Meg is the BEST!!
We booked Meg's "month of" coordination package and she was absolutely fantastic. She was responsive, kind, understanding and patient. She booked meetings leading up to wedding day to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. She also helped take over coordination with all of the vendors and ensuring we had the correct numbers of rentals for each vendor, which was a huge relief. She made our day absolutely stress free and we cannot recommend her enough!!! -

If you are considering hiring Meg for your wedding — do it. We are beyond grateful for everything she did for us, and truly cannot imagine our wedding day without her. From the very beginning, Meg went above and beyond in every possible way. She was on every planning call with me, answered every question, kept everything organized, and somehow made the entire process feel so much less stressful.
What makes Meg so incredible is not only how professional and detail-oriented she is, but how deeply she cares. She already had relationships with many of the vendors we hired, which made communication and coordination absolutely seamless. On the wedding day itself, everything flowed perfectly because of her. She handled every detail behind the scenes so calmly and confidently, allowing us, our family, and our bridal party to actually enjoy the day.
Most importantly, Meg completely brought our vision to life. She understood exactly what we wanted and somehow made it even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Walking into our wedding and seeing everything come together was honestly emotional because she executed it all so perfectly.
Hiring Meg was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning. She is organized, experienced, connected, thoughtful, calming, and truly amazing at what she does. We will forever be thankful for her and would recommend her a thousand times over to any couple planning their wedding. -

Best decision we made for our wedding
We hired Meg as a month of coordinator and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. Meg made the planning process enjoyable and stress free. We had multiple meetings and she helped map out our entire day. On the day of our wedding Meg and her team were so helpful. They assisted with anything from set up to dealing with family members. My wife and I are forever grateful to Meg for making our wedding so special. -

Meg Henson Month of Wedding Coordinator - AMAZING
Meg was my wedding coordinator for my wedding in March 2025. She was simply put - THE BEST. From day one Meg listened to my thoughts and feelings on how I envisioned our wedding. She rolled with every idea I threw out and always offered her expertise. On all inquiries, she was timely and thoughtful in her responses. I felt fully prepared on my wedding day due to all of Megs planning and participation. Our wedding day went PERFECTLY. I could not name anything that went wrong. It was beautiful and seamless. Thank you Meg & I highly highly recommend hiring her for any of your event planning needs! -

Professional, flexible, a true team player that will make your dreams come true!
We utilized Meg's "month of coordination" service for our March 2025 wedding! We were planning a wedding in North Carolina from California and knew we were going to need some logistical help from an expert! We couldn't have made a better decision. From the get go we felt we had someone in our corner to truly work alongside us, and many of our crazy ideas, in making our dream come true. We did not pick a traditional venue and instead got married in a rental home back yard! Meg only ever gave us suggestions and solutions into making this work, she truly has so much logistical experience and knows all the moving parts that makes a wedding day work, has great vendor relationships to make everything run smoothly, and has a wonderful team she leads to success. You get to wedding day and wonder how is it all going to come together? Meg and her amazing team worked so hard to put every little detail into place, we felt relaxed and knew our wedding day was in goods hands! She was open and communicative and knew how to handle any adversity! She was our "yes" girl and was flexible, fun, and we truly enjoyed every second of working with Meg and her team!! Can't recommend enough!!! -

Our October Wedding
Meg was great!!! We booked her services for the month of - but she was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process. She answered all of my questions and gave us recommendations for other vendors. She even provided us with a checklist when I was stuck and gave us advice on how to handle things on the wedding day. We were completely stress free on the day of the wedding! I would highly recommend her! -

We love Meg!
Exceptional service! Our weeding planner, Meg, went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. We had several meetings with her in the months leading up to the wedding to work out all the details. She offered great recommendations for how the day should be organized based on her vast experience. She thought of all the things that we didn’t even consider! She picked up and dropped off linens for the tables and made sure everything related to the vendors was organized. We had a lot of DIY ideas to save money, and she was eager to support! Her team made set up and clean up seamless. We also realty enjoyed her personality and felt like she was well organized but also very relaxed. I would highly recommend her if you’re searching for a wedding planner in the Wilmington, NC area! -

