Loved everything about Parties A' La Carte!
I truly cannot say enough good things about Jessica, Cara, and the entire Parties A La Carte team—they made all the difference for every aspect of our wedding!
From the very beginning, I loved working with them. Both leading up to the big day and on the day itself, they were there for us every step of the way. Honestly, we could not have done it all without them.
One thing that really stood out was how they made what can be an overwhelming process feel totally doable. Their monthly to-do emails were a lifesaver and kept us organized (and sane!). I always felt like we were in great hands.
Their vendor recommendations were spot-on, too. You could tell they have amazing relationships in the industry, and every person they suggested was truly best in class.
When it came to design, Jessica and Cara absolutely nailed my vision. They brought so many creative ideas to the table—from the flowers to the dance floor—and executed everything beautifully.
On the wedding day, they handled absolutely everything behind the scenes so we could just focus on enjoying every moment and making lifelong memories. It was such a relief to know they had it all under control.
They also went above and beyond when our original venue canceled on us last minute due to Hurricane Helene and Milton. They quickly adapted, found a new venue, and rescheduled everything for us. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them!

We cannot thank Jess & Cara enough for helping us plan the wedding of our dreams. From the initial conversation, Jess & Cara did a great job of listening to what we wanted, while also being realistic as it pertains to budget. The great thing about Jess, is that she had a way of connecting with my wife, and had a desire to bring her visions to life. Jess understood that we would easily sacrifice in certain areas, so that we could have all our true wants/wishes-while staying within the agreed upon budget. Parties A'La Carte made us feel like a team.
With so many conversations & difficult decisions to be made, we never felt overwhelmed by Jess & Cara. We were always given appropriate time and space to make our own decisions.
As the groom, I loved working with Cara. She is the most organized, friendly, and transparent person to work with. She kept me up to date with the budget and line items regularly. Cara is the backbone of the company and does a phenomenal job.
On the day of the wedding, Jess & Cara were absolutely amazing. From making sure we had water in the hotel room, to a drink in our hands on the dance floor. They never stopped looking out for what we needed. I can't thank Jess & Cara enough.
All the vendors they recommend/work with were also wonderful!!

My wife and I recently got married in April at The Vinoy in St. Petersburg. As a wedding gift, my mother hired Jessica & her team at Parties A' La Carte. My wife and I are not huge planners so having a wedding planner was the best gift we could receive. I cannot speak more highly of Jessica, Macie, and the entire team they have. We worked with them for almost a year and everything was first class, every phone call and email was answered promptly, every dream and request we had was perfectly executed within the budget we agreed to. Jessica is not a wedding planner who you talk to once and never speak to again, she is the most hands on owner I've ever seen in any business. It's hard to put into words about my experience with Parties A' La Carte, but I think it is best summarized by their team felt like part of our family by the end of our wedding.

PALC created a dream I didn't know I had!
Jessica and Cara created the wedding of my absolute dreams! I gave them very little to go off of as I hadn't really imagined what my wedding would look like, and they created something I didn't even know was my dream. I had dozens of guests come up to me and say it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to, and that is all thanks to the PALC team! They guided me through every single step of the process and handled all communications with vendors and scheduling appointments. The care and attention to detail that they gave to every single aspect (no matter how big or small) was something I truly could not have put a price on. I had no idea what I was doing at the start, but I didn't need to. They took my color palette and stylistic preferences and gave me options for every single thing and created an absolutely stunning event. They also planned my welcome party for the night before, and the same goes for that event. The flowers, the details, the entire vision was unreal and I couldn't have made it better if I had dreamed it up! Thank you Jessica and Cara!!!! I love you both!!

Absolutely incredible - best decision ever!
Parties A La Carte is AMAZING, and our wedding was MAGICAL. From our very first call, I knew Jessica was the ideal person to help plan my wedding. My mom and I were so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. We had a tight turnaround (about two and a half months to plan!), and Jessica and Cara took it as a fun challenge and exceeded all expectations. They managed every single detail while being so receptive to feedback and ideas. They took every vision and inspiration I had and turned it into something more than I could have imagined. Jessica and Cara were always available and quickly responsive, and it was obvious they truly cared about my husband and myself, our families, and making the day a roaring success.
Having the team there the day of was also huge. We always knew where to go and what to do. Jessica even made sure we had time to eat! Hiring Parties A La Carte was the absolute best decision we could have made for our wedding, and I can't recommend them highly enough. We worked with Jessica and Macie at PALC for our 200 person wedding at the Don Cesar in St. Pete Beach and they were absolutely amazing! We couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding.
Jessica and Macie made the wedding planning process smooth and manageable, considered every detail, kept us on budget and provided helpful advice along the way. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to lift a finger - Jessica and her team took care of everything even down to the smallest details - like carrying a Tide-to-go-pen with her for when my husband stained his tux shirt :)
We couldn't recommend PALC more! They were so great to work with, that my sister and her fiancé are also using them for their wedding!

Jessica and Macie were the best! We hired them for the full planning package and have no regrets. We live out of state from our venue in St. Pete, so it was reassuring knowing they were nearby and had the local insight. They were knowledgeable, organized and honest throughout the entire process. They had great recommendations, which is especially helpful for me being so indecisive. The execution was flawless. True professionals! I was not stressed or worried day of knowing that they were handling everything from managing all the vendors to all of the small details. I’d like to thank Kelsey and Jessica for helping us have the perfect day!
We hired PALC for a partial planning package for a May 22 wedding at the Don CeSar.
They were great with everything you’d expect - they really helped me navigate the decision making. They were great at narrowing down choices to 2-3 in my style and price range! I can get a bit of analysis paralysis, and anyone who’s looked at 15,000 florists on wedding wire knows what I mean! They helped us get a few extra things like soft furniture for the terrace to help me realize my vision and distributed sunglasses, fans, favors.
Where they really stood out was in helping us with the Don. There was significant turnover in key positions at the Don in the months leading up to our wedding and they kept on the Don to get all of our stuff scheduled and off without any problems and that was really key to me and valuable. I didn’t have the time to follow up on returned emails etc. It was great!

