    The Best Decision We Made!

    We had the best experience possible with Mia Bella Weddings. We worked with Katie specifically for our wedding at Walnut Grove, and she was truly an absolute rockstar throughout our entire wedding experience.

    We chose their mid-range coordination package with the design add-on, and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. This option struck the perfect balance for us - having the guidance every step of the way, while doing a lot of the work ourselves. Honestly, we didn't find anything else comparable at such a reasonable price point. The added design support made such a difference in bringing everything together in a cohesive, thoughtful way.

    From the start, Katie impressed us with her knowledge and professionalism. She knows weddings inside and out, and it showed in every interaction. She was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer questions, offer guidance, and keep us on track without ever making us feel overwhelmed. Her communication style is calm, clear, and reassuring - exactly what you need during wedding planning.

    What we appreciated most was how open and collaborative she was. She truly listened to what we wanted, respected our vision, and offered thoughtful suggestions to enhance it rather than override it. Open to our ideas, but very honest if there were other ways to make it better (reminding us though, that ultimately it was always our decision). We always felt supported and understood.

    On the wedding day, Katie executed everything FLAWLESSLY. The entire day ran so smoothly, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about a single detail. With a slight delay in timing, she made a quick pivot that went without a hiccup. She handled everything with such efficiency, confidence, and kindness. Multiple guests and family noticed and commented on how amazing she was.

    Katie is not only exceptionally good at what she does, but she's also such a warm, genuine person. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make the day special.

    We feel so lucky to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. If you're considering Mia Bella Weddings - do it. Katie and the rest of the team will take such great care of you.

    Katie is the BEST!

    Mia Bella Weddings was such a great choice for our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning Katie was so communicative and willing to answer all of our questions, help us find vendors, etc. Leading up to the wedding she thought of everything and was so prepared! She also made sure we had everything we needed to be prepared. She is truly a wealth of knowledge when it comes to putting together a wedding. On the day of, everything looked perfect thanks to Katie. I was not very specific about what I wanted but I brought all the decor and Katie made everything look amazing. I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day because I knew she had it handled. I cannot recommend her enough if you are planning any event!

    Outstanding

    Katie McJimsey from Mia Bella Weddings is phenomenal. Michele made the initial call to see if we would be a good fit, and at the time I had not even looked for other wedding coordinators because they were already everything I was looking for. The price was reasonable and negotiable (especially for about 100 guests) and they helped make my wedding dreams come true. As a bride who didn’t know what she initially wanted and had to conjure up what she could within 4-5 months, our wedding turned out damn near perfect. Katie handled all the logistics as well as the day-of headaches to make sure everything ran as smooth as could be. She was able to move things around from ceremony to reception, make sure guests knew where to go/what to do while we took pictures, and was also there to encourage us to have a great time while she handled everything. We are only one week and 2 days out after our wedding, but everyone keeps telling us about how much of a dreamy romance the day was and I can’t help but to thank Katie for all her amazing work. You will not regret booking with them at all!

    Forever Grateful to Emily at Mia Bella!! ♥♥

    I would say hiring Mia Bella Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had Emily who took great care of us and with such wonderful kindness throughout. We held our wedding at Walnut Grove and it was clear that Emily knew what she was doing, especially at that venue!

    I am definitely a more anxious bride and had many questions, emails, texts. Emily responded to each one with so much grace and expertise. Wedding planning can be isolating at times because there is so much to do - but I really felt like I had a partner in Emily. She was so responsive and enthusiastic! Her excitement and calm attitude carried me in moments I wanted to give up wedding planning altogether.

    On our wedding rehearsal - our bridal parties all remarked at how pleasant yet professional Emily was. She really made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Which was especially difficult because we had a bridal party of about 20+ people!

    On the day of the wedding, we had very strong winds (at an all outdoor venue) and I was blissfully unaware of the chaos occuring. But Emily and her assistant Katie handled the situation so well. Whenever Emily checked in with me regarding things that were not going to plan, she had so much confidence and peace that it was easy for me to make quick decisions. I can really say I was present throughout the wedding, and focused on getting married! Everything else, Emily handled so beautifully.

    I am forever grateful to Emily and Mia Bella Weddings and you will not regret having them on your vendor team!

