Don't go without a coordinator!

Danielle did an incredible job as our wedding coordinator. I got to be the bride, blissfully unaware of the drama (like the escaped dog... who made it back safe, pheewph). She's great at what she does and an asset to anyone's big day.

A wonderful, personable wedding planner with connections across the state

Danielle at Muse Events was an absolute pleasure to work with! Whether through email, text, phone calls, or in-person meetings, she was extremely responsive and knew exactly what to do and say to reduce our stress as the big day approached. Her day-of expertise was especially helpful; it allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy the day without worrying about managing or directing any vendors!

We worked with Danielle the month before and day of our wedding and to say she was absolutely incredible is an understatement. She was supportive, helpful, professional, friendly, kind and we truly could not have done it without her. She kept us sane, calm, on track and just generally ran the show. Best Part of Our Wedding!

Danielle was absolutely amazing! I cannot even put into words how amazing she truly was to work with for our wedding. She made our day absolutely perfect. If there was anything that went wrong, I had no idea! She was enthusiastic and flexible and made sure our day was exactly what we wanted. We talked about Danielle multiple times after our wedding because we could not get over what a great job she did. She truly made our wedding day perfect and I could not have asked for anyone better. My husband and I both said she was the best part of our whole wedding budget. I cannot say it enough, Danielle was amazing. If you are looking for a day of wedding coordinator it will be 110% worth it! Thank you for everything!!

The wedding of our dreams!

Danielle and her team were wonderful to work with, from start to finish. Danielle was referred to us by my cousin, who used her services a couple years ago. Her pricing was reasonable and within our budget. We booked Muse Events for a "day of" / month of coordination package for our wedding at EagleVail Pavilion in Avon. They asked all the important questions, kept me organized, and followed up with all our vendors to ensure we would receive the services we'd booked. Danielle's team member KatieLyn was our actual day-of coordinator, and she was so incredibly helpful on our wedding day. I had a quite detailed vision for how the venue should look, and she executed it beautifully. KatieLyn's touch made everything more beautiful than I had even hoped. We also dealt with the typical Colorado weather that day, and she worked hand-in-hand with the caterers to ensure we had a good backup plan and had every chance at our outdoor ceremony. Sure enough, the skies cleared in time for them to setup the outdoor ceremony, and she coordinated the efforts of some of our guests to assist (I told her to use them). The next day when we returned to the venue to pick up our items, it was like magic - everything was tidy, clean, boxed up and ready for us to take away. We had the wedding of our dreams!!! BEST investment for your wedding

Danielle and Caryn, hands-down, are the best investment I made for my wedding on 6/12/21. Thank you SO much for everything you did! The talent you both possess is so incredible. My wedding was perfect and a large part of its success was due to Muse Events. I cannot recommend them enough for your event.

Seamless, Organized, and Fun!

