Selecting "Momentos Wedding and Events Los Cabos" was the most well-spent expense of our destination wedding. I would not hesitate to use Momentos services again for my daughters' weddings.
There are so many choices of photographers, florists, venues, musicians, multiple contracts to be signed, international payments, etc. and Momentos made the whole process incredibly easy. The team has a great relationship with the best vendors, and managed the entire planning process from start to finish with clear communication. Ivet's professionalism, attention to the smallest detail, understanding of our vision, and calm, but fun demeanor made the planning process simple and joyful. She has an eye for style that I put 100 percent trust into, and our event turned out more magical than I ever imagined. Ivet was easy to communicate with and always available to answer my questions. The flower arrangements that Fatima created (Floral Studio by Momentos) for the chapel decor, our bouquets, and our dinner table at Flora Farms were beyond breathtaking. What a talented group of women! -

Our wedding was May 23, 2025 at ACRE. I’ve been stalling writing this review because I want to keep this amazing team all to myself- but I can’t and people deserve the same memorable experience we had so here it is!
From the very first consultation, Fatima made us feel at ease. She was transparent, listened carefully to our vision and immediately came up with thoughtful, creative ideas to bring it all to life- all with being considerate of our budget (which when planning a wedding is obviously a main focus, right?). Planning a wedding is a lot- planning a destination wedding adds a little extra layer of challenges but we felt none of that with this team. We are based in southern California, our hotel block was at Hilton Los Cabos and our wedding venue was the outstanding ACRE. From day one Fatima was incredibly organized and on it. The planning platform used (Aisle Planner) is a Type-A person's dream come true (like myself); it allows you to keep track of timelines, budget/payments, visions boards, guests/seating, etc. The checklists and reminders were life-savers and Fatima always seemed to be three steps ahead. It truly is a tool that assists in making the entire planning process smooth.
What truly stood out was how much heart Fatima puts into her work and passion for her clients. She also has excellent relationships with vendors she worked with for our wedding- which I think says a lot about her reputation and work ethic. She was always accessible, calm and patient. My husband and I had a “non-tradiational” wedding; we had no wedding party/family-oriented customs; Fatima always reassured me whenever stress started creeping in, and always made me/us feel supported and cared for.
Not only did Fatima and the team at Momentos plan our wedding, the team assisted in organizing welcome drinks at the Hilton Los Cabos the night before the wedding as well as cabanas for the recovery pool day after. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly—we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment knowing Fatima and Iveta had everything under control. Everything just flowed. It was effortless. Our team handled every detail behind the scenes so that we could be fully present and just enjoy the moment with our guests on our special day. It felt like having a trusted friend by our side every step of the way.
We are forever grateful for everything they did to make our wedding such a joyful, stress-free, and unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond, book Momentos. We are forever grateful and cannot recommend them enough.

I wish we could give ten stars to Momentos - their team is the best in the business. I am not sure where to start, we truly had such an amazing experience working with Momentos planning our dream wedding in Cabo. The work they showcased on their social media is initially what drew us to their services and then from the moment we met Ivet and Fatima, they had such amazing energy. I can’t imagine going through the process of planning a wedding in Cabo without the Momentos team! We worked closely with Ivet for a little over a year and she helped us bring our dream wedding to life. The creativity, organization, professionalism, and relationships Ivet has with vendors in Cabo are invaluable. Ivet brought our vision for each wedding event to life - but she somehow made everything even more beautiful than what we could have imagined. Ivet makes her clients feel taken care of at all times and despite her busy schedule, she makes you feel like her only client. Her kindness and positivity is contagious. Planning a wedding (let alone a wedding in another country) felt overwhelming to us before we found Momentos, but Ivet and the Momentos team made the entire process enjoyable and manageable for us. We had the opportunity to meet frequently via zoom, exchange texts often, and we also went to visit in Cabo during the planning process. Our trip was the first glimpse at the relationships and magic Momentos was working for us. Fast forward to our wedding weekend - we were once again blown away by Ivet, Fatima and the entire team at Momentos. They took care of every single detail so we could truly just enjoy the wedding weekend! There was not a single item Ivet didn’t handle for us that week. Ivet stays calm, cool, and collected at all times and you can 100% trust her. On the night of our first wedding weekend event, the rehearsal dinner and welcome party, we got our first glimpse of the magic Momentos created in real life! The flowers, decor, and every single detail blew us (and our guests) away. On wedding day, it was no different! We were brought to tears with the magic they created for us. During the wedding day, their team was with us the entire day and night making sure we were staying on schedule and had everything we could need. In true Momentos fashion - they went above and beyond with this tending to our every need. We were so impressed with everything they managed behind the scenes and how much they coordinated. I am still speechless about how our vision came to life and the team we had behind us to make it all happen!
Looking back on the whole process, I can say with confidence our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without the Momentos team. We are endlessly grateful for the magic they created for us and how fun & seamless they made the entire process! Not only that, but we have gained friends for life in their team and we are going to miss Ivet so much. If you are planning a destination wedding, I assure you that Momentos is the team you need. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude to Ivet, Fatima, and the entire team at Momentos. -