    Such a smooth experience working with Michelle and her team

    As a wedding photographer, I work with a lot of different planners, and Michelle is by far one of the best! She always goes above and beyond for her couples. She is so on it with her communication leading up to the wedding and makes sure that all of your vendors are on the same page. On the wedding day she is always close by with a smile on her face and ready to work some magic to make a day go perfectly smoothly. Additionally, she has an incredibly friendly disposition and is the exact kind of energy you want present at your wedding!

    Highly recommend!

    From the start we had great communication with Mia Bella. Katie and Emily were both amazing, we had to switch coordinators midway and they made sure the transition was smooth and easy. Emily was amazing leading up to our wedding and on the day. We couldn’t have done it without her by our side. Everything was thought out and executed perfectly and we were able to be fully present on our day. Highly recommend Mia Bella!

    Amazing Coordinator, Amazing Wedding!

    Emily was our coordinator, and she did an amazing job!!! She was new when we first started working with her, but she exceeded our expectations. She is professional, organized, communicative, and has great time management skills. Emily helped make our wedding day perfect! We had a lot of DIY decorations that she helped set up, and everything turned out amazing. She even decorated our cake because the bakery forgot to, and it was beautiful! My family and bridal party raved about how great Emily was as well. Thank you, Emily!

    Emily was so amazing and we were so lucky to have her!

    We had the pleasure of having Emily as our coordinator and she was nothing short of amazing! Leading up to the wedding she was always available for any questions we had. During our wedding she stepped up in so many ways and made our entire day go smoothly without any bumps.     So grateful

    We are beyond grateful for our incredible planner, Leeron. We could not have imagined a better wedding day and so much of it was thanks to her. Throughout the wedding planning process, from the start, Leeron was not only amazingly knowledgeable and supportive, but she was also so ecstatic for us as a couple. On our wedding day, there were multiple times where she went above and beyond supporting me as the bride. At every event throughout the day she was one step ahead of us at all times. As someone who was very nervous and hoping everything went well, I felt so confident and reassured by her. It made planning so so simple because of her amazing communication with us, and between us and our vendors. At the end of our wedding we had multiple friends ask if Leeron would help with their future weddings! We are eternally grateful and loved working with the most kind person in the industry.

    Katie is the best!

    I had my wedding at Walnut Grove and was connected to Katie McJimsey by Michele.

    Katie was organized, thoughtful, patient, and responsive. We had a small intimate wedding and didn't really know what we wanted at some points.

    Katie did an amazing job guiding us with suggestions that were in line with what we wanted for our wedding day.

    She kept everything organized with a workbook that made everything clear on both sides.

    The day of the wedding, she calmed our nerves and kept everything moving so smoothly. I cannot say enough how amazing it was to just show up and know that everything was taken care of.

    She decorated everything beautifully and even moved our arch flowers to our sweet heart table.

    I highly recommend her and can't thank her enough for making our wedding day perfect!

    Loved working with Katie & Mia Bella Weddings!

    Katie was our coordinator for our wedding on 10/8/21, and she was a pleasure to work with. She's very organized and responsive. We had our wedding at Walnut Grove where she is extremely knowledgeable about the venue, their policies, and how events typically flow.

    With her experience at Walnut Grove, it was great to have a default, "this is what we typically do," for the stuff we didn't really care about, so we could make a quick decision and move on - Katie provides that perspective perfectly. She was also totally up for making adjustments and tweaks to the norm that ultimately reflected our personalities and preferences on our special day.

    By booking your coordinator with Mia Bella Weddings, all of the wedding planning that happens months (maybe even a year+) in advance is still going to fall on you, but having their expertise to guide you during those months, answer questions, and then really begin coordinating logistics and timing a month before through to the day-of made our wedding day less stressful.

    The thing about a good coordinator, like Katie, is that if they're doing their job right, you probably won't notice their impact on your wedding day, but just know that it's because they're intercepting and solving any problems before it even gets to you. Because of Katie, we could really focus on enjoying the day and being with each other and our friends and family. This is exactly why it's worth adding a wedding coordinator to your budget, and why I absolutely recommend going with Mia Bella Weddings.

