Carly and Alex at Milk Glass Productions were truly incredible in helping us plan, postpone and then re-plan our wedding during this pandemic. They went above and beyond to help us stay on track and make our wedding day and its’ décor more beautiful than we could have possibly envisioned. They even went as far as adding extra touches with décor and helped create our wedding signage which was incredibly detailed and was exactly what I wanted and more. They really took the time to understand the design and details that I wanted and elevated it to a whole new level of beauty. We would have been lost without their expertise, guidance and support while planning a wedding during the pandemic. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day and it was all because of them. They were the best decision we could have made when planning our wedding and we are forever grateful for all they did for us. -

Emily and the Milk Glass team did an amazing job! Pulling off a wedding takes a lot and the Milk Glass team was instrumental in coordinating all the details leading up to our big day. On our wedding day, Emily and her crew absolutely commanded the situation - directing everybody, being prepared to fix a dress malfunction, helping us change plans on the fly due to rain. I would wholeheartedly recommend Milk Glass Productions to anybody planning a wedding! -

There are so many words I could write about Carly and the MGP team. Imagine the Mary Poppins of wedding planning to make all of your wedding dreams come true! Carly and MGP helped us every step of the way whether it was picking food, cake flavors, flower arrangements or assembling our wedding invites. They care so much about every couple they work with and they truly felt like family by the time our wedding came around. Tory was an absolute queen before, during and after our wedding helping make sure we had everything we need. Our wedding really would not have been what it was without Milk Glass Productions. We are so thankful for their patience, help and compassion all through the wedding planning process. I would recommend MGP a million times over. -

Destination Wedding in Aspen
The Milk Glass Team is just off the charts! They planned everything big and small for our special day. In addition, due to the pandemic we had to change plans more than once. Carly and her team were patient perfection! Their vendor partners are first class as well. If I did it all over again, I’d do it exactly the same! Forever grateful! -

I highly recommend Milk Glass Productions for all couples looking for an incredible wedding planner. Carly made sure every detail of our wedding was exactly as we hoped for. She was super responsive through all our communications from day all the way through the wedding day. She made the entire process so seamless and stress free. Her and her team are highly organized. They even caught a mistake a vendor made on one of our contracts that saved us a ton of money. If you're looking for a day that is exactly what you envisioned and fun along the way, book with Milk Glass. They are the nicest people! They are the best and very professional! We loved them and wish we could do it all over again! -

Superbly perfect Wedding!!!!
I just made this wedding wire account to leave this review. I was in a wedding party planned by MilkGlass Productions, in Lyons, CO. Alex was our planner and could not have been better!! Alex and team we’re absolutely phenomenal, professional and fun!!! Highly recommend Alex worked so hard making the experience perfect. He knew exactly what to do and kept everyone calm and at ease through several (covid cautious) wedding events! 5 stars!!!! -

Highly recommend Milk Glass Productions!
We truly only have positive things to say about Carly and her team. My husband and I got married at Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park in September 2021, and worked with Carly and her team for about a year to plan the event. Carly was so on the ball and was amazing at asking us questions and documenting our likes/dislikes/taste/inspiration so perfectly so that we were able to find vendors and plan an event that was exactly in line with what we envisioned. Carly always worked within our needs and budget, but she also provided great suggestions and tips to make our wedding even more special. For example, my husband and I met at an apple orchard- and Carly and her team put together a beautiful and classy "farm stand" welcome table inspired by how we met, such as special touch! In the same vein, Carly thought of an idea to use dried fruit as decorations on the tables and meal markers for our table seating to add more color and fall vibes. This ended up adding such a beautiful, rustic, and unique element to our dinner decorations, and we received lots of compliments! We truly could not have planned such a special day without Milk Glass Productions, and we are so grateful to have had Carly and her team throughout the planning process and on the day of! Many of our friends and family have remarked that our wedding was the best and most beautiful they had ever attended, and we feel that Carly was largely responsible for those glowing reviews! For anyone planning an event- large or small - we highly recommend Milk Glass to help you take your event to the next level! -

Carly and her team are pure rock stars!!! They worked tirelessly for us. It was the best decision we ever made to hire them. They made sure we had food at all events, transportation, beverages and zero stress. My daughters wedding had no flaws. It was perfect because of Milk Glass Productions Team. They even found 5 tents and 150 umbrellas 24 hours before our event, due to pending rain. I can't thank them enough. Can't wait to hire them again and host an awesome event. -

Milk Glass Productions made my wedding day perfect!
Carly came recommended through a mutual friend and we were so thankful and lucky to have found her! One of my favorite things about Carly is that she gets just as excited about your wedding as she would her own. She's great at incorporating specific personal details into a couple's wedding day. During our wedding consultations, Carly would empathize tying in design elements that would relate to you as a couple. For example, our wedding Breckenridge and husband and I are avid skiers. Per Carly's direction, our tables were named after our favorite ski mountains and our place cards were ski lifts tickets designed on a cute chicken wire provided by Carly. She also has great taste when it comes to floral and color arrangements (lol, she definitely helped my husband and I come to some color compromises). She also has great vendor connections and recommendations (Fiori Flowers in Boulder, CO and Phil Gallagher, Officiant). She's also super helpful when it comes to managing a budget, creating day-of timelines, and running an amazing wedding day! My wedding day was beautiful and it was all thanks to Carly! -

