We hired Jeremy as our day of coordinator and we couldn’t have made a better choice!
He was beyond helpful, friendly and did a great job at calming my nerves when we had a few hiccups. He was able to decorate beautifully and made sure all of our personal items were back to where they needed to be by the end of the night!
Very professional and made us feel like old friends easily!

Best day ever
I can not possibly say more enough good things about Philly With a Twist! Jeremy was our day of planner, but he was there every step of the way from day one of hiring him. There is no way we could have pulled off our wedding without him. He constantly went above and beyond what was asked of him. Jeremy constantly made us feel comfortable and helped guide us in accomplishing the vision we had set out for our wedding.
Chef Natalie is an absolute rockstar. She worked with us every step of the way to pull off the food we wanted and still keep it in our budget. She helped with special dietary needs and worked through a last minute menu change do to the venue. She also made us feel so comfortable and was so accommodating to us. Not to mention, her food was out of this world.
Their staff was so sweet and helpful. They immediately made sure I had the first snack at cocktail hour after the ceremony ( I was starving) and they continually checked on myself and my husband throughout the night. Shout out to the bartender Seanto for coming out on the dance floor to bring my cocktail to me!
We also indulged in their Eagles tailgate with our out of town guests on the Sunday following our wedding. We had so much fun, Jeremy was there to greet us with our favorite cocktails ( and shots) and Chef Natalie offered to make us fresh food on the fly!
All in all, we are so very pleased with our entire weekend with Philly With A Twist and everything they did for us. Jeremy and Natalie are an incredible team! If you’re looking for a wedding planner to blow you away with attention to detail and consideration for every single thing you want and need, Jeremy is the guy for the job!!

If you’re ever in line to walk down the isle and totally forget you left your gorgeous bridal bouquet five floors below in your venue, you need Jeremy. I hired Jeremy for day of coordinating for my wedding and thank god that I did. Even in the months leading up to our wedding, Jeremy was extremely helpful, answering any and all questions we had and meeting up with us in person. We essentially had a DIY wedding, hiring each vendor individually and I needed someone to make sure everything was going
Smoothly and on time the day of our wedding. Jeremy was the glue that kept our day together and kept every vendor working seamlessly together. Whenever I needed anything throughout the entire day, Jeremy was there. And not only as hired help, but as a friend as well. He blended in with the wedding party and the guests perfectly and seemed as though he was a guest, just volunteering to help us out. I cannot thank and recommend Jeremy enough, I am extremely thankful for
His services and his help throughout this entire process. Even if you don’t think you need a day of coordinator, you do. And his services are worth every penny and more. We used Philly with a Twist for their bartending services, DJ, and alcohol clean up. Every experience we had with Jeremy was excellent, he was incredibly quick to respond, always had helpful suggestions, and went above and beyond to assist us. The price we paid was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort he put in, and we can't say enough good things about him! The wedding itself went very smoothly, and we heard nothing but good things regarding the bar service and DJ, and our ceremony music was perfectly timed despite some last minute changes and requests on our end. -

We worked with Philly With a Twist for our wedding DJ. The team was very responsive and provided everything we needed sound-wise for our ceremony and reception. The DJ (Michael) had everybody dancing and the wedding was a lot of fun -- many folks shared afterwards that it was their favorite wedding ever :) -

Jeremy and his team were absolutely fantastic, all the way from my search for a vendor up to clean up after the event. Jeremy was one of the few vendors that actually personally followed up with me to see what I was looking for instead of sending a standardized message. Once I spoke with him on the phone I felt right at home! He was so friendly and personable and wanted to ensure I had everything I needed for my wedding. He was always in touch right up to the day of the wedding, and followed up afterwards as well. From the price to the service, everything was exactly what I envisioned for my special day! -

Flexible - our signature drink ran out of an ingredient but I wouldn't have known otherwise. Very accommodating, open to our thoughts so that our day was tailor made for us. He took our ideas and made them a reality, while still remaining practical as to serve all our guests. Thank you for helping us make our day so special!

Completely Unprofessional. Party coordinator Jeremy had me facilitate the tent delivery(I thought I was paying him to do that?) Poor Service, Not enough food and that is if they actually prepared it in the first place 100 Oysters for 140 guest 3 bags of peel and eat shrimp considered shrimp cocktail and that can be continued . All guests had to get their own chair for the table outside the tent on an access area. Only chairs on dance floor were to be carried in by guests. Bar was not set up for cocktail hour. We supplied all items for bar as well including ice. They did not have enough service people. They informed me the thursday before the wedding that the "Chef" needed to prep a few things in the kitchen, the day before all food was being done in my kitchen. They destroyed my Wolff stove,and left a complete mess. When they arrived to site at 1:30 2:30 in the afternoon, they were nasty. They left their paperwork behind and they informed their staff we were hell to work with. They came to our home and assured they had this all handled. That this was nothing out of the ordinary. Most people never saw the charcuterie cart or the seafood bar. Before everyone actually got anything both were empty with lines waiting. They just said there is no more food. What was served was good but only if you were lucky enough to get anything. I got 2 peel and eat shrimp 20 min into cocktail hour after photos. The seafood bar was scant. No oysters no crab meat or cocktail sauce at that point either. Completely empty. PLease do not let them handle your affair . We also had to pay in full prior the day before. If you use them make sure you hold 25% retention if they want your project. I dont want anyone to ever experience what we experienced.
