Laura is an absolute dream! Could not have been happier with her throughout our entire wedding process. Our original wedding date fell in the middle of the pandemic, so we had to postpone our celebration a year, and she helped us with this transition and made it seamless.
We found M2M through our venue and hopped on an hour-long call with Laura, and knew almost immediately that she was to be our coordinator. She has the best energy and is so knowledgable and upbeat, yet very calm as well. She helped us find some of our vendors we still needed help with (and LOVED all of them) and she was fun to work with.
She’s incredibly responsive and was able to answer any question we had throughout the whole planning process. She helped us with deadlines and gave us action items that really showed us everything we needed to do to plan our big day, and this essentially became our wedding bible. Literally could not have done any of this without her.
Laura is also very kind to her employees (who were great the day of) and she was great with all of our vendors. Zero complaints from anyone, and our bridal team loved her too. Thought she was so much fun and had the best energy day of.
Our wedding day could not have run any smoother - she had everything planned down to the minute and kept us on time the whole date. Literally nothing ran late and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. She was so communicative that we knew exactly what to expect and day of, we had nothing to worry about. We just let her do her thing, and the day ran flawlessly!

Laura is the kindest and most genuine person I have ever met! She's organized, always has a smile in her heart, and makes the wedding process fun and full of love. Due to the nature of my wedding we had to do a lot of work with different vendors and Laura made the process so easy. She is the hardest worker I know and truly wants her clients to have the best wedding possible. Laura gave the best advice with my wedding and made it personal to what my husband and I wanted. We were Laura’s first destination wedding, and we got married on São Miguel, Azores, Portugal. It was a small ceremony with only about a dozen of us total, and it was basically perfect! Laura was instrumental in helping me navigate plans and ideas, and communications with vendors from a faraway place neither of us had been to before! She came in the trip with us and shined on the day-of. She took virtually everything off my plate and helped the day go so smoothly. Laura got along and fit in exceptionally well with our wedding party and family, we wouldn’t have had it any other way! Thank you Laura! -

Working with Laura and Carmen to get all of my rentals and decor organized just 2 months before our wedding was fairly seamless for how hectic it felt emotionally. Our original venue fell through and one of the outdoor venues we wanted originally opened up since COVID measures were becoming more lenient. However, this venue required us to bring in all the rentals whereas our previous venues were all-inclusive type places. Talking to Laura in our initial meeting was an instant relief. They were really flexible with meeting times since my now husband and I have really long work hours. They are really responsive on all platforms of communication--email, text, calls. Having a planning personality, I really felt very secure in handing over the reins on the big day, and I had nothing to worry about. Everything went extremely smooth from rental deliveries to florists and catering. We were on time, and we got to do everything we talked about in our timeline meeting! Would certainly recommend, and I also ended up using Laura's tailor for my dress alterations. He's now my go-to guy! -

M2M's Laura was recommended to us by La Canada Flintridge Country Club to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding. We're so glad that we hired her! She really helped make our day go by smoothly. The rehearsal was short and to the point, we went over everything we needed to know for the big day. On the actual day, she was great at getting together with each of our vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. It really helped that she already has worked with and has a great relationship with some of our other vendors in the past. Laura was an amazing wedding coordinator and we highly recommend her and the M2M team! We had her "Things Remembered" package which is a great option for most couples who don't need full service, but need more then day of coordination. It is a really great value for all the time she spent with us on planning, the recommendations she provided, and the solid execution on the day of. Our wedding was more complicated than most because we had to bring everything in - all furniture, full kitchen build, etc. We had to trust in Laura and her team to ensure all vendors were set up properly, the day went smoothly, and everything was packed/cleaned up as required. We were able to fully enjoy our day and were so happy with the outcome! Laura is extremely organized, timely, knowledgeable, and just a great person to be around through what can be a stressful process. Highly, highly recommend Laura and the M2M team for your wedding or any other big event!

I had my wedding this past May and I thought I could do it without a coordinator. As plans got more intricate and more decisions had to be made, I just about gave up from all the stress.
My mom recruited Laura Seguin at moments to memories and upon meeting her at our first coffee date, we connected and I relaxed knowing I would be well taken care of. We then had our style meeting where she helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted.
Then the day of my wedding arrived. All I remember thinking is “Everything will be okay when Laura gets here, I won’t have to answer questions or worry about decor.” Sure enough, Laura showed up and my wedding day was an absolute dream. The decorations were gorgeous and the transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner were beautifully managed. Every second went by so incredibly smooth, and if there were any hiccups I, to this day, have no idea what they were. I highly recommend Laura, she not only helped me plan and truly enjoy one if the biggest days of my life, she became a friend. -