The perfect team!
We owe the success of our wedding to Jessica and Macie. Over the course of a year, they were both lifesaver. They both were professional, caring, and had tons of great ideas. I always appreciated how quick they were to respond to an email, even if they didn't have the answer immediately.
During the day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a thing, as Jessica and Macie coordinated the set up of the venue, vendor management, and breakdown. They literally took care of everything so that we could really enjoy the day.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Jessica, Macie and her entire team. My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of them. I came to them very indecisive of what I wanted, and they were patient with me, and worked their magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN!
Jessica was my lifesaver for the wedding. She was so professional, caring, energetic, and very creative! She was super easy to work with, and I always felt calm after I discuss some of the concerns that I had with her. She was the best coordinator that I could have asked for. My husband and family really liked working with Jessica as well. Her assistant, Macie also did a great job of helping Jessica out throughout the night.
Jessica is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this in a planner!! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment... I can't express how thankful I am to found Parties A La Carte, and Jessica to plan our special day.

Jessica and Macy were AMAZING!! They made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and understood my vision more than I did. I am thrilled with the outcome. Our venue had some construction which was supposed to be done by our wedding day but wasn't BUT...you couldn't even notice! They did a phenomenal job adjusting last minute and our guests thought they were amazing. Timing and execution was perfect, I don't think we EVER derailed from the schedule which is so important. I highly recommend using Parties A'La Carte for all of your party planning. These women are top notch in the industry and worth it! They were honest, detailed and creative!! Don't look anywhere else for a wedding planner!
Where do I start? BEST wedding/event planners EVER. The greatest compliment I can give is that I did not have to ask one single question all day. They were on top of every detail and executed the wedding of my dreams. Weddings can feel like chaos, but I can say that, because of these amazing ladies, we both got to be present and enjoy every minute of our wedding. They made the planning process seamless. We hired them for the partial package, and my only regret was that I didn’t hire them sooner for the complete planning package! It was fun working with them and their experience and knowledge of weddings is unmatched. If you are searching for a wedding planner, stop here. You will not regret it. Love, the bride!

Best Event Planners
My wedding was the way I envisioned it because of the attention to detail these ladies had. I wouldn't call them wedding planners, instead I would call them angels who are sent from above to make your day perfect. I will be using them for all events I throw in the future! Best day of my life!
We had to change our wedding to a small intimate ceremony due to COVID-19. We hired Jessica who made everything perfect in a very short period of time. Everything was beautiful and better than I could have ever imagined. Jessica was able to get everything taken care of within two days.

Dream Wedding a Reality
Parties A' La Carte made my dream wedding a reality. If I could describe Jessica and her staff in one sentence it would be, They go above and beyond for their clients. Perfect example is, my wedding and reception was held 2 hours south at the Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Florida. Parties A' La Carte had no issue driving down to tour the venue and in the same day drove to meet my florist in Sebring, Florida.
Jessica came highly recommended by my family and best friend. After watching Jessica and her team in action I knew I wanted to work with her! I did not know what all went into planning a 200+ person wedding but, Jessica, Rainee, and Kelsey were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Parties A' La Carte are all about the details!
From wedding branding to floor planning, and all the table arrangements in between...every detail was perfect. I had hired some vendors prior to working with Parties A' La Carte, and they were able to seamlessly integrate them into a detailed timeline. Parties A' La Carte was always available to jump on a quick call to discuss ideas, changes, etc. They were very responsive via email as well. On my wedding day, I felt extremely supported by Jessica and her staff. They were always checking in with my husband and I to see if we needed anything.
With all that being said, Thank you Parties A' La Carte for making the best day of our lives, just that much better❣️

When my husband and I first got engaged, I knew there was no way that we could ever plan a large wedding on our own. We had no clue where to start - this was all brand new territory for us. My husband and I had a 2-year engagement and PALC was with us from the very beginning. They helped guide and answer any questions we had about formal wedding etiquette, plus our meetings were always super productive and the ideas would keep flowing!
Jessica and her team were amazing from the start, connecting us with the absolute best of the BEST vendors in the area. Each vendor truly went above and beyond. I was having trouble pulling exact images from Pinterest that helped convey my overall vision, but Jessica and her team knew the exact theme I wanted to create. Their attention to detail was unmatched. They introduced me to ideas and options that I didn’t know were even possible! Now I can’t imagine our wedding day without all the little details that really pulled everything together. Jessica was so sweet and let me use a neon sign art piece from her own home LOL! The neon sign ended up being one of the highlights of the reception ballroom!
I think the biggest takeaway from our wedding day is we never had to worry. Jessica and Kelsey took care of everything and my mom, dad, husband and I were truly able to ENJOY the day! The schedule they planned for day-of flowed perfectly, and they always made sure we stayed on time. To top off the most amazing day, when my husband and I came back to our hotel room, any wedding memorabilia that we wanted to save was all gathered together and organized. We could really enjoy our first day as newlyweds without having to check where things were, sort through everyone’s stuff, etc. Not only did Jessica and Kelsey make sure I was taken care of, but they made sure to fix and help any unexpected mishaps within the wedding party (broken shoe, broken zipper, etc.).
Jessica and her team are the absolute best in the business. They captured the classic and timeless style I wanted, yet still have a vibrant and fun ambiance. The dance floor was packed and guests were engaged throughout the whole night. Our guests are still reaching out and telling us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Our wedding date was February 1, 2020 and the ceremony was at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the reception was in The Birchwood Grand Ballroom. We can’t thank Jessica and Kelsey enough for making this, without a doubt, our most memorable day!

