Amazing wedding planner!
Paulina was amazing in every single way and helped us plan the perfect wedding! I loved her from the first time that we talked on the phone. She gave us multiple options for venues, really taking into account our wishes for the day. She helped negotiate pricing with vendors to get us the best deal possible. She answered my emails quickly and thoroughly. She did not bat an eye when I wanted to add a couple of things in the last 2 weeks. The day of the wedding she was even more awesome! She made moving our guests to 3 different locations seem so easy. My husband (who was not sure we needed a wedding planner) even raved about how great she was and admitted how helpful she was. My guests were even complimenting her. I can not imagine having planned our wedding without her. I highly recommend her! -

Paulina is amazing! Cannot imagine using anyone else
I cannot imagine how our Vegas dream wedding would have turned out without Paulina. She was simply amazing and either her or one of her team was with us every step of way. She planned, scheduled, organized, and shepherded four separate events at four separate venues with impeccable taste, perfect timing, and complete class (and within budget). Each event went off without a hitch as was executed flawlessly by Paulina. We are so appreciative and will always be grateful for the amazing experience she provided (people are still talking about it to this day as one of their favorite wedding experiences ever!). Simply put I'd give her a million stars (rather than five) and recommend that you only consider using her for your Vegas Wedding (or any place for that matter). -

Best decision we made!
Paulina was a dream to work with. She guided us through the entire process and made our wedding vision come alive! It was truly a great experience. Our guests are still talking about what an amazing day and party it was. I HIGHLY recommend. Picking Paulina to be our planner was hands down the single best decision we made! -

Paulina is the BEST!!!
Paulina and her team were amazing from start to finish! I cannot imagine how our day would've turned out without her. She is a true professional, not to mention warm, kind and fun to work with. She is an amazing communicator, and was great keeping all of our vendors and timelines organized. My husband and I are not from Vegas so her inside knowledge of venues, photographers, hair and make up is invaluable. She is practical enough to respect a budget and creative enough to come up fantastic ideas that worked within that framework.Our hotel had an on-sight venue coordinator, who was also great and work seamlessly with Paulina, but I would highly encourage using Paulian's services in addition to whatever your hotel or venue offer. There are so many small things (most of which you won't know!) that need attention that hotel/venu staff can't or won't be able to take care of. Paulina is nice. She is calm (what every manic bride needs!). Most importantly, she genuinely cares about making sure you have the perfect day. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is truly wonderful. Hiring Paulina was the best thing we did
We would not have had the wedding we did without Paulina and Mandy.
We met with Paulina less than a year from our wedding date and explained to her the kind of wedding we wanted. She instantly got our vision and came up with the perfect list of vendors. We hired her for full planning services, so she literally did everything for us. My husband is like most guys and didn’t want the wedding planning to take over our lives, so having Paulina was a godsend. We picked out what we wanted and chose the overall design, but Paulina handled all the details and the communication with vendors. Paulina found us the perfect venue, and at the time the venue didn’t even have a website or social media, she found it through blogs and word of mouth. The month leading up to the wedding, everyone kept asking me if I was stressed and overwhelmed with stuff to do, but honestly I wasn’t stressed at all cause I knew Paulina was taking care of everything. The vendors she recommended were amazing and exactly what we wanted. All of our guests kept telling us how great the venue was, how amazing the food was, and raves about the DJ. All of them were Paulina’s recommendation.
Everyone told me we didn’t need a wedding planner and we could do it ourselves, thank god we didn’t listen. We were able to relax and enjoy the time leading up to our wedding without all the stress of organizing it ourselves. -