We first found Danielle with Muse Events because our venue (Spruce Mountain Ranch) requires a day of coordinator, and she was on the list of recommendations from them. She was perfectly in our budget. After a phone consultation, I knew from her bubbly personality and passion for what she does, that she would fit perfectly in our big day. Even though we hired her for month of coordination, she was always available via email, phone call, and text for any questions, help, or advice that we needed. There was always great and quick communication. She was present (along with her assistant Katie-Lynn) at our 30 day walkthrough with the venue. She was very involved in all of the conversations, and you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. At the rehearsal she was there to help coordinate the details and figure out how everything would flow and where everyone would walk and stand. She definitely helped me to feel confident that my big day would run smoothly. She made contact with all of my vendors and confirmed their arrival and services, as well as coordination between vendors. Danielle is extremely friendly and extremely organized. It was apparent that she was there purely for the bride and groom to make sure they had no worries, and that no one had to ask us questions during the big day. She was invested in us as a couple and was willing to do anything to make our vision happen. On the day of, she arrived the earliest we could along with the bride and groom. Nobody knows how, but somehow she made it all happen. She was somehow able to be everywhere at once making sure everything was happening as it was supposed to. Danielle checked in with me as the bride multiple times throughout the night making sure I didn’t need anything else. As a bride who was very worried about things going wrong, Danielle was always reassuring me that things were flowing and running smoothly, which I really appreciated. She was able to keep me calm and happy on my big day. She was also in charge of all the decorations and setting everything up. She did a great job organizing and setting up all the decorations not only at the ceremony site but at the reception space as well. Danielle had set up a google document for us so that she had all of the details in one place. She has such a great internal clock and a great eye for what needs to be done and when. She was even able to locate my suitcase and the supplies I needed for the hotel and had that waiting in the limo for us as we got in the limo. At the end of the night, Danielle continued to go around the venue and make sure all of our belongings were picked up and nothing was left behind. She was able to organize all the decorations, gifts/cards, and leftover food into piles to give to our parents to take home. My family as well as the groom’s family told us that they were thoroughly impressed with Danielle’s service and skills and that they were happy that we chose her to coordinate our big day, because things went so smoothly and she was a super-woman! I would highly recommend Danielle to any bride of any kind. She was always very helpful, genuinely caring, and supportive throughout the entire process. I would recommend Danielle from Muse events to any bride who is looking for a seamless, organized, and fun day. We can’t Thank Danielle enough for everything she did to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams!

Absolutely fantastic!

Danielle was absolutely fantastic!

We were a bit apprehensive about hiring a wedding planner, but so glad we did. Danielle is worth her weight in gold for what she accomplished. She handled all the little details you either don't want to deal with, or only realize you need in the final hours. Our wedding was completely stress free as she was there to set up, coordinate, and break down. We would highly recommend Danielle at Muse Events to put together your wedding.

Muse Events

Having Danielle at Muse Events plan our wedding was honestly the best decision that we made in the entire wedding planning process. We hired Danielle as a full service wedding planner. We were planning our wedding from out of state and relied heavily on Danielle's expertise and connections in the area. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Danielle made sure that the process was fun and never too overwhelming. My husband and I aren't the most organized people, and she helped us stay organized and on track with the many details that come with wedding planning. It seemed as though every time we talked to Danielle, a weight was lifted off of our shoulders as Danielle routinely reminded us that we were "on track." She was especially good at making the wedding process easy to fit in with the rest of our busy day to day life.
She connected us with vendors that fit our vision and helped us negotiate and manage those contracts. She even helped us tour different venues when we visited Colorado for quick weekends to find our perfect location. Her expertise and knowledge of the venue and vendors helped us get as much as we could out of our budget.

The end result was our dream wedding day. As soon as I walked in to the venue space, I could see that every tiny detail that we had discussed was perfectly executed. It felt like walking into my exact vision of what I always hoped my wedding would be. We were just able to enjoy the celebration without any concerns - largely in part to Danielle's hands on management of the event.

I highly recommend Muse Events to plan any wedding. Danielle is able to take your personal vision of your wedding and make it a reality; and, at least in our case, was able to save us more money overall than we would have been able to without her.

The best thing I did for our wedding!

Thank God for Muse Events! I hired Muse for day of wedding coordination and I'm so happy that I did. About a month before our wedding I met with Danielle to go over all my vendors and plans for the wedding as well as our biggest concerns for the big day. She took meticulous notes and then took over from there. She called and confirmed all our vendors, made a day of timeline and helped me make sure everything was ready. The day of the wedding is really when I needed them most. In my eyes the day went off without a hitch and everything felt like it went so smoothly. It was only after the wedding that I found out there were multiple issues that were directly taken care of by Danielle without ever needing to worry me. She had heard me when I had let her know my worries and then that day of she made sure that it was all taken care of, I'm so happy she was there to be my advocate so that I could just enjoy our wedding without any worries. I can't rave enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. Even though I only used them for wedding day of coordination I would definitely recommend them for all event planning needs.

Perfect day!