    Best Wedding During The Hardest Year

    To jump straight to it, my wife and I had an absolute dream wedding at Walnut Grove. We originally planned to have our wedding in September 2020, but given the pandemic, we moved it back to August 2021. We worked with both Michele and Katie for coordinating our wedding and they were both so kind, caring, and helpful. Katie with her magical workbook helped us to create a timeline for the day that catered to our wants and needs while making sure no detail was overlooked. I cannot imagine a more difficult wedding to try and plan for given the pandemic so they deserve some sort of ribbon for the extra blood, sweat, and tears they endured for making this day possible. We cannot emphasize just how amazing Mia Bella was and how well our wedding turned out.

    We had 110 guests come to Walnut Grove for the wedding and they all told us how seamless and beautiful the day was. Katie was our day-of coordinator, and she was an absolute legend by keeping the day tightly scheduled without ever making us feel rushed. We know Katie did her job flawlessly since we were able to hand off all tasks and were able to focus on enjoying the day completely. It truly was a dream come true of a day. I will forever advise all my friends and family to hire experienced wedding coordinators like Katie and Michele since they will allow you to fully enjoy the wedding you deserve.

    Incredibly Grateful

    Michele is a wedding goddess and we could not have been more lucky to work with her. She is AMAZING at what she does. She is extremely organized, professional, responsive, kind, understanding and knows exactly what she is doing.
    She took so much stress and pressure off us throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was always pleasant to work with and was always on top of it. Always. The day of the wedding she was incredible and went above and beyond. There is no one better!

    There are just not enough words to correctly articulate how amazing Michele is! Every single phone call or text message to calm my jittery bride nerves. Every long email thread, patiently working with me to get every single detail right. And all of her efforts to work with the venue to bring in vendors that they had never had before just to give us the day that we had always wanted.
    I can say without a shadow of a doubt that our wedding happened with all of the magic and romance a bride and groom deserve simply because of how much Michele cares.

    Absolutely LOVED Michele

    Where to even begin. Michele is INCREDIBLE. We were married at Walnut Grove and Michele knows that venue like the back of her hand. She orchestrated the whole day so flawlessly, with her super calm demeanor, her positivity and her efficiency. When things got off track with other vendors for the timeline, she kindly shifted things back. When I sat on some charcoal and had black smudges on my dress, she calmly ran to get 4 different types of spot remover to get it out. When I had a panic about our first dance being too late and wanting to lose the cake cutting, she talked me off a ledge and made everything work out so smoothly! She truly was a priceless hire for my day. And even leading up to the day she was wonderful. She had a workbook that helped me think of EVERYTHING for the day of, as to not miss one piece of the planning process. We had 3 meetings (some over the phone) leading up where she helped me figure out how we wanted the day to go, which decorations we were going to use or not use, literally everything you could think of. You cannot go wrong hiring Michele, she was a godsend and one of my favorite hires of the whole wedding. I’d give her a full 10/10, no question.

    Katie is Amazing!

    Katie was our coordinator, and she could not have done a better job! She helped us so much throughout the planning process, helped me with all my questions regarding etiquette, and overall went above and beyond to make everything less stressful. The day of our wedding, she worked hard to keep everything running on time, and was incredibly attentive. I honestly don’t know how we would’ve done everything without her! We are grateful for everything she did for us.

    Amazing experience

    We got married at The Walnut Grove in June 2019 and had the pleasure of working with Katie as our day-of coordinator and I can't imagine having a wedding without someone like her!

    I absolutely loved planning my wedding, doing all the research, etc. but once the day actually arrived I swear the last thing you want to think about is the schedule! From our first meeting until the end of our wedding, Katie was extremely helpful, kind, and easy to work with. She helped us narrow down a lot of the small details that you can't really deal with until closer to the date, and the day-of timeline she created was amazing.

    On the wedding day, Katie made sure that everything was set up as planned, down to the smallest items. During the reception, she kept everything moving forward smoothly, even when things had to be shuffled around. Your wedding day is really a whirlwind, and having someone like Katie there to guide you through the day is a lifesaver--through family photos, the special dances, cake cutting, even making sure we got to sit down and eat our dinner!