I couldn't possibly give a higher review for Paulina Clute Events. Paulina came to us as a recommendation from the Red Rock Casino (our venue), and boy are we thankful they recommended her to us. We used Paulina sporadically the months leading up to our wedding and then full on the month before and day-of. I was most impressed that Paulina would always respect my opinion but also play the role as an educator, giving me all the information I needed before I would move forward in a decision. She never steered me the wrong way. Her assistance when meeting vendors was really helpful as she asked some of the questions I didn't even know to ask. Paulina also put together a thorough timeline that helped keep our event flowing beautifully throughout the night. And let's not forget all those little things you don't think about, she remembers them.
I also think it's important to point out how kind and patient Paulina is. In the stressful world of weddings, she was a stable person I could count on and I am forever thankful for that. I will admit that I'm fairly type-A, but it was easy to hand the reigns over to Paulina (and her fabulous assistant Mandy!) the day of the wedding because I knew she had it under control (and then some). My best advice would be to not do everything yourself and invest in a wedding planner. It will help you enjoy your day to the max.-

We had hired Paulina as a weekend of coordinator, with the add on of some extra email correspondence, and a list of recommended vendors. When my mother passed away suddenly, Paulina not only sent the most beautiful flowers, she helped hold my hand through hiring vendors, and making sure that my vision was still going to be what I had originally wanted, even though going through the wedding planning process had become quite a challenge through my grief.
The wedding that Paulina helped me throw exceeded my expectations. I had a vision, and Paulina helped enhance it every step along the way. Everyone she encouraged me to work with was as much of a godsend as she was. The day before rehearsal, and on the day of the wedding Paulina was militantly organized, but not pushy or mean about it. She made it clear that everyone (even the guys who seemed not to be paying attention) knew where they had to be and when. And it never took away from the fun my guests were having.
Also when she found out my theme was confetti, she hooked me up with a confetti cannon! AMAZING!-

If you are looking for the best planner is Las Vegas Paulina is your planner. I worked with Paulina for 14 months on my vintage Circus wedding idea. Throughout the whole wedding planning process she was on top of it. Trust me I threw her some curveballs during planning to from, food trucks, smoke bombs, circus performers and animals. She was absolutely amazing. As for the day of the wedding her team and her kept to the time line and we didn't have to worry about a thing. She is top in my books -

I used Paulina Clute as a day of coordinator for my destination wedding in Las Vegas. With a limited permitted caterer list from the venue and some other vendors already in mind, I didn't think I needed full on planning. Flash forward to a month or two before the wedding. We were scrambling to pull together last minute details. Paulina and her assistant Mandy are worth their weight in gold. They're very responsive, creative, and will ensure your day goes smoothly. Bonus points for being just awesome people! If I could do it all over again, I would have hired her for full on planning services to help take care of all those annoying details. -

Paulina was personable, knowledgeable, experienced and very easy to work with. She was very organized. We didn't have to worry about anything! There was even a last-minute crisis involving the wedding cake that was beyond our control, but Paulina kept calm, found a solution and made sure the wedding was perfect. We tell everyone that a good wedding planner is a vital part of a wedding and we were able to trust Paulina with everything She provided valuable advice and recommendations on vendors that surpassed our expectations. Paulina helped make our wedding at Legends Ranch an event that our friends and family are still talking about. -

Let us start with saying that we would give Paulina a lot more than 5 stars if we could.
Paulina has been amazing for us since we first started to talk to her in October for our April destination wedding in Las Vegas. We could tell from the vibe we were getting from her that she was the perfect choice for us. We decided to go with the Partial Planning as we kind of knew what we wanted for vendors. She was pretty quick in answering any questions and/or concerns that we had. We flew out to Las Vegas at the end of January to meet Paulina and the vendors that we selected with her help in person.
About two weeks after we came back from meeting Paulina and our vendors and about two months from our wedding. We found out that Amber (bride) had cancer and that we were leaning to canceling our wedding. While talking to Paulina about everything that just happen, she talked about an organization called Wish Upon A Wedding(WUW) that should be able to help us .
Paulina ended up taking the lead on our wedding and taking care of any changes that needed to be made, along with the help of WUW. They did an amazing job with our wedding day.
The best way to put it, is that we would not have been able to have such a Special Wedding Day without her and possibly not even gotten married if it wasn't for her.

