Pinaki was fantastic to work with! She was the planner at my sister's wedding so we already knew she was fantastic and had no regrets in hiring her again. She listens, has great ideas and really helps out on the day of the wedding. She and her team organized and helped us do things up until the last minute. My wife and I had an amazing dreamlike wedding on Oct. 11-12, 2014. We had a fusion Traditional Sikh Wedding & American Reception with tons and tons of vendors and moving pieces.
Thankfully we hired the best Wedding Planners in PinkRockEvents LLC. Raakhi & Pinaki were simply God sent and thanks to PinkRock, the many events/dinners/lunches were all coordinated, and ran as smoothly as we could have ever imagined. Our wedding consisted of 2 Sangeet's, Dinners Nightly for 8 days, Wedding Ceremony & Lunch Reception at the Sheraton - Pomona (Oct 11), and finally the Classic Reception at the Nixon Library - Yorba Linda (Oct 12). The wedding timeline was followed to a T that was created and executed by PinkRock. With all these events, there were many places to have issues yet due to PInkRock's coordination, they all went off without a hitch.
A wedding is supposed to be the most Magical Experience for a couple but many times couple's are so stressed out and worried about the Wedding Festivities that they don't get the chance to enjoy the Wedding Festivities. PinkRockEvents held everything together and relieved any worry that my wife & I had during the wedding because of PinkRockEvents organization, structure, and execution. PinkRockEvents was the glue that held all the moving pieces together.
My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend PinkRockEvents, LLC for any event, especially a wedding. Without PinkRockEvents, LLC, my wife and I would not have been able to fully enjoy our special day with all of our friends and family. I worked with Raakhi from Pink Rock Events for our wedding planning. She is immensely talented, understanding and professional. She assisted us with everything we needed at any given time. She always listened to our opinions and did what was best for us. I would highly recommend her for event planning services. My wedding day could not have been possible without Pinaki and Raakhi. These wedding planners did a spectacular job in bringing my dream wedding to life. Being in Las Vegas, they were able to coordinate with outside vendors, get me reasonable rates and organize all the events. The best part was they were easily reachable and responsive. Being a bride, there are a million things to think about and to worry about. Pinkrock events took care of majority of the stress and thus executed all my wedding event with class and dignity.
The decor was amazing. The ideas they had, the vendors they suggested and the execution of the events all tied in together very well! They dealt with any issues there may have been from the vendors or venue, relieving stress from us and our families the day of the wedding. Both Raakhi and Pinaki are awesome to work with and very easy to communicate with. They are wonderful wedding coordinators!

Pink rock is absolutely amazing!!! They made my wedding everything that I possibly dreamed of and more :) they were super professional, always reliable, and always willing to get things done. They are really open to ideas and willing to work with you to create the wedding of your dreams. They love what they do and get really excited about each and every wedding that they plan. There are an exceptional company and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding!! If you're like me, you're a bride who has never been fond of weddings. I never fantasized about outfits or venues or bridesmaids or the perfect day let alone the perfect man. I was lucky enough to find my perfect man and we knew we wanted to build a life together and that really was enough for us. So when our families interrupted our bliss by pleading with us to have a big fat Indian wedding, we agreed. We had no idea what that really meant and without Raakhi from PinkRockEvents I'm not sure we would've made it to our own wedding. She was patient, understanding, flexible, worked with our ridiculously low budget and actually made a non wedding lover fall in love with her own wedding. We used Pink Rock Events for our wedding in Orange County in July at the St. Regis Monarch Beach. We hired them almost nine months prior to our big day and we were extremely pleased with their services!! It's easy to see that Raakhi and Pinaki love what they do and are extremely detail-oriented, organized and professional and have extensive experience working at some of the best resorts in the California.
They helped us find some vendors, but were also open to vendors I had found doing my own research. They truly listened to our vision from the beginning and helped make them a reality.
On the wedding day, their coordination was flawless. The two founders work extremely hard and tirelessly to make sure their clients get what they want. We worked with PinkRock from day one of our wedding preparations and we couldn't have been happier with the entire planning process and with the success of our wedding- it was everything we envisioned and SO much more!!! It felt like a dream and it truly would not have been possible without them! I have nothing but good things to say about PRE. They were amazing to deal with and made the process of getting married so much easier! I consider them the premier vendor for event planning and coordination and would not use anyone else. They did an amazing job and frankly became our friends throughout the process. They provided insightful advice, great recommendations for other vendors, and most importantly they have the most creative ideas! There is no way I would have been able to plan my wedding without Pinaki and Raakhi from PinkRock Events! I hired them a year out as soon as I got engaged because I knew with my fiance in another state and myself working full-time and completing a Masters, it would be an impossible task for a perfectionist bride.
Extremely familiar with our situation, they agreed to take on our 2 weekend, 400 person wedding, and on a small budget! Because nearly every bride "wants it all," there were not a lot of things I was willing to compromise. They understood, and were really helpful in finding vendors who matched our taste, and were creative in helping us save money while simultaneously helping us achieve the look and experience we wanted for our events. Both of the events they coordinated turned out beautifully, and none of my guests could tell any of it was done on a budget.
Additionally, they have great relationships with all of the Southern California vendors. Because of their reputation and experience, we were able to get some of the best vendors at really great prices. We were so pleased with the quality and energy of our events and received so many compliments specific to the flawless coordination from our guests!
