Coordinator Claudia to the Rescue!

We worked with Claudia as our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic. Even in a coordination-only role, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was organized, calm, detail-oriented, and truly on top of every moving piece. Also greaaaat fashion sense, and always top of her game outfit wise 😂 So chic.

On the wedding day, I felt completely at ease knowing she was handling timelines, vendors, and all the little things I didn’t want to worry about. She anticipated needs before they came up and kept everything flowing effortlessly. Would definitely recommend Claudia to anyone getting married in LA or the surrounding area.

Amazing experience!

So grateful I had Claudia during my wedding planning process! I had a lot going on the year leading up to our wedding but also had a LOT of ideas and Claudia helped streamline everything and make it happen! She also had great vendor recommendations for what I was looking for and was available throughout the process. Claudia was the *best* partner in bringing together my dream wedding!

One Darling Day was by far my first choice when we started planning our wedding. I had followed her account on Instagram for some time before we were engaged and I loved how original, eclectic and intimate all of Claudia's weddings looked. We booked her early-she was our first vendor booked-which was the best call as I loved having someone I could go to to help me verify vendors, suggest design options, and answer other random planning questions throughout my 1 1/2 year-long engagement.

Most notably was how Claudia handled the extreme weather that caused us to have to change venues, 2 days before our wedding. She very nimbly helped me translate our existing layout and communicate our decisions and preferences to the venue. I'm so thankful that she orchestrated an outdoor ceremony, which was my goal, and designed the most beautiful interpretation of my dream in a completely new space.

Finally, Claudia was kind and lighthearted throughout the entire process, but has exactly the type of direct forward, take-charge manner that is so needed when coordinating a wedding! Claudia–thank you for everything! I already miss working with you!

The Absolute Best!

Claudia was absolutely incredible to work with and our wedding day would not have been the same without her expertise and guidance. She provided invaluable advice and recommendations for us during the planning stage, worked MAGIC with our venue space and rentals, and fostered and lead a warm and collaborative environment for us and all of our vendors and guests. I'm still beaming from how wonderful the day/night was and Claudia is to thank! I had/have complete trust in her to make any couples' wedding dreams a reality. A dream come true

Not many people can look back on their wedding day and not think of a single thing that went wrong or that they would change. The reason my husband and I can do that is because of Claudia. She is incredible and brought all of our dreams to life on our wedding day. Not only is she an incredible planner, but she is also an incredible person and we loved all of the time we were able to spend with her. We could not recommend her enough.

Exceptional wedding planner - highly recommend!!

We worked with Claudia at One Darling Day to plan the perfect wedding for my daughter. My daughter and I are in Chicago and Cleveland respectively and it was essential that we align with a communicative, detail oriented, well connected planner who could help execute my daughter’s vision. We found that and so much more in Claudia. Simply put, Claudia is a PRO!! Her expert guidance was truly invaluable. She offered options and suggestions for everything from hair and makeup artists to table decor. Her knowledge of the Southern California wedding community helped us to make key decisions that made the wedding very special and intimate. The bride, groom and both families truly enjoyed working with Claudia and we all appreciated her prompt responses to any questions, her organizational skills and her designer’s eye. Claudia is amazing -- we loved working with her for our crazy two day wedding. Truly could not have done it without her and her team. On one of the day's, we had a potential rain scare and she handled it so calmly and professionally. We were especially grateful for her in that moment. We LOVED working with Claudia. It's pretty rare that you hire someone and walk away with a new friend, but that speaks to the quality of human Claudia is and the level of care that Claudia puts into her work. On top of that:

1. She's a fantastic collaborator. My husband is a designer, and I'm in marketing, so we had many opinions ;). However, Claudia has incredible taste, and we found that she helped us make our ideas better and always thinks about practical ways of bringing them to life.

2. She goes above and beyond. It felt so good knowing that Claudia cared about the wedding being amazing just as much as we did, and ALL of her actions showed me this during the planning process.

3. She has excellent relationships with INCREDIBLE vendors -- there was not a single vendor Claudia recommended that I would not hire again (flowers, catering, hair/makeup, DJ, valet, security, etc.) They were professional; they all matched the vibe and energy of our wedding.

4. She's dialed and experienced. I was blown away by Claudia's ability to know exactly how to orchestrate the logistics of our day. It's the knowledge that comes from years of experience, and it was invaluable. Because of this, EVERYTHING (I mean every detail) went according to plan.

I wholeheartedly recommend Claudia and would hire her again! Thank you, Claudia!