Danielle was great at answering our questions when we were looking for a day of planner and we could tell from our conversations that she was experienced and professional and would be great to work with. We didn’t really start working with her until a month out as planned. She took all of our information and planning we’d done so far, and took it out of our hands and into hers which was a huge relief. The walk through was great to connect and picture what the day would look like. We were also glad Danielle ran through the rehearsal the day before, so everyone was on the same page and things would run smoothly on the day of (and they did!). Danielle and her assistant set-up all of our decor the day of, and organized all of our vendors, a feat we are so grateful for. It was comforting to have her there on the day of. There were a few decor details that were missed, but we had a pretty extensive list of very tiny details and having a few slightly off made no difference in the day. And she set-up the layout perfectly. Everything that mattered was orchestrated perfectly by Danielle. She dealt with lots of delays on our part like speech givers going on a little long, and still managed to make sure all of our priorities were met. She was great about attending to our needs, making sure we got apps and champagne right after the ceremony and drinks in our hands the minute we entered cocktail hour. Everyone says this but we almost didn’t hire a planner and looking back now, that would have been insane and a huge mistake. Danielle made our day stress free so we could enjoy it as guests and live fully in the moment. Thank you so much for all the time you put into making this day so magical and amazing!!!

I worked with Danielle and Sarah for month of/day of coordination for my July 2018 wedding, and they were both incredible! I couldn't have pulled it off without them. I met initially with Danielle, and she put me at ease during our first meeting the way she handled and organized all of my wedding details. She was very responsive the month prior to the wedding, and answered and questions/requests that I had. She communicated with all of my vendors and created a day of timeline for me, which was extremely helpful. She came to our rehearsal and worked with our officiant to make sure everything ran smoothly. On my wedding day, both she and Sarah worked non-stop to make sure the day was amazing. Halfway through, Danielle had to leave due to an emergency, but Sarah stayed and made sure everything was perfect. She was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Muse Events! -Aly

Danielle and Olivia were AMAZING! We were an out of state couple planning a destination wedding in Colorado, it was so wonderful to have a in state expert to help us work with vendors, and review everything to ensure we had everything ready for the wedding, and then the day of they were spectacular! They took the reigns and I had no worries day, they took care of all hiccups that occurred with vendors, and all problems any of our guests stumbled upon. Having a Day Of Coordinator was the best decision ever!

Danielle from Muse Events was the perfect choice for our day-of wedding coordination. My husband was pretty against the idea of a coordinator at first, thinking we could do it all ourselves, but as we were walking outside for our send-off on the wedding day, he said hiring Muse Events was the “best decision we made”. From meeting with Danielle about a month before the wedding to talk about details, to giving her all the décor at the rehearsal dinner, everything went so smoothly. The day of the wedding, my husband and I, and our families, only had to think about having a good time and celebrating the big day. Danielle and her team handled everything. All of the décor was set-up beautifully for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, after my husband and I said our “I do’s”, our favorite drinks were waiting for us without request, she somehow managed to inflate 80 LED balloons for the send-off without help, and all of our bags (purse, wallets, keys, phones, etc) were waiting in the car for our ride to the hotel. Those are just a few examples of why Muse Events made our day so special and stress-free. We would HIGHLY recommend Danielle and Muse Events to all couples looking for day-of wedding coordination.

Having a small wedding my daughter was planning to do the set up and preparations for the wedding day. But being her mother, I talked her into letting me hiring a wedding planner for the day of the wedding knowing that needed to get done. And she was certainly glad I did! Having called around to a few event planners, I finally found Danielle. I knew right away she was the right person to work with my daughter. Having grown up in Breckenridge she was very familiar with the Lodge where the wedding was to be held. She took care of all the details you don't think about till they are right in front of you! We needed a steamer for the bridesmaid dresses, and she brought it over first thing on the wedding day. She handled all the set up of tables, decorations, and musician and bartenders. She was amazing! Everything turned out so beautiful and we just appreciated that she did such a wonderful job in taking care of all the details. Even the clean up! She was a delight to work with and I would highly recommended Danielle to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

We used Muse Events for our month-of wedding coordination. Danielle and Lori made it easy by stepping in and taking on the final planning details, such as coordinating with other vendors, making a day-of timeline, closing any gaps I missed, etc. Danielle was laser focused on making sure my fiancé and I got the wedding that we wanted and on the day of the wedding took care of all the behind the scenes set up, tear down and management. Would recommend Muse Events in a heartbeat!

