We saw Patrick’s photography business on our venue’s list of people who’ve shot there before and after looking at his albums we set up a meeting. We do not live in WA where we were getting married, but he made the communication and zoom calls easy and efficient. The finished products were absolutely amazing! He sent us a sneak peak a week after the wedding and we received all our photos less than a month after our wedding. The depth and colors in our photographs are what we wanted captured and why we got married in Washington. He and his partner did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend him for your wedding! Even our guests loved working with him! -

We absolutely LOVED working with Patrick! Both of us are so awkward in front of cameras, and worried that we would look stiff/unnatural in our engagement and wedding photos. Patrick is so down-to-earth and very good at "peopling!" He immediately knew how to get us to feel at ease during photos. My husband and I have very different personalities and ways of thinking, yet we both instantly understood and followed Patrick's directions as he posed us. We were blown away at how that all translated to the photos we received! We literally thought "Is that US? We look amazing!" We loved having our engagement photo shoot with him (part of the package), and that experience really helped us get a sense of one another and how we would work best on our big day (but Patrick is so professional and has such amazing skills, it wasn't hard and we knew we were in good hands). He guided us through the process and had such great advice as we continued planning out the details of our wedding. He worked seamlessly with our other vendors to help create the photos of our dreams (like partnering with our videographer and DJ to help set up shots and work around each other, getting certain items from our florist/day-of-coordinator, etc). He truly went above and beyond with his work, and did it all with such ease. We got behind on our timeline the day of the wedding due to hair/makeup for my bridal party. While I was stressing about losing precious time for photos, Patrick reassured me everything would be okay, and he used the time wisely to capture other images (including candid moments of me dancing with my flower girl and special spontaneous moments with my parents). Patrick kept his cool and remained super professional as he had to repeat himself multiple times to our too-loud wedding party during group photos (even though I myself was getting so frustrated that I encouraged him to just start yelling LOL). All of our friends and family raved about how skilled and nice Patrick is. Hire him! You won't regret it :) -

A True Expert to Capture the Moments You Care For
We are so lucky that Patrick was our wedding photographer, in my wedding day there was many special moments that was important for us to be captured and thanks to Patrick we have them all and more! The quality of his photos are top notch and every time we look into these photos we have tear of joy in our eyes, because his style of photography gives a soul to those images.
We are forever grateful of him and what a blessing and good luck we had to find him as our photographer.
If you looking for the best photographer for your special day, look no further, you do not want anyone but Patrick to be confident and sure your photos will be fantastic.

Incredible Photos, Impeccable Attention to Detail, Pleasant Demeanor
We are SO in love with how our wedding pictures turned out! We are not necessarily comfortable in front of the camera and Patrick made us feel comfortable and was very patient with us each time we interacted with him (both at our engagement shoot and on our wedding day). He was accommodating, allowing our dogs to join for part of our engagement and wedding photos and was very thoughtful and detail oriented when it came to placement and poses, making sure angles, hair and jewelry was all in place for each shot. Patrick took the time to capture ALL of our wedding, making our bridal party and guests feel like a big part of our day! Something that not all photographers have done in my experience as a member of many friend's bridal parties. Our wedding was indoors, with very large windows for the ceremony, making photography more challenging and Patrick was very confident in his ability to capture every detail perfectly and he definitely delivered amazing photos we will cherish forever! Patrick delivered a sneak peak reel 1 week after our wedding and had all photos to us 1 month after our wedding which was amazing so that we could use a picture for our Christmas card. We highly recommend Patrick and his team! it is the best decision and money we spent on our wedding- after all pictures will last a lifetime- you want them to be the best! -

We cannot recommend Patrick enough. We were continually impressed with his knowledge of his skill, capturing special moments with the perfect light. His personality put us at ease immediately, making photos feel natural. He was very flexible, both with scheduling and locations as well as photo ideas. My husband and I both agreed that choosing Patrick as our photographer was the best choice we made for our wedding (besides each other of course...) We look forward to using him in the future for other life milestones! -