Claudia helped me create the Elopement of my DREAMS!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

WOW!!! Claudia was the ultimate planner- from helping me plan my initial wedding (before the pandemic), to switching the plan a few times, to deciding that an elopement would be the best decision for us… she was so deeply there for us every step of the way. Her ongoing support put me at ease throughout this process. Beyond that, Claudia has the BEST eye for all things beautiful, vibrant & sprinkles magic into everything she creates. Her unique attention to detail & eye for design is something that makes her sooo special… all of the little touches in our day made us feel like we were living in a dream world. It was absolutely STUNNING. It was like she knew the visions inside my head better than I did & was able to bring them to life. When I saw everything come together on the day, I was completely blown away & moved by how Claudia made it all happen for us so seamlessly. I found One Darling Day on instagram and immediately reached out and I'm so glad I did. We hired her and she went above and beyond, even the point of helping my husband plan an afterparty. Because of the panorama, we worked with her for like two years and she helped us visualize and create a dream come true of a wedding even when we were close to throwing in the towel. Claudia is so positive and reassured us several times when chaos struck. She made sure we had all our contracts together, gave us wonderful vendor recommendations, and made sure we were present and having fun on our wedding day. Wonderful experience with Claudia!

My husband and I planned a somewhat last minute micro-wedding. Like most couples, we felt like we didn’t really know what we were doing. With a guest count under 30, it was hard for us to find anyone willing to help us plan and coordinate our wedding. We discovered Claudia on Instagram and I’m so happy we did! Claudia truly went above and beyond to help us piece everything together to make our day operate smoothly. She helped us make sure we had a solid timeline and that all the other vendors were operating according to plan so that we didn’t have to stress before getting married. Claudia is the absolute best!

Claudia was referred to me by The Fig House along with several other planners but saw all the beautiful weddings she helped create and knew I wanted to work with her.

I reached out to her and we had an initial meeting; we brainstormed what the overall look and vibe I was going for. We met once more with my florist and ended up texting easily enough when I had any other questions. Claudia’s been doing this for a long time and has great style; I didn’t even have to explain much before she knew exactly what I wanted!

Even after all the planning, the rehearsal and day of went so smoothly- if something skipped I beat, we didn’t even know! You can really rely on Claudia and she’ll make sure it’s the most special day of your entire lives.

Best wedding planners

The best decision we made for our wedding was having Claudia and Abby as our wedding planners! From the moment I met them we immediately clicked. I knew they were going to be the ones to help us achieve our dream wedding. They went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. They’re an amazing dream team duo. Our wedding was so magical and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Claudia and Abby really outdid themselves and were more than just wedding planners to us. They were there for me anytime of the day even late night texts, coffee dates to get work done, helping me pick key vendors, going to DTLA to pick out materials and so much more! They are such hard workers and will go great lengths for you. There is so much that a wedding planner does and Claudia and Abby exceeds the definition of a wedding planner. They’re the BEST. Even during the wedding, they would check in on us to make sure we were okay and if there was anything we needed. They were always there for us. Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!!!

Claudia and her team at One Darling Day were AMAZING! We hired her as our month of coordinator for our September 21, 2018 wedding at Smog Shoppe. When we met in person we just clicked, she's genuine, funny, down to earth. She really cares about her clients. When I talked to her about the vision I had for the wedding, she made it a reality. She made the whole planning process easy and stress free. Whenever I had a question she was quick to respond. Claudia and her team at One Darling Day are incredible! I hired her for my week-of coordination, and she did an excellent job. Leading up to the wedding, she was responsive, shared helpful information such as recommendations for hair stylists, tipping guides, and timeline help. She met with my vendors on site, met with me for a final walkthrough, and carried out a rehearsal.

Day of, she was amazing. I felt so supported, and didn't worry about a thing. I had a large 250 person multi-cultural wedding, and needed all the help I could get to make sure everyone was where they needed to be and that the event ran smoothly. Mid-way through the event, she ran out to get water bottles, extra ice, extra beer, etc, and didn't trouble me about it until after the wedding! Excellent service!

Claudia of One Darling Day was our wedding coordinator, and we’re so glad we booked her!! We had a very large wedding party (10 on each side) and a lot of various logistics the day of—we didn’t want to do a first look (making the timeline a bit tighter), we had two different “grand exits” (one with a flower petal toss as we walked out of our ceremony, and one with light strands as we exited our reception), had a large number of guests, and just generally a lot going on. Claudia pulled it all off with ease. Our wedding day was 95 degrees and we never even saw her break a sweat! She kept things moving, kept us all relaxed, and did everything to make our day a success. She even bustled my dress and helped me take out my veil when I couldn’t find my mom or maid of honor. I would recommend her to anyone—thank you, Claudia!