Our wedding would not have been so flawless without Paulina Clute. We cannot rave enough about her. She is a great communicator, responsive, and friendly. I even had vendors applaud her after a meeting because Paulina always made sure the decisions being made were what we wanted. The characteristics this woman has as a person and planner are unmatched in our opinion. She and her assistant Tara worked their tails off on our wedding day. Between set up, keeping everyone on schedule, helping me numerous times with my bustle, amongst a million other things Paulina did, we seriously did not have to worry about anything. She truly is amazing and we are so beyond grateful to have had Paulina there for us! One of the best decisions made in the whole planning process was to hire Paulina! We love you PC! -

Get a wedding planner for the day of the event and get Paulina Clute if you're in Vegas! She was fabulous. She took care of everything so we could just enjoy and have fun!! I was not the bride. I was mother of the groom but was involved in all aspects of the wedding day. -

If I could give more stars I would. Paulina is amazing. Not only was it a destination wedding but we also had 2 ceremonies done in one hour. Yes. Destination, multiple ceremonies and dress changes..lol.. She handled everything with ease and care. Whenever we had an issue, she would take care of it. We didn't know what to expect since we were in San Francisco, and we were planning 2 different cultural ceremonies. We had our Indian ceremony first and then we had the Persian ceremony 30 minutes after. Even though they went a little longer than expected, everything worked out perfectly. We still hear to this day that it was the best wedding anyone has ever attended. Mission accomplished! Paulina and her team were on point. I ended up having an issue with the metal hoop coming out of my slip, dragging behind me and we were in the bathroom trying to figure out a solution and she just whipped out her scissors and said "are you ok with this" and I said 'yes do it!" lol. and out my hoop went! She has everything you can imagine in her little back pack for any emergency. I would not recommend anyone else but Paulina. If you don't hire her, it's your loss. She made it so easy to plan our wedding. We were truly shocked at how little stress we had from planning it because all we had to do was listen to her suggestions, look into them, choose and then write a check. Easy. Thank you again Paulina for everything! You and your team are INCREDIBLE! -

We had a DISASTER with the first planner we hired based on a friends recommendation. When things went awry, our venue recommended Paulina and we could not have been more lucky. Paulina was so great to work with. She jumped right in, was assertive in getting things done and made our lives so stress-free planning a destination wedding. I would recommend her every time. -

OVERALL: If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would because she was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the wedding planning as well as the day of. During the whole process of wedding planning and even after it was all done, I've had friends and family who asked me questions on various vendors. My answer to all of them every single time is to get a wedding coordinator and I would always recommend Paulina.
PROFESSIONALISM: From day 1 to the end of our wedding, Paulina was always professional. During our meetings, she was punctual; took notes; and was throughly engaged during our discussions and when we asked questions. She was always a text/email/call away if we had any questions when we were not meeting with her. At the same time, Paulina instantly made us feel very comfortable with her and converse with us as if we were old friends.
VENDORS: If it wasn't for Paulina, we wouldn't have been able to find such an amazing vendors for videography, photography, DJ, photo booth, florist, bridal makeup/hair, and invitations/programs. As part of our package agreement, Paulina was able to attend some of our meetings with our vendors as well as our ceremony/reception venues, and Paulina was our advocate. She would ask questions and make requests (e.g., the venue steam clean all of the linens, etc.) that my husband and I didn't think of. She is definitely someone you want on your side to make sure you're not being cheated or anything.
DAY-OF-COORD.: Paulina and her two assistants did fabulous! My wedding had 200 guests and Paulina and her team managed to run our wedding smoothly and promptly. As a bride, I'm happy to say that I was stress-free on my wedding day because I knew Paulina and her team had it handled. I'm the type of person who likes to know exactly what to expect and Paulina's planning was so detailed, there wasn't any real moment of confusion or stress. I know a wedding will never go as perfectly as you hoped for but I couldn't have asked for more a beautiful -