Having met in Mexico, my husband & I were set on a destination wedding. We chose Cabo for it's beauty, luxurious feel, and perfect weather. I knew I needed help with the wedding planning process and upon doing my initial research I found Momentos Wedding & Events continuously popping up. I decided to reach out and immediately heard back from the owner, Fatima and we were able to hop on a call and discuss my vision right away. Following this conversation, I knew I could trust Momentos and it was apparent how much passion goes into their wedding planning. Shortly after deciding to move forward with Momentos, I met our lead planner, Ivet who I couldn't have been more lucky to have on this journey! Ivet planned all events during our wedding week including the welcome party, rehearsal dinner, wedding day & boat ride. Throughout the process, Ivet and team always made me feel like their only Bride, despite the high volume of weddings they're continuously planning. Even during their peak season I was speaking with Ivet almost everyday and always felt heard and prioritized, no matter how far out our date was. Also, what I initially had as my vision at the beginning of the planning process completely changed as we got closer to the date and Ivet & Team were receptive to my new vision and made it possible so quickly with all vendors.
Our wedding was at Grand Fiesta Americana in Los Cabos on 11/11/23, and being a month out now, we can't help but think and talk about how truly amazing and beautiful our wedding was everyday, and it is all thanks to Ivet & the Momentos team. There was truly not a detail missed and having just received my full gallery yesterday from the amazing Daniela Ortiz (highly recommend!), I am still speechless at how perfect our vision came to life.
There aren't enough words to express my gratitude towards Ivet, Fatima & the whole team at Momentos, and I HIGHLY recommend them to all future Cabo brides starting out their journey. I already miss talking to Ivet everyday and feel like I really made a great friendship during this process. I will forever cherish all the memories during our planning process & the wedding week.

Stress Free Wedding Planning
I met with several Cabo wedding planners at the beginning of our wedding planning process and as soon as I met with Momentos, I knew they were the planners for us. I had a clear vision of what I wanted and Ivet went above and beyond with my expectations! She was the greatest, all I had to do was mention something and it was done. Working with Fatima and her team was incredible. She helped us plan and put on the most amazing day in our lives. The attention to detail, personal touch, and thoughtfulness that Momentos brings to coordinating a wedding is top notch. From helping us brainstorm unique ideas for our ceremony to bringing our vision for the day to life, we could not have been happier with how everything came together throughout the entire weekend.
From day one, Fatima and her team coordinated a time line, helped manage vendors and attended all of our vendor meetings and walk thoughts. Our one on one meetings with her and the team were wonderful. They came prepared to each call, were on top of all of our deadlines, helped us decide/prioritize/manage vendors, and made sure we thought through every single detail.
On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything. Fatima made sure our special day went smoothly and it did. We cannot thank Fatima and her team enough. Picking Fatima and her team are truly the best decision we made while planning our wedding. We decided to get married in Cabo with a very short timeline (all while backlogged pandemic weddings were finally rolling out), and Fatima and her team seriously made every dream we had a reality despite the hardships. From the outset, Fatima said this would be "our" wedding, and we truly felt that she put everything into making every wish we had come true. She was always punctual and professional with responding to any question we had, at any time throughout the planning process. She always pushed us to go with our gut, even when we felt badly about potentially offending a vendor, and she would handle any difficult decision with grace, always getting us the best vendor, mock up, etc. Even when we had difficulty working with some vendors taking a long time, Fatima and her team were there at every second, reassuring us and helping us feel supported! We looked forward to our planning trips to Cabo - everything was so well organized and we had the best time with them. After all of the planning, we truly had the wedding of our dreams. Everything was beyond perfect - we still cannot get over how amazing it was and our guests reported they had the most magical weekends of their lives. Many guests said that even though they loved their own wedding, this one was unlike anything they'd ever experienced. From the ambiance, to the food, music, and scenery, everything was incredible and we cannot thank Fatima and her team enough for taking us in with all of our crazy requests and providing a weekend that we and our guests will forever cherish as one of the most fun and amazing weekends of our lives. Fatima and Ivet are family now and we cannot wait to see them when we return for a friend's wedding next year. They are such talented and special people - we hope to always have them in our lives. -