I decided to use this vendor due to the high ratings they had on this website and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Danielle wasmy day-of Coordinator and was beyond happy with the service she provided!! She was prepared, professional, and knowledgeable...and above all, she took care of everything perfectly. I would highly recommend using this vendor; they are a great value for the service you receive. Danielle is amazing!! She was extremely helpful during the planning process and provided tons of great ideas. We found the perfect venue because of her! Whenever I needed help or guidance she was there and she kept me on track during the entire 10 months we worked together. She was extremely flexible with all our changes, no matter how last minute they were. On the day of our wedding she was spot on! The venue was set and ready when we arrived, she kept all of our vendors organized and most importantly she kept us calm! I'm a Catering Manager so I know how stressful events especially weddings can be but Danielle stayed focused and cool under pressure the entire day! We were overjoyed with our wedding and we couldn't have done it without Danielle! Thank you!!!

We hired Danielle from Muse for month-of/day-of wedding coordination... and we're so glad we did!! From our initial pre-hire phone conversation eight months before the wedding, Danielle was enthusiastic, helpful, and sincere. Working with her in the weeks leading up to our big day was wonderful as well. Danielle's expertise was invaluable during our final venue walk-though and in coordinating last-minute details with vendors. At our rehearsal, she and her assistant took all of our decor items so we wouldn't have to worry about transporting them and setting everything up the next day; she also handled ALL the setup on day-of -- such a huge help. We really felt like Danielle was in our corner supporting our best interests throughout the final month of planning. On our wedding day, she took great care of us and ensured that our timeline and event flow remained smooth despite some rain (our event was outdoors). So my husband and I had to get an event planner last minute for the venue we decided to get married at because our other venue shut down a month before the wedding so we called muse events. I had left a message and Danielle called me within the hour, which was amazing! We got Courtney as our event day planner and let me tell you she was AMAZING! Truly don't know what we would have done without her! She was at the venue before the wedding party and I arrived she set EVERYTHING up with Lily, her assistant, and she had a schedule down so nothing got off track. If I needed anything she was there! The wedding was great because of her, so thank you so much Courtney! Please use her and muse events for your next event they are so nice and easy going and get the job done! Thank you so much!

Danielle was on top of things since I first emailed her. She gave me peace of mind during the most stressful days leading up the wedding. I knew by the time my wedding came that she'd be able to handle whatever came up! On my wedding day, I had no idea of anything happening in the background thanks to her. I felt that everything ran smoothly and everyone had a great time, even if something did indeed go wrong! She was fabulous.

Danielle was an absolute treasure to work with. From day one, she helped keep us on track for getting things accomplished, kept us from panicking when things went wrong, and was so helpful with suggestions, ideas, and support. On the day of, she wrangled so much - family, friends, and vendors (especially the other vendors). She made sure my husband and I had those perfect moments where we didn't have to worry about all the other things going on and just enjoy ourselves, which I can't emphasize enough as key to why when we look back on our wedding day that we loved it and were so happy instead of remembering stress and juggling expectations. I really cannot recommend Danielle and Muse Events enough.

Danielle was our wedding coordinator and she was simply the best. She went above and beyond with every detail. Without Danielle our day would not have been the same. Danielle with Muse Events did an amazing job with organizing our very special event, my daughter's wedding. From the beginning of our first planning, through the rehearsal to the end of the wedding and all of the finishing details; she did a fabulous job. The whole day went so smoothly, thanks to her organization and ability to keep everything flowing in the order it was designed. Her attention to detail was impeccable.