    We had a very positive experience working with Katie and Mia Bella Weddings, and I would definitely recommend their services to friends!

    She made our big day go off without a hitch!

    Michele was instrumental in making our wedding day a success, rain and all! She is more than just a day of coordinator. She helped coordinate our day with all of our different vendors and was open to working with vendors that she had never worked with before.

    During the week leading up to our wedding, Michele and Joe from Command Performance Catering were on the ball with preparing for potential rain. They helped us organize a tent, Michele came up with multiple back up plans, and made sure that there were plenty of umbrellas for guests. She kept her cool, and kept me cool, with all of the rain and changes to our big day that happened by the minute (literally!). It is clear that Michele is a professional and knows what she is doing! I would absolutely recommend Michele. I really appreciated how responsive and organized she was with communicating with us and our vendors and also keeping the owner of Walnut Grove in the loop!

    Katie made my special day extra magical!

    When we arrived for our site tour at Walnut Grove, we were warmly greeted by Katie with Mia Bella Weddings, who we also hired as our wedding coordinator, and could not be more satisfied with our decision.

    I don’t even know where to begin, words cannot describe how amazing Katie is, she is an absolute GEM! She really did set the bar so high. She is professional, communicative, organized, and so responsive (the list can go on). My family and friends are still raving about how amazing she handled everything from before the rehearsal to the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond! We had quite a few personal decorations and DIY items for her to manage on the day-of and she did it flawlessly. She captured our vision so well and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Katie truly managed everything from beginning to end and put so much care into our wedding. She was there for us every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine anyone else to coordinate our big day. She is an absolute perfection!

    Katie helped make my vendor selection a breeze and she worked so well with all of them and truly made my day run so smoothly. Even with the little bit of rain (yes it rained in May) in the morning, she kept everything under control.

    It rained on my wedding day and Katie made it even better than I could have dreamed of!

    Katie was my coordinator this May 2019 at Walnut Grove and I can’t say enough lovely things about her. Not only is she incredibly sweet and so easy to work with but so organized! She confirmed every vendor and made sure everyone knew where and when they should be. The week of my wedding it was set to rain on my actual wedding day, so Michele and Katie came up with multiple plans and layouts for me to chose and help ease that the day would be beautiful and go as planned. They had plan a, plan b, plan c - all ready to go depending on the weather. Katie is the best coordinator out there. All my wedding party loved her and she made my wedding a dream. If you are hesitant about hiring a coordinator, there is no question that Katie is essential to making your day perfect. I could not have done it without her.

    First and best $950 we spent

    My husband and I got married at Walnut Grove in Moorpark and received a discount if we hired Mia Bella to be our on-site coordinator. We were a little crushed when we learned Michele wasn't available -- until we met her assistant Katie. Katie is the only person I've met who finds it relaxing to plan weddings. She was a rockstar with the details and amazing moral support, as well as a great resource for bouncing ideas off of. (Should we include kids? Who should process in and when? Do we really need lawn games?) She was a sweet, calming, reassuring presence, she kept us on-track with planning pre-wedding, and she never pressured us to add or do things we weren't into. The day-of went perfectly. We were relaxed and had a great time because we knew Katie would keep the ship running smoothly, which she did. Several of our guests even told us it was one of the best weddings they'd been to. Strongly recommend!

    Ok let’s just start by saying Michele is AMAZING! Her attention to detail is perfect! I planned my wedding from Utah with Michele at the Walnut Grove. I showed up with boxes of decorations and her team set everything up flawlessly. She made sure I was relaxed and that everything was taken care of. She even helped sew my dress when my husband stepped on it and ripped my bustle. Lol. She is very professional but still is fun with a great sense of humor. My wedding was PERFECT thanks to her.

    Michele Spring wasn't available to coordinate our August 2015 wedding, but she recommended another incredible coordinator whom we could not have lived without. She also has some really great rentals and provided two stunning marquee lit signs for our big day. Thanks, Michele!