We hired Meg for the full service wedding planning and she did not disappoint! She was always on top of it, whether that meant reaching out to vendors on our behalf or getting all of the other behind the scenes logistics ready for our big day. Devon was awesome!
We got married 10/20/23 and using Devon with Meg Henson Events was one of the best decisions we made! My fiancé and I originally weren’t going to hire a planner, but I’m glad we did! We bought the “month of” package and Devon made everything so easy! She came up with a timeline that was actually pretty flexible and reminded me of some of the little things I had forgotten and some things I didn’t even think of. On my wedding day, I literally didn’t have to do anything except get ready and have a good time! She and her assistant got the space ready and handled all the vendors. During the reception, she kept everything moving along the timeline as it should. She and her assistant were professional and a huge help! -

Meg was an amazing wedding planner! My husband and I live outside of Wilmington, so finding a local wedding planner was very important to us! We found Meg and knew she was the perfect fit. I can honestly say I felt like I should be stressed about things during the planning process, but didn't have to be because I knew I had Meg by my side. She has great relationships with vendors in the area, and gets you what you are looking for so you can easily make decisions and keep moving forward. I highly recommend Meg if you are getting married in Wilmington! -

Meg is the calming presence you need when planning your wedding! I hired her on as a month of/day of coordinator and I am so happy that I did. She made every step of the way leading up to our wedding smooth, effortless, and stress free. Any changes I threw at her leading up to the wedding she took unfazed and remained patient along the way. Meg and her team are the BEST!
Working with Meg took all the stress out of the day - and the month leading up to it! I opted to do the month of coordination but I felt like I got so much more. Meg and her team were available in the several months leading up to the wedding to answer questions and offer advice throughout the planning process.
That made for a seamless hand-off to Meg for the month of coordination. She effortlessly took charge and ensured everything was well-organized and on track. The team's organization through shared documents was so helpful and ensured every little detail was thought through. Meg and her team skillfully managed the day, allowing us to stay focused on the joy and excitement of the day. I had a mix of my own items and rentals and everything was set up exactly how I wanted. They even assembled a tedious escort card wall and stuck the little envelopes on it. As the day went along Meg was calm and so genuinely kind as she guided us through the events.
We can't thank Meg and her team enough for making our wedding day an unforgettable and stress-free experience. If you want to be fully present and enjoy your day to the fullest, we highly recommend her services!-

Amazing wedding planner!
Devon was outstanding to work with!! My husband and I do not live near where we were planning our wedding which made it challenging at times. I truly would not have been able to navigate the planning process without the help of Devon, let alone the day of the wedding. She provided a full list of vendors as I am not from the area (all of which were amazing), was so flexible in meeting with us while we were in town, beyond organized, and just an absolute joy to work with. She handled anything and everything that came up to ensure our day was perfect. Could not recommend her more!! -

Meg Henson Events and her team were so critical in the planning and execution of an amazing wedding day! Devon was our month-of coordinator. She was organized (we had a shared doc which I loved) and made sure we were on track through the entire planning process. She was quick to respond when I needed recommendations or when I emailed with some random thought/question. She was crucial in coordinating with vendors and making the timeline run smoothly. All Around Awesome
Meg and Devon were invaluable during the wedding/reception and wedding planning process. They gave great advice on vendors and how to problem solve, were so helpful setting up the reception, they took our ideas and elevated them, kept all events on track, and were so positive during each part of the planning process and the big day. Our guests said everything was amazing and one of the best weddings they had been to! It was so wonderful to see all the months of planning come together so smoothly on my daughter and son-in-law's big day. Amazing planning services!
My venue required a day-of coordinator but after meeting with Meg Henson to discuss options, I knew that having a full service coordinator was a better fit for me. As a busy working mom I needed someone to keep me organized, on time, help with decision making, and communicate with vendors throughout the planning process. Meg & Devon were such an amazing team to work with over the past year as we planned my November wedding. They communicated so well along the way, offering meetings and phone calls as needed. On the wedding day, I found my stress level was surprisingly so low. I felt relaxed and in the moment and I honestly feel it was due to the work they put in along the way. Devon worked my event and was so wonderful, I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing she was on the wedding day keeping everything running smoothly for set-up, the ceremony, reception, and clean up. Would recommend Meg Henson Events 10/10! -