Classic Florida Vinoy Wedding
Our wedding would not have gone off the way it did without the Parties a la Carte team. Jessica and Rainee were on top of every detail, and from the very beginning, it's very clear they are experts. Living in Orlando, my husband and I didn't have time to visit numerous vendors in St. Pete, or even see everything in person with busy work schedules - but knowing Jessica and Rainee's experience, we put our trust in them and there's nothing we would've changed. The day of the wedding, my husband and I didn't have to worry about hardly a thing. Rainee and Lauren were on top of every detail, managing the schedule, and keeping everyone on schedule. With cold weather being a potential unforeseen circumstance, Jessica even thought ahead and put portable heaters on hold for us knowing as Floridians we would probably want them - in which we 100 percent did. On top of it all, we've received nothing but complimentary praise from our guests in what a beautiful wedding it was, and how on top of everything our wedding planners seemed. We are so very thankful that Jessica and her team are just as detail-oriented as we are and didn't let anything fall thru the cracks. The Parties a la Carte team is worth their weight in gold! We are so very thankful for PALC in helping give us our dream ceremony and reception on the Esplanade at The Vinoy in St. Petersburg on Saturday, February 1, 2020. Flawlessly executed and put my wedding vision into reality.
Jessica and her team thought through every detail, tracked the agreed upon budget, and managed the many personalities/moving parts a 200+ person wedding comes with. They took what was in my head and created an experience beyond my dreams. On top of the beautiful decor and delicious food/beverage, the organization and timeline of events was PERFECT. She kept a tight watch and accounted for adjustments for those extra special moments. I never felt like I was waiting or being rushed.
She came highly recommended (in fact, they were the only positive recommendation that both of my venues suggested), so I know her work is consistent. I will also note that she is very reasonably priced (although, I would've paid a lot more for her by the end!)
Her team allowed me to enjoy every moment and not worry about the details. I can't tell you how grateful I am for their expertise and professionalism. If you want a stress free wedding that captures your vision, hire Parties a'la Carte.

Exactly what the doctor ordered
A dream Spring wedding date announced +++ 2 months into planning, +++ a headache of issues post-all the above.... You could say I was in major need of a professional... There were so many variables that were unknown with my situation & I spent hours & hours researching trying to make sure I asked all the right questions (while at the same time discovering/adding to the "to-do list" the most elaborate "details" I never even considered) I was so overwhelmed, felt rushed & was dreading my engagement thus far... in the end I had to change my wedding date... My next decision was what planner I was going to hire for handling everything going forward? I looked up quite a few & researched the narrowed down list pretty in-depth. After phone consults, reading numerous reviews, instagram stories, facebook stalking, I decided on Parties A La Carte. Jessica had an office location that was great for me, she was super familiar with the area & local vendors, and she seemed like she had the experience & backbone that I was lacking. Immediately upon hiring & after our initial meeting I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I hope to finally start fresh & ENJOY the engagement/ wedding planning process going forward- && I am pretty excited :) I would recommend Jessica & her team to anyone who is in need a full on coordinator to bring a vision to life while relieving a lot of the stressful unknowns if you are a newbie to wedding etiquette & the extensive process. A Great Team
Jessica and her team were a tremendous help to us. We planned a wedding from the west coast and they were always available to talk and coordinate on different Time Zones, responsive in emails. Their trusted vendors were excellent and she and her team worked patiently with us during periods of indecision.
Obstacles inevitably arise during the lead up, and on the day of a wedding. It can be a dirty job. It is in this area that Parties a la Carte truly shined. From a last minute change of hotel and welcome reception location, to managing our anxiety as a tornado approached Largo on the day of the wedding, to Jessica insisting I use her dress to clean my hand that had champagne spilled on it instead of wiping my own suit, they always kept a cool head and when my wife and I could not and handled so many things to ensure that we had no stress come wedding day.

Jessica Ralph and Parties a La Carte planned the best day of our lives. They were constantly on call and available. Their efforts did not go unnoticed or unappreciated by my husband and I. Jessica has superb organizational skills which is something that us fellow OCDers relished! Jessica went above and beyond for us from the beginning with our engagement shoot in New Orleans, Louisiana. She even went as far as bringing me a dress to wear that she thought might better suit the look that we were aiming for. That was so special and important to my husband and I and they are memories and photos that we will cheerish forever. In a company, your team is a direct reflection of its boss. This team is just that. Jessica was not only a great business woman throughout the process, but also a great friend throughout it as well. I could always rely on her to make the best decision because I knew she cared just as much as us, heck, maybe even more! Everyone can tell how passionate she is about what she does and that is what makes her the best. I can speak for my mom, dad, husband and I when I say that we love her and we will miss her!

Jessica and the Parties A'La Carte team are life savers! I had the worlds longest engagement (2 years and 8 months, oh my!) and I tried to plan my own wedding which ended up in flames. I was recommended by my cousin who had Jessica and her team help her on her wedding day so I was familiar with her work and was very impressed with just how smoothly things went for them. So naturally we contacted Jessica and immediately hired her to help with ours....something I should've done immediately. My husband and I both agree that our wedding wouldn't have been as special or memorable if we didn't have her. Jessica was able to make what we envisioned our big day to look like come alive! If you are thinking of hiring anyone to take care of you and your wedding, Jessica and her team are the people to do it! Exceptional Wedding Planner!
First and foremost, Jessica designed a wedding that exceeded all expectations my husband and I had. It was by far the most beautiful, fun, and memorable day we have ever experienced. Words cannot describe how talented and caring Jessica and the Parties A’ La Carte team are, but I am going to attempt to explain. My husband and I were planning a very large destination wedding at the Don Cesar hotel (we live in Chicago, so it was tough to do the back and forth). We hired Jessica halfway through the planning process and it was by far the best decision we made! Jessica consistently made herself available through calls, texts, and emails to help us design the perfect wedding ceremony and reception. All of the vendors she suggested were top notch, from our florist (Bruce Wayne Florals) to our cake vendor (Hands on Sweets). I am extremely indecisive, so one of my favorite parts of the planning process was that Jessica set up a mock floral/table setting, so I could see what the options looked like prior to selecting anything. The floral/table settings Jessica designed proved that she truly listens to and understands her clients, as they were absolutely perfect and no changes were made.
I knew since day one of meeting Jessica that she was passionate about her job and exceptionally talented, but the day of coordination services showed that Jessica and her team TRULY care about their client’s happiness and ensuring that the wedding day is flawless. Anything my husband and I needed on our wedding day, the Parties A’ La Carte team handled in 5 minutes or less (seriously – they are unreal). The Parties A’ La Carte team went above and beyond for us to make sure we had the perfect day and we have no idea what we would have done without them! The team created such a beautiful ceremony/reception design that our guests were posting their table settings/florals on Instagram. My husband and I have been to countless weddings and I have never seen guests Instagram or even remember the table settings/ floral arrangements ---- that’s how good the team is at designing!
Even more impressive than the wedding design, is Jessica’s ability to think on her feet and fix last minute mishaps. Initially, my husband and I had planned a sparkler exit for our wedding, but I didn’t realize you have to specially order sparklers for this type of event (oops). When I discovered it wasn’t possible to have the sparkler exit, Jessica quickly came up with an alternative “grand exit”, where the guests would turn the flash lights on their phones and flower pedals would be thrown in the air. The result was absolutely stunning in the videos/pictures. This situation really spoke to Jessica’s ability to manage a disappointing/stressful moment and turn a last minute uh-oh into something beautiful.
There is so much more that can be said about Parties A’ La Carte and most likely hundreds of stressful situations that the team managed without Steve and I ever knowing. My only wedding regret is that I didn’t hire Jessica earlier in the planning process!