Laura is absolutely incredible! My husband Kyle and I were so pleased with her work. She was there every step of the way and made the entire wedding planning process completely painless. We got married ten months after the birth of our first born and she took all the stress, hard work, and concerns off us so we were able to focus on being brand new parents. Our wedding was absolutely stunning with no hiccups at all. She made sure everything was perfect. Not only did she run the planning process and the day perfectly, she even kept up AFTER the wedding making sure we received our photos and videos. Laura is the best!!! I was referred to M2M through my DJ since he had worked with her in the past and liked how organized she was during the wedding. Laura met with me and my fiance and immediately I knew she was perfect to be our coordinator. I am very very particular and it's hard for me to relinquish control usually but Laura always made me feel like everything was in good hands and that she would execute all the details of the day exactly how I wanted. She coordinated the rehearsal as well as my wedding day. She connected me with other professional vendors that were within my budget (photobooth, linen rentals, etc). Everything was BEAUTIFUL and ran perfectly on schedule. I was able to enjoy myself and trust that she would handle something and not bother me with any issues. My guests all had a wonderful time. My family noticed how calm, friendly, and organized Laura was throughout the entire process. Laura gave my husband and I the best day ever and I can never thank her enough!!

Laura and Moments 2 Memories is fantastic! The wedding and events industry is a very large and exceptionally competitive industry... so, as a wedding & events DJ & MC, when I find someone I am able to work to the highest level of professionalism with, I try to hold onto that relationship! Laura Lynn Seguin is one of those consummate professionals!
I first worked with Laura Lynn several years ago when she was the planner on a wedding I was the DJ & MC for. Not only did we hit it off right away, but our synergy working side-by-side made it that the clients and every guest present had so much fun the entire night. I believe the mark of a great event/wedding planner is someone who picks vendors they trust implicitly so that there is no micro-managing required. Laura's trust in her vendors meant that each vendor could execute their respective high levels of professionalism as she acted like the conductor of a sweet flowing orchestra. What a pleasure to work with this kind of planner!
I have gone on to work with Laura since then and, as a team, we have knocked it out of the park each time. If you are looking for a planner who not only knows their craft intricately, but also knows how to bring the best out of their vendors, then book this woman now! The greatest gift a planner or vendor can offer their client is peace of mind... and Laura will give that! Hiring M2M to help plan and coordinate my day was so worth it! Laura was always quick to respond to texts, emails and phone calls, like scary quick-sometimes it seemed like she already had a response typed and ready to send as soon as she got my texts. It was amazing and much appreciated. On top of her communication skills, she was professional, organized and detailed from day one. After we had our Master Timeline Meeting, Laura distributed it to all the vendors and coordinated everything with them so I didn’t have to stress. The day of my wedding, everything was perfect!! I had the most positive experience working with Laura and Moments 2 Memories. Laura and her team were so professional and offered the most amazing suggestions and guidance when we had questions about design and decor. One of the things that made her stand out was the fact that she always responded quickly to texts, emails and phone calls and that continued throughout the entire process. Once we booked her services we received an email to set up our Welcome Meeting along with folders and documents to help keep us organized and on task. Our monthly progress meetings were helpful and productive and on days when I felt overwhelmed and stressed out, Laura would always bring me down to earth and take on some of the tasks I didn't have time to do; setting up hotel room blocks, scouting rehearsal dinner locations, booking transportation, just to name a few. She certainly kept me sane! About six weeks before the wedding we met at the venue with several of the vendors to discuss the floor plan, timeline and flow of the day. Once the Master Timeline was done, she distributed it to all the vendors, coordinated with them to get their insurance info for the venue and she even got their meal choices and dietary restrictions for catering.
At the rehearsal, she effortlessly wrangled my very disorganized, yet wonderful crew of friends and family and went over the timeline of events and took detailed notes of who needed to be where and when. On the day of the wedding, Laura and her team handled everything! She pinned the boutonnieres on the groomsmen, ensured everyone stayed properly hydrated, sent her assistant on a last minute alcohol run, set up the gift and guest book tables, arranged the tablescapes at the reception (exactly as I envisioned them, by the way), ensured the ceremony and reception started on time and directed the wedding party for the ceremony and the grand entrance. She even made my husband and me a dinner plate so that we didn't starve (she's the best!). Most importantly, we were able to enjoy our day completely stress free knowing that we were in Laura's very capable hands! Her attention to detail is unsurpassed! If I had to do it all over again, I would most definitely hire Moments 2 Memories; every time! -