Fatima planned the wedding of our dreams!
My husband and I recently got married in Cabo and Fatima with Momentos Weddings was our wedding planner and she was a God send! I started the wedding planning on my own and quickly realized I did not have the time or know how to do so which is when I decided to hire a wedding planner. I immediately had a connection with Fatima. She was so professional and attentive and really listened to all of the details. I told her about some of the struggles I was having when trying to plan the wedding myself like the hotel where we wanted our guests to stay said they couldn’t accommodate our party. Fatima made it happen! I was so happy and knew I had made the right decision. Even while we were on the phone she would send a text to vendors that I had been waiting weeks to get a response from and she would get a response in minutes. Fatima and her team were truly amazing and made sure we had the wedding we always dreamed of. I always felt she had my back when dealing with vendors. Even when I was too shy to tell a vendor I didn’t like a mock up Fatima knew it wasn’t exactly what I wanted and would make it known. It was amazing to me how she made sure every detail was what we wanted. At the end of the entire process I was so grateful to her and her team and 100% give them all of the credit for making our dream wedding a reality. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding in Cabo. -

After the first zoom call I had with Fatima I knew she was going to be the perfect planner for us. That was the BEST DECISION I MADE! We are from Michigan and started planning about 1.5 years before our wedding so we had plenty of time to get all the details ready. Throughout that time we were in constant communication with Fatima via Whatsapp or Zoom. Not only is Fatima extremely reliable and trust worthy, she had a way of making us feel like we were her only clients. Obviously she had many other weddings and meetings going on but she never let that interfere with any of our communications or plans. Not only is that impressive, it really made us feel great! She went above and beyond when it came to coordinating every little detail we wanted for our wedding weekend. Making sure all of our guest had the best experience was one of the most important things for us from the beginning and Fatima kept that in mind through the entire process. She made this year and a half planning process stress-free and enjoyable for us, I relied heavily on all of Fatima's suggestions and she exceeded my expectations on every single one. Seeing it all come together was a true masterpiece! All of our guest had such an amazing weekend and have not stopped talking about how perfect and beautiful everything was. I can’t thank Fatima and her team enough for making our weekend one that no one could forget! Fatima and her entire team has been so amazing!! We started planning our wedding 1.5 years before the wedding date and they were always on top of things with monthly calls and quick email correspondence. Everyone at our wedding commented how magical it was and even for us, it was way above our expectations even though we visited the site and did all the viewings and tastings beforehand. Working with Fátima and her team to bring your wedding to life is the stuff of dreams!
My vision and direction changed a couple of times and she did not bat an eyelash, she’s patient and has an eye for small detail that have a huge impact. She has the most impressive list of vendor friends who work together seamlessly and happily to reach the common goal of pulling off a beautiful event. My wedding happened during COVID, was rescheduled twice and all kinds of additional effort was needed to pull it off. I was worried it wouldn’t reflect my vision now that we had to make all kinds of allowances for additional safety, I was worried it was look sterile and strange. Let me tell you, I was worried for nothing - I couldn’t believe I was at my own wedding! Imagine the most beautiful editorial wedding shoot you’ve seen in magazines and think would be impossible to have in real life.... that was my wedding! That is what Fátima and her amazing team and band of vendors are capable of, they made absolute magic happen at my wedding. I had the most amazing time, wanted for nothing, worried about nothing, and they handled the day with amazing poise. I would do it again over and over if I could. Perfect planning makes for perfect day!
Fatima is quite simply one of the best professionals I have ever met. Our wedding required a bit more coordination than usual because we became pregnant shortly after making our initial choices and had to push everything back one year. Thankfully, Fatima was successful in negotiating this for us in manner that prevented us from incurring any penalties or losing any booking up to that point. After we had our healthy baby boy, we resumed the planning and she skillfully picked up right where left off. When we visited Cabo two months prior to wedding so that we could finalize everything, we spent two solid days with Fatima seeing our inspirations come to fruition. My only regret is that we aren't able to go through the tour and tasting portion of the planning again...it was so much fun! When the day finally came, we had nothing to worry about. Fatima and her crew pulled everything off flawlessly and we were able to enjoy every aspect of the ceremony without any concern for the large or small details. The end result was more amazing than any concepts we had drawn up to that point. Every guest in attendance remarked about how amazing the setting, decor, food and music were. Literally nothing could have made this more perfect and for that my wife and I would be forever grateful. Fatima is a true professional, a wonderful person and someone I would recommend a million times over for any event you might be having in beautiful Cabo! -