A Wedding Better Than We Dreamed!!!
It’s hard to write this without getting emotional. Finding Jessica and the Parties A La Carte team made the most special day of our life even more magical than my now husband and I could have ever imagined. Jessica is a true professional and perfectionist. It boggles my mind to think about all the energy, heart and countless hours she & her team put into making sure our wedding was nothing short of perfect. I would often wonder throughout the planning process how she even had time for other clients! No matter how much I reached out to her, or how many times I changed my mind, she was always so patient with me and willing to give me as much time as I needed. When I would struggle with properly expressing things I wanted for decor or flowers, she would discuss my ideas with me and bring to life things I wanted, and each time they were even better than what I had in my head! Living in NYC but having a destination wedding in Florida meant I had no familiarity with any local vendors. This did not matter at all because PALC had so many wonderful suggestions and they were always very mindful of our budget. Jessica pulled together a team of amazing vendors and coordinated everyone and everything effortlessly. She was a calming presence from start to finish and always had things completely under control. I had no idea when I started this process just how much work there would be and in looking back now, I don’t know how I could have done it without Jessica & PALC! Everything they did leading up to it and then the 15 hours of work they put in on our wedding day totally blows my mind. If you want your wedding to be planned perfectly and go off without a hitch, please hire Jessica and Parties A La Carte! I promise you it will be the best decision you make in your wedding planning. The only thing I will warn you about is you will end up liking Jessica so much that after the wedding is over, you are going to be sad that you don’t get to talk to her all the time anymore!!!

Couldn’t have asked for better planners!!
After getting engaged and discussing where we wanted to have our wedding, in Clearwater FL where my husband is from, we knew we would need help planning especially since we currently reside in NC. I reached out to several Tampa area wedding planners and PALC were the first to return our phone call. Jessica walked through everything with us from budget to theme. She taught us so much about wedding planning that we had no clue about! After a few days of either no responses from other planners or not as detailed conversations with them, we realized Jessica and her team were the right fit. We decided to go with the full planning package so they took care of everything from the design to the contracts. Jackie was our lead planner - Her and Ashley were the coordinators the day of, while Jessica helped with venue tours, mock floral setup, etc. All three kept in contact throughout the process and seamlessly worked together to create our special day. The day of the wedding was everything we dreamed of. Jackie and Ashley were fabulous and helped not only me and my husband, but the wedding party, family, and the resort staff with anything and everything. At the end of the night, everything was packed up neatly in our suite and the room was spotless. Really couldn’t have asked for anything more!! These ladies are top notch and just so amazing, sweet, and helpful!! Thank you PALC for all you did for us. We look forward to using them again for future events!

From the moment they got involved they handled everything including all of the details I never would have thought of on my own. They have such a great heart and we felt we were in the best hands, because we were. Unless you work with this amazing team, these are just words on a page. But their generosity, good will, professionalism, leadership, great taste, adaptability, and kindness are unmatched. My wife and I will always be indebted to them for what they did for us. Jessica and Jaclyn were a pleasure to work with. Everything they told/advised us from the beginning was spot on. Don't know how we could have gone through the process without them. There were a huge help in giving us referrals for all the vendors, particularly the photographer and florist. The result was spectacular. Many guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Our thanks to Parties A'La Carte for making the wedding beautiful and fulfilling our daughter's dream.

Parties A' La Carte was the best thing that my husband and I could've ever done for our wedding! We used their day of coordination, which made the last month leading up to the wedding such a breeze! I thought that I knew what I was doing with the planning on my own but I was wrong. Jessica, Jaclyn and the rest of the team truly made the wedding of my dreams a reality. They were there every step of the way, made sure I had everything I wanted and more. The day of was such a breeze because they did everything, and made both my husband and I, as well as our families be able to truly enjoy every second of the day. This was hands down the best money that we spent on the wedding, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone who are getting married. I met Jessica and Ashley at a local bridal expo a little over a year before the wedding day. We instantly clicked and I knew they were the team I wanted to work with to plan one of the best days of my life. My husband, Nick and I went with the partial planning. We absolutely love working with Jessica, Ashley, and Jaclyn. They are very professional and creative. They meet with you several times before your event to go over everything you have requested. One of the best decisions we made was hiring Parties a la Carte. The impact they had on our day was monumental. We had a relatively short engagement and booked our venue 5 months prior to the date. Jessica, Ashley and Jackie assisted us every step of the way. From décor design to vendor recommendations and scheduling to maintaining our budget, they were there for us with very quick response times. This is key when planning a short-term wedding. They listened to our wedding wishes and ensured all were granted on the big day including multiple confetti explosions. The amount of value they offer for the price point is astronomical, they made our day go better than we ever imagined.

