  I have to say I had a very different experience with Ruby than the other reviews mentioned. I was married June of 2012 and she was extremely professional. She helped us with getting things organized the day of our wedding, she steamed wrinkles out of my dress, helped to cut and serve cake and really helped me calm down before walking down the aisle; none of which she had to do. It took me a long time to choose pictures because there were so many good ones to choose from, but once I did I had them within 2 weeks. I would recommend her highly if she was still doing this, but she became very ill and is no longer a photographer.

  Poor communication following wedding as to when/how I would get photos. MC told me they would mail them, but never did. I eventually had to send a family member to pick them up. Photos were mediocre, and Photoshopping job was obvious (blurry lines). I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. Very nice women, but I would look elsewhere.

  Im sorry to say that I had a bad experience with Moments Captured Photography. She was unprofessional, either cancelling our appts or not showing up at all to them without even calling later and apologizing. We didnt get our photos til 6 months after our wedding after countless excuses and the run around. She didnt include my mom and dad walking down the aisle and she didnt include my sis and her kids in our photo book. She says she bends over backward for her customers but I treated us like we didnt matter. The photography was the worst part of our wedding. SO MANY PROBLEMS. I DO NOT recommend her.

  Hands down this was the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to service. Andriana "Ruby" Guerra is extremenly unprofessional!!! She is priced very high, but does not deliver. She had excuse after excuse for failing to provide the proofs within a timely manner, she promised the photos were going to be delivered 3 times and didn't send them making no attempts to contact us to let us know they had not been delivered. She demands payment within 48 hours yet fails to meet any reasonable time lines for her service. If you want to pay a high price for a photographer who lacks creativity, disregards service, is late or fails to show, and has a list of endless excuses then Moments Caputured is the place to go. Ruby is truly a horrible person, it takes a special breed to ruin special moments. I wish I could rate her service a 0 even that would be giving her too much credit.
