Kay helped us with all planning for my daughter's wedding. She told me what photographer, caterer, florist, & baker would be best - and, thankfully, I took all of the advice. On the day of the wedding, Kay decorated for the reception - and it was beautiful - and also setup for the wedding on the beach - which again was so beautiful. Kay was my "go to" person for about a year as we planned this wedding. I'm very thankful for Kay - and also that I listened to her advice. The wedding was beautiful and we would not have changed one thing! -

As parents of the bride we did not include a wedding planner / coordinator in our daughters wedding budget. We did not think we needed to spend money on this because our daughter and future son-in-law, new what they wanted in a wedding. Together they started planning for their wedding a year and a half ahead of time. Over the next several months all their had work came together for an April 30,2011 6:30p.m. wedding on the beach in Gulfbreeze Fla. with 100 to 150 guest.
About 6 or 7 months before the April 30,2011 wedding date, we began to see small problems pop up here and there, but nothing really big. These problems had to solved over the phone because we live several hundred miles away and in another state from Gulf Breeze Fla.
At this point in the wedding planning we decided we needed to hire a wedding planner/coordinator that lived in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze area. Someone that new the area and had experience in coordinating a weddings. Our daughter started searching the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze area and came up with Kay Lee. After talking with Kay a few times on the phone and e-mails we hired Kay as our wedding planner/coordinator.
Kay handled everthing for us including cake,decor, catering,florist,etc. On the day of the wedding we didn't life a finger because we new Kay was there. My wife and I were able to enjoy our daughters wedding without worrying about small details,Kay took care of everthing. Kay pays attention to detail in every way possible. Kay is a true professional in planning and coordinating a wedding. If you are planning a wedding, spend the money and hire Kay Lee as you planner / coordinator, you will not be disappointed. Kay did a wonderful job with all the decorations and set up. She really understood what we were going for. She also helped us out of several last minute crisis we had! I'd definitely recommend her to anyone. -

Kay was such a wonderful addition to my wedding planning. I planned a destination wedding and she made it seem like I was planning this is my own town. She set up every meeting and made this convenient for my mother and I, who were both coming in from out of town. Our wedding was planned in 3 months and was absolutely perfect.
She made us feel very at ease on the day of the wedding and she kept both myself and my parents very happy by handling all the details. We were able to just sit back and enjoy our wonderful day!
Any bride would be lucky to have Kay plan her wedding. We were OVER THE TOP pleased and would recommend her without any hesitation.

Kay.....Where should I start?? I can't find enough words to express our gratitude. We were engaged 1 1/2 years before our actual wedding date of 4/30/2011. I had already picked out the house that I wanted to rent but I couldn't find a decorator. It wasn't until I came across some pictures online and traced them back to Kay. I made a phone call and she was so amazing. She handled every detail with care. One thing you should know about myself is that I have a tendency to panic and especially when planning a wedding from a different state. All I can say is that I never had a panic moment knowing that Kay was there to handle things....and she was...ALWAYS! She was hired as my wedding planner but ultimately became a friend whose opinion that I value. If it wasn't for her and all of her hard work then the day wouldn't of been the same.
My parents were very skeptic about hiring a planner b/c they thought that all a planner did was point and tell people where to stand the day of the wedding. Kay goes above and beyond....she planned everything from the cake, decor, catering, florist, etc.......on the day of the event I didn't lift a finger. I felt like a princess but only b/c she was by my side. She did everything from start to finish and never skipped a beat while doing it. My parents complimented her and all of her accomplishments for our wedding. They were so grateful that they had made the decision to hire her.

Being the mother of the bride- I wanted everything perfect for my daughter...being from out of state-that wish seemed impossible! Then I found Kay on the internet, called her & she answered all my questions. All we had to do was voice a wish for the wedding & Kay made it come true. It has been a year and a half since our wedding and people are still commenting on the beauty/fun of it all! -

My husband and I are from the St. Louis, Missouri area, but decided a destination wedding in Pensacola, Florida best suited our idea of the perfect wedding. Luckily, I came across Kay Lee on the Internet, and after one phone call I knew I could trust her to plan my wedding from 800 miles away. Not long after booking our wedding, the BP oilspill hit the Pensacola beaches. Kay Lee helped to put my nerves at ease each time I called her worried. Not only did she put my nerves at ease, but she made planning my wedding nearly effortless! On the day of our wedding, just a few minutes before the start of the ceremony, Tropical Storm Bonnie made an appearance. Within minutes of the storm passing, without missing a beat, our venue was re-established (as beautiful as ever) and the ceremony was rolling. I'm so glad she kept me talked into our beach ceremony, because almost a year after our beautiful wedding, our friends and family are still talking about it!!! -

We just wanted to say THANK YOU for everything you did for our wedding! We thought there would be many challenges planning this wedding in a week, but you made it seem as if we had planned for several months! We really appreciate you making everything seamless and saving the day when the flowers were ruined by the deep freeze in the fridge! I was actually much happier with the flowers the second time around!! I continue to get compliments on the table set up for dinner and am am looking forward to seeing the pictures from Hara and the video from Mike. We will be sure to send you some photos once they arrive!

Not only did Kay pull off a wedding in just 6 days, but it was just perfect. She went above and beyond.... we put all of the flowers in the downstairs refrigerator without realizing that it was turned all of the way down and they completely froze. Just a couple of hours before the ceremony Kay ran to the flower wholesaler and got all new flowers and made new bouquets and arrangements that were even prettier than the floriists version. Everything from the beach setup, minister, table setting, flowers, and chef could not have been more perfect. Thank you! -

I found Pensacola Beach Weddings online and Kay Lee helped me plan my beach wedding from Dallas. She was available to meet with me when I was available to be in town. She worked with me within my budget and helped me plan for all of the things I really wanted. She did all of my decorations for me and they came out beautifully! -

Kay put us in contact with trustworth vendors that saved us as much as the fee that we paid Kay. She decorated the house for the reception, she found the caterer, the florist (which were the most beautiful I have ever seen), the bakery for the cake, the photographer, the guitar player, and the pastor. She was familiar with the houses for rent and could tell us if they were suitable or not for our situation. She was in charge of the rehearsal. As mother of the bride, I came in the day before the wedding and was able to relax. Kay is WONDERFUL! -
