We had a wedding in the midst of the #CoronaVirus ya'll and Esther Yeager was there holding my hand every step of the way! We hired her for "day of" coordination and she was everything I needed her to be and more! Our wedding took place in Kilgore, Tx. at the home of my in-laws which gave us some peace of mind when it came to having 150 people on the property. Esther made sure to be in constant communication with all of our vendors to assure them that the wedding was still on! I feel so blessed that Esther was apart of our special day! She is a God send and you would be lucky to have her as part of your special day if she is available!

Fantastic! Made experience easy and fun.

I am so glad we chose Plan It! Events to help us with my daughter’s wedding!! Esther’s organization skills and experience were invaluable. Her vast knowledge of venues and relationships with vendors turned what could have been a very stressful time into a lot of fun. She organized and coordinated visits to venues, florists, bakeries and caterers. Esther met with us regularly providing timelines and guidance. She helped us with “save the dates,” invitations and wedding favors. She will do as much or as little as you need. One of my biggest concerns was the typical chaos I had heard wedding day brings. However, due to Esther and her team, I was able to enjoy my daughter and her wedding day and not be concerned with last minute details. Esther handled everything with grace and style. We made great memories not only at the wedding but during the planning process. Thank you Plan It! Events and Esther Yeager! You are simply the best.

As a mother of the bride, I want to recommend Esther Yaeger to any bride who needs a top-notch planner. Esther is very organized, communicates well, and made my daughter's wedding flow very smoothy. Our families were in different states so we relied on Esther for her excellent recommendations of vendors, which all were very professional and did fabulous jobs. Because of Esther's planning, I was a calm mother of the bride and spent my time enjoying the event and the guests. Thank you, Esther!

Esther was amazing. It is scary because I didn’t realize how important a good planner was until I booked her. She was always thinking ahead to ensure every detail was to bride/groom expectations. I appreciated her speedy responses to inquiries. The only thing I regret is not hiring her sooner. Overall my wedding was 100% better and less stressful due to hiring Esther .P.S. she is very reasonably price ,especially when compared to other planners.

Esther and her team did an absolutely AMAZING job and blew our expectations out of the water! When we began looking for planners we were very weary as we were having our wedding in Texas but planning it from New York. It was very important to find a very responsible, organized, professional and flexible planner. Esther and her team encompassed this and more. She worked out every detail for us and made us fell completely comfortable for our big wedding weekend. She also was able to understand the tone of our wedding and our style very quickly. My husband and I invited a huge variety of people mostly Food & Beverage professionals as that is the industry we are in, they also couldn't believe at how spectacular everything came out. I would say I depended on Esther for a lot of guidance as I didn't know the area, she always had the perfect suggestion and saved me a ton of time in the process. Esther was also great at keeping us on our timeline and confirming all the needed items ( vendors, band, flowers,rentals etc.) so we could have everything we wanted for our big day. Plus, we got married during the Texas Rose Festival so it was a very busy weekend but we didn't worry and everything went so smoothly. I can't say enough great things about Esther and her team and highly recommend her services!!!

I believe that having a wedding planner is essential to the wedding planning process. I will be the first to admit that I was probably not one of Esther's typical brides. My personality is very hands-on, and I'm sure there were moments when I completely took over the wedding planner's job! But, at the end of the day, I was very thankful for everything that Esther did to make my day so special. She handled all of the big and small details dealing with everything from the vendors to the wedding party and our families. I would highly recommend hiring her as your event planner for your special day!

Esther did my "day of" wedding arrangements and did my announcements. She was so knowledgeable about the wedding business. She had great ideas, but listened to mine also. She was on top of everything and she handled problems calmly and efficiently. I would highly recommend hiring her to plan and execute your wedding.

Esther and her staff did an amazing job on my daughter's wedding! They took the stress out in order for me to enjoy the day with my daughter, family, and friends! This was money well spent!

Esther is so easy to work with during the entire planning process and is there to help 24/7. She really takes into consideration your wants and needs and does not try to push her ideas on you unless you ask for her opinion. My husband and I are so happy we had her as our wedding planner and would use her again. It is definitely worth the investment.

A week before the wedding we had to change almost everything...the venue, the caterer, the number of guest! I was a nervous wreck, Esther never missed a beat, in a matter of a morning she had it all arranged, our wedding turned out better than the original

I was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner at first. I didn't know anything about planning a wedding myself, but I wasn't sure if it would be worth it to hire a planner either. After the first 5 minutes with Esther, I knew that she was professional and there was no way I could plan my wedding on my own. What would have been so overwhelming for me, came so easy to Esther and I quickly learned that I didn't have to worry about anything. I fully trusted her with our wedding and I was right in doing so. Our day could not have ran any smoother. It was absolutely perfect. I did not have an ounce of stress before, during, or after the wedding. That was worth every penny for my parents and I. No one should plan a wedding without Esther and Plan It! Events.

I am even sure where to start. Esther Yeager and Plan It! Events made my dream wedding come true!

Esther helped put together my entire wedding weekend and was amazing to work with. She is so organized and efficient and made everything go so smoothly. Esther made planning my wedding so fun and it is obvious that she loves her job!

If you have an upcoming event, I highly recommend Esther Yeager and Plan It! Events. She does day-of coordination to full service planning with extra staff and everything in between. She has great relationships with the area vendors and can make all your ideas come to life. The best decision I made for my wedding was contacting her.