I cant even put into words how amazing the Parties A' La Carte girls were and how much they did for us. I hired them shortly after getting engaged and chose the full package, so they helped me from start of engagement to the day of as well as doing our rehearsal dinner. Jessica made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning and started brain storming ideas right from the start. I was very undecided about decor and a theme for the wedding and Jessica helped me narrow everything down and gave me all kinds of great ideas to follow through with. She has great connections with some AMAZING vendors in the Tampa Bay area and I knew without a doubt she was going to make my dream wedding come true. Ive learned that so much goes behind planning a wedding and Jessica, Ashley and Jaclyn all took so much of the stress away that I would've had if they weren't helping me. I would've been a disaster without them planning and organizing the whole thing for me and I am so grateful for all of the time and hard work they put into our wedding. It came out absolutely perfect and there is literally not one thing I would've changed. Never thought I would have a wedding where nothing went wrong and where I was hardly stressed at all, but I owe that to my amazing planners. The whole planning process was so smooth and being able to reach out to the girls whenever I needed them was beyond accommodating. I knew nothing about weddings and they were so patient with me and helped me EVERY step of the way. What started with a Kate Spade inspired vision based on a simple photo my mom and I found online grew into the most fabulous, unforgettable and over-the-top (in the best way possible!) wedding my husband, John, and I could have ever imagined. There's no way our wedding reception could have become the incredible soiree that it was without Jessica Ralph and the Parties a la Carte team.
Jessica and her team are consummate professionals. It's obvious they are not only loved by the brides they work with, they have also built relationships and have the respect of some of the best vendors in the Tampa Bay area. Everything from the flowers, to the food, the invitations, cake, photo booth, ice sculpture and so much more was exceeded all expectations thanks to the PALC girls and their recommendations.
Every detail of our wedding day was executed flawlessly. Jessica, Ashley and Jaclyn work together so well and were constantly thinking ahead, making sure my husband, our wedding party and our families were all taken care of and happy.
One of the best things about Jessica is she has the best interests of every bride and groom at heart. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything my husband and I dreamed of, from making sure we got a photo at my favorite childhood spot on the water, to keeping my wine glass filled all night, to making sure all of our belongings got where they needed to be safely.
When people ask me about our wedding, I can really only describe it as a dream. It exceeded all hopes and expectations for myself, my husband, and our families. I can never thank Jessica and Parties a la Carte enough for making October 7th the most magical and memorable day of my life.

Hiring Jessica & her team was literally, without exaggeration, the best wedding planning decision we made. Jessica's candor, organization, efficiency and beautiful taste really made our wedding possible - even when we asked for the impossible (which we basically did). Since I like lists:
1. VENDORS LOVE WORKING WITH HER (and so did we) -- this makes a HUGE difference when there are things like last minute changes or creative solutions are needed.
2. Multiple guests and even vendors told us it was the BEST WEDDING they have ever attended. All of our guests had fun, things ran smoothly (even through crises, like a sweet guest accidentally shattered our crystal cake topper... which she magically had put back together within minutes so no one knew!)
3. The team goes ABOVE AND BEYOND in every way possible. They cleaned my suite at the hotel where we got ready so it was beautiful when we got back after the wedding. They picked out hundreds of briars from my veil after I stubbornly insisted on climbing in the tall beach grass. They managed every little crisis that came up so gracefully that many I only learned about later.

Our wedding day was FLAWLESS! Hiring Jessica and Ashley for full planning was the BEST decision that we made while planning our wedding! We started planning from out of state and could not imagine doing it without Parties a la Carte. Jessica was such a great communicator and made it such an easy process. Every vendor that she suggested turned out to be fantastic! Jessica and Ashley were so detail oriented and truly cared about making everything perfect for our day. Normally I get overwhelmed when making decisions, but Jessica and Ashley helped me every step of the way. They went out of their way to solve any issues and took care of everything. I always feel that I need to be in control of situation, but with Jessica and Ashley being so detail oriented and organized I could relax and enjoy our wedding day. Even though I was sick the day of the wedding, I was completely stress free, Ashley even brought me vitamins and medication to my hotel room. We did not have to worry about a single detail on the day of the wedding, they had EVERYTHING under control! During the reception they were constantly checking on us, bringing us drinks, and making sure we ate, etc. all while taking care of everything else. At the end of the night they made sure everything was packed into one of our parent’s car, and even found time to clean our hotel room, decorate it with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and rose petals so that when we got back to our room it looked amazing. Jessica and Ashley really get to know you and truly care that you have the best day ever. They made the wedding planning experience fun and it felt like I was planning with my two close friends the entire time. In fact, I’m really going to miss them! We’ll just have to find another event to plan with them soon! :) THANK YOU SO MUCH PALC!!!

Jessica and her team at Parties A’ La Carte are absolutely amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or party event. We hired them about 10 months out from our wedding with the Partial Planning package. Jessica was so awesome to work with she really cares about making your day perfect. Jessica has the best preferred vendor list we had only lived in the area for a little over a year and she helped us get every vendor we used for our wedding and we would give a 5 star rating to all them. Jessica is super detailed, organized, helpful, creative, and great at communicating with you about all the details of your wedding. PALC quality of service gives you pretty much a stress free wedding experience. A lot of our wedding guests were from out of town and PALC really helped give me a stress free week before my wedding by being so organized and ready for anything (Hurricane Matthew was the weekend of my wedding and Jessica stayed in contact multiple times a day the week before to make sure we were on the same page and that I was informed about every possible situation/backup plan). Which gave me more time with my family and friends that came in town. The day of the wedding was amazing Jessica came by the hotel where we were getting ready to pick up small things I was bringing to the reception and to check in make sure everything was on schedule etc. Then I didn’t have to deal with a single thing except enjoy my day! They meet with all vendors the day of to make sure everything is setup and ready to go on time. They also brought my bag, wedding cards, leftover food all to the wedding suite- they were just so sweet and thoughtful with all the small details they do! Jessica and her team really work hard to make sure everything is perfect for your event. I can’t thank Jessica and Ashley enough for making my wedding day perfect and everything that I dreamed it to be. Look forward to working with them again for other party events!

Jessica spent a good bit of time with a group of people committed to our organization RNCG Angel Foundation who, at least me, know little about what it takes to put on a fundraising event.
She CONSISTENTLY exhorted us to make the event a success. She PATIENTLY at times, and IMPATIENTLY :) at appropriate times reminded us what was at stake and that she needed us to step up and make it happen.
At no point, was there any indication of her 'throwing in the towel' in frustration. She stood in our corner, brought the pieces together and orchestrated an event which our Board attended, did as we were asked and watched a beautiful event unfold.