Hire Patrick!
Patrick was extremely flexible and easy going. My husband and I hate getting our pictures taken, we are extremely awkward and I for sure do not take directions very well, however, Patrick made everything so easy. He directed you correctly and made the whole environment so comfortable. It did not feel like he was a photographer taking our picture but a friend who was helping us. I highly recommend using him as a wedding photographer because he also captures the special moments during your engagement and your wedding day. In addition, we have a huge asian family on both sides, he took the time to take every photo with the guests with us (the line was long) and still made every single photo perfect. He is very hard working and puts more than 100% in his work. Thank you so much Patrick, these photos you took for our engagement and wedding day really made me love that day! -

I couldn't recommend Patrick Nied Photography more!
Not only was he professional and fun to work with the quality of our photos is top-notch. He captured our wedding day perfectly and I'm so happy I will have these photos to look back on for the rest of my life. The investment in a good photographer is 100% worth it, trust me! You can tell Patrick is extremely passionate about his craft and very experienced. He made us feel very relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera and you can see this in our photos. -

Patrick is the most professional and talented photographer I have ever worked with. For our wedding, we wanted an experienced photographer who was detail-oriented and would make us feel comfortable. We never had photos of ourselves before professionally, but have worked with photographers many many times in the past (I work in advertising and have been on many production shoots in my career). Patrick was super responsive, went out of his way to come to a location special to us (and multiple hours away from him) and we are so thankful we went with him. Our pictures are way beyond any of our expectations (our families and friends all want to work with patrick now too) and we cannot recommend him enough. -

There are not enough words to describe our experience with Patrick. We had a few photographers as options to with, but the reason why we chose Patrick out of everyone else was because (1) we were given so many raving reviews about him from our friends who used him in the past, (2) our time/experience with Patrick - he makes you feel so comfortable! and (3) he just takes amazing photos and we got to see his work from previous weddings/events. Patrick truly cares about his clients. We met up for coffee with him and it felt like we've known him for years already, which is important because when it comes to the wedding season-- our photographer was going to be someone that would be present during some of the most intimate moments of the day. He's someone that's super personable, passionate about what he does, and at the end of the day - he's doing everything in his power to ensure that his clients are having fun and a great time. We had our wedding during COVID and there were constant changes w/ the timeline and if we were going to even have a ceremony or not, but Patrick was so flexible with us, he would pitch in ideas to help us be creative, and just had the best attitude about everything. Our pictures turned out amazing, and when we looked back at our day - it's because of vendors like him that truly made our big day so special. Thank you, Patrick, for your amazing talent, attitude, and presence! -

I can’t say enough good things about Patrick. He is so talented and has a unique ability to put you at ease the moment you meet him. Neither my wife or I are comfortable in front of the camera, but Patrick made pictures so fun and easy and took away any stress we had about pictures immediately.
He was incredibly easy to work with and went way above and beyond our expectations. We had our wedding in Lake Chelan at a venue he had never shot at. Because of this, Patrick drove over a day early to scope out the venue and find perfect spots to shoot for our big day. He also joined us for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party and took the opportunity to meet our guests to ensure a great experience for all.
The pictures turned out better than we could have imagined, and the turnaround time was way faster than expected for both the engagement and wedding photos. He was able to capture the day perfectly and we will be able to look back on these photos for the rest of our lives and feel like we are right back in the moments of the day. We will forever be grateful for his exceptional work and can’t recommend him enough!