Claudia was wonderful to work with! We hired her as our day of coordinator and she was fantastic! She was prompt with correspondences, punctual with meetings and the day of, she handled everything so professionally that I didn't worry at all and I'm the type that worries! Let me just say WOW. Claudia is more than a wedding coordinator. She’s a maid of honor, a best man, and a wedding expert all into one. I say this with all sincerity. She truly made my wedding dreams become a reality. She anticipated my needs and wants before I needed to ask. She’s creative, thoughtful and brings comfort and ease during one of the most important moments of a couple’s journey. Claudia has a wealth of knowledge on venues, vendors, décor, themes, you name it she’s your go-to person. Every challenge, decision, idea that I had Claudia was there to help me through the process. She listened attentively and gave me great advice and recommendations when I needed it. Weddings are such a stressful time for any couple. I am so happy that I hired a wedding coordinator. Especially that I hired Claudia. I knew she was talented but I was not at all prepared for how amazing everything turned out. It was truly a magical day. It is our pleasure to give Claudia Casanova, and One Darling Day, a “review”. We were recently married at a wonderful venue, where we also brought in a caterer, a florist, rented all the dishes and heaters, and had valet parking. We added live music from our grandson and son, and a film that utilized audio visual equipment. So, there was a lot to coordinate.

Claudia was an integral part of making it all work smoothly and seamlessly. On the “day of”, Claudia was there to take care of everything and coordinate, and we never were “bothered” about a thing. Claudia enabled us to enjoy our own event! It was wonderful.

Working with Claudia was one of the best decisions we could have ever made in lieu of planning our wedding day. Not only did it mean working with the front-woman herself, but it also meant working with the entire One Darling Day team (her preferred vendors and our Day of Coordinator, Avelene). We booked Claudia once we were 3 months out from the event date, when we had a better idea of what we wanted.

Contractually and logistically, Claudia came at a really crucial moment, providing us with proper timelines, and templates to hone in everything we had put in place. On top of that, she went the extra mile with her expertise and made us feel extremely confident in our decisions. Her attention to detail and overall approach to aesthetic surpassed any expectations! This gave us tremendous support and peace-of-mind, not only on our wedding day, but the WEEK of our wedding. Claudia was great to have the day of. She made sure that my husband and I were able to enjoy the day throughly, and handled any hiccups that came our way (like my husband think it was not important to print out seating charts). I can’t remember how I ‘found’ Claudia, but I’m so glad I did. It was important to me that my wedding planner be someone who I could talk to like a friend. I liked that I could talk to Claudia like a normal person. It never felt like she was trying to sell me on something that wasn’t me.

Claudia was great. She answered my many emails and texts. I wanted pizza at my wedding and she pointed me to Urban Pie—one of the BEST choices I made because I LOVED their food (I had pizza, meatballs, churros & ice cream!!!)

When it mattered the most – wedding day – Claudia was ON POINT. She was super professional and made sure everything went smoothly. She also checked on me a lot to make sure I was ok, and to pull me away from awkward family situations if I were to give her the signal (I never had to use it).

Something that really sealed the deal for me… was when I met Claudia for the first time, we mentioned that we both were not a red-roses kind of bride. I wanted something different and more personal than other weddings I had been to. It’s so easy to fall victim to standard wedding things, but if you’re looking for someone fun, innovative, unique… and you want your wedding that way too… then CLAUDIA is your girl.

Claudia was outstanding overall. She was helped us complete our vision and helped execute it on our wedding day. She has a wide range of abilities and can help you with full-on wedding planning to 'day of' coordination. Claudia was responsive and flexible. We cannot recommend Claudia highly enough. She is creative, she is attentive, she is responsive, and most importantly, calming. My wife had a vision for our wedding, and Claudia brought it to life. It was amazing to see when we joined our families for the reception on our special day. Through the experience, we've learned that Claudia was not just our wedding planner, she had become our friend.

She knows how to delegate very well, is a very effective communicator, and really stayed on top of us to make sure we were okay, especially as we got down to the wire. She came with us to vendor meetings - the venue, the caterer, the florist, the baker, and the rentals - and helped us to negotiate with them.

She went above and beyond for us, made extra time for us, and really made us feel like we were her only clients.

We are still getting told about how "beautiful," "perfect," "magical," and "magazine-worthy" our wedding was.

As a perfectionist, it's hard to let go, but on your wedding day, you must relinquish control in order to have a good time. With Claudia, I found it so easy to let go. From the moment we met, I knew I was in good hands for our wedding of 140 guests. Her warm personality, attention to detail, aesthetic, experience, and professionalism make it easy to have a calm and stress free day. She went above and beyond what a planner would normally do - including driving to Malibu on numerous occasions and bandaging up my foot when I cut myself on the night of the wedding. And not only did my husband and I love her, our families loved her as well. We were all impressed with everything she did that day and the months leading up to the event. I stumbled across Claudia's instagram page about 2 years ago and instantly fell in love with her style. From the first meeting I knew she was the perfect fit for us. She was so easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. She made the whole process so easy and made me feel so stress free every time we met up.