Amazing Cabo Beach Wedding
If you want a flawless wedding, ran by a person who makes everything happen better than you ever dreamed possible. Fatima is your gal!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Fatima was AMAZING!! She not only lined up the most amazing beach location and venue she worked with us to find the best food, and the right people to catch every moment of our wedding day perfectly! She picked us up at our hotel and drove us around to meet every person and company she believed we should work with before our wedding day. Fatima felt it was very important for us to meet and know everyone before the wedding, so we knew beforehand we had he right people surrounding us. She even booked the most amazing fire dancing show that blew everyone away! I cannot day enough about Fatima! She made planning the wedding fun. She handled everything on the day of the wedding perfectly. She even handled any issue or problem that snuck up before we even heard about it.
Fatima is super personable, fun to be around, skilled, knowledgeable, and is worth every penny! She is someone I hope to stay friends with for years to come. Thank you Fatima! -

When my now husband and I landed on the decision of having a destination wedding in Cabo, I emailed and met with a few other wedding planners, none of them came close to Fatima! The day we met I knew we had made the right decision, such a lovely, fun, and caring woman. At the beginning of the planning I was very nervous about planning a wedding in another county, however Fatima immediately made me feel at ease that it was going to be a fun and exciting experience... ( it was) My emails were always immediately replied to and my questions were always answered no matter how ridiculous my questions were.
Fatima also knows and works with the best vendors in Cabo! She has beautiful taste and can make any vision come to life! My traditional Persian wedding was executed beautifully! So beyond thankful for this woman! Without her I don't think I would have enjoyed my wedding planning experience and definitely would not of had the most amazing wedding! -

Diana Sent on 06/11/2018We can't say enough good things about Fatima. She exceeded our expectations. She executed every detail to perfection. We didn't get to visit our venue or meet any of our vendors prior to our wedding so we were nervous about how things would turn out. Fatima was extremely patient with us during the wedding planning process and responded timely to all of our many questions. Every vendor that she recommended did such an amazing job. Especially DJ Alex and Let it Bloom. DJ Alex kept everyone on the dance floor all night - our guests are still talking about his wedding playlist. We were a bit skeptical about Let it Bloom during our communications leading up to the wedding but they knocked it out of the park with their flowers, lighting, and decor. Fatima worked seamlessly with these vendors to make our vision come to life. We don't know what we would have done without her.
Because Fatima was so involved with every detail of the planning process, she was able to execute the 'day of' coordination flawlessly with her team. This allowed us to truly be able to enjoy our wedding day without any stress. Fatima worked closely with the resort staff to make sure everything was perfect on our wedding day and during our entire stay. Fatima even coordinated with the resort's on-site wedding coordinator to set up a tour of the resort and cake/appetizer tasting when we arrived in Cabo. Her connections with the resort management and her ability to communicate with the resort staff during our wedding day was a huge plus.
We also had a Vietnamese Tea Ceremony the day before our wedding. Fatima helped us plan the details of this event and was there on the day of to help coordinate. Fatima allowed us and our guest to enjoy our special day and weekend while she and her team tended to every detail, making sure everything was perfect. There is absolutely no way our wedding could have turned out as perfectly as it did without her. Thank you so much Fatima! -