My husband and I determined very early on in the wedding planning stages that we would need help to make our wedding dreams come true, since we were planning a wedding in St.Petersburg (our hometown) while now living in Jacksonville, which made everything more difficult. When Matt and I first met with Jessica and Rainee, we instantly knew that we wanted them to be there on our wedding day. We used Parties a la Carte for day of coordination (plus a little more) since they helped us to secure some pretty amazing vendors!! Jessica and Rainee were so easy and wonderful to work with and were there with us every step of the way during the process, even during slight panic attacks, to which they would call us (even late at night) and ensure us that everything would be okay. They made sure that we stayed within our budget and they both worked so hard to make sure that our wedding went absolutely perfectly, which it did!! They made planning a wedding from a different city so much easier for us and for that, we are so grateful!! We couldn't have asked for better wedding planners if we tried. We loved their focus and attention to detail and they made it their priority to ensure that we had a fabulous time at our wedding. We used Parties A' La Carte for "month of coordination" and it was honestly the best money we spent on our wedding! I met with Jessica and Rainee months before my wedding and fell in love with their style and Jessica's attention to detail. I knew that if I used them, our wedding would be beautiful and run smoothly. So, we hired them! My husband and I had our official planning meeting about 5 weeks before our wedding where Rainee and Jessica went over every single detail with us. For the rest of the weeks leading up to the wedding Jessica, Rainee, and Ashley took care of everything. They confirmed and scheduled all of our vendors, they created a day of timeline and shared it with all parties involved, they gave me advice when needed, etc. I am a little on the OCD side so I had some pretty detailed plans for how everything should go. Jessica made me feel confident that my vision would come true. Jessica and Ashley were both there for our rehearsal and made sure everyone knew exactly how the big day would go. Once our wedding day arrived, I knew that everything would be perfect! Jessica and Ashley were at the wedding venue in the morning to help set up, coordinate vendors, answer questions, etc. They made sure everything went according to plan, and as far as I know there were no problems. They also packed up all of our stuff for us at the end of the evening, loaded gifts into my parents’ car, etc. When my husband and I arrived at our hotel room, to our surprise Jessica and Ashley had left rose petals in the shape of a heart on our bed, and they had delivered 2 slices of cake and our leftover food so we could finally eat dinner! Parties A' La Carte was amazing! I honestly can't say enough about Jessica and her whole team!

Jessica was AMAZING! She worked her butt off to make my wedding perfect. I had an outdoor wedding and it ended up raining up until I walked down the aisle. Jessica not only showed up early but she was out in the rain setting everything up to make sure it was absolutely perfect. Having thunderstorms a few hours before your wedding creates a lot of unknowns and Jessica handled it and allowed me to enjoy every moment of my special day.

I LOVE Jessica and Rainee!!! They are absolutely the most amazing people to work with and both my husband and I are ecstatic we trusted them with our wedding. We were not the easiest clients to work with because of our busy schedules and we were all over the place in terms of the number of extra events and the chaos that caused. LUCKILY for us, Jessica completely organized everything, narrowed our choices and executed each one with flawless precision. She kept us on budget and even saved us some money in the process. Her PALC team got it done on the events leading up to the big day and stayed with us to ensure everything was going according to plan. Our guests are still talking about our whole wedding weekend and how wonderful it was. We can only thank PALC and Jessica for that. Where do we even begin? Jessica and the entire Parties A' la Carte team were nothing short of spectacular. My wife and I had to plan a wedding from separate states while juggling residency and a new job. The wedding was absolutely perfect and it was the best day of our lives thanks to the organization and sheer brilliance of Jessica and their planning expertise! Rainee and Nicole were amazing and made our wedding the best day ever! It was such a special day and I was able to enjoy all the memories because I didn't have to worry about any of the logistics.When I got engaged, we were able to meet with Nicole, Rainee, and Jessica and they had so much expertise, we knew we had to have them! We did the package for day-of coordinating, and as my mom and I were planning and organizing, Rainee was so supportive and helpful and made the BEST timeline for us! Rainee and Nicole took over everything at the Rehearsal. We gave them boxes and boxes of place cards, pictures, favors- even a sword and chicken costume! :) After that, we didn't have to worry about a thing! My mom and I (and my groom!) were all able to enjoy the weekend, just like we were guests at our own party, because Rainee and Nicole did all the set up, directed people, kept things going on the timeline, and were so supportive, encouraging, professional, thoughtful, and positive the whole day. Everyone at the wedding loved them, had so many compliments for them, and all my engaged friends were asking for their information!! Thank you, Parties A'La Carte!

"Above and beyond" is the only way I can describe the services that Jessica and, particularly, Rainee, provided for this event (which was a 50th high school class reunion for 200+ attendees). Parties a la Carte responded to continuously differing reunion committee opinions with what can only be described as patience, professionalism, grace and diplomacy of the highest order. Additionally, they managed to control costs while providing an outstanding experience with excellent staffing, and particularly superb desserts. Every detail was handled perfectly and afterwards the facility was left spotless. They did the work and we got to enjoy what one guest called "a party worth waiting for 50 years."

My husband is actually the one that convinced me that we needed to get a wedding planner and I'm so glad we did! We hired Parties A'la Carte after meeting with them for a consultation and realizing how much knowledge we were lacking. We had already picked venues and most of our vendors so we ended up getting an extended version of their coordination package where they helped us with the final details (e.g. flowers, linens, chairs). Rainee was always very responsive whenever I would email her a question and she did a great job coordinating with all of the vendors and making sure our wedding day went well. The only problem I'm aware of from that day is that my stepbrother stepped on my dress and part of it ripped...but Rainee and Nichole were there to fix it in no time! (If anything else went wrong that day, I'm just glad I wasn't the one that had to hear about it and deal with it!)

The best thing that we did was to hire Jessica Ralph to oversee and assist planning my daughter's wedding! She is very professional and very attentive to all of the tasks involved in a successful wedding. During the wedding ceremony and the reception my daughter and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Jessica and her staff provided us with a seamless ceremony and reception which allowed us to just enjoy the day and have fun! All of our guest commented on how wonderful the reception was , from the food, the decorations and the way the event unfolded. I highly recommend Jessica Ralph to plan any upscale wedding!

Jessica and her staff are incredible! I was planning a birthday party for my husband( his first ever ) and I wanted to make it special, fun and memorable. Jessica did the decor, the flower arrangements to go with our golf theme in an elegant way, designed a beautiful cake and dessert table and what can I say? She took care of everything! She is creative, resourceful, and detail oriented. For every question I had of what I wanted, she had a solution and implemented it beautifully! During the event, she and her staff are so attentive, my husband and I could truly enjoy our guests and the party. I won't be having another party without Parties A' La Carte!