Every couple, and I mean every couple, can benefit from the services of Paulina and her team! My now-husband and I hesitated with booking planning services as a way to save costs, and quickly realized we needed Paulina's talents when planning the logistics of wedding day became overwhelming. Paulina is knowledgeable, flexible, and places your interests at the forefront of every planning decision. Another great thing about Paulina is that she offers packages to assist you in whatever level of wedding planning you're in. You'll actually be saving saving on wedding costs by working with Paulina; she lets you know where to splurge and where to save and reviews contract documents to find hidden fees or murky deadlines. I was very impressed with her attention-to-detail. I loved that she took a majority of the stress of wedding planning, and our meetings became more fun than business. Hired Paulina for my daughter's wedding. I was not really sure it was worth the cost....in the beginning. However, she was worth her weight in gold in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she and her staff did everything, all I had to do was enjoy myself at the wedding. It was very clear, very quickly, that if I had not hired Paulina, I would not have been able to enjoy the wedding... I would have been schlepping around, doing tasks.

Without a doubt, Paulina is the absolute BEST!
I met Paulina at a brial expo, and was quickly impressed with her take charge, yet easy going personality. I ended up booking the partial planning with her. I already had ideas for designs and vendors, but needed the help with some of the smaller details. I met with her from time to time in the months leading up to my wedding, and I am SO glad I had her, there were many details that I would have overlooked that she reminded me of!
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Everything went so smoothly and if anything went wrong, I didn't know about it! The way she helped bring my vision to life was so amazing to see. I walked into our wedding venue before the ceremony and I was blown away, she had captured my vision perfectly! She has a great taste in design and and an eye on the details!
Paulina made sure the day flowed smoothly and on time. She created a timeline (down to the minute), of where people needed to be and when. It really helped the wedding party and vendors with the information they would have otherwise been asking me for. She also made sure we were fed and had drinks. Literally things would just show up for us throughout the day without having to ask.
I had MANY people comment throughout the day on how impressed they were with her. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat! She is so wonderful and I would now consider her a friend. :) -

Words cannot express how grateful we were to have found Paulina through Wedding Wire. My wedding day would not have been possible without all of her hard work and organization. Mine was a destination wedding and Paulina was very responsive, understanding and prompt. She had no problem with me shipping centerpieces and other decor directly to her and she set everything up exactly as I wanted. She took the reigns and made sure my guests and the wedding party were on track. We had no concerns and she really made sure that I was stress free. Paulina also recommended amazing vendors for the cake and flowers and they did not disappoint. She is detail oriented and handles difficult people well, lol. Because we had some difficult people. But everything came out so beautiful and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to make their occasion special. -

I really doubted the need for a wedding day coordinator. I mean, that's what the Matron of Honor/Bridesmaids are for, right? But when I was just a couple of months away from my wedding, I began to get nervous and my catering vendor recommended Paulina to me. Within minutes of our phone conversation I knew I had to hire her. In fact, I think she was the best decision I made!
Where do I start? My wedding and reception were held in October at Mandalay Bay. From the first call Paulina kept in constant contact, going over schedules, activities, entertainment, and answering my unending questions. On the morning of my wedding she came into my suite and began setting up and decorating the room. She moved furniture. She draped and bedazzled the tables. She kept track of time. At one point she even stopped--midstream--to retrieve my dad from another floor of the hotel and escort him to the chapel so we could have our first look with the photographer.
Our post-ceremony activities included a double decker bus tour. Paulina kept everything on track, escorted the guests to the bus, then stayed behind to complete setup of the suite for the reception and let the caterers in for their setup. When the tour was finished, she was waiting curbside to help the guests off the bus and escort them to our suite for cocktail hour. When the groom and I finally arrived from our photography session, she made sure we had drinks in our hands and fresh plates of food to eat.
Looking back, I did not have to worry about a single thing the entire day! Paulina was there from start to finish, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be, making sure the vendors were paid and appropriately tipped (I provided her the money in advance), and even helped with cleanup! I'm not sure she ever got a chance to sit down to rest. I cannot say enough good things about Paulina. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation! -