We hired Patrick to shoot our engagement and wedding photos and we could not be happier with our decision. Patrick was amazing and exceeded all our expectations. He was easy to communicate with and worked with us on a very tight schedule since we were living out-of-town. My husband usually hates taking photos and I was a little nervous that he would not enjoy the process, but Patrick made us both feel comfortable and natural, making us laugh throughout the engagement and wedding photos, and helped guide us so we never once felt awkward. Patrick made the impossible happen: my husband said afterwards that he had a great time and had so much fun! When we received our photos back, we were blown away. The quality of his photographs is phenomenal, and he managed to capture our relationship perfectly. Patrick is a great storyteller and his photographs had us reliving every moment of our wedding, with all the laughter and tears and emotions. Having been through the process, we would absolutely work with Patrick again and highly recommend him to others. Hiring Patrick was the best decision we made to capture every perfect moment of our happiest day. -

You can't do better.
Patrick was incredible. The photos speak for themselves but I will still take time to rave about them. Every photo is incredible, unique, and truly captures the emotion of the moment. Everyone who has seen the photos is truly amazed. They exceeded my expectation.
Now let's talk about Patrick. Patrick is such a cool guy. He is so genuine, fun, and easy to work with. He is the type of guy you want to drop his camera and join the party. He was so easy to coordinate with from the get go and was so flexible with all of our ideas. We had a seaplane entrance into our reception and Patrick was originally supposed to be on the plane with us taking pictures. We ended up not being able to have him on board with us and when we told him this he finally revealed his extreme fear of flying. Seriously?! He was going to get on a tiny shaky plane with us to get our images despite his fear. Talk about dedication!
Seriously, hire Patrick. You won't regret it. -

Patrick was phenomenal to work with and his work is absolutely stunning! We first did our engagement photos with him and he was so easy to get along with! We are pretty camera shy but he made us feel very comfortable and was great at giving direction while also letting things unfold naturally. He's really easy to connect with and we really like his professionalism. By the end of the engagement session we had complete faith and trust in him and knew he had to be our wedding photographer! When we saw the engagement photos this further confirmed that decision. On the wedding day he once again blew us away and he seemed to be everywhere at once! He captured so many special moments on our big day and did a great job showcasing all the emotions in every photo. He also managed to capture every little detail so artistically! He is great at working with natural light and his work truly speaks for itself. We were so impressed and happy with every photo and our family and friends had a lot of great things to say about him! We highly recommend Patrick Nied and we will definitely be reaching out to him for any other future milestones in our lives that we would like to have beautifully captured! -

The best decision I made with my wedding was to hire Patrick. I'm actually incredibly sad that our time together has ended because he is awesome, funny, insightful, and easy to talk to. All me and my husband had to do was show up; he figured out the rest. He will not hesitate to fix your hair if here is a piece in the way, nor will he hesitate to tell you the lighting is better somewhere else and lead you to a better location. On the day of the wedding, there was SO much to do and so many photos to take I couldn't help but ask for the photos to end. Patrick asked me for just five more minutes and I am so glad that he pushed me a little bit because the photos turned out incredible. He is the BEST wedding photographer on the west coast and his prices are unbeatable. Out of all the wedding decisions to worry about, this is not one of them!! -

We've received so many compliments on our photos. Really, everyone looks amazing in our wedding pictures, and they LOVE it! The natural lighting is what sold us on Patrick's style of photography and we couldn't be happier with how our photos turned out.
Patrick is really easy to work with and was a chameleon on our wedding day - he got so many great shots while being a gentleman and not taking any focus away from the festivities. Perhaps best of all, he catered to our wishes to really limit the family photo time, even though we could tell he really wanted to take more photos because he loves it so much. -

From the start meeting at a coffee shop we knew he was the one! He did a phenomenal job on all our photos! I literally cried when I saw them... tears of joy! He is extremely professional & so easy to work with! We got all our pictures in a very timely manner! I was in shock! He truly captures raw emotion & knows natural light SO well. Even though our wedding was in the middle of winter, he was able to capture our special day and make the most of the little light we had. I hate having my photo taken and thought the photo portion of the wedding would be super awkward, and Patrick made it the most comfortable and fun experience. The pictures are literally to die for.
