As a fellow wedding pro, friend, and now GROOM, I can’t say enough good things about Venetta! When I got engaged, there was no one that I would have called than HER to plan my wedding! She was absolutely incredible — attentive, detailed, calm, and on top of all the things. Everything turned out beautifully, just as I had seen her do dozens of times before for past couples! The owner, Vanetta Petties, is professional, detail oriented, prompt in all her responses, and truly the kindest and loveliest of women. Venetta & Becca were completely amazing. I had absolutely no problems with them & the day couldn’t have ran as smoothly without them. It would’ve been a totally different day without them. I could not recommend pink glitter events MORE! Me and my husband had no idea where to start with a wedding. We are both very busy people. We found out about Venetta and knew we had to have her! Without her, we wouldn’t have gotten married! We did full time and she made planning a wedding a breeze. She was flexible with our schedules, always replied back instantly and really made our day perfect. We would tell her what we had in mind, and she would have recommendations within 30 minutes. She is kind, she is funny, and she is extremely hardworking. When people would ask if we were getting stressed about our wedding I could confidently say no because we never had to. Venetta took care of EVERYTHING. Through the process we have felt like we made a best friend out of this. Not many people can say they didn’t have any problems the day of the wedding but honestly we didn’t. She took care of everything. Decorations, vendors, literally anything you can think of. We love her so much, and had THE perfect wedding thanks to her. Full time is the way to go!

Venetta was worth every penny we paid for her service. She answered every text and call and advised us so well on so many situations throughout the wedding planning process! She also worked hard to communicate with vendors and coordinate the perfect timeline for our wedding day. Venetta truly has a servants heart and wants the best for her clients! Winter Wedding Bliss
Venetta was SPECTACULAR. I am a person that has trouble handing the reigns off to someone or asking for help when planning. On top of that, I was planning the wedding from across the country, so we did everything on the phone and site unseen. Venetta made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all of my questions (a lot of questions) very quickly and honestly. She has tons of experience and was able to put me on the right track! Unfortunately , got sick the day before my wedding, but she handled the situation perfectly and had Cindy on stand by to step in and she did an AMAZING job. The night was perfect.

Turning Dreams Into A Reality
I have had the pleasure of knowing Venetta for over 10 years, and when I found out I was engaged, she was the ONLY person I reached out to! She is easy to work with, very organized, and helped take a lot of stress off my plate. I have some control issues, and when she told me, “that’s a Venetta thing” it was such a relief knowing there was someone to help take the load off my shoulders.
She contacted each of our vendors and made sure that everyone was on the same page for the day of our wedding. Honestly, she was always doing something behind the scenes, like setting up tables, getting the girls ready, and keeping us on schedule that it seemed like she was a ghost in action!
She is more than just a wedding coordinator. Venetta is a miracle worker, a friend, and someone who I will always be thankful for! #teamtogetherforever
Now let’s talk about Chris, our officiant. He was perfect! Not only did he take stories from our personal life & turned them into our wedding vows, but he also made the guests feel involved in our love story. Venetta was truly a delight to work with. She listens to all your crazy ideas without judgment and is actually responsive 24/7. I had initially booked her for the half day service, but as the wedding planning progressed it was clear that we needed her there for the whole day. Her calm demeanour kept me sane the entire day. She planned such a detailed day of timeline with adequate buffer time. We did not run behind at all. Even with all the craziness of that day she had time to help a wedding guest with her dress. We used Venetta as our day-of coordinator for our wedding as well as her cotton candy stand. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service Venetta provided. She worked with us well beforehand to make sure we had a solid timeline for the day and communicated with our vendors to make sure everything was in place. My wedding day was so stress free and I was able to sit back and really take it all in and enjoy it because of how comfortable Venetta made me feel. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, you need to, and you need to hire Pink Glitter Events. Pink Glitter was recommended to us, and choosing Venetta as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made. Venetta and her team were very helpful throughout the entire process, and she reached out periodically to help us out with the planning process and answer any and all questions we had. She also reached out to all of our vendors beforehand just to make sure everybody was on the same page for the day of the wedding.
Venetta was a rock star on the day of our wedding. She and her team put up our decorations and made the venue look incredible, and she made sure that our wedding and reception stuck to our timeline. We even had a minor disaster when our caterer brought us the wrong food for the reception, but Venetta handled it wonderfully. She told us she would take care of it, so we didn't have to worry about it at all.
Wedding planning is a stressful endeavor, but Venetta has an amazing sense of calm about her that melted away our stress. She and her team are kind, patient, and professional, and we absolutely recommend Pink Glitter Events.