Paulina was one of the best decisions I made when it came to my wedding. She allowed me to enjoy the planning process. I was able to only do the tasks I actually wanted to do and was able to skip those I did not. She went to every appointment I had with a vendor & was the middle person between them & I. This was one of the few tasks I was not looking forward to. She helped me get the best deal possible and kept me under my budget. We met all our deadlines, thanks to her being organized. She was easy to reach, as she responded promptly and was very communicative. Her schedule, while hectic, was flexible. She would meet me whenever I had any concerns or anything to discuss. I look forward to working with her in future events. -

Paulina and Katie were awesome! They did a great job and definitely kept things in line, even with the very little guidance I provided! I couldn't have asked for more! Even though she was just a day-of coordinator, she did so much including resolving an issue that the venue created at 8pm the night before the event! Amazing job Paulina! My husband and I got married a few months ago at The Wynn in Las Vegas. We live in Dubai and had been trying to organise the event for many months until we hit a brick wall. After lots of research, we came across Paulina Clute. She emailed back almost immediately with all the information and some great ideas.
She video skyped with us every week and we received almost daily updates on the plans.
Paulina also helped take our original ideas and make them a lot more cost-effective and stylish. For example, we wanted to rent a fabulous hotel suite for the after party, but the taxes and costs were really high, so Paulina found us the exact same suite that we wanted, but privately owned which really helped to bring down costs. She also took our favourite foods (burgers & grilled cheese) and made them gourmet, offering our guests luxurious mini versions of all their favourites.
While we wanted to keep the event classy, we also wanted our guests to experience a little Las Vegas fun, so Paulina helped us trick out the suite with cool touches, such as an in-suite poker table with a dealer, a menu of custom cocktails, and limo buses stocked with mini Moet bottles to take our guests from the ceremony to our party.
When we walked into the after party, Paulina and her assistant has transformed the space, everything was completely set up – the fire place was on, the DJ was playing our favourite tunes, the food was ready and bubbly poured. There were candles on every surface and beautiful flower displays – which Paulina had done herself!
Planning a destination wedding is difficult but Paulina was our woman on the ground, liaising and meeting with all the vendors to ensure we got the best price possible. She made the entire process easy and fun, and made sure we relaxed on the day and had fun with our friends and family who had travelled so far to celebrate with us.
We cannot recommend her enough, she is brilliant and will be incredibly helpful.

I am the mother of the groom. To complicate things even further, I live in Florida and coordinated the entire wedding with Paulina in a 6 week time period. My son gave us very little notice of his wedding date! He was in his last semester of college at UNLV and decided to have his wedding on the evening of the same day he graduated UNLV! I flew out and met with Paulina and immediately felt like she was the perfect match for my crazy family and time schedule.
She helped me keep my sanity as I flew back and forth to Vegas to prepare for the wedding. She is a wonderful caring individual that will work with your budget, whatever it is. Whenever I needed to speak to her, she was available. She gave great advice and was there for me whenever I needed to make it to a meeting to see a venue, or let me know if the prices that were quoted were fair. You will not find any one that will work as hard to make your son or daughters wedding a beautiful event like Paulina.