Carly and her team (Alex, Ben) were AMAZING. 5 stars for effort, creativity, helpfulness, and responsiveness in helping us plan the best wedding (Sept 2019)!
Carly is very responsive, and leverages her experience working high end events to come up with innovative ideas (e.g. really cool teepees) within your desired budget! When there were beautiful pitches that just fell (very far) out of price range, she worked to find us quality vendors that could pull off the same aesthetic at a much more reasonable price.
From day 1, i felt like Carly really understood our vibe (laid back) and catered to it perfectly. Even though our wedding was very remote (Dunton Hot Springs), which created a lot of logistical struggles (shipping stuff, hard for vendors to access, etc.), she figured out ways to use a mix of local vendors make it seem like it wasn't a challenge at all.
All of our communications were helpful, on point, and helped calm the stresses of wedding planning. We didn't feel any pressure to use any particular vendors, buy unneeded stuff, etc.
Our wedding day itself was seamless. We didn't have to think about logistics at all during the day, and we just had a great time.
Alex and Ben were delightful to work with as well! Were amazingly helpful at the wedding itself and behind the scenes helping coordinate endless packages and assembling the most beautiful landscapes at the wedding.
Thanks to the team! Don't hesitate to hire this super talented crew :) -

Alex and Carly were truly a dream team. From the start, I had a very clear timeline of events and always knew when I needed to confirm things with vendors. My husband and I planned our wedding in 3 months and Milk Glass made it the most magical, charming day. From decor, flowers, lighting, table settings and more, they really helped guide us in a direction we really loved for our wedding and always put your vision first. They provide you with options, so you know what you like best.
If you have a special occasion, Milk Glass Productions is the way to go. I’ve also seen /attended their other events (corporate, holiday parties, bridal showers, baby showers etc) and they knock it out of the park every time.
The Designers and Planners are very professional and end up becoming your planning family because they want you to feel your absolute best and very comfortable through the entire experience! All the love for Milk Glass Productions! -

From the very beginning, Carly and her team were a delight to work with! They had an ease about them that made me feel confident our day would be in great hands! Our wedding planner, Alex, made our wedding a dream come true! Throughout the planning process, he was a great resource for ideas and offered us creative tips. When it came to the day of our wedding, he took everything we had been talking about over the past few months and turned it into MORE than I could have ever imagined it to be! Honestly, one of my favorite parts of the day was seeing all my visions come into play right in front of me! Not only can Alex decorate beautifully, but he took lead of the day and helped everything run so smoothly. So smoothly that no one even knew a table caught on fire! As the mother of the groom, I didn’t have a role in selecting the planner or the location, but it turned out that Milk Glass Productions’ Carly Witzburg was the perfect antidote For the complexities that our long distance family wedding planning posed. Carly immediately put me and my husband at ease as she worked to find an appealing locale for the rehearsal dinner. A careful listener, with creative panache who could still rope in bloating budgets, Carly helped us execute a perfect complement for our son’s wedding. The night had many moving parts to it, so I would be completely remiss if I failed to highlight the stellar team of people who work for MGP. From the moment the weekend kicked off they were ubiquitous, yet unobtrusive — observant, thoughtful and thoroughly engaged in their job — with apparent delight in their work. You will not be disappointed! -

I am not sure how anyone can have a wedding without Carly. We Carly was our day of planner technically speaking, but I can’t even imagine what it would be like to have her full services, since it truly felt like she helped us every step of the way as is. Carly is incredibly knowledgable about the industry and Denver-vendors. She never led us astray with her recommendations, and gave us sound advice regarding selection of vendors based in Denver (vs mountain vendors). When we were looking into a caterer she had never worked with, she made the effort to reach out to several wedding planner friends to check in with them and get their opinions. She also kept us organized and on a timeline, and even reviewed all of our vendor contracts which is above and beyond a typical day-of planner. We communicated with her regularly starting from our engagement 1 1/2 years out from the wedding, and she was always quick to respond to emails and happy to answer any of our questions. This is very different from the policies of many of the other day-of planners we looked into, who really wouldn’t get involved until 1-3 months out from the wedding. She also didn’t have any rules about not responding to emails on Sundays of after-hours, which I’ve seen friends run into with their planners. Carly did a lot o behind-the-scenes communication with our vendors, often times without me realizing, which spared us from dealing with lots of logistical questions etc. She even sent an email out the week of our wedding, insisting that vendors use her as a primary point person from then until the wedding, so the we wouldn’t be dealing with questions during the pre-wedding festivities. On the day of, she (and her assistant Ceecee!) was critical in doing everything from organizing the ceremony, directing people to where they needed to be, doing my bustle when my mother was occupied with something else, and corralled our guests to the appropriate locations as needed. You can tell that she came from New York since she is so organized, direct and efficient, which is exactly what we were looking for in a planner. I would highly recommend Carly and the MGP crew to anyone!