Venetta is nothing short of AMAZING! I knew hiring a coordinator would help make our wedding day go more smoothly, but hiring Venetta and Pink Glitter Events made the entire wedding process easier. From helping coordinate all our vendors, to driving to Dallas to pick up linens, to running the rehearsal dinner, or to keeping our wedding day schedule on track, Venetta was on top of it all! She even came in clutch when we had to hire a new photographer less than a month before our wedding! My groom (who has had zero opinions on anything wedding related) made sure to tell me how much of a rock star Venetta was. I knew that I needed a wedding planner and in finding Venetta, I got what I thought I needed and so much more. From the very first interaction, she was attentive and ready to hit the ground running. her experience shines through from the start, her knowledge will save you time and money, her customer service is unmatched and while her professional credits are enough to give her a 5 star rating, she is just a lovely human being. She helped to make sure that our wedding day was perfect but not just in logistics, she took care of all of the things that we don't think about so that I could be fully present during the day. She continues to go above and beyond weeks after my wedding to make sure that our first weeks as husband and wife are as great as our first wedding moments. We loved having Chris as our officiant for our wedding! He was able to incorporate everything we asked for into our ceremony without making it long out in the heat. Venetta is a life saver
I was an out of state bride and had a hard time planning my wedding until Venetta came to the rescue! She was able to talk to me continually to make my dream wedding come true and she did not let any small details slip by. Venetta was able to book vendors within my price range and coordinate set up and drop off while communicating with me, the venue and the vendor all with ease. She was extremely organized, responsive, and caring and I never felt like I was one of many brides or my requests were too much. She was always very quick and willing to answer any questions or requests. Furthermore, Venetta was able to set up vendor meetings when I was visiting in small trips to ensure my wants were heard and I was included. Additionally, her team was as informed and responsive on the day of the wedding to ensure I had no anxiety or doubts and could enjoy my wedding day. My family, husband, and husband's family all felt very relaxed and we were able to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest with Venetta and her team taking care of everything! Wonderful birthday!
Originally Venetta was going to throw my March baby’s 13th birthday party, but that got canceled for COVID…. And then we still were doing virtual parties for the 14th birthday! But never fear, Venetta made it work, delivering beautifully-packaged balloons and cakes to each guest’s doorstep the night before, so that all the kids could be “together” while they played online games and FaceTimed. She is amazing.

Venetta was an absolute lifesaver throughout both of our covid-19 weddings in 2020. When I started wedding planning after our engagement, I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner. Boy was I wrong!!! Venetta is a serious wedding pro and helped us with things I never would have thought of. Yes, planning your wedding is really fun, but when it gets close to the date it is extremely stressful organizing all of the vendors and small details by yourself. TRUST ME. Without Venetta, I would have been under so much stress - especially on my wedding day. When our dream wedding had to be postponed, Venetta was there to help us organize a small elopement ceremony with our families AND was our saving grace when our “real” wedding occurred in December. I have never worked with someone so organized and accessible. We had constant texts, emails, and facetimes throughout the entire process and every conversation was genuine. Venetta made sure every second of our wedding day was perfect. She made sure vendors stuck to the timeline and most importantly, made sure me and my husband didn’t have to worry about a single thing. My favorite memory from our wedding day was when we first arrived at the venue. Venetta told me and my husband to walk around the venue before all the chaos started, to take in the day and have a special moment together. Venetta Petties is a blessing as a wedding coordinator and a person. We truly cherish Venetta and the time and effort she put into making our wedding absolutely perfect.

Most Amazing Wedding Coordinator
Venetta, with Pink Glitter Events, was an absolute Angel on our wedding day, and the weeks prior to our wedding day! She was always available for me to ask any questions to, at any time of the day. She made sure that all of our vendors made it to the venue on time, and got everyone set up. We had a really unfortunate event happen, and our videographer was unable to make it to the wedding. Venetta knew how important that was to me, so she called a videographer that she knew, and she immediately got in her car and drove an hour to get to our wedding. I had no clue about any of this until after the wedding ceremony, which she (and my fiancé) knew was the right choice to help me from completely freaking out! Lol. She always goes above and beyond and I truly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She helped make our special day absolutely perfect!! ♥️

Venetta was a lifesaver and my wedding would have been a disaster without her! I booked all the vendors but I was panicking about the actual planning part. We met 6 weeks out and she went over all the details and made a timeline for the whole day. She coordinated with all the vendors and the wedding went perfectly! She even set up all the decorations and cleaned up at the end of the night. Venetta made everything so easy for me, all I had to do was sit back and relax.

Venetta Petties, owner of Pink Glitter Events was a God send with their Wedding Management package. We did all the planning for vendors and décor, but as the big day drew closer we became panicked with the thought of coordination and timelines. Venetta and her assistant stepped in at 6 weeks and managed the planning and pulled off our day with perfection. They set up our venue, held wedding party to timelines and orchestrated the rehearsal, ceremony and reception seamlessly. They even packed up our décor after the guests departed for us to move out after a little post wedding celebration with our wedding party.
I cannot recommend Pink Glitter Events strongly enough. They are a tremendous value for your investment and they are a joy to work with.