My husband and I love to entertain and we do it often however for this extremely important event (we became Grandparents!), we wanted something special! Jessica and her team gave us "special" and then some! I spent the day getting my hair and nails done while Jessica decorated, helped the catering crew get setup as well as the music. The outside tables and decorations were beautiful, the food was perfect and everyone loved the guitarist (and the bartender). I wouldn't change a single thing! Thank you so much Jessica!

I trusted her to get every detail taken care of and she did just that and more. I had worked in weddings and events in the Tampa Bay area, I knew choosing vendors would be difficult because there are so many great professionals. She gets things done and is always on it. My family and friends contacted me after the wedding to say how they did an incredible job. Her assistants Josie, Nicole and Rainee were there before you knew you needed something. They made not only me feel comfortable and at ease but my whole wedding party felt the same.
I want to thank Rainee as she was the planner for my other two events. Rainee was a absolute pleasure to work with! Rainee planned my Bridal brunch as well as my Sunday brunch, both in the same weekend. The Bridal Brunch for at The Don CeSar, we started with a beach side luncheon and finished with a Spa day. All of my girls changed their minds on the spa services they wanted. She was able to make these changes with ease and a smile. The Sunday brunch was on the terrace at the Vinoy, it was breathtaking. I didn't have an head count for the Sunday brunch as everyone that was invited to the wedding was invited. We had the perfect amount of food. She was able plan for this! Everything was perfect! I needed her to come up with the food, decor and entertainment. I can be a control freak and I was able to just let go and trust her. I was so surprised how beautiful everything was for both events. Guests loved the food choices as well as the entertainment! I want to thank Nicole as well for helping with all of the events! Thank you Rainee for EVERYTHING that you did, I really loved working with you! I was so calm because of the Parties a La Carte team. Thank you so much ladies for all of your hard work! I hired Jessica and her team 6 months prior to my wedding to attend second round meetings with my signed vendors, assist in sourcing additional vendors, and oversee my rehearsal dinner as well as my wedding ceremony and reception. Not only did Jessica do an amazing job with the work contracted, but she went out of her way to source items, solve problems, and basically take care of anything that would stand in the way of our wedding being an amazing event.... In addition, a key point of differentiation between Jessica and other planners is that she personally, as well as multiple members of her staff, will be onsite at each event she plans. This means that nothing is left to chance, and any issues are immediately, seamlessly, and invisibly dealt with. I am arguably the most detail-oriented, high-maintenance person on the planet, and I have nothing but glowing praise for Jessica and Parties a la Carte. I cannot say enough great things about Jessica & the Parties A' La Carte team! I am in the special events industry so I knew right away that I didn't want to be the one working on my wedding day since I automatically go into event planner mode whenever I'm attending any type of event. Jess and her team were phenomenal! I originally met them through a wedding industry networking event & was so glad that I did. I did the planning on my own since I'm in the industry but Jess & her team took care of the day of in addition being there for our ceremony rehearsal to make sure things were run on time to not interrupt the wedding taking place later that day at the venue. With my job taking care of other peoples events and working odd days & hours, Jessica & team stayed on top of things with me to make sure my wedding planning didn't slip to the wayside. Also, they would meet with me on my random days off to work with my schedule. The attention to detail & reminders that they give is excellent and made suggestions to help the day run as smoothly as possible. I had a lot of details that required specific set up for my day because i wanted to make sure that our wedding really was "us". Jessica went into extreme detail about how I wanted every little thing set up so that I nor my family had to worry about it the day of the wedding. She kept everyone on schedule, made adjustments as needed & kept me informed of how set up was going throughout the day with updates such as the cake arriving, the florist setting up, etc. When adjustments had to be made (CRAZY WIND THAT DAY!) she would calmly come & tell me about it already having a solution to the problem but just letting me know so I wasn't surprised. We were greeted that night by a nice clean room and all our gifts. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on our day which was the best wedding gift of all!

I gave the team of ladies decor for my wedding along with several instructions (I'm always a little excessive, yes). I convinced myself that I thought of everything to orchestrate the wedding day, but Parties A La Carte caught and fixed many things that I didn't foresee happening.
Before walking into the reception I glanced around - Besides everything looking on-point, I noticed that the easels were different (much prettier and sturdier looking than the ones I brought on Amazon) to display my table assignments board. Jessica, with Parties a La Carte, explained that they bought new easels because they were flimsy and weren't holding up. This purchase must have been made in a time-crunch, because I dropped my amazon easels off at Parties A La Carte the day before. I'm not sure the ladies had time to test these out until they brought them to the venue at 2pm. Therefore, sometime between 2pm and 5pm that day, they made magic happen. Great new easels along with everything else - and beat the beach traffic on the way!!
My bridal suite was a mess when we left for the ceremony - the bridesmaids belongings were everywhere - I forgot to tell them to bring their things with them before I returned with hubby later. I didn't even remember until we arrived - and the suite was spotless! Parties A La Carte took care of it. They tracked the bridesmaids down and returned their things to them.
Also, Parties A La Carte watched the weather and rushed out the night before the big day to buy my bridesmaids shawls (matching their dresses) just in case it was chilly at the outdoor ceremony. We didn't end up needing them, but it was sure comforting to know that Parties A La Carte looks out for everyone - not only the Bride!

Jessica and her team a month out were a huge benefit. Looking back at our wedding I couldn't imagine NOT having them there. I would highly recommend Jessica Ralph and her staff at Parties a La Carte for your next event. Jessica is a true professional and pays attention to every detail. I gave her an extremely short time line (3 weeks) to plan a Homecoming Dance for over 965 high school students. She secured all of my vendors, including catering, and made sure that they met county guidelines for working in a school. The décor was beautiful and matched our theme perfectly. She stayed within my tight budget and found some amazing deals for me without sacrificing quality. On the night of the event, her staff worked with such professionalism and efficiency. Each person was willing to do whatever was needed to make the dance a success for the students. When the DJ that I hired did not show up to the dance, Jessica created a playlist that instantly guaranteed that all of the attendees would have a night to remember. Without her quick thinking and problem solving, the night would have been a disaster. Faculty and students are still talking about the high quality of the event from the décor to the food. You will not be disappointed when you hire Jessica Ralph and her PALC team. They will take care of every detail and make sure that your event is first class.