We truly appreciated all of her hard work especially during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding, and her assistant was delightful to work with too. They took care of everything at the end of the night, we were able to enjoy the after party and not worry about any of the clean-up details.

Thank you so much for helping to make Deb and Rob’s wedding a truly unforgettable time.

I followed through with Muse Events on my wedding day because Danielle possessed knowledge, confidence and talent when it comes to coordinating events. Danielle was professional by assuring everything I would need for my wedding was planned. Danielle helped me with the venue and finding all the vendors that suited my needs. Fast forward to the day of my wedding, Danielle made sure everything was going along with the schedule. My day was truly a fairy tale and I don’t know if I could say that without the help of Danielle and Muse Events.

Danielle and Muse Events helped me plan my Boulder wedding from far away (I live in Illinois), and they helped me make it BEAUTIFUL! The whole process was far less stressful than I thought it would be, and the whole day came off without a hitch! It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted from start to finish, and I couldn't of done it without Danielle's help. They forever have my gratitude and appreciation.

We hired Danielle for our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond what we needed. Great communication over the months leading up to our special day and even through we piled on the requests for her to handle, she handled everything professionally and with a big smile. I'm so happy we went with her for our special day. Everything turned out so perfect!

Muse Events is one of the BEST companies I have ever worked with! TC and Danielle are wonderful and professional people. They both truly have the best intentions and will put others before themselves. Their eye for detail can put any event above and beyond expectations. Muse events is prepared for anything. TC was amazing to work with! She knows everything about everything that has to do with weddings and events. She was willing to meet me near my office after work to go over the details and to provide additional support. Reflecting on a wedding I planned a few years back made me realize I had missed out on some very important moments. While I was busy checking off every last detail and making sure all was going as planned throughout the ceremony and reception I missed the special time with my daughter getting ready for her special day. Sharing the feelings and emotions that go along with it. Sharing that time with not only her, but the bridesmaids as well. It was wonderful to be relaxed and in the moment instead of scurrying around making sure everything and everyone was in it place. At the reception I could visit with my family and friends knowing everything was being taken care of. I absolutely love TC owner of Muse Events. She was professional, engaging, responsive, detail oriented, and fun! Throughout the planning process we developed a relationship of trust and friendship. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or wanting a day of coordinator. She was fabulous.

TC was my day-of coordinator. It rained at my outdoor wedding, but she still made the outdoor ceremony happen! The day would not have been as wonderful or memorable without her!

TC was the perfect wedding planner. We hired her for "day of" service only, but she was there whenever we needed her in the months before the wedding, helping us pick vendors and plan all the little details. She really knows her stuff, knows the vendors in the Denver area, and is perfect on the big day. She is always available, responding to emails very promptly and always willing to meet to talk things over. Best of all, she'll make sure you get a chance to eat at your wedding and make the whole day run like clockwork.

TC was my wedding planner and she went above and beyond in all aspects. She did an amazing job! I could not have asked for more from her, she responded to any questions I had right away and helped in any way I asked. She kept me on track, made sure I was aware of any deadlines and saved me a ton of money. I am very organized and detail oriented, but there are so many little details that come with wedding planning, especially as the date gets close. TC made my life much less stressful and the day of went perfectly!

I started out planning my own wedding. About 2 months out I started to get overwhelmed. Neither the church or the reception venue provided a wedding planner, so I was concerned about who would be running the show on the day of the wedding. It was important to me that my family and guest could relax and enjoy the day and I was hoping to have that luxury as well.

I interviewed 1 other event coordinator before I met TC. The other coordinator's day-of package was over 2 times TC's rate.

I am so happy that we decided to go with TC and Muse Events. She was very professional and courteous. We went through a checklist and she had helpful suggestions (and some vendor recommendations) for the items I hadn't completed yet. She created a schedule for the day of the wedding that was priceless in that it gave me the piece of mind that all the little details wouldn't be forgotten. She attended the rehearsal and dealt with the priest who could be a little difficult and set in his ways.

