directed everyone/ vendors, helped move decorations, keep everything on schedule.. and more...seriously, I didn't have to worry about a thing! She was super responsive over email and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Do yourself a favor on your wedding day and hire Planned Perfection! -

I am so grateful for Diana, Danielle, and her team. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. They were so adaptive and graceful and helped me and my family/friends so much throughout the entire day. This was the first wedding at our venue and we had a few last minute changes and I didn't even notice them because they took care of it. The day flies by so quickly and they really helped me focus on what was important. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, patience, dedication and professionalism that made our day absolutely perfect. We are forever grateful! -

Ashley and her team at Planned Perfection were fantastic! They far exceeded my expectations with the services they provided. Ashley went above and beyond with supporting and facilitating my wedding planning. She was always available for consultations and to answer my questions, and thorough and detailed plans for my wedding day. Her day-of timeline that she created for the day of my wedding allowed for a seamless day. She collaborated with the rest of my vendor team to ensure a perfect event for us. It was such a pleasure working with Ashley. She was personal and professional , and was so dedicated to supporting me and my wedding day visions. Cindy and her assistants from Planned Perfection made my wedding day completely stress free. They went above and beyond and paid attention to every little detail. From the start of deciding them to coordinate our day, Cindy was on top of everything. She was there to answer all of my questions, silly or not. She gave great advice when needed. She was very organized at all times and she responded so so quickly! She made our day seamless, the coordination was impeccable and she guided everyone where they needed to be. I knew Cindy had it all under control, and I could enjoy my entire day. If you are thinking of day of coordination for your wedding day, DO IT! It was so worth it!! From getting to engaged to planning our wedding to postponing our wedding (thanks, COVID!) to planning our wedding again, Planned Perfection (and Danielle in particular!) was a GOD SEND. They helped us feel supported and organized throughout the entire process all while keeping us informed, calm, and excited about the big day! I wasn't sure how worth it a day of coordinator would be, but it ended up being the biggest game-changer of our entire wedding experience. I am not one to write reviews often, but this is one that I want to shout from the mountaintops. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further!! Cindy with planned perfections was AMAZING. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with her.
We had a rollercoaster ride with our wedding planning. We had to postpone 3 times because of the pandemic and then 2 months before the final date we found out we had to change venues. Cindy and here team were on the ball with reaching out to venues the very night we found out. I truly would have given up on planning if it wasn't for Cindy's support. She helped me reach out to all our vendors and walked me through everything that needed to be done to re-plan a wedding in 2 months. She is organized, prompt and reliable. She answers calls/texts and emails faster than my mom (and trust me, that is impressive).
I am so thankful we had Cindy and if you need a coordinator, trust me planned perfections is the one! -

Planning a wedding in 2020 came with all sorts of unique challenges, but it all came together perfectly thanks to Diana and her team at Planned Perfection! Diana was our day of coordinator, but she also helped us find vendors (and find new vendors as our plans changed) in the months leading up to the wedding. At the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Diana and her team ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time. She even saved the day with dress tape to shorten my gown so that I could dance in sneakers at the reception. We didn't have to worry about a thing because Diana had all of the details and coordinated with all of our vendors the day of the wedding. I can't thank Diana and her team enough! We had the best day. -

I hired Jonnaysa and her team for day of wedding planning services. My venue required this, however I am SO glad that we had her and knowing that now, I would have definitely chosen a day of planner if I wasn't necessarily required. Our venue was historic in nature and required vendor insurance which Jonnaysa handled for me and my husband, huge stress lifted! We had unlimited email and phone consultation and she even sent the most adorable package to us which included bride and groom emergency kits!! Her team was flawless in their ability to organize and communicate, they even took ceremony extras, gifts, and leftover food back to our hotel rooms for us so we could head to the bars for after wedding celebrations with our guests. I can't speak highly enough about her and her team!
