  Delicious Food and Professional Staff

  We selected Pappas Catering for our wedding and couldn't be happier. We got a lot of compliments on the fajitas and their team was amazing. Always quick to respond to a phone call before the event, and the day of team handled not only food, but set up, flipped the space from ceremony to reception, and breakdown.

  Great food, great service, great overall experience!

  We hired Pappas without thinking twice about it after attending out friend's wedding who had them. The food is phenomenal (which we already knew going into it) but then working with them was amazing! I had a few phone call with Justine leading up to the event and I was blown away at how helpful she was! She gave me insight into how to save money, the rundown of what the day would look like, and was so available and patient with my many questions. They were so flexible and easy to work with! The day of the wedding, the pappas team worked the event flawlessly. We got so many compliments on the food, and since many of our guests were from out of town, it was a pleasure having really good Tex-mex for our guests. I highly recommend working with Pappas Catering!

  Pappas did a great job on the food and bar at our wedding! We had appetizer and then steak and chicken fajitas for dinner. The fajitas were amazing! The steak was perfect! The guests all loved the food. I heard so many compliments on it throughout the evening. The service was great all night as well. They ran out of red wine during the reception but other than that everything was perfect!

  My husband and I were blown away by the food that Pappas provided for our wedding! All of our guests really enjoyed it as well. We had the beef and chicken fajitas, along with the chips and salsa that were served during cocktail hour. We also opted for the on-site cooking and the place smelled fantastic because of it! Also, Juliet was great to work with and made the whole process enjoyable.

  This vendor is surprisingly GOOD. We "settled" choosing this over a fancier caterer because it was a more affordable option. They surprised us by having amazing food - better than when we went for a tasting. Everyone raved about the food at the wedding, and we ended up being much happier both in terms of budget and taste!

  Our guests LOVED the food from Pappas (Pappasito's) at our wedding! We had the avocado bar, fajitas, and shrimp brochette. So many people raved about the avocado bar and shrimp in particular. The service staff was amazing and efficient. I worked with Juliet and Lauren as catering coordinators and they were always responsive and professional. It was all so perfect!

  I can't believe how tasty the food was!! I am so happy that the guest enjoyed the food as much as I hoped. Great pricing and very professional!! Lauren and Juliet worked through my many changes with the menu and were so professional on every encounter!!

  Planning my wedding in Austin from Seattle was a bit tricky, but I narrowed down the caterer to Pappa's since I have dined at their restaurants before. Lauren and Juliet were incredibly helpful along the way to pick the perfect menu. Everyone raved about the shrimp brochette! The service was great and they even made sure me and my new husband ate dinner.

We were complimented on our food by a bunch of people (and you know how bad wedding food can sometimes be!). I didn't interact with the staff much, but whenever I did, they were beyond courteous and fun to have at the event. They even passed champagne for toasts and took care of cutting and passing the cake, which to me is above and beyond good service.
  
  I am so glad we hired Pappas Catering for our wedding reception. I cannot stress enough how much of a pleasure it was to work with them! They just made our event so much better.

  When looking for caterers, there can be quite a bit of sticker shock on pricing. We were on a pretty strict budget, and we LOVE pappasitos so we were very pleased to find out that they catered. They were actually a preferred vendor at our venue so that definitely helped make the decision too. Great prices, awesome staff and service and DELICIOUS food!! I worked with Juliet and she was really great and accomodating. She constantly made changes for me and just helped me out so much. We got so much great feedback from our guests how wonderful the food was (we did fajitas, a quesadilla station and shrimp brochette)!! They definitely lived up to their reputation and we were VERY happy we went with them!

  Juliet with Pappas Catering was fantastic. She helped us select and finalize our menu several times, all while keeping us within our budget, and the food suggestions she made ended up being the biggest hit at the wedding! We loved that Pappas is a full service caterer and take care of all the rentals, bar tending, staffing etc- the price is very affordable when you take all of that into consideration. Juliet also helped us decide on layout for the event and the "look" of it. The result was a well run, yummy, beautiful dinner! I would definitely recommend Pappas to other couples looking for affordable Tex Mex food and great service.

  I am the wedding planner from last night's wedding and had to post about the excellent service from Pappas Catering with Juliet, 512-459-6438 I have only worked with Pappas on rehearsal dinners in the past and not for a full wedding. Juliet did such a fantastic job as team leader, answering the bride's countless e-mails (always cc'ing me on them) and then her team just rocked it all night long with the rain plan challenges (meaning flexibility), room flip, clean up, professional attitudes, constant bussing and load out. I will be working with you again, no doubt, especially if I can have that artichoke dip again.

  I was really impressed with Pappsito's Catering. Great pricing for their food and alcohol. The food was awesome, plentiful and freshly grilled right there at our reception site. The food satisfied both my German/Italian family and my husband's Mexican family. The left overs were wrapped and ready to go. And I couldn't say enough about the servers. They were so nice, courteous and helpful! So instrumental in the flow of things...less stress for us! Great service! And everyone was happy and left with a full tummy. ;)
