Hiring Christine was hands down the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. I had a very specific vision: a black tie wedding in my grandparents backyard with 150 guests — elegant, seamless, and unforgettable. Somehow, she took that dream and brought it to life even better than I imagined.
From the start, Christine listened so thoughtfully and handled every detail with incredible precision and care. The way her team/our vendors transformed our space was nothing short of magical. The layout, the flow, the lighting, the timing — every element felt intentional and effortless. Guests are still raving about how stunning and perfectly executed the entire evening was.
But beyond the logistics, what meant the most to me was her calming presence and unwavering support, I an assure you I can be alot and she never once batted an eye. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed, because I knew I had someone by my side who truly cared and had everything handled.
If you're dreaming big and want someone who can actually deliver and make the process enjoyable, Christine is your person. I’ll be forever grateful to her, if I could shout it from the rooftops I would. Truly the most amazing wedding planner and an even more amazing human! -

We recently held my daughters destination wedding in Jupiter, FL, and Christine Olive from Olive & Ivory Events was our wedding planner. As the bride’s father (and keeper of the checkbook), I was skeptical of using a wedding planner. All I can say is that hiring Christine was probably the smartest thing we did! She worked with my wife and daughter for months on all aspects of the wedding, insuring that we were on top of everything and letting nothing fall through the cracks. But what impressed me the most was on the day of our wedding. She was at the venue, from beginning to end, making sure everyone (from vendors, to guests, to the bridal party) was on time and where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. She was also able to handle a couple of hiccups we had, without any interrupts to our schedule. We did not have to worry about anything as she made sure everything ran smoothly. Because of this we were able to truly enjoy the occasion and focus on our friends and family. I was very thankful for everything Christine did and I can’t recommend her highly enough to handle any wedding planning and the wedding event itself. -

I have worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years and originally thought I could do this all by myself. I eventually came to my senses and hired Christine to do day-of wedding coordination for my January 2025 wedding. Her efforts started well before the wedding day and I have never encountered someone so responsive as Christine. She was there to answer any questions we had and offered advice wherever needed. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives because we didn’t worry about a thing. Christine was there every step of the way to ensure we had a flawless event. I can't say enough about how incredible Christine was! From the very beginning, she took the time to truly understand our vision and went above and beyond to make it a reality. Every detail, big and small, was meticulously planned and executed, and it showed on our big day. She is also is SO quick to respond on email which made everything so easy!!!
The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, and I was able to enjoy every moment without any stress, knowing that Christine had everything under control. Sh wase not only organized but also incredibly thoughtful, anticipating our needs and ensuring everything flowed perfectly.
Our guests were raving about the seamless experience and how beautiful everything was, from the decor to the timeline. It's clear that Christine has a true passion for what she does, and her hard work made our day so special.

From my first consultation phone call with Christine from Olive & Ivory I knew I needed her. She did an unbelievable job with my wedding weekend. I was toying with the idea of a coordinator until I actually spoke to Christine on the phone. She was hired as a "Day of Coordinator" but she did so much more than that. The weeks leading up to my wedding, she was available to me all day, everyday. She ran through every minute of the day not missing one detail, thinking of things I didn't even know I had to. If there were issues on the day of the wedding, I had no idea because Christine took care of everything. She was unbelievably thorough and help my wedding dreams come true. She created a detailed file with all the information for the event and made sure all vendors and wedding party members were on the same page. She took many things off my plate, but the most important thing she took off my plate was my stress. She offered the most appropriate and necessary recommendations and advice. I had no worries once I knew Christine was involved. My venue (Pelican Club) and other vendors knew Christine and were happy to hear when she was my coordinator. She reputation speaks volumes. I would recommend Christine to any one looking for a planner or coordinator. I wish I had hired her sooner than I did. I am truly so grateful I had her as a part of my wedding day. -

Christine was amazing! We cannot recommend her enough. We live in another state and she was so helpful in planning our wedding from afar. I have never met someone so organized and efficient. She guided us through the whole process, giving us feedback and helpful opinions at every stage. We got married at a brand new venue which had never held a wedding before so there were a ton of logistics and we had to basically start from scratch with a blank slate, and she thought of every detail. On the day of the wedding, she was extremely organized and removed any stress from us by taking the lead on coordinating every single thing. We put all our trust in her and it went perfectly. We highly recommend her! -