She not only made our vision come to life, she made our wedding weekend better than we ever dreamed. Fatima is professional, caring, networked (she has the best vendors from food to flowers) and dedicated. Fatima is incredible and we couldn't have been happier that she produced our wedding. We had never seen the venue in person and was referred by friends and by Hacienda Cocina y Catina where we had our wedding celebration. The venue ceremony and reception location could not have been more perfect for us. She went above and beyond every step to make sure we were not worried. Planning every detail from Chicago had its challenges, but Fatima was always available to answer our questions at whatever time of day. :)
As a bride, I wanted to make sure every aspect of our day was taken care of in good hands. And trust me, I gave her plenty of questions and had some serious uncertainty at times and not once, did she disappoint. (Our location of where the reception was originally going to be placed was moved due to construction on the property.) It was the BEST decision we ever made by moving it, but I wouldn't have come to that decision without Fatima's assistance! It also helped that she was a local to the Cabo area and could highly speak on recommendations or any outside vendors that I needed.
One major thing that sticks out about the kindness and the willingness to go above and beyond was when we arrived to Cabo. We were traveling with our 15 month old. She picked us up from our hotel and drove us back and forth to the site visits out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She came highly prepared with our agenda when we first met and had plenty of notes that we had previously planned together for months.
She has a big heart and the instant I hugged her to thank her for all the efforts, I knew that we were instant friends. She was like a family friend of ours, that we had known for years! She genuinely cared about making sure the wedding day was perfect. I could not say enough great qualities about her as a person, planner and now a friend of ours in Cabo!

My husband and I were definitely blessed to have Fatima coordinate our wedding. We first found her on WeddingWire and started to communicate via phone and email about a year before the event. She was very prompt when we had questions and was always reassuring.
In November 2015 my husband and I visited Cabo where we first met Fatima in person. While there, Fatima showed us potential venues and also introduced us to her preferred vendors (Florist, DJ, etc). When we met with the Florist or the DJ, or venue staff each was very professional and Fatima made sure that we knew that we were in good hands. We visited again in August 2016 and Fatima was there every step of the way. We highly recommend you visit Cabo before the wedding; perhaps twice if your schedule can accommodate.
When we arrived during wedding week we met with Fatima to flush out the final details. She provided us an itinerary breaking down the schedule of wedding day and was everywhere and everything you would want from a wedding coordinator. She kept us on schedule during rehearsal walkthrough and helped to set up during our guest welcome reception. And when wedding day arrived it all came together exactly how we anticipated and the event was absolutely flawless!
When my husband and I see our friends and family who attended the wedding it is a conversation starter. They were very impressed with the planning and all that was put together to make it happen. To this day my husband and I still get text messages and/or phone calls about how much our guests enjoyed our wedding event. It makes us really happy that we made the decision to get married in Cabo and without the help of Fatima and her team we would not have this incredible memory that will last us a lifetime.

Fatima is the BEST!
Where do I even begin?! Fatima was the best planner we could have ever asked for. We started planning our wedding in 2019 and were about a month out from the wedding when the pandemic hit. We postponed our date a few times until 2022 was our lucky year. Fatima was so wonderful throughout the entire process that I felt so lucky to have someone like her handling everything. Throughout the whole time we were in constant communication via Whatsapp or Zoom. Fatima is extremely reliable and trustworthy and goes above and beyond. Every small detail and added touch was simply beautiful. My dream wedding became a reality because of Momentos Weddings. Oziel hand-crafted our bouquets and flowers and it was more perfect than I could have imagined. Thank you Oziel, everyone still talks about my bouquet! All of our guests had the best experience and haven't stopped talking about how fun and beautiful everything was. I can’t thank Fatima and her team enough for making our weekend literally PERFECT! Fatima has become a true friend and we can't wait to see her when we visit. We love you Fatima, thank you for everything. -