Claudia is my spirit animal, we got along with each other right away. I found her from another well known Los Angeles wedding planner who recommended her to me. After visiting her site & Instagram, I knew her aesthetic would pair nicely with the vision I had in mind for the wedding. We decided on a 6 month plan, but even before that was in effect, she sent me recommendations of photographers & other vendors, answered questions I had regarding decor etc. When our 6 months hit, we went hard. We went to flea markets together, several meetings - she would send me Instagram vision boards & texts regarding things she found I may like. She even went as far as helping me decide clothing for my engagement photos. She felt more like a friend than a planner & every step was so much fun with her. The day of the wedding was perfect. Everything I could ever dream of - it was the party my husband & I were wanting & I have to think Claudia for helping me assemble the best team, & executing all the fine details to perfection.

I would not have had such a memorable and beautiful wedding day without Claudia. She helped me in so many ways. First she helped me come up with a look that suited me and my husbands vibe. Once we figured that out, she sent me a ton of ideas on how to achieve that look. Everything turned out absolutely amazing. Not only did she help me with the aesthetic, but she communicated really well with all of my other vendors. This was helpful for me because on my actual wedding day, I didn't worry about anything. Claudia is awesome! This review is long overdue. We were married, July 2nd! I kept telling myself that I didn't need a wedding planner, we were trying to keep the cost down for our wedding. But, I met Claudia at just the right time. I was introduced to her through one of my friends when we were about 4-5 months out till our wedding. We had our venue booked by that point, I had my dress and our wedding rings...you know the most important stuff! But we still had lots of vendors to book!
We had the overall idea of what we wanted as far as the look and feel goes, but Claudia really helped put all those visions and thoughts together. There are so many things to think about when planning a wedding, even if you go small. We had less than 100 people and it all turned out just perfect thanks to Claudia. She recommended some great vendors that she trusted and even got some quotes for me. Every time we met she would answer all of our questions and go through a checklist of what we got done and what we needed to still do. Very efficient.
She really took the reigns and just made both of us feel comfortable about everything. My husband had so many questions and she had no issue answering all of them and making suggestions. She gave us many options and ideas for different ways to do things which was extremely helpful....especially for my other half. He is very picky but in a good way, he has very particular style. She was always accommodating to our busy schedules for our meetings, my husband always wanted to be sure to make our meetings. And I think it's because we would go over so many things that were helpful.
She is friendly, outgoing and everyone enjoyed having her around. I loved working with her. On such a special day having someone there that you trust to just handle things was just wonderful. She provided great communication with all my vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. She has a great vibe and I would highly recommend One Darling Day!

Claudia was very flexible. Our wedding was a little on the nontraditional side and she was very accepting and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. No matter what anyone tells you... you can't do it all on your own when planning a wedding. You especially can't be the one at the helm on your wedding day, making sure that every single detail is carried out the way you had envisioned. When looking for a Day of Coordinator for my wedding, I searched for someone who could understand me aesthetically and who respected my unconventional ideas... and that's how I found Claudia! Claudia of One Darling Day was such a great match for my fiancé and I. Aside from being exceptionally organized and professional, she really has an understanding of aesthetics, styling, and keeps up with trends in her industry. She had pieced every detail of our ceremony and reception into a vision that was beyond what I imagined, and made sure that everything ran smoothly.

Claudia is also very warm, friendly, and down-to-earth, which I found very comforting, as most of the wedding coordinators I had met with came off as a little pretentious and way too into ideas that were too "frou-frou" and extravagant. Although Claudia is very respectful when it comes to keeping your budget in mind, her portfolio of events runs the gamut from weddings that are intimate to DIY driven weddings and to the ultra luxe.