Run, don’t walk, to book Olive and Ivory Events! Christine surpassed all my expectations with wedding planning and made the process easy and enjoyable. Even as a day of planner, she went above and beyond for us- answering endless questions, creating and tweaking timelines, helping me make decisions, solving small problems on wedding day and coordinating all the things with each vendor. She is seriously THE best of the best. I absolutely loved working with her and feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful planner! All my guests and friends kept saying “you don’t seem stressed at all” and I can truly say that is because of Christine. Christine beautifully executed my Big Fat Greek Wedding from start to finish. Her attention to detail and organizational skills amaze me. My husband and I had a separate location for our reception, 260 people to move and pure wedding chaos with good butterflies of course. Christine handled the day with no problem! I forgot my veil at the hotel but, it was all okay because Christine was on it immediately. Whatever came her way she was ready for it all, I truly could not have done it without her. She was so prompt throughout all our communication prior to the wedding day. She kept me on track during the wedding planning...in order to not miss any important details I highly recommend her services to future brides to be! -

Prior to our wedding we’d already lined up most of the vendors on our own, but knew we would need help coordinating toward the end and day of the wedding. With SoFL being a wedding destination, there is no shortage of wedding planners. I read Christine’s profile, and recognized she was the type of person we wanted to help connect the dots to make our special day a success.
We had thought we were pretty well set before we brought her on board, but there were a number of intricate details which either slipped my mind or hadn’t occurred to me, and our wedding day would have been a stressful nightmare if not for Christine! Her organizational skills, diligence in follow-up, thorough communication, and gentle yet firm guidance (I’m a squirrel who gets easily distracted) kept us on track. Her creative vision was also a tremendous contribution; because of her ideas we put together nothing short of a romantic beach wedding ceremony, with a reception I can only describe as magical. Christine worked my wedding last weekend on 10/7 and I don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without her! She made sure the timeline was followed to a T and that everything we needed was in place before and after. She stayed up until the very end even making sure all of our valuables were secured in our vehicles for our send off. Most importantly she was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend her as anyone’s wedding planner! -

I found Christine about three months before our wedding -- and boy, am I glad I found her. Trying to keep straight all of the things that would make our wedding not only go smoothly but also make it *enjoyable* was causing me anxiety! Christine provided immediate relief to that stress -- seriously, simply talking to her on the phone during our initial meeting put me at ease because she was incredibly thorough.
Christine ran through a laundry list of questions about our wedding plans -- some things we had already decided and some we hadn't even thought of. That's exactly the kind of person you want as your coordinator -- someone who thinks of *everything.* That's Christine.
Christine is meticulously organized, laser-focused, and incredibly responsive. The comprehensive event file she created for our wedding put all the many, various details of our wedding in one place and made them digestible -- for us and our vendors (who she communicated with and chased down when necessary)!
On our wedding day, Christine was a force to be reckoned with. We somehow managed to get married on one of the windiest, coldest days in Florida, and when our photographers had to change our photo plan on the fly to accomodate the weather, we shot Christine a text to get the rest of the bridal party where we were -- and she did it!
Christine covered countless other big and small, incredibly important logistics throughout the entire process, and if I could do anything differently, I would hire her for her full wedding planning services rather than just day-of coordination, because it would've given me so much more peace of mind earlier on! -

Hire Christine Olive with Olive & Ivory Events! My wedding was on 5/20/22 at Pelican Club in Jupiter FL and I am still receiving compliments about Christine and my wedding team's talent and professionalism. I was referred to Christine by a local vendor and knew after our first conversation that she was exactly what I was looking for. She is detailed, organized, prompt, responsive, resourceful, direct, and ON TOP of everything you wouldn’t even think of. She has multiple planning packages to choose from and is reasonably priced. We were contracted for partial planning services but Christine worked with me 6+ months before my wedding to ensure that things didn’t pile up last minute. She is very connected in the local wedding industry and had strong recommendations for vendors who are priced fairly and have talented portfolios. She helped me curate my dream wedding and wedding team who implemented a perfect day of timeline even when the weather decided to downpour on us!
Christine, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a true talent and any couple is lucky to have you next to them on their wedding day!

Incredible planner in every way!
Christine came highly recommended by our venue (The Sunday House). Before we decided to go with a professional planner, I noticed myself becoming overwhelmed with all of the details, and felt that I was making arbitrary decisions with vendors/planning. I decided to hire Christine for her partial planning package, and it was absolutely and hands down the BEST decision I made during our planning process, and the BEST investment I made overall in our big day. First of all, she is a lovely human and truly passionate about what she does. Christine is so professional and is a great communicator. She responds to emails and texts very promptly and gives excellent input on every aspect of the planning process. Every single vendor she recommended was above and beyond wonderful. She has many contacts in the industry and it is apparent that she is very well respected by these vendors. Most importantly, I felt calm and present in the days leading up to our wedding, and on our wedding day. Christine handled everything with such professionalism, and at the same time radiated joy in sharing our special day with us. All of our vendors RAVED about Christine, my family were complimenting her all day (still are), and even my somewhat (initially) skeptical husband could not stop complimenting her work. Overall, I felt supported, present, calm, and was able to soak in the most perfect day because of Christine's hard work and passion for what she does. I would hire her again and again if I could, and definitely with her full planning package!!! We cannot thank her enough for making our wedding such a beautiful, memorable day. -

