Efficient, professional experience tailored to our needs.
We worked with Jean on coordination for our wedding reception which involved a restaurant buy-out and 90 guests. We loved Jean's hourly approach and it worked perfectly for us - we're natural planners and had most vendors secured before working with Jean but we KNEW we needed someone to help everything come together. Jean had great ideas, was responsive to how we were doing a few things differently, and did a great job checking off the boxes in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Jean was efficient and the entire experience was tailored to our needs. She anticipated issues and was on board with our vision for the reception immediately.
We'd highly recommend her for a no non-sense, professional experience! -

Highly Recommend!
We got married this past June and had Jean as our Day-Of Coordinator and couldn’t have been happier! She gave some really great advice and was extremely thorough with planning, communicating with vendors, and keeping track of all of the items we brought to the venue. She was very helpful with all of the little things that came up during the wedding and kept us updated on important things with guests, the timeline, and everything else! We were especially grateful to have her at the end up the night, as our venue didn’t allow us to keep any of our things there overnight. Jean made sure all of our items were accounted for, packed up properly, and loaded into our families’ vehicles so that my husband and I didn’t even have to think about it when we were leaving! I would 100% recommend hiring Jean for your wedding planning/coordinating needs! -

Pine Hill Events to the rescue!
We hired Jean Kintisch as our wedding planner/coordinator for our September 13th wedding at the Logan Inn in New Hope, PA, and working with her was one of the best decisions we made.
We were already overwhelmed going into planning due to a military move scheduled for the summer (which ultimately didn’t happen, but still forced several pivots and added stress), and we live in Maryland, so having someone local who could truly support us, especially on the day-of, was critical. We did much of the pre-planning and coordination ourselves because of our timeline and budget, but we had several calls with Jean throughout the process. She generously shared her expertise, helped us think through decisions, and offered guidance during the phases where we most needed a professional opinion. That balance, DIY planning with Jean’s experience layered in at key moments, worked perfectly for us.
In the days leading up to the wedding, Jean was incredibly helpful at the rehearsal, wrangling wayward family members and keeping things moving smoothly. On the wedding day itself, she truly swooped in like Mary Poppins. While the venue staff handled some setup, Jean went above and beyond: helping set up the wedding arch and photo stations masterfully, tying last-minute bows on chairs, making sure I actually ate, and keeping my husband on task with his many last-minute pet projects.
It really felt like a village came together to make the day happen, and Jean was a huge part of that village. She more than earned her keep by thinking of things we hadn’t, managing vendors during the event so we could actually enjoy ourselves, and carefully packing away all of our DIY décor afterward.
As someone who is a truly neurotic planner with military training, it says a lot that I was able to step back on the wedding day and fully trust Jean to handle things. That trust was well-earned. The next day, as we packed up the ready room, I kept finding evidence of her attention to detail and care; important items and accessories safely protected and organized, and our DIY décor secured with every piece accounted for.
From the ready room, to walking down the aisle, to final cleanup, Jean played a major role in making our wedding seamless and successful. We are incredibly grateful for her professionalism, calm presence, and dedication, and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for a planner who truly cares. -

Trustworthy, Professional, Honest
Jean was an absolute life saver and a dream come true for our 11/2/2024 wedding. I loved how flexible, fair, and straightforward she was from the very beginning. Then towards the last week prior to the wedding, she was helping put out fires and seemed to have a solution for just about any issue you could imagine popping up. She was the true glue that kept my wedding day together. There were so many invisible tasks that seemed to come together in the blink of an eye because of her. She was also INCREDIBLE with my family members, 12-year-old junior bridesmaid, and rowdy groomsman and bridesmaids. She made clean up after the wedding a breeze and allowed my parents to quickly join the after party. I could go on forever. Mostly, she made us feel safe and secure during our wedding day and I could truly trust her, 11/10 recommend to other brides and grooms. -

We could not have made it through the day without Jean. She was able to make sure all the small things were taken care of so that we could enjoy our Wedding without worry! Could not recommend her enough to anyone in search of a wedding/ event coordinator. -

Our Perfect Day
We hired Jean as our day of coordinator for our wedding day. From start to finish, Jean was attentive, responsive, professional, and just overall so pleasant to work with! She helped to make our day absolutely perfect in every way. From the little details of keeping us on time to thinking of anything I could have forgotten, there was nothing she couldn't do! I highly recommend Jean and Pine Hill Events for any event. Jean became a family member that day and we would not have wanted our day to have been handled by anyone else!! -

Seamless Effortless
I planned my daughter’s entire wedding; however, I knew I needed a second set of eyes to assist on the day of the wedding. Jean fit that bill. When we first spoke, I immediately had a great vibe and knew I wanted to work with her. She has this calm and professional demeanor that is important when planning a wedding.
Not only did Jean assist with the wedding she assisted with our rehearsal which both events were at two different locations in the city. She came in with questions and suggestions that I would not of have thought of and made things run seamlessly the night before.
The day of the wedding Jean handled everything and made my day (as mother of bride) less stressful. She managed the details and coordinated with the staff in making things run smoothly.
Having Jean with us on my daughter’s big day was amazing. I can’t thank her enough on a great experience and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to plan a successful event!
Jean, Pine Hill Events, thanks for playing a special part in our daughter’s wedding and for creating beautiful memories with family and friends in celebrating the newlyweds.