We found Claudia after looking up some wedding coordinators online, and we decided to meet with her based on her other reviews. She did not disappoint. Throughout the entire process of wedding planning, she was responsive to questions and requests. While we initially billed ourselves as "pretty easygoing," as more time went on, I think we became much more particular than we first let on. But through it all, Claudia rolled with the punches and helped in whatever way we asked (and more). On the day of, Claudia showed up early to make sure that the reception was set up perfectly (and it was). She was present and engaged throughout the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and everything went perfectly smoothly. I got married exactly a month ago (2/27/16). Claudia was my day of coordinator and she did a superb job! From the day I met Claudia, she was professional, organized, and timely in her responses. I am pretty organized, but still needed someone to handle the little details on the wedding day and to coordinate my rehearsal. Hiring Claudia was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning! Ladies and gentleman, you really don't want to be worrying all in the days leading up to your wedding and especially on the wedding day. Did the flowers arrive on time? Are place cards in alphabetical order? Do I need to deliver tips to my vendors? Claudia took care of all of these things. She is very easy to work with and is flexible to your needs as a bride. On the day of, my brother was supposed to pick up the flowers but it ended up being warmer than we expected so the florist didn't want the bouquets picked up so early so Claudia stepped right in an offered to pick up the bouquets and boutonnieres later in the day to save my brother the trip and to save the flowers from wilting. I would definitely recommend hiring Claudia for your wedding planing needs. She's great!!!

My wedding was just two weeks ago, and it was absolutely perfect.

My husband and I weren't sure at first if we needed a wedding planner because we were handling a lot of the big stuff on our own-which was fine-but the closer we got to the wedding, the more I stressed out about what I was going to do the day of. So we contacted Claudia to see if we can hire her as our Day-Of Wedding Coordinator. Boy, did she deliver. Upon meeting, she made us feel at ease and knew exactly what we wanted to accomplish. We had several meetings prior to the event-which made me feel calm and relieved leading up to it.

The day of the event went off without a hitch. I remember she sent me a picture as I was getting ready to show me the venue and I was floored. Everything looked perfect and exactly how I envisioned. She made my day-stress free, worry free, and just executed the timeline exquisitely. I will definitely be recommending her to my engaged friends looking for a planner. At first, we weren't sure if we needed a wedding coordinator, but soon realized that we couldn't have done it without the help of Claudia. Our wedding turned out spectacular! It was everything we had hoped for and more.

After our first meeting, she quickly filled in the gaps and provided advice and suggestions in areas we were lacking and uncertain. This made us feel at ease. I got married just a few weeks ago and literally would not have been able to do it without Claudia.From our first meeting my now husband and I just clicked with Claudia. She got us and our vision right away. I originally thought I could do the wedding with out the help of a coordinator, but given the fact that our venue was all DIY I realized rather quickly it would be too much for me to do on my own. We met several times before the wedding and Claudia knew all the right questions to ask to understand what we wanted from our big day. By the week before I had my finalized timeline and she had already contacted all my vendors and scheduled the day of set up. The day was so easy for me, I didn't have to worry about a single thing and everything looked EXACTLY how I wanted it to. I couldn't be happier with the services Claudia provided. I'm going to start this off by saying that I never thought I would get married let alone have a big fat Armenian wedding. Our families wanted us to have a big wedding and I had no idea where to start. I started looking through pinterest and I almost threw in the towel! Claudia stepped in right away and helped me find a venue, photographer, florist, and she even helped with styling the wedding! From day one, she was helpful, responsive, and extremely professional. She checked in with me periodically to see if I needed any help. The day of the wedding she was our saving grace! It's easy to think that you could do everything on your own but with a wedding our size (250 guests) there's no way the bride and groom can keep up! Claudia was the perfect choice for "day-of" wedding coordination! We were lucky to find One Darling Day within a week or two of booking our venue, so we were in touch from pretty much the beginning of the wedding planning. She met with me twice before we decided to work together, once so I could meet her and a second time so my now-husband could get a feel for her, as well. It was quite an easy choice, we both vibed very well with her. I believe she and I have similar taste in decor, music, etc., so that was definitely a plus! She thought of many things that I hadn't even anticipated in the wedding planning process. She was also great in working with our event manager at our venue. Claudia was on top things and serious about the process, but she was also relaxed, which helped me relax in the weeks leading up! She coordinated and took charge of our rehearsal quite well, and on the day of the wedding, she was immensely helpful in setting up the reception decor based on what we had discussed, and everything looked BEAUTIFUL. She was effective in keeping a nice "flow" with our wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, all the reception "business" like toasts, first dance, etc.), and she was a huge help in answering questions of family members, etc., so my husband and I could enjoy ourselves. When the wedding concluded, she, my mother, and sister tag-teamed the clean-up process, so she was very, very helpful up to the very end.

I am so thankful we found Claudia! She is very good at what she does. I'm a Project Manager, so I tend to obsess over details and feel better when I am in control of planning things; Claudia really made me feel like I could let go of the reigns and let her bring things together as our big day approached. I highly recommend her.