Do not even know where to begin! Esther, is over the top amazing! I work in the wedding business myself, booking my wedding day coordinator one of the first few things I booked for our wedding and definitely worth every penny!!!
Esther, we do not know how to thank you enough! You made our day perfect even with all the crazy monsoon of weather! You and your staff were right there every step of the way! Esther helped us with just making her suggestions and finalizing the fine details.

From the moment I met Esther, I knew she was the planner for me. She is so out going yet relaxed so I would 't stress. She had countless connections and that was so helpful. She would suggest things and if you didn't like something she was just fine with it....she wanted us to have the kind of wedding for our daughter that we wanted. She did everything for us, from find the photographer( who was fantastic) to getting the cake. She was so accessible all the time. She returned my calls promptly, and always reassured me that everything would go off without a hitch. We had the wedding at the Dallas Arboretum at night and it was drop dead gorgeous!!! Everyone oh bed and ahhhed at the beautiful ceremony. She was at our house the morning of the wedding making sure make-up and hair was going well. We were given a time line so we knew exactly where to be and when. I could go on and on about how great Ester is; you just won't find a nicer, more efficient, kind, compassionate planner than this woman. From beginning to end, Esther was amazing in planning our wedding! Being a full time college student, living 4 hours from home, and trying to plan a wedding should be stressful but Esther made sure it wasn't! Esther understood that we had a budget to stick to, and made sure that we still got everything we wanted! On the day of, my mother and I actually got to sit back and enjoy ourselves instead of running around making sure things were taken care of; this is something that I will always be grateful for!

We used Esther with Plan It Events and we would not have had it any other way! She was always quick to respond night or day! My family and I could not have done our wedding without her. She made everything so easy for us and scheduled all of the appointments that were needed. She would also come to any appointments you wanted her to to make sure you get the best deal and to make sure that she gets all of the details she needs. Esther Yeager at Plan It's Events is the most wonderful person that you could have to plan any special occasion. She has countless connections to make your special occasion a dream come true. I didn't have a mom to help me plan my wedding but God gave me Esther and I can't say enough about her and how I feel about her and I just love her to death she made my wedding beautiful she knew what I wanted at times when I wasn't sure. Our daughter's wedding was at Centaur Arabian Farms this past weekend. Esther was very prepared and communicated often with us during the wedding process. She was a treasure of thoughtful and beautiful ideas for the wedding. When the day came, everything fell seamlessly into place. Esther seemed tireless, but never obtrusive-no detail went unnoticed and unaddressed. We have 4 daughters, and I would happily and enthusiastically work with her again!

Esther at Plan It Events put together an amazing 50th Anniversary party for my parents in The Woodlands. She took care of all the invitations, the RSVP's, and coordinating the venue and the food. She decorated the tables with the most beautiful flower arrangements of her own design that saved me a lot of money. What was most surprising to us was she located a famous award-winning cake baker in our area that we didn't even know about and the cake was absolutely delicious! My parents were so thrilled with their party, and I hardly had to lift a finger. Thank you, Esther!

I would like to say that Esther Yeager (Plan It Events) was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Esther went above and beyond to make sure that our request were carried out with EXCELLENCE. During the course of planning my daughter's wedding, my husband passed away after a short illness and neither my daughter nor I was in the right frame of mind to plan or carry out the demands of planning a wedding. Esther was very sensitive and professional in carrying out our wishes. The quality, professionalism, organization and the attention to detail was above my expectations. We were thoroughly pleased with how the wedding turned out. My daughter and son-in-law said it was more than PERFECT, and that was greatly because of PLAN IT EVENTS! God has a way of placing people in our lives that make a print/impact that will never be forgotten. Not only did she make an impact, we also made a great friend. Thank you Esther once again for everything you did to make Lauren and Dralon St. Paul's day special, I am forever greatful that the Lord placed you in our path!!!! If you are looking for someone to plan an event that will leave your guest talking for weeks about how great it was I recommend Plan It Events.

Esther with Plan It! Events was everything anyone would want in an event/wedding planner! Not only was she my wedding planner, but I felt like she became a friend to my family and myself. Anything you need, I guarantee you Esther will provide it or try her best to make sure you have it. Not only was she a huge help in making my day PERFECT, she was a HUGE, and I mean HUGE stress reliever. From addressing invitations, to frantically finding me some water so I wouldn't pass out on my wedding day, Esther was a LIFESAVER! She is very professional and dependable. Esther was there for us from our first meeting through our reception. She was upfront with us about cost, expectations, and timelines and gave an honest opinion when we needed one. Esther was also "invisible" at the appropriate times - we hardly noticed her through our reception, but everything ran perfectly!

Bonus points for sewing a groomsman's jacket button half an hour before the wedding. Esther did a wonderful job with our wedding experience and we wholeheartedly recommend her to help with yours.

Esther, with Plan It! Events was incredible to work with in planning my daughter's wedding. She was able to take her vision of a dream wedding and make it happen. Esther not only planned the wedding but also coordinated the rehearsal dinner. Her attention to each and every detail was wonderful. Esther did such a wonderful job on everything! She made the day/night go so much smoother than I ever could have imagined. The ceremony and reception sites looked so beautiful. I had many guests and family members comment on how nice she was when they asked about something at the reception. We couldn't have picked a better wedding planner!

She did a really good job and did her best to meet all of our request. I was not overly happy with some of the vendors she recommended though, such as the tux rental company and the dry-cleaners.

Try to help bride stay more within budget instead of suggesting adding more items. Respond faster to text messages and emails.