I cannot say enough about Paulina and her team! My day would not have been nearly close to what it was if it wasn't for their amazing help. She was there for me every step along the way. I spoke with her almost on a daily basis and she always responded quickly when I emailed or called. She coordinated with my venue and managed the timeline and schedule for all my vendors. She was flexible and made time and place for me whenever I needed to see her. She recommended things I would have never thought I needed.
What was most impressive to me was her attention to detail. The day of the wedding she came prepared with earpieces, mics and was ready to work; she facilitated moving parts and especially the people, which can be very difficult. She kept her cool and never let me see that anything went wrong and assured me not to worry about one thing on the day of! She really went above and beyond to make my wedding special. When I told her I wanted a Belly dancer with a candelabra on her head for our grand entrance into our reception, she thought I was crazy, but said it could be done! When I said I wanted my dog to walk me down the aisle, I thought for sure she was going to throw in the towel but her response was that we can make it happen! She stayed until everything was packed up and cleaned and out of the venue, which was HUGE. She is a great listener and contributed so many great ideas that geared toward us.
My entire wedding, and I mean throughout the entire wedding, I simply fell in love with Paulina. When conversation of my wedding comes up, they always reference how amazing Paulina was and everything that she did was spectacular. I have made a friend for life and cannot have imagined my day without her. Paulina and her team executed every idea I had for my wedding and they were caring and thoughtful throughout the entire process of planning. What would have been overwhelming to most people of my requests, she handled with ease. I cannot thank her enough. -

Paulina did so much more than what I expected, I would NOT have been able to do without her. She responded immediately when I contacted her. Prior to our big event, Paulina did an excellent job of planning our event in Las Vegas. All of the attendees to our event were from the East Coast and had a limited understanding of how things work in Vegas. Paulina did a great job of knowing all the inside tracks to get us good deals and then did a fantastic job of laying out all the options we had. Once the day of the big event arrived, she was ever present and made sure everything was set up correctly before we started…and that everything ran smoothly after. Paulina is professional, courteous, respectful, diligent and punctual. I will use Paulina for all of my future Las Vegas event planning needs. -

Where do I begin?? Paulina was incredible!! She responded to emails and texts very quickly and was so nice to talk to over the phone. She was so easy to work with and even though there was not much to the pre-planning for our small Vegas wedding when the day came she was fantastic! Her skills with making things come together and look great were irreplaceable! She also became our bartender and she was epic!! Our guests loved her and she was so personable. Her attention to detail will not be forgotten. She even took pictures and sent them to me the next day and stayed later than planned to ensure that everyone was having a good time; She cleaned throughout the night in addition to bar tending for our very thirsty guests. :) We are so grateful that we found her and she was a part of our wedding day. We cannot possibly say enough nice things about Paulina. She helped make our wedding the absolute best day of our lives and we could not have pulled it off without her. We highly, highly recommend her to help coordinate your wedding/event.
Our wedding was a small (under 20 guests) destination wedding at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. It was also the first same-sex wedding at the hotel—which posed a number of unique challenges for everyone involved. Paulina handled all of it beautifully and was a steadfast advocate for us through the entire process.
Prior to arrival, Paulina served as our liaison to the hotel, bakery, caterer, photographer/videographer and musician (harpist). At every turn, she was negotiating for better terms, fighting to save us money and providing invaluable insight/suggestions on plans for our weekend. Since we live in Austin, she was also our boots on the ground in Las Vegas—purchasing bar/alcohol supplies and running all over town for our unique gift bag items. Once we all arrived, she took care of all the logistics. While we relaxed and socialized, she was hard at work carrying boxes, coordinating hotel staff and organizing and cleaning up our suite.
On the day of the wedding, I honestly can’t say what she did. All I know is that every single part of our day was perfect. And that’s a true testament to how well she works—behind the scenes, quietly making it all happen while we enjoyed our day. Paulina is the best! -

Paulina was impeccable to say the least. She was sensitive to every need I had and offered very sound advice as well. She simply knows the logistics of how things work and doesn't do anything without explaining first why certain things will work best. She is very level headed, comfortable to talk to, and an extremely hard worker. This small detail she did was the cherry on top: she came up to my husband and I while we were dancing and gave us a chance to eat our own cake so we could say we had some (it's extremely hard to eat/drink if you are the bride and groom, and I mean come on, that cake was expensive! ). That small detail seemed so personal to me that she cared THAT much and it is one of many that make her the BEST at her profession. I only choose her services. -