Claudia has been the coordinator for our wedding. She has helped us through the process assisting us hiring other vendors, coordinating details and preparing a timeline for the day. She made sure we were not missing any important step in the organization or item we would need. She was a great resource when we were in doubt or unsure about something. She is very friendly and responsive and communication was very easy.
On the day of the wedding she was great keeping everything going and adjusting to the unavoidable changes to the schedule and miscellaneous problems. She was so good we didn't notice anything! Claudia is wonderful! She's a true gem that I feel so lucky to have found for our wedding. As someone who plans events for a living, I didn't think that I needed too much help other than the week or two leading up to the wedding and the day itself...but planning your own wedding is stressful, and Claudia proved to be a truly valuable resource! She went above and beyond the duties of a usual "day of" coordinator, having multiple (sometimes hours-long) meetings with me to discuss every detail and remind me of things I may not have thought of on my own. She talked decor and other inspiration with me to help me create a truly special and personal day. She even connected us with our photographer and caterer, both who we LOVED! I'm pretty Type-A and and because of my job I know all the work that goes into making an event look effortless. I was very lucky to find Claudia for my wedding. She was recommended to me by our venue coordinator who said she was reliable, hard working, easy going, and always did good work. And they were right. Claudia was organized, thorough, listened to my needs, and was flexible with my planning. She allows you to do the planning and take the lead if you have a vision but is there with recommendations, ideas, and creativity the minute you decide you need help. I bonded with her in the wedding planning process and actually found I missed working with her when the wedding was over. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We had our wedding 2 weeks ago at the Bissell House In South Pasadena, CA. We are so HAPPY that we hired Claudia from One Darling Day to coordinate our big day. We found her from a wedding website then we met in person at a local coffee shop and clicked right away. We had a unique venue where it was very DIY and were working with a blank slate. We found Claudia and One Darling Day through a google search for wedding day of coordinators, and we are so thankful to have met her. She was such a wonderful, thoughtful, organized coordinator. Our day would not have been as perfect and memorable had without her.

We met with Claudia twice before the wedding, once for an initial consultation and the second time to work on coordinating the final plan. She was meticulous with all the details and incredibly well organized and prepared. As an overwhelmed bride I was unprepared for all the little things that needed to be done and communicated for our wedding to go off without a hitch. Claudia was incredibly timely with email responses and kept a prompt timeline for when she needed information about the wedding. She sent numerous pleasant reminders, which were so helpful for my overloaded brain leading up to our wedding day.

The day of went seamlessly. She took charge of not only the event staff and venders but also my scattered wedding party. Claudia was able to manage the set up process for the decor without overwhelming me with details. She had a detailed schedule of events that she coordinated for all the involved parties. She handled all money transactions with the venders, I was left with nothing to worry about. She even made sure that my husband and I ate during the wedding.

My wedding was the perfect day that I had always dreamed of and I can say without a doubt that Claudia was crucial in making it so. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a well organized and knowledgable coordinator.

Claudia was a joy to work with! We hit it off right away and I saw no need to meet with any other coordinators. We were always able to reach her via phone. What can I say? Claudia allowed me to breathe and relax throughout my entire wedding planning. And let's just say we had 2 months from start to finish to pull it all together. From selecting venue; caterer; rental; flower/decor; make up and hair; music... Claudia helped me decide and lock in vendors quickly but I never felt rushed and like I was making the wrong choice. The day of my wedding I felt like a queen getting all glammed up, while Claudia made sure all the linens were perfect; to decor; ceremony chairs; catering is on time, etc. she cued everyone from start to finish, so nothing was missed! She would even help me with time and tell me now we need to toast, and ok now let's cut the cake, first dance, etc. she even helped rally family members for photographs and followed the list to the t! We heard about Claudia through a close friend who had her coordinate their wedding. The bride's exact words were "I couldn't have done it without her." So that was enough of a recommendation for me! I had a long engagement (16 months) so I planned a lot of the wedding along the way and a lot of DIY. I really wanted someone to help me with the rehearsal part of the wedding and the actual day I didn't want to worry about a thing! Claudia totally helped me with that.

She was responsive whenever I texted her. She isn't a crazy coordinatorzilla who tells you how things will be done. She listens to what you want to do and makes it happen. Claudia met with me twice (we met halfway between LA and OC) before the wedding rehearsal. She ran a little late to all meetings, I mean, she came from LA so I understand traffic but she was on time for the wedding which, let's be honest, is the most important thing anyways!

On the day of, I wasn't stressed whatsoever. Claudia hustled her buns off and set up my venue with the items I made or brought exactly how I imagined even though I never told her where to put them! She just knew my vision and used her great sense to create a fabulous set up. If anything glitched I never knew about it, she just took care of it. She came to get me at times I needed to be places and just kept things flowing and moving. She worked well with vendors.