    Michele was our wedding coordinator and she was such an amazing and important part of our wedding. She had everything under control. She is beyond organized and pays tremendous attention to detail. But most importantly, she helped make our day so smooth and made us feel at ease and comfortable during this whole process. She becomes a friend holding your hand throughout this whole process. She made everything less stressful and completely manageable. She anticipated everything, made adjustments as needs changed, and helped make every transition smooth and seamless. By the end of our wedding, she was a friend to us. We are so grateful to have had her be a part of our special day. We can't recommend her enough.

    Michele Spring and Mia Bella Weddings and Events provided day of wedding coordination services for my June 21st event at Walnut Grove. Michele did much more than day of events, as she met with my husband and I on multiple occasions to answer any questions and provide guidance and advice. She spent time with us walking through our venue to discuss where we wanted every sign, etc located. She set everything up beautifully on the day of our event, and we received so many compliments from our guests. She kept us on our timeline throughout the event and kept everything running smoothly. Both of our families loved her as well as our whole wedding party. She was also helpful with answering questions and hosting our rehearsal at the venue the day before. I would recommend her to any bride looking for wedding coordination services in the Los Angeles area. Thanks again Michele for making our day so special.

    I'm a borderline control freak so I didn't need a wedding planner but I knew I would need a day-of-coordinator so I could sit back and enjoy my wedding. First off, I would highly suggest getting a day-of coordinator even if it's not the same one I used. They really make the day as stress free as it can be. Monique was a perfect fit. I hired her about 9 months before the wedding and as agreed, she would contact me about once a month just to check in and make sure I was on track and to see if I needed anything. For me, that was great. She knew I didn't need help with all the little details but the week leading up to the wedding and the day of, she was a super hero. Handling all the last minute stuff, keeping my stress level to a minimum. Also, my husband is Mexican so his family speaks very little English and Monique is bilingual so that was the biggest help. She was able to make sure everyone was comfortable with their roles in the wedding. I would recommend Monique to everyone. I loved her!

    Michele is the best! The End.

    No really, Michele is sweet, calm, and attentive. Don't let her delayed email responses scare you. She is busy giving her full attention to the couple getting married but will give you her full attention when your wedding gets close. I cannot tell you how many positive comments we got about how organized and lovely she was. She explained everything and made it seem simple, she kept everyone on track without being pushy or rude, and she helped the day flow seamlessly. I want to get married again just so I can work with her again. I love Michele.

    We first met Michele at Walnut Grove and were SO impressed. We ended up having our wedding at a family friend's home and were overwhelmed with all of the minor (and MAJOR) details that we immediately asked Michele to save the day. And that she did!! Everything from our guests being shuttled up to the location to working details out with homeowner to bringing us food the day of! Our wedding was an absolute dream come true and Michele and her assistants were key!

    We love Michele Spring! I am so happy that this woman came into our lives! She made our wedding day as perfect as can be. I don't know what we would have done without her! There was not one thing that we had to worry about on our wedding day. Such a delight to work with and so darn organized! I could just go on and on about her but I don't have enough space :-) All in all, she was amazing and I highly recommend her for anyone who just needs a day of coordinator or a full on wedding planner.     If you're getting married and are confused about how to even start planning, look no further. We booked Michele of Mia Bella Weddings to be our day-of coordinator for our July 2013 wedding at Walnut Grove - Tierra Rejada Ranch in Moorpark, CA and she was a lifesaver.

    She maintained constant communication, answered all our questions and gave great suggestions for vendors. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she worked with us to finalize a timeline, offered tips and suggestions and made sure every detail was covered. She directed our wedding rehearsal and the next day, our ceremony flowed perfectly.

    On the day of the wedding, she made sure that all we had to concentrate on was having a good time -- she took care of the rest and made sure everything went smoothly.

    At the end of our -- magical, the word is magical -- night, we were on top of the world, our guests were happy, gifts and decorations were packed for us and we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Thank you to Michele and Mia Bella Weddings! We are so grateful.

    Michele was our day of coordinator for our wedding at Walnut Grove at Tierra Rejada Ranch. I knew when I first met Michele and we booked our date that she had to be our coordinator. I don't know what I would have done the week of without her. She is so easy to talk to and has a warm, friendly nature that calms you the minute you talk to her. Michele always returned my emails, calls or texts and kept us on the right track through our planning. The week of the wedding I handed everything off to her, vendors, decor, etc. and she executed perfectly! I can honestly say my wedding was exactly as I pictured it, actually better... and I owe that to Michele. Everything went smoothly and most of all my husband and I as well as our 185 guests had a blast. Friends and family are still telling me our wedding was one of the all around best weddings they've ever been to. Any bride would be lucky to have Michele and Mia Bella Weddings as a part of their planning process and big day!