I cannot say enough good things about Laura and her team at Moments 2 Memories! First, I was blown away from the beginning at the fact that Laura was always so quick to respond to emails, phone calls and text messages. I even sent her an email at 12:30am about a week away from my wedding- she responded right away and even offered to talk on the phone- despite how late it was, just to put my mind at ease. For that, I can never thank her enough! My fiance and I had no idea what we were doing or where to start but Laura put us on the right track and sent us checklists and other planning documents to keep us on task. During our Welcome Meeting we discussed our budget in detail and had a great plan as to how much to spend with each vendor. She even has a ton of great vendor referrals, and we were able to get discounts with a few of them because she was our coordinator! We chose her middle package, which included monthly progress meetings, planning hours and a style consultation. It was nice to frequently check in with her to ensure we were on track and the planning hours came in handy when there were things we didn't know how to do or have the time to get done. One of the things we used our planning hours for was hotel room blocks. Laura reached out to all the hotels in the area and gathered pricing information. She then made a very organized document with all the info and links to the hotel, which made it SO easy for us to make a decision. She then reached out to the hotels we chose and set everything up for us. Easy peazy! Laura also took the lead on communicating our timeline to the vendors, making sure deliveries were all scheduled and on time, and that we thought through every little detail for the wedding. Throughout the planning process Laura had great ideas about how to make the wedding feel as intimate as possible; like creating a lounge area with the furniture that was already at the venue or how to maximize photography time since we weren't doing a first look. The day before the wedding, Laura coordinated our rehearsal and we even did one last walk through to make sure we didn't want to change the setup and flow of the wedding. I felt SUPER relaxed the night before my wedding because Laura was in charge and took several last minute things off my plate. The day of the wedding, Laura and her assistants were absolutely spectacular. They arranged all of the decor items we brought from home and made sure the other vendors set up according to our plan. The venue looked beautiful- every single detail we had discussed looked just as we planned. When I arrived, I could not believe how gorgeous everything looked and how calm and under control everything and everyone was-including my very nervous mom. Everything about the wedding was perfect. Laura and her team anticipated my every move and thought. They made sure we had drinks and appetizers while we were taking photos during cocktail hour, they reminded me to touch up my makeup before golden hour photos, and ensured that all of the vendors knew exactly what they should be doing at each point of the wedding. At the end of the night, all of our personal decor was packed up and loaded- we didn't have to worry about anything! I was so happy and relaxed on my wedding day because of Laura and her team! I seriously recommend booking her services in the beginning so she can help you with budget and finding the right vendors! Thank you Laura and Moments 2 Memories!! -

I hired Moments 2 Memories for day-of coordination for my wedding, but sadly, the experience fell short of our expectations. Despite having multiple conversations with Laura Lynn, I found that her follow-through on key details was lacking. With only 90 days to plan, we needed someone who was organized and proactive, but crucial aspects of the event were repeatedly overlooked. For example, I made it clear that the sequence of events would be cocktail hour, ceremony, and then the reception, yet Laura Lynn continuously referenced the ceremony as the first event, causing confusion and frustration. About 10 days after hiring Moments 2 Memories, we had a meeting with Laura Lynn and the hotel’s event coordinator Unfortunately, she arrived dressed unprofessionally, as though she had just come from the gym, which we felt was inappropriate for a venue site visit. Once again, during this meeting, she got the event order wrong, leaving my husband and I with the impression that we were left to manage things on our own. We walked away from that meeting feeling uneasy and decided to part ways due to the ongoing inconsistencies and concerns that more issues would arise as the wedding day approached. We requested a partial refund, understanding that the deposit was non-refundable but believing that a fair amount should be returned given the minimal services provided. Despite our efforts to resolve the situation amicably, Laura Lynn refused to refund any portion of the deposit. In my opinion, a reputable business with good customer service would have handled this differently. I strongly recommend looking for a more professional and reliable event planner to avoid the disappointment and frustration we experienced. -

We thought we were in good hands with Laura from all the glowing reviews and our initial contact. Things started out well. But after having her as our planner for 10 months as a full service planner, all we had to show for it was a venue and 2 other vendors booked. We raised with her several times we were concerned we were falling behind schedule. And as time went on, she became less and less responsive. My fiancé and I kept getting more and more stressed. We ended up doing some of the legwork with our vendors when Laura didn't respond. Our venue had to reach out to us several times telling us they couldn't reach her either. When our venue gave us a warning email that we were behind in our contracted schedule with them with only 4 months until the wedding, we decided it was time to take matters into our own hands and cut our contract with Laura. We still had to pay the cancellation fee. I'm at a loss as to why we had such a bad experience. I understand it was a busy year with postponed covid weddings, but that doesn't mean we should be left in the dust after paying for full service. I don't know if maybe she doesn't do many full service weddings, but the whole experiences was very stressful.
EDIT: For clarification, the venue did indeed have an outage of their servers once that caused an email to get lost in the nether. However, there was no longer an issue with the venue's server subsequent to that. We had no problems getting their emails when they had to resort to reaching out to us. Even so, there were contracted deadlines we were supposed to be meeting with the venue that we expected Laura to keep a handle on for us as our full service planner. We ended up having to facilitate or poke her about what she should have been taking care of. There was also a time when the deadline for our photographer payment was coming up and we couldn't get a response from her after trying for days about what the photographer wanted us to do to send payment. And that lack of communication became a pattern. In the end, we lost our trust in her. We did not take the decision to end the contract lightly and it was distressing, but it was ultimately the right decision for us. We hired her with over a year to plan the wedding to be finished well in advance, and ended up having to do 80% of the work with 4 months to go.