Overall, I would recommend Claudia to any of my friends, family, or strangers on the street who are looking for a great day-of coordinator who will keep you stress free and enjoying the wedding you worked so hard to plan!

Claudia is seriously one of the MOST incredible and HELPFUL people we met throughout the wedding planning process and I am SO thankful we booked her as our day-of wedding coordinator! She met with us several times (I think more times than we had originally agreed upon!), even coming over to our house on a couple of occasions to go through everything one last time. She is organized, professional and a good communicator. On our wedding day, she really stepped up to make every single aspect of the wedding run perfectly! I can't even express how wonderful it was to feel taken care of as Claudia made us feel throughout the entire wedding planning process and on the actual day. Claudia was my day of coordinator for my wedding. I was planning my wedding all the way from the Philippines and she was very accomodating. I met her 3x before my wedding which actually felt like she was more than just my day of coordinator. Claudia and One Darling Day made our wedding day perfect! Everyone recommended that we get a day-of-coordinator, but we didn't truly realize how necessary it was until the day of our wedding. From the first time we met, Claudia was very warm, professional and organized. She gave us great recommendations and guidance in planning our big day and met with us several times before our wedding to make sure we had everything in order. During the wedding she made sure everything went as planned, staying till the very end of the reception. It was so nice that at the end of the night, when we thought we'd have to pack up everything we wanted to take home, Claudia had everything already packed on carts for us to take to our cars! Claudia Casanova was a gem of a find in a pool of wedding planners. I had a hunch about her that she would be our gal and I was right. We were so grateful to have her as our day of wedding coordinator. Every time we met we were able to accomplish all the goals we were aiming for, addressed all concerns, and exchanged ideas. A few days before the wedding we had one problem with our seating chart order. It was not delivered correctly. The night of the wedding Claudia solved the problem and everything, and I do mean everything went smoothly. We never worried about a thing, she was always on top of it. All of our friends and family have her to thank too. Everyone is raving about the wedding!!! Claudia is 100% at the top of her game and I would consider her a dear friend.

We had a great time working with Claudia as our Day-Of-Coordinator. On a day as crazy as your wedding day, it really helps to have Claudia cover your back and make sure all the small details are taken care of. Claudia was technically my day of coordinator - but she was helpful and available for months leading up to the wedding as well. I'm very particular and a bit of a control freak -- but Claudia dealt with me perfectly. In our last few meetings when we were really getting down to then nitty-gritty, I could tell that she got our ideas and vision for the wedding (she was remembering the smallest details that I'd already forgotten). And when the day came - she rocked! She put the wedding together and ran the day exactly as I would have if I could - if not even BETTER! She did an amazing and incredible job. Our wedding was super non-traditional and she rolled with it all and made everything work out perfectly - absolutely perfect!
During the wedding she was one step ahead of everything and we didn't have to worry or think about a thing - all we had to do was get married and have the best day of our lives! I can't thank her enough -- and I would totally recommend her!
Also wanted to add that she's a lot of fun and you can tell she likes this kind of work - she seemed excited and really into it -- it made the whole experience even better :)

Claudia from One Darling Day assisted with the day of coordination for my wedding at Smog Shoppe in Los Angeles and we were so thankful for her services. She attended two on-site design meetings with us as well as exchanged countless emails in the months leading up to the wedding to ensure all of the details were finalized. Claudia of One Darling Day was my day-of coordinator for my wedding in late May 2012. I used her only for my reception, but my reception was a more complicated than usual set up. It was a venue where all decorations had to be brought in, and we served guests from food trucks. Claudia struck just the right balance between suggesting things we could do, while also letting us do things the way we wanted since we left a lot of traditional things out of our reception. She kept things on track for the night and made sure there was plenty of time for dancing (one of my main requests.) She met with us multiple times prior to the wedding (coming to us, which made our lives a lot easier), and did all of the legwork the day of so I didn't have to worry about anything. She is also a very easy, relaxed person to work with. She was always accessible by phone and text, available all the time and very good at keeping us on task so that just about everything was done by the time the wedding rolled around. For all of the services she provided, Claudia was a bargain! I highly recommend her!

She is extremely organized and pays extra attention to all the small details, I had no idea there were so many! Claudia always responded to me promptly whenever I had questions and never left me hanging. She kept us on time and even early for the days events which kept everyone stress free. I am so happy that I found Claudia to help me plan the happiest day of my life!! If you don't have a wedding coordinator yet, give her a call as soon as you're engaged! Claudia only coordinates a limited number of weddings per year because she knows how much time and effort goes into all the prep so book her early!!!

Claudia from One Darling Day was amazing! She took the time to meet with me multiple times before the wedding, we even visited the venue together! She is so knowledgeable about everything relating to weddings, that she was able to give me great ideas for the reception..things that I would not have otherwise thought of.