    There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful Michele was to work with. We were hesitant at first to get a coordinator, but thought it might be a good idea after hearing some stories about how truly hectic the day of normally is. Hiring Michele was the best decision we made. Michele provided timelines, ensured all participants were synchronized, immediately responded to changes as they needed to happen. She kept us on track and sane through the months-long planning process. The day of was flawless. Michele ensured everything was in order and was behind the scenes making sure we had a great time as we made sure our guests were enjoying themselves.

    Our wedding day was everything I've ever dreamed of down to each last individualized detail and thanks to Michele Spring it all flowed smoothly. Her preferred vendors list helped guid us and ultimately the majority of the people we hired came from her recommendation and we couldn't have been more pleased. But most of all, (coming from a bit of a control freak) it was amazing to hand over the reins and feel that everything was in good hands. I felt calm and guided through every step of the way, which in all honesty that alone is worth every penny spent!

    I knew I needed a wedding coordinator but had a tight budget. I wanted to work with someone organized, professional and passionate about making my wedding the best day it could be. I am so grateful that we found Heidi Georgiades from Mia Belle Weddings. From our first meeting I knew we would work well together. She cared about the little details, about helping make the day of as stress free for me and my family as possible and also helped connect with all my vendors with detailed timelines to help ensure the wedding ran as smooth as possible. I may be the first bride in the history of weddings to say that nothing went wrong! Everything was perfect and I have Heidi to thank for that.

    We were so lucky to have Michele Spring as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Walnut Grove. Michele just has a wonderful and happy spirit about her. She makes all of your stress go away and makes you just enjoy this special moment in your life. When we first met Michele at our meeting at Walnut Grove, we knew she would be perfect for us in helping all of our plans come together smoothly. She was always very quick to get back to me and really helped me get the vision I wanted for our wedding. From setting up, informing family & vendors of everything, running the ceremony & reception, dealing with any bumps in the road without involving me or my husband, to cleaning up and getting everything we needed, Michele was amazing!     Michele was a DREAM to work with - Greg and I were so lucky to have her as our wedding coordinator. We had such an AMAZING wedding, and I do believe she is part of what made the day so seamless for us. Michele was great to meet with us a handful of times prior to the wedding to ensure we had every detail ironed out, and on the day of, ensured that NOTHING was left undone. I heard many times throughout the planning process that we were lucky to have someone like Michele - and the day of proved that even more. Our bridal party even commented on how amazing Michele was. She kept the day on-pace, worked with both the venue and caterer to keep things in order, coordinated timelines with the photographer and DJ and even had our cake fixed when the wrong initials were frosted on. The best part - Michele made sure that we were having a great time, and didn't worry us when a detail fell out of place. Honestly, I can say that having Michele be a part of our day was some of the best money spent during the wedding! Thanks Michele :)

    Soltana provided us day of coordinator services, and SO much more! I could not have asked for a better and more organized coordinator. She was extremely detailed oriented and excited to jump into the wedding planning from the minute we booked her. She came for a full walk through at our venue, met with me over phone and email throughout the month leading up to our wedding and was IN CHARGE at the rehearsal and wedding day. I am very organized and knew I could leave everything in her hands, from the rehearsal run through to the entire day set up. MANY MANY thanks and praises to Soltana!

    Michele S. was awesome! We hired her for day-of-coordination. We had several conversations and a couple face-to-face meetings before the actual day. And of course she was on hand to run our rehearsal.

    The moment I met her I "had to have her". She has a way of putting you at ease, which was very important to me, I did not want some high-strung wedding coordinator! She is very professional, yet fun. She gave me a peace about the plans we were making. I knew that everything would turn out well with her in charge.

    Michele was great with my family and bridal party! And was really good with keeping my blended family strait.

    She worked well with all my vendors, who all loved her and sang her praises afterwords. She was very thorough and made sure they were all on the same page as far as the time line and flow of the day.