Look no further than hiring Olive & Ivory for your planning needs! We had a destination wedding to Delray Beach and I hired Christine for partial planning. She replies to emails/texts the same day and stays calm when things out of our control go awry. I was approached a few times during my big day saying how I was a very stress free bride, I owe that all to Christine!! I was able to enjoy the day, talk to all our guests, get all the photos we wanted and stick to our timeline. I could not have imagined how many small details go into a wedding and Christine helped me manage them all. The night before our wedding we realized we didn't have the unity candles for our ceremony and she took it upon herself to get them for us without missing a beat. Our wedding parties, photography team, bakery, DJ and venue raved about getting to work with Christine and even said their days leading up to the wedding and the big day were a breeze because of her. I do not have enough good words to say. She took care of us like she was our longest friend and took care of business like the boss woman she is :) You will not regret hiring Olive & Ivory Event Design. -

We hired Christine as our day of coordinator for our wedding, and I could not be happier that we did. I spoke with multiple coordinators, but after our call, I knew this was who we needed to go with. Christine was the absolute best. Although my husband and I booked a venue with an on-site event and catering team, we knew it was a good idea for us to have the additional expertise of a day of planner. We chose Christine's Coordinator package and were thrilled with the results. Christine made planning a South Florida wedding from NYC an absolute breeze and she really went above and beyond when it came to editing our photo list and creating the perfect wedding timeline. When my husband and I realized super last minute that we should videotape our ceremony because my grandpa was officiating, Christine offered to set up a tri-pod and do it herself. She also even helped with my dress when the bustle fell out. On top of her remarkable ability to handle whatever comes her way, Christine is incredibly sweet and bubbly—just what any couple needs on their wedding day. She worked seamlessly with the other vendors and we were thrilled with how everything was set up. Do yourself a favor and hire her now!

Words cannot express how incredibly grateful I am to have had Christine as my wedding planner / life saver! She went above and beyond what was in her contract. She responded to every email so quickly (even late nights and while away with her family) I actually stopped replying to her a few times so that she could stop working ! Christine is super organized and kept me on track getting everything I needed to have done on my end thanks to her deadlines (I really needed this as I tend to be a procrastinator)! Christine created a perfect wedding timeline - SO IMPORTANT! Based on our conversations I never could have done that without her ! Everything flowed perfectly with her timeline. She was truly on top of everything and everyone from our venue, vendors, guests, bridal party and me and my husband (and even our puppy who was in the wedding) !! We had a huge bridal party (about 14 on each side) If Christine was able to handle and wrangle our crazy bunch she can handle any thing! Not only is she hard working and efficient, Christine is so kind, patient, understanding and incredibly helpful! She really guided me though this whole wedding planning world with her expertise and sweetest personality! The last couple weeks before my wedding I was so calm as I handed everything over to Christine and was able to enjoy doing things for myself to pamper and prep for the wedding. Even the day of, I had nothing to worry about because I knew she was on top of everything! I just enjoyed getting ready with all my girls because I knew I had the best, most trustworthy on top of everything wedding planner in town! My husband and I hired Christine this past weekend as our day of wedding coordinator and I have to say it was the best decision we made! She was absolutely amazing! Even though she was just my day of coordinator she kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole planning process. She was so sweet and had so many wonderful recommendations for things I would have never thought of ! Christine did an absolutely amazing job coordinating our wedding. Her process and organization kept us on task the month before. We had a ton of questions about our venue, the Sundy House, and logistics during the planning process. Christine was always available to answer our questions and give recommendations to help us with the first dance, send off and back up locations in case it rained. Even though it rained, I never had to worry about anything because Christine made sure everything flowed seamlessly. We highly recommend!!! -

I highly recommend Christine with Olive and Ivory Event Design!! Without time (or talent) to handle all the details myself, I made the very wise decision to hire Christine as my event planner. This was the perfect choice! Once Christine was on board, I didn’t lift a single finger.
Christine did 100% of the research and planning for every decision, from invitations to theme to food to napkins to decorations to favors, etc, etc, and simply presented all the options to me. She was professional and flexible at all times. It could not have been easier for me! True story: I showed up for the event 30 minutes before it began and was completely thrilled with the results! Every detail was perfect and handled and I was able to just enjoy it all. Everyone had a wonderful and memorable time.
Whether you prefer to be very involved in the planning process, or, if you want somebody to listen to your concept and take the steering wheel, either way, Christine is the person you want for planning. Look no further, you have found the perfect party planner :)