All in all I knew we made the right decision in hiring TC when I heard that my mom's friends told her she looked so relaxed and happy at the reception. My wedding day exceeded my expectations and I know that a large part of that was due to TC running the show!

She was a pleasure to work with! She was always available by email or phone and helped with everything. I shopped around and she was the best value for the money! She could charge double for all of the services she provided us with the day of (set up centerpieces at the reception, present at rehearsal, loaded presents into cars, set up the entire reception, printed wedding programs, place cards and contacted all of my vendors to ensure delivery times and locations etc.) She was awesome!

We found TC to be extremely helpful and accomodating. She did so much of the "running around" as the wedding drew closer that we did not have time or energy for! On the day of the wedding she took care of everything at our reception and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend!

TC continually offered different options even if I had a choose plan so that I knew that options did exist. She listened, heard what I said and then took my ideas and made them even better with her contacts and knowledge. She is the BEST!

Brides!!! Do yourself a favor and hire Muse Events to coordinate and/or plan your wedding. Their services were seriously worth EVERY penny. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day because of Danielle's wedding expertise, organization and professionalism. She handled everything for us, from ensuring all vendors were on time with deliveries, to making sure my groom and I had time to eat at our reception! She's truly a wedding-day angel and our big day would not have been nearly as special or well-run without her. She was so patient, kind and reassuring with all my questions and worries. She had our entire venue practically set up by the time I got there for first look photos! She negotiated rental contracts on our behalf, and did our entire event set up and tear-down so that our families, friends, and wedding party could all relax and enjoy being in the moment with us. All of our guests absolutely loved her! We were very impressed and absolutely recommend using Muse Events for your wedding or event planning/coordination!

Talk to Danielle. Seriously, she was phenomenal - flexible, open to new ideas, patient and incredibly professional. I thought I wouldn't need a Wedding Planner, but I am so pleased I did and that I went with Danielle.

Many, many people came up to me afterwards and stated how awesome she was and how great our wedding was.

We used Muse events for our Day of wedding planner. They did a great job at the wedding and everything turned out the way we wanted! We did have a few issues with our planner being late a few times which does not go over well with my husband but other than that we had no complaints.

My husband and I live in Arizona and planned a "destination wedding" in Denver, CO since that is where most of our relatives live. Having Danielle Ranney and Muse Events on our side for the partial wedding planning, and day of coordination was the best decision that I could have made. Danielle was an excellent planner, always ready to answer my questions, countless emails, and phone calls. I pretty much had a vision in mind for our wedding, and she let me run with what we wanted to do, while also providing suggestions, or being available for tastings, and meetings that I was unable to attend. On the wedding day, Danielle helped to put all the name tags on all of our little table number boxes that were filled with chocolate kisses. She also stayed at our reception the whole evening, making sure everything was running smoothly! Danielle Ranney was by far one of the BEST wedding planners, and I highly recommend Muse Events to anyone considering having someone valuable by their side on their big day!

Danielle was such a help on our wedding day! Our venue was up a dirt road, set back in the mountains and she willingly drove the truck up by herself and set-up the entire venue perfectly! Throughout the day she helped everyone stay on the timeline but also made sure we were soaking in each minute. She coordinated with all our vendors making the day a breeze for me as the bride. I had nothing to worry about the entire day and she played a huge role in that! I would highly recommend her!

We used TC to handle our day-of coordination and it was the best decision we made in the entire planning process! She was very reasonably priced and on our wedding day, I didn't worry about anything because I knew she had everything under control. Although we only used her for the day-of, she met with us multiple times throughout the planning process. The timeline she created for the day was clear to follow and she was the main point of contact for all our vendors. She responded to emails very quickly and always had a solution for any problem I ran into. I have already recommended her to my co-worker and will continue to recommend her to everyone I know who is planning an event!