    Michele showed us the wedding site that we ended up booking and I am so glad I met her!!
    I highly recommend hiring Michele! Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Michele!!

    We booked Soltana for the day of our wedding. She was incredible. She showed up for our rehearsal and explained everything great. My mom gave her all our decorations, favors, and everything else she needed to make our day perfect. She showed up a couple hours before the wedding to make sure all the vendors were there and everything was going to run smoothly. She made me less stressed and I would highly recommend them.

Now after the fact, I have found out that there were some major hickups which she handled beautifully!     Michelle Spring was an amazing wedding planner! My venue and caterer canceled on me 6 weeks before the wedding, and within such a short period of time Michelle helped me rearrange and re-organize my entire wedding.     Amanda from Mia Bella Weddings was my coordinator for my wedding at Walnut Grove at Tierra Rejada Ranch. My wedding day was absolutely PERFECT and I have Amanda to thank for a lot of that. I tend to get stressed easily, but let me tell you, I did not feel stressed for one minute on my wedding day because Amanda was always there to take care of every detail. She took care of everything and more so that I didn't have to think about anything. My photographer even commented that it was the first wedding she had been to that ran perfectly on schedule! Almost everyone involved in the wedding commented to me how awesome Amanda was and how efficiently she took care of everything.

    Amanda helped with all of our questions before the big day and she packed up everything for us at the end of the night. I highly recommend Amanda; she will help make your day wonderful so all you have to do is enjoy it!

    Monique Prieto at Mia Bella Weddings almost single-handedly pulled off the wedding that was better than I had ever dreamed of. I will always be completely amazed and thankful of everything she did: communicate with vendors, daily updates with me the week of my wedding, set up of our beautiful space... provide allergy medicine to my cousin and offer to save one of my bridesmaids in crisis. She is literally a wedding superwoman :-) I am also grateful for her being so understanding of all the changes we made along the way (especially the last minute ones). Working with her was truly one of the most pleasant experiences of the whole wedding planning process.

    My husband and I met Michele when we chose Walnut Grove as our venue. After she took us on a tour of the venue, we knew that we needed to hire her to be our day-of-coordinator. No matter how many articles about wedding planning I read on the internet, there were so many details I would have overlooked without Michele. She was extremely helpful and detailed in making sure we had the perfect day. Our only complaint would be some slow response times to emails, but this occurred right around the time our venue had its wedding showcase, so that may have been the explanation.
    On the day of our wedding, Michele really proved her worth by making sure everything went off smoothly. Without her, we probably would have forgotten to sign our marriage license! Michele was also exceptional in making me (as the bride) feel as comfortable as possible, even if that meant distracting certain nagging family members. I definitely recommend hiring Michele to have a seamless and perfect wedding day!

    Michele was GREAT to work with and did everything in her power to make sure our wedding day was smooth and flawless. I was very happy to have chosen her as our wedding-day coordinator. The only issue I had was responsiveness as sometimes it took days-weeks to get a response. Of course, for a bride planning the wedding herself, this can be a little nerve wracking. Nonetheless, Michele delivered well. She even handled a few mishaps with professional ease--a bridesmaid almost fainting at the ceremony, to the maid of honor getting a little blood on the bride's white train. Eeek! Michele knew exactly what to do to fix the situation. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends getting married. She is a great coordinator overall. :)

    Although it was a bit last minute for us, we felt we needed a few more decorative pieces. After attending a bridal show at our venue, we decided to contact this vendor regarding their Marquee Lighting. We reserved the "I DO" lighting for outside the entrance and the letters "M & D" the mantel of the fireplace where cocktail hour was set up. Michele gave us a great deal. We loved them and our guests enjoyed using them as backdrops for their photos.

    Everyone has asked me since the wedding, "Did anything go wrong? Something Always goes wrong!" Well, my answer is a resounding "No! Everything went perfectly!" The reason for this in my opinion? Michele Spring of Mia Bella Weddings! Michele made sure everything flowed well, everyone was taken care of, everything was setup to my specifications, and I was calm! I was able to relax knowing Michele had everything under control! Definitely an investment every bride should make!
