I found Pam 2 years before our actual wedding date so I had the delight of getting to work with her over a long time! She is so professional, knowledgeable, fun, easy and she remembers allllll the details. Pam is truly the woman you want to work with!!! She made our wedding day schedule fade into the background while we got to enjoy the day. Her vendor recs were all A+ as well! -

Where do we even begin? Pam made our wedding day an absolute fairy tale come true! From the moment we first discussed our plans, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Her warm and caring approach made us feel like we were working with a friend, not just a wedding planner.
Throughout the planning process, Pam took the time to understand our love story and what mattered most to us. She incorporated personal touches and unique details that truly reflected our personalities. It felt like she was as invested in our special day as we were. The wedding decorations were beyond our wildest imagination. The way she transformed the venue into a romantic wonderland left us and our guests in awe. The exquisite floral arrangements and thoughtful design elements made every corner Instagram-worthy.

Pam was outstanding in her assistance, planning and problem solving for our daughter’s wedding. Pam provided tools to the bride to help her stay on tract. Pam maintained contact with the vendors. This was a destination wedding and her guidance was excellent! -

Pam helped plan our wedding as our full service planner, and she helped make both the entire planning process and our wedding day go so smoothly. She was the biggest help in not only finding us other remarkable venders to work with, but also in coordinating all details with those vendors on our behalf. The day of our wedding would not have gone so perfectly if it wasn't for Pam! We got so many compliments on how well everything went, and that is in large thanks to her and all her hard work she put into making sure our day was perfect (from setup, to vendor coordination, to cleanup). I highly recommend hiring Pam to help plan your wedding. -

Pam was wonderful. She helped us so much with local vendor recommendations (who were all amazing), and in the weeks before the wedding, she handled all the communication and coordination with our vendors. The day was perfect. And even though there were a few hiccups, Pam handled them all and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We honestly could not have done it without her! -

Where to even begin!! Pam is the most amazing wedding planner in the universe. Seriously, she was ahead of the game planning with all the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, checking in with me (bride-to-be) to make sure I had everything I needed and understood all facets of the day. She was even on top of it to learn and understand any inevitable family/friend drama that popped up and handled it like a pro. Our actual wedding day could not have been more chill or enjoyable because we knew Pam had everything taken care of with the support and help of all the other vendors! If I could hire Pam to coordinate my life, that would be dope lol. Seriously though, Pam was amazing, you will not be sorry you hired her to make your day run smoothly and actually enjoy it! -

Perfect wedding planner
Pam coordinated our wedding the last week, of August and did an amazing job with her team. The venue required a coordinator, and at first I pushed back thinking that I could do the co-ordination. I was wrong, Pam and her team did so much more than I could have accomplished that I would highly recommend her services even if a coordinator was not required. Pam worked tirelessly coordinating all our vendors prior to the day and on the day. She made sure the day went perfect, and kept everyone on a timeline to ensure we were able to fit in all the activities/photos etc. that we wanted. Pam also went above and beyond smoothing out those last-minute glitches ensuring that our guests only saw a seamless perfect ceremony and reception. Most importantly and certainly the most work, Pam made sure all the items that we brought and those that we wanted to save from the special day were safely stowed and put in our car for the easiest exit ever!! Thanks to Pam and her team’s, hard work and expertise the wedding and reception went off without a hitch and was just as perfect as we had imagined. -

Reviews like these helped us identify Pam and we are so glad they did! As the mother-of-the-bride many states away, my daughter and I needed local expertise and energy. Pam kept us focused on our plan, from the essentials to the details, over more than two years due to covid.
She guided us to top notch vendors and worked well with those we chose independently. We hired Pam as our day-of planner, but she worked intensely with us for the last 4-5 weeks. She knew the things we needed to “worry” about and attend to, but also those we didn’t. Her ability to prioritize and lead is key, as well as her roll-up-the-sleeves personality. She is calm and a lot of fun. She kept both of us positive as we planned one wedding, postponed the reception, celebrated an elopement, and then recently had a wedding celebration!
Bottom line: you DO need help with your wedding and Pam is the so very capable and experienced. Don’t hesitate to enlist her services!

From the moment we met Pam, we knew she would be a good match for us. Her easy going demeanor and our shared interest in mountain bikes definitely helped. :)
We decided to work with Pam as "day-of" coordinator, but really "month-of", and even before that she was hard at work. I got her up to speed on all of my decor ideas and she had our back getting those last minute vendor details dialed. She was professional, organized (the spreadsheet she uses - my goodness!), and a truly refreshing face and personality to be around.
On our wedding day, our timeline was COMPLETELY turned upside down (thanks to Colorado weather). She handled it with ease and rearranged our evening in a way that our guests honestly didn’t even notice. Pam delivered flawlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our special day and a huge part of that is in thanks to this lady!

If you want a day-of planner that simultaneously goes above and beyond and is down-to-earth at the same time, Pam is it. Even though she was technically only our day-of planner, she began working with us a year out. She helped us think through the details of the day, sent us recommendations for vendors and was just generally very responsive to all our questions. She is incredibly organized, and had every single detail accounted for the leading up to our wedding day. Her professionalism made us feel totally confident that she would manage whatever came up on our wedding day, and sure enough, she was a rockstar. I would recommend Pam to anyone looking for a wedding planner who is both incredibly competent and fun to work with. She's just the best! -

Pam's the best! With no family locally and a newborn, wedding planning on my own was out of the question. Pam was chill from the beginning, gave me tons of great recs for vendors making the initial selection process much easier. She will be your advocate in dealing with vendors and was always sensitive to my budget. She has great taste and often knew my style even before I did. She happily took on any tasks I delegated, willing to lessen my load when able. (Even dealt with crazy family when the chaos gets real at the end!) On wedding day, I had no stress knowing all the details /logistics were taken care of. Pam just HANDLED it. She has a great presence, not pushy or overbearing like I’m sure some planners can be. She’s assertive and professional in the best possible way. If you need a planner (which you probably do) get Pam on your team and she will get it done! -

To any bride-to-be having trouble searching for a wedding planner and reading this review, your search should seriously end here. Choose Pam now, you won’t regret it! I’m very much a type A person, so I really struggled coming to terms with the fact that hiring a planner for our wedding was going to be the best decision for my husband and I to truly enjoy the planning process and most importantly enjoy our special day. We hired Pam a few months out from our wedding which meant we already had most of our vendors contracted; however, from day one she took over seamlessly, asked all the right questions, introduced herself to our vendors and off she went. From that moment on she took over the planning process all the way through our wedding day. Pam was amazing every step of the way! The wedding day itself truly would not have been our most perfect day if it wasn’t for her flawless execution of all the details we spent so many months planning. I can’t say enough great things about Pam. She’s simply the best and we are so glad we chose her as our wedding planner and trusted her with the most special day of our lives! -

Professional, Kind and Efficient!
Pam was amazing - so easy to work with, and completely on top of everything. She made the wedding day feel seamless, fun and easy! She was married at the same venue we were, so it was extra special to have her coordinate our wedding. She handled all of the details and kept the wedding moving without being too strict about schedule (my request)! All of our guests were impressed with her as well! So many people came up to us after the wedding to praise Pam! We were grateful to have her as part of our special day. -