She also has an extensive list of vendors that she can recommend. I was struggling to find a photographer, so I emailed Claudia to see if she could help. The very next day, she sent me a list of 10 photography companies. We ended up booking one of the ones she recommended and we couldn't have been happier with their quality of work!

Claudia truly goes above and beyond her job description. Our reception ran so smoothly because she took care of everything! Our guest felt taken care of and so did we! Claudia made sure we always had something to drink, that we got our food in a timely manner and that we were enjoying our day.

I would highly recommend One Darling Day to any bride who is looking for a responsible wedding planner who will make their dream wedding come true.

Claudia of One Darling Day did a fantastic job for my wedding. She truly provided me with 5 star service. I was definitely a last minute client. My fiance and I picked out the venue, caterer, florist, party rentals, and photographer and music and I thought that we were pretty much done and I thought I only needed help with my timeline. But once I met with Claudia she made me focus and helped me solve the other one thousand minor details that goes into running a good wedding event.

She met with a 2 times for the wedding face to face and we had multiple phone call sessions. She definitely punctual with her email as well. I loved her personality because she is so easy to work with she is able to mix her fun personality with professionalism. She was able to work with my vendors very well and all of my vendors provided me with the services and timeliness thanks to a large degree of Claudia's phone calls and emails to them which is saying a lot because she worked several vendors weren't as great returning emails or phone calls. She also created a timeline for the whole event and that is a great help for the bridal party and the vendors.

Our wedding was a little bit more complicated because it was a venue space only and all items needed to be brought in and I had two ceremonies ( Western and Korean) so there was a lot of juggling schedules and event space to make the wedding seamless.

She worked tirelessly on the day of the wedding and made my wedding day a success. A lot of friends and family said that our wedding was one of the best wedding that they had attended. Best of all, I was able to enjoy my wedding day:)

Claudia at One Darling Day was so amazing to work with. She was incredibly affordable, and did so much above and beyond what we expected. She met with us several times before the big day and even went to the venue with us on more than one occasion. She had recommendations for other vendors, and to-do lists to keep us on track. Even though we booked her for "day-of" services only, she gave us all of that, and also led our rehearsal the day before. On the day of the wedding, we went to our suite to get ready and when we emerged, everything had been taken care of. She never once had to interrupt us to ask us questions of where things should go, and any emergencies that may have happened were kept away from us completely. Also, ours was a same-sex wedding, and she treated us with complete respect--our genders were a non-issue in terms of her treatment of us. Not only was she incredibly competent and professional, she was also fun to be around. I can't give a higher recommendation than the one I give to her. Don't hesitate--call One Darling Day! You won't regret it!

Claudia provided us with exceptional coordination services from moment we first met. She was open to our ideas and unique needs and did not impose any of her thoughts upon us. She met with us on several occasions and was prepared with questions and concerns at every meeting. She is professional, organized, honest, courteous, timely, flexible, and someone you can definitely rely on. I was able to hand over all of the details to her and trust that she would do a great job. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our perfect day. We know we made the right choice when we teamed up with Claudia.

Her service was great, I really wanted to have someone I can trust and not burden my family and friends the day of the wedding. I was able to pass all my information to Claudia and she was able to take care of all the things I was worried about. She also has great taste and asked her opinion on some things I wasn't sure about. If you don't have someone you trust the day of your wedding I would definitely recommend Claudia, its worth it for your peace of mind. One Darling Day is great, thank you so much.

Hi, I highly recommend Claudia as a wedding coordinator. I wasn't even planning on hiring anyway but as my wedding date got closer I realized that I did not want to burden my friends or family with all the details, I wanted everyone to enjoy themselves including my husband and I. It was totally worth having her there. She was very organized and was able to execute all the little details that I had arranged. She was willing to work with me, even though it was a last minute decision on my part. I couldn't have been happier with her service and would definitely encourage brides to hire a day of wedding coordinator. Thanks

Claudia was great, she was referred by friend that used her service for her wedding.
She was very professional and easy to work with. She got a long with all the vendors and was very organized. I did meet other coordinators but I just felt really comfortable with Claudia. I would definitely recommend her service to other people, oh she also helped me with decor ideas and was available when I needed a second opinion. Two Thumbs Up.

I used Claudia as my day-of coordinator and could not be more pleased with her professionalism and follow-through. We met and discussed my expectations prior to the wedding and it was wonderful not to think about minor details on my big day (you'd be surprised at how many such details there are to stay on top of!). She was uber-organized, enthusiastic, genuine, and very easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend One Darling Day!
