I hosted a charity dance party in the banyan room at the Marriott. Dana was our meeting planner and assisted us every step of the way. The prices were very reasonable (especially for South Florida) and everyone raved about the food we ordered. Will host here again as it was such a positive experience.

Dana was incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. From booking the venue, to connecting us with trusted vendors, to coordinating seamlessly with the venue’s catering department, she made everything feel easy and stress-free. The food was absolutely amazing, and everything came together perfectly on the day of our wedding. Dana truly went above and beyond and did not disappoint—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had our wedding reception here at Palm Beach Gardens Marriot on November 8, 2025. We originally picked this Marriot because of how comfortable and at ease we felt with Dana. Little did we know, we stumbled upon not just staff members, but a family community that welcomed us and all of my family as their own. Leeh and Renelle at the front desk ensured everyone’s check in to the hotel ran smoothly. They went above and beyond to ensure all the guests staying at the hotel had their needs met the entire weekend. When Reneele greets you upon entering the hotel, it feels like a warm hug from a longtime friend. Also, shout out to the staff at the McArthur’s bar for catering to all my family and friend’s the entire weekend. They were well taken care of for breakfast, lunches, dinners, and many drinks throughout the day.

Dana played a pivotal role in turning our wedding reception into a memorable celebration and one of the best nights of our lives. She brings her infectious energy, smile, and creativity to every detail. From the very beginning, she helped craft a vision for the evening that would make any couple’s dream come true. Even though she has to balance many other events every week, she still was able to be there for me during the whole planning process whether via call, email, or text. She was and is an accountable person.
Dana took charge of coordinating the décor and transforming the venue into a magical space. Her attention to detail created an inviting atmosphere where every guest felt welcomed and excited to be part of the festivities. Furthermore, Dana’s organizational skills ensured our night flowed effortlessly, keeping everything on track where I did not have to stress or worry about a thing. I knew she had everything covered and under control. That is such a big relief to feel when having an event like this. Dana’s warmth and enthusiasm kept the energy high and the smiles wide, making the wedding reception a true celebration of love and joy.
She worked closely with the catering team, the DJ, and other vendors to coordinate the timing of the reception’s key moments, from the grand entrance to the first dance to the timing of dinner. Speaking of dinner, nothing short of spectacular. I cannot rave enough about the food. Chef Jorge Lopez is a mastermind. My husband and I worked with Jorge and Dana to create our menu and I am still dreaming about the food a month later. He carefully curated the menu and catered to our dietary preference, ensuring that everyone felt included and satisfied. It was clear that Jorge and his team poured their hearts into creating a dining experience that was as unforgettable as the celebration itself. Every single person we talked to during the reception and even now, a month later, speaks so highly of the food. One guest said they usually do not like the food served at receptions, but this was different and the best they ever had.
We truly could not be more grateful to Dana and her team for helping to make our wedding reception an unforgettable night.

My experience with Marriot at Palm Beach Gardens and its staff was absolutely great! My point of contact Dana was very accommodating to our vision and budget. Things leading up to the event were taken care of quickly even when I had some changes. The renovated hall looks beautiful!

The day of, the run of events, was phenomenal! The day of the event coordinator who also was the baker, Mickey, was amazing! She was very positive and able to get everything! Also, we got our cake from the Marriot and the lemon cake was a big hit!! Perfect cake for the summer. The staff presence was great with the food and drinks!

My overall experience was just great. I was so fortunate for Dana and the staff for making my reception so special.


Just one comment for improvement, we got 2 TVs that the venue offered so we can have a photo gallery to be played through the event. The TVs did not have loop playback option so the use of the TVs became useless.

Dana was profesional and helped us with our event. I recommend the Marriott to everyone !

I had the privilege of working with Dana Valdez at the PGA Marriott for this historic event, 71 years of servicing, the Palm Beach County communities, children, families in need. We selected the PGA Marriott, to celebrate the individuals that have been the most influential in providing these services to our local communities. Dana understood our needs, made the right suggestions and adjustments, prior to the event to make sure the event was as prestigious as the individuals in attendance.
Dana, made everyone involved look good and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We served over 250 professionals, doctors, lawyers, politicians, educators, Mentors and did so without a hitch. The food was delicious and the vendor was breath taking. We have received so many compliments because of the great service that Dan and her staff provided us.

Dana our Catering Coordinator for our special wedding day was absolutely amazing!!!! She was very attentive and wanted to make this day very special for us and it was so incredible!!! I love her care and wanting to make us happy in every decision we make!!! This was a great day!!!

We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to the help of Dana Valdez. She made sure all the vendors were on point before and that everything went smoothly during the wedding. She listened to all our needs and made them happen. What a wonderful experience! Thank you thank you thank you Dana!

I used the PBG Marriott as the hotel for my out - of -town guests during my wedding. The hotel is luxurious and has a great location next to a variety of shops and restaurants. Rachel was very responsive to my questions and concerns regarding transporting my guests to and from my wedding venue. She was very accommodating with special requests and we were able to drop by and have a quick meetings if needed. I was kept up to date on the guest list and a variety of options to make my wedding even better for my guests. The whole Marriott team was very friendly to my guests and demonstrated excellent service skills. I highly recommend them!

We held our reception at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott and could not be happier. The staff from front desk, to bartenders we friendly and accessible. The facility was beautiful from the lobby, to the rooms & ballroom, and landscaping. Kim Johnston was a pleasure to work with. She was flexible, responsive and patient and eased the process of planning what would otherwise have been a complicated event. She made sure all the food and vendors was how we wanted, and helped coordinate a large block of rooms for out-of-town guests at a great rate.

My wedding reception was at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott last month, October 19th 2012. ..My husband and I couldn't be happier with our reception. Everything turned out perfectly, even better then we had envisioned. Monika Moller, the wedding coordinator was so awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, and she really kept things organized. We had alot of guests stay at the hotel the night of the wedding, and the next night as well, and they were all very happy with their rooms and the overall hotel. The food at our reception was delicious, every single guest loved it. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was at our reception. Thank you Monika and Palm Beach Gardens Marriot!!

My husband and I absolutley LOVED the Marriott. It was the perfect place to get married (if you have the money). It was a little pricey, but I liked the fact that theytook care of EVERYTHING. GREAT JOB!