Amazing Wedding Planner
Jean was the day of coordinator for my wedding at Terrain. She also ran my rehearsal near my home. From start to finish Jean was professional, responsive, attentive to detail, and fun to work with. I appreciate that she was respectful of my nonbinary guests and how she helped advocate for my disability accommodations. Weather was terrible on the day of my wedding which led to many people, myself included, being late. Jean was on the ball the whole time and got us back on schedule. I appreciated her fun spirit and would hire her again in a heartbeat! -

Jean was a life-saver!
Jean was a truly EXCEPTIONAL day-of coordinator! She helped us tremendously in the planning stages at the two month mark, and then in the two weeks leading up to the event. She was locked and loaded to assist with vendors and appeared at any moment you needed her, even when you didn’t know that you did! When the plans changed (as they do at weddings!), she was always ready with a proposal to adjust. The day wouldn’t have been as stress-free and enjoyable if it wasn’t for Jean! Thanks, Jean! -

hired Jean to day-of coordinate my wedding this past April. I started talking to her right around the same time that I started getting overwhelmed by wedding planning and she was incredibly helpful. She made me a detailed to do list for the last 4 weeks (I was doing all wedding planning on my own), would check in to help me keep organized, made herself familiar with my other vendors and knew details about the itinerary better than I did at times! She attended the rehearsal and was there all day for me during the wedding. This was actually the first time I met her in person as I was planning from across the country, and she was so warm and became a friend immediately which helped calm my nerves. The one thing I wanted for the day of my wedding was to not worry about anything- and I got my wish thanks to Jean. It rained unexpectedly for photos and our ceremony had to be switched to a different location, but I didn’t have to worry about any of it. She was super organized, had more energy than I did all day, and made sure things went flawlessly even when we had some hiccups. Jean was a dream to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator or event planner. -

Jean took the lead to coordinate all aspects of the Sweet 16 party. She provided ideas to get the theme started and thought of every detail. She oversaw the entire process and utilized quality vendors to provide invitations, flowers, linens, entertainment, food, photography, venue, signing, etc. There was nothing we could say could have been or we would have suggested be done differently. Everything was PERFECT and everyone is still talking about it. Jean makes planning easy and fun. She required very little direction, she's quick to understand your needs and wants and delivers! I trust Jean with all my special occasions. -

Jean not only provided great service, structure, and relief to our event organizers, but she fully embraced the spirit of our event, which in this case was a fundraiser.

Jean worked with a virtual, remote team from the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation as our event planner to organize and execute our first 2-day patient education conference. She did all the legwork to find suitable locations for the event based upon our requirements, set-up visits to those locations and helped negotiate terms with the site once it was selected. She was instrumental in keeping the team focused on the details needing to get done and managed the timeline for the project plan, making sure each component was completed. She was a terrific intermediary for us with the team at the ACE Conference Center throughout the preplanning as well as during the course of the event. Her ability to get things done over the course of the event, manage the details and support the staff was critical to achieving a very successful first-time event that was executed flawlessly - at least as it appeared to the participants, which was the goal. -

Jean helped with my wife's surprise 50th party. She helped take the stress off me and organized all the food, drink, bartending, rentals, flowers, decor, etc. She is a pleasure to work with, and takes a sincere interest in what you want from your event. -

I was thrilled with the quality of service from Jean of Pine Hill Events. She has a great deal of experience that she brings to the event, knowing what will work and what won't. She has great ideas about room design, time-lines, and food choices. Jean is passionate about creating a spectacular event at reasonable cost. My party was a huge success - beautiful and elegant - and everyone enjoyed it. I attribute most of the success to Jean. And, in addition to her expertise, the proverbial icing on the cake, is Jean's ability to make you feel that you are in good hands and feel that there is no reason to stress at all. So, you actually get to enjoy the party along with everyone else. I plan to use Pine Hill Events again and I unequivocally recommend her to anyone planning a party.

We work with local meeting planners to assist us in the production of our continuing education programs all over North America. Jean stood out as among the best we have worked with.... anywhere. Our speaker at the event she assisted us with in Philadelphia wants Jean to work at all of her meetings, regardless of location.
Jean was prompt in providing follow up to our questions and concerns prior to the meeting, provided excellent service during meeting and went out of her way to send materials that had been left at the meeting by a participant directly to the participant. Kudos.