My fiance and I were planning our wedding at The Birchwood in St. Pete long distance from NYC and were only able to make it down a few additional weekends to plan. We chose the Simply Serene package and got so much more! It helped tremendously to have Jessica help with vendor selection and negotiation when we were planning long distance. Jessica recommended fantastic vendors and went to bat for us when negotiating with other vendors. Because of her, we were able to get amazing vendors that fit within our budget and produced beautiful work. Also, Jessica and her team were amazing the day of our wedding!!! We were able to enjoy our entire day and not worry about a thing! They took care of every last detail, made sure we were on schedule, coordinated all of the vendors, set-up, break down, etc.! I had forgotten my more comfortable dress that I was going to change into at the end of the night and her team ran to our room at the Vinoy and brought it back for me to change into!! I had the unique opportunity to help plan my daughter and her fiancées destination wedding. I live in the area where they planned to be married. We had chosen the venue and a few vendors when I met Jessica and her Parties’ Ala Carte team at a wedding show. She took the time to explain that she could come up with a custom plan for us. We did not even have a wedding planner in the budget. Our meetings were always well organized and productive with the bride and groom living 8 hours away she always worked it in her schedule to be available when they were in town. She was always willing to work with me the Mother of the bride. She answered my numerous emails within a day .She was instrumental in executing their vision. We were very grateful she helped with suggesting vendors, negotiating prices, offering options and stay in the budget. Wedding Day was a from 9am to the exit at 11pm. Jessica and her team addressed every problem with ease and were very discreet providing solutions without stressing out the bride, groom or me. She was on top of every detail. She traveled with the wedding party to be sure everyone stayed on the timeline schedule. She had Tums, Band-Aids, safety pins and spot remover all used by the bride. Her team members were at the other locations managing guest transportation busses and vendor deliveries. Her soft voice and calm demeanor put us all at ease. She made on the spot decisions that worked without a guest every knowing. She even corrected some icing damage on the wedding cake with her clever placement of live flowers. . She is worth every penny and will save you money with her discounts that will pay for herself. She will give you peace of mind. I'm not sure how to adequately put into words the gratitude & appreciation we feel for Jessica & her team at PALC for the absolutely outstanding job they did with planning our wedding! We were in WAY over our heads when we hired PALC. They quickly organized & time lined our months to come, provided us with a tabbed organizational notebook which I carried everywhere, a continuously updated budget spreadsheet & recommendations for awesome local vendors. Bulleted emails guided us through each step of the planning process. They accompanied me on vendor appointments & assisted with negotiating prices. Our meetings were always productive & focused. Emails & texts were responded to day of, phone calls returned almost immediately & my personal most needed – wonderful advice on aesthetic & style which created a wedding that truly blew us and our guests away!
We covered 4 gorgeous sites on Sirata property over the 2 days & had @ 220 guests who still tell us how incredible their experience was! It all flowed seamlessly and Jessica was by my side helping me to stay on time & keeping me sane! I can't wait to work with Jessica & her team again in the future!

The whole team was a pleasure to work with. It would have been easier for everyone if we had hired them at the beginning. When working with a government entity that requires lots of forms, approvals and signatures the earlier they can be involved in the process the better. From day one she made my stress come down by half. I truly believe if I didn't have her my wedding wouldn't be even close to what it was. She made it all come together, and he can make almost any wish happen. Our officiant called off the day before and Jessica found a replacement and made sure this person new everything that was taking place.

I was an indecisive bride and would change my mind a lot but Jessica made sure everything was perfect. Alonso (my husband) and I were just discussing how wonderful it was to have Jessica as our wedding planner. She was on top of everything, from fixing my bouquet at the last minute (from too modern to amazing vintage), to switching my shoes throughout the night, and to even escorting wedding crashers off the premises. Alonso and I were able to enjoy our night to the fullest without a worry in the world. Everything went smooth and every detail I had visioned in my mind was accomplished times ten! I recommend to every bride and groom, to not only have a wedding planner for your big day, but to have one that cares as much as Jessica and her team at parties a la carte does about their clients. Thank you Jessica and Josie for making this one of the most beautiful memories we will ever have. We truly love you.

Jessica and her team at Parties A’ La Carte helped me plan the one event that a guy has to plan perfectly: proposing to his girlfriend. I know that my now fiancé is definitely more of the planner than me, so I needed help to plan the best proposal ever. Jessica and her team were really easy to work with, and were always willing to help me with the details at any time. They gave me great ideas on the location, and even worked out the plan to get my fiancé there without knowing.
My fiancé was completely surprised, and she still talks about how perfect it was. Jessica really took care of everything, and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Parties A’ La Carte, my fiancé has already talked about hiring you guys to help plan the wedding!

I had the unique opportunity to help plan my daughter and her fiancées destination wedding. I live in the area where they planned to be married. We had chosen the venue and a few vendors when I met Jessica and her Parties’ Ala Carte team at a wedding show. She took the time to explain that she could come up with a custom plan for us. We did not even have a wedding planner in the budget. Our meetings were always well organized and productive with the bride and groom living 8 hours away she always worked it in her schedule to be available when they were in town. She was always willing to work with me the Mother of the bride. She answered my numerous emails within a day .She was instrumental in executing their vision. We were very grateful she helped with suggesting vendors, negotiating prices, offering options and stay in the budget. Wedding Day was a from 9am to the exit at 11pm. Jessica and her team addressed every problem with ease and were very discreet providing solutions without stressing out the bride, groom or me. She was on top of every detail. She traveled with the wedding party to be sure everyone stayed on the timeline schedule. She had Tums, Band-Aids, safety pins and spot remover all used by the bride. Her team members were at the other locations managing guest transportation busses and vendor deliveries. Her soft voice and calm demeanor put us all at ease. She made on the spot decisions that worked without a guest every knowing. She even corrected some icing damage on the wedding cake with her clever placement of live flowers. . She is worth every penny and will save you money with her discounts that will pay for herself. She will give you peace of mind.
