Perfect Timing Events was perfect!
We hired Adriana and her Perfect Timing Events team for partial wedding planning. From day one, Adriana and Maggie made us feel so special, and helped us plan our dream wedding day. Our monthly meetings with them leading up to the wedding reassured us, and they were always so organized and had great vendor recommendations. The most valuable part of hiring them was the month leading up to our wedding, and the day of our wedding. Adriana and Maggie took charge of contacting all of our vendors, speaking with our venue, and making sure everyone involved (including us and our wedding party) knew what to expect leading up to the big day. They were with us to help select vendors, walk through our venue, and were there on our wedding tasting day, and helped to coordinate our rehearsal day too. It was so great to have a true partnership with the Perfect Timing Events team! On the day of the wedding, Maggie, and several other Perfect Timing Events team members made our day go by so seamlessly and without issue. They handled the entire day with professionalism and grace, and we truly were able to experience our day fully and wholeheartedly because of them. Excellent value, flexible, great communication
Exceptional planning and coordination services for a very reasonable price. The team had experience working with more nontraditional wedding venues, and we chose Perfect Timing specifically because they had done weddings at the Perot Museum.
Adriana was a joy to work with during the planning meetings, and her suggestions for our reception were a hit with our guests. We stayed quite close to our original budget as well. Their spreadsheet system was well-designed and helpful for tracking our expenses, guest list, and ideas. It was easy to communicate with the team through email, texts, or online messages even between official planning meetings.
Big shout to Maggie, the lead coordinator who handled most of the month-of work. I can say that the weeks leading up to the wedding were less stressful than I expected with her handling all the details. On the day of, we also had Gillian and Shay, and the whole coordination team was incredibly adaptable to small delays and schedule adjustments, especially in our eclectic venue. 2023 bride here - I 100/10 recommend this team. They are all so easy to work with and to get ahold of at practically all times. They were able to help us fix literally any problem that came up, and the wedding day seemed so seamless because we had them working with us. They are also so helpful when it comes to planning and coordinating the little details - and helped me plan things that I didn't even think of before.
I couldn't even tell you if anything went wrong on the wedding day, because they are so good at managing everything behind the scenes and really just helped to make the day so great. Even when the hotel coordinator told us we couldn't use certain places in the hotel for pictures (due to another wedding), they were able to make everything work out and for that, I am so so grateful. I couldn't imagine trying to have our wedding without Perfect Timing Events and would highly recommend them. They are also some of the nicest people ever, which is just an added bonus. Have a perfect wedding with Perfect Timing Events!
If you want a wedding that is thoroughly thought out, exceptionally detailed and catered to your liking, and perfectly implemented on your special day, look no further than Perfect Timing Events! I had the pleasure of working with them from when I first got engaged to the best day of my life - marrying my husband! I got to work specifically with Adriana and Maggie, and the day of my wedding they were both there, along with the support of a third teammate, Ashley. Adriana helped make the whole process of planning our wedding both easy and fun at the same time! Adriana met with us on a monthly basis to stay on track for our wedding, and her and the team kept every detail of our wedding super organized. The Perfect Timing team shared our planning documents with us through a shared file so we could view them at any time, which gave me peace of mind that we were all on the same page throughout the process. I can tell that they work hard and efficiently to plan out every detail and contact vendors to make sure our day would be so perfect. When the day of the wedding came, the team arrived early to the venue, had a day-of document to keep everyone in the wedding party on track, and had big smiles on their faces. The whole team was so kind the entire day, and made sure my every need as a bride was met. In my perspective as a bride, nothing went wrong. They made sure that if anything did go wrong, I wouldn't know what happened! When my wedding dress strap snapped on accident, they had all the tools and sewing kit ready to fix the dress strap. After a few minutes of their sewing magic, I was back on the dance floor with a new strap and no more worries that it would break again! That just goes to show that they are always prepared for anything and everything. Our wedding turned out so perfectly, that I want to do it all over again, but only with the Perfect Timing team's help. They are truly the best! We really liked working with Adriana. She is very proactive and has a great sense of timing. We hired Perfect Timing for the "day-of wedding coordination package" so I did most of the hiring. However, when I felt lost, I received an email touching basis to make sure that all is going well. Her perfect timing helped me finalize my flower details. She referred two great vendors and helped me complete my to-do list. She went above and beyond. We are very grateful!We really liked working with Adriana. Amazing planning!
I worked with Maggie and Adriana and both were amazing !! They were both very detailed in their planning and very organized. They both made sure I was stress free during the day of the wedding! Big shoutout to Carol who was our wedding coordinator that day and was the sweetest!! Carol made our day go by smoothly and made sure to fit in activities that me and husband wanted. Perfect Timing Events to the Rescue!
With our wedding fast approaching and the planning was becoming a bit overwhelming, I reached out to one of my good friends who was married 2 years ago for the contact of her wedding planner. She directed us to Adriana, stating that she loved working because she felt like a guest rather than the host on her wedding day. We soon got in contact with Adriana a little over a month out and from there, her and her team took over. Adriana and Maggie took care of all the timeline and all the details big and small for us. Ironed out all the issues we thought of and didn't think to think of. We had meetings prior to the wedding with the both of them so that we understood how things were going to work and that we were happy with the flow of everything. They took care of contacting all the vendors and made sure they were all on the same page. When it came to the day of, we truly did feel like guests at our wedding. We did not have to worry about anything because Adriana and Maggie had thought of everything or they handled the issue before it had to escalate to us. They were perfect coordinators in facilitating the flow of guests and vendors.
They were a gift from heaven for us as there was no way we could have done our wedding day without their help. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your event. The price of their services was well worth saving us the stress and headaches of doing this our own. Thank y'all for everything!

No stress day of coordinator!
I couldn’t of pulled off my dream wedding without Adrianna and her team. She was way more than a day of coordinator and I carried absolutely no stress because of Perfect Timing Events. I was referred to Adrianna from one of my best friends and it was most definitely the best money spent. Adrianna is very organized, prompt, professional, easy to communicate with, and responds very quickly! My husband and I were very lucky to have Adriana and the Perfect Timing team help manage our wedding. We had them help us with recommending some vendors and also for day-of management of the wedding and honestly I don't think we could have managed without them. They did a great job making sure everything was set up to our liking and also were flexible with our requests. They were all super sweet, friendly and helpful! They did a great job with our wedding and I would highly recommend them as a wedding coordinator!