I have known Venetta for many years as our kids went to school together....she is an amazing friend, individual and gifted event planned.
This is the second event Venetta planned for me.....she planned a 50th birthday party for my then boyfriend (which was amazing) and, just last weekend, planned the most picture perfect wedding that I could have ever imagined! Backyard Wedding Success !
It was so wonderful working with Venitta at Pink Glitter ! Very helpful and full of resources to plan our whole wedding event. We organized a Elegant Backyard wedding with the full works from invitations, lights, bartenders, foot catering, servers, table / chair rentals, florist, wedding cakes, linens, photographer, DJ services and minister.

By far the best!
I am so thankful that I hired Venetta with Pink Glitter Events! With all the craziness going on due to the COVID 19 pandemic she stayed on track for me! We didn't know for sure until 5 days prior to my wedding date if we were going to be able to have it or not! Once we got the okay from the venue she made sure to get the ball rolling right away and get everything finalized with all of my vendors so that my day would go off without a hitch! There is no way I could have survived my wedding day without her! Everything was absolutely perfect and I didn't have to worry about a single thing! If you're looking for the BEST coordinator around, Venetta is the one! You will not be disappointed!

Simply the best
Matron of honor here - we had a lot of ups in downs on the last five days prior to my best friend’s wedding. Venetta handled all of them and more with the compassion of a saint. There are literally not enough words in the English language to explain how amazing Venetta is. She is the epitome of grace under fire, gentleness, and love. She is who you are looking for.

Venetta is a life saver!
Pink Glitter Events was a life saver. I can’t imagine doing what we did without Venetta. She was promptly available throughout the planning process and willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions. She helped my husband and I stay on track and made sure we were always where we needed to be in the planning process so we never felt behind. She had several meetings with us and helped setup vendor meeting as well. She made it so starting with our rehearsal dinner all details were taken care of and we could just enjoy it. On the day of she took charge of everything. She was very patient and made sure all appropriate people had what they needed at all times. Venetta and her team are the secret weapon to enjoying every moment of your special day care free!

Excellent Service
Venetta, with PGE, made the wedding of our daughter a spectacular event. She provided recommendations which were spot on and we could not have done this without her. I am a type A personality but due to other pressing issues, was not able to focus 100% on the wedding. I needed help and was glad I selected PGE to take over. Venetta kept everyone on track with tasks and followed up when needed (unfortunately we did need some reminders - hahaha). Should I ever need to host another event, I would chose PGE again and again. Venetta is very professional and knows what she is talking about. You will not go wrong with choosing them as your wedding coordinator.

Made my dream wedding a reality!
Best decision I made was to hire Pink Glitter Events as our wedding planner! I had so much fun with her planning our wedding and always felt like I was just hanging out with a friend making my dreams a reality for our big day! She had so many amazing and unique ideas that really just made the day sparkle and shine. Where do I begin? Venetta was hands down the saving grace, blessings upon blessings for my wedding! Her and her team were at the venue before I got there and was hard at work setting up the venue! We weren’t going to use a coordinator at all for our wedding to save money however I went to an open house that my venue was hosting and I met her and I knew in my heart at that moment I was one way in over my head and two she has such a warm and welcoming spirit that I knew she was who I wanted to use regardless of the cost! I will always recommend her for anything and anyone! She handled getting coordinated with all my vendors even when my photographer (whom doesn’t work well with wedding coordinators) had her own schedule she tried to follow. Venetta was very professional and if anything went wrong we had no clue and no stress!

The Wedding Experience of My Dreams
Venetta, with Pink Glitter Events, was hands down the best Day of Coordinator/Set Up and Breakdown person that I could’ve asked for. Her services were very affordable, she had access to all the resources that I needed throughout the planning process, gave great vendor recommendations, was readily available anytime that I needed her and made sure everything was in place and beautiful on my wedding day. She even got me together when I almost had a panic attack in the hallway before the wedding lol. Three thumbs up!!

I found Vanetta through IG, and since the beginning she’s been super responsive, very professional and very knowledgeable. Such a huge asset to have for my wedding! Pink Glitter Events offers so many services and I’m so glad we hired them. They were able to get linens, chairs and a bartender for me. Venetta is so calm, cool & collected and I always felt at peace when asking her a question or getting advice. I felt reassured that her and her team would get the job taken care of for the big day. Venette and her helpers were great. Venette helped us plan my daughter’s wedding in four months. She met with my daughter to see what she wanted in her wedding and she went to work making it happen.