Cool as a cucumber!
What I love about Meg is how calm she is! If there was any issues that came up on my wedding day, I never noticed! The whole day/night ran incredibly smoothly. My husband and I had the best time! Leading up to the wedding Meg was always there to answer any questions I had and she offered tons of vendor suggestions which was also helpful. I couldn’t have gotten married without her! Highly recommend! -

Meg is the BEST!
My husband and I got married in downtown Wilmington on 11/5/22 and worked with Meg the month before / day of - she is AMAZING! We started working with her about a year before our wedding and she was SO incredibly helpful in making this a seamless process for us. She was incredibly responsive and helped walk us through the entire process, whether that was the day of, working with vendors, or just helping us understand what needed to be done and when. On the day of the wedding, Meg and her assistant made the day absolutely incredible and seamless for us so that we were truly able to enjoy our special day! My only regret is not hiring Meg to be our planner for the entire process (we did month before / day of)... she is wonderful!!! -

We chose to hire Meg for her full planning services for our October 8th, 2022 wedding and it was the BEST decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. She made the entire process from choosing/booking vendors to the actual day itself enjoyable, relaxed, and absolutely flawless. She went above and beyond to help us through every single decision, providing guidance when asked but also allowing us to plan a wedding that truly felt like it represented my husband and I. Cannot recommend Meg enough! She was a joy to work with and I’m so sad it is all over! I decided to do the year plan since I was pregnant at the time of starting the planning process, and I am sooo glad I did! She was quick to respond, listened to my thoughts, and I so appreciated her guidance through the process.

Meg is the PERFECT Wedding Coordinator!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Meg! My husband and I were married in an intimate backyard wedding on May 28th and Meg insured that everything went perfectly smooth! Initially, my parents thought that they could handle a small wedding without a coordinator... they were wrong. After the wedding, my mother was saying how “Meg was worth every single penny and more”! From vendor recommendations, completely handling our timeline, and even helping with set up, Meg did so much work behind the scenes and the day of. Our day was perfect and I can’t imagine it going even nearly as well without Meg’s help. Weddings (especially backyard weddings) require a ton of planning and detail, so do yourself a favor and hire Meg! You will not regret it! -

Amazing, Simply Put
We hired Meg as our month and day of planner, which let me add, having that as an option was amazing, usually it's all or nothing, or just the day of. Knowing how hectic the month before our wedding would be, it was simply perfect. I planned mostly everything up until the month before, and then Meg took over, and when I say took over, she was amazing! Meg helped us organize our linen orders, corresponded with ALL of our vendors and had such an amazing relationship with everyone, which helps so much (her reputation is already outstanding). The day of our wedding, I simply can't even put into words the work she did and completed. Throughout the entire process, timelines were completed and followed, she listened to what we truly wanted and her responsiveness through my confusion of everything at times was so flawless, she was kind and understanding and bent over backwards to cater to our needs. Meg put all of our decor and signs out without much direction, and it was just beautiful with how everything turned out. During the cocktail hour, she made sure drinks were in our hand and appetizers were set aside for us! Everything from setting up to taking all of the decor and packing it up, organizing the transportation of it and making sure we had the things that matter the most. Simply put, she made our day a dream come true. I cannot tell you how easy and enjoyable our day was working with Meg. I would HIGHLY recommend her to any one that is planning their wedding. Superb job, I wish I could have a million weddings all over again with her. -

Flawless from the Beginning
Where do I even begin with how INCREDIBLE Meg is. From the first time we spoke on the phone I knew she was the perfect match coordinator for the vision my husband and I wanted for our wedding, she came highly recommended from the venue we chose, Station No2 and she did not disappoint. She has this incredible energy and anytime I had a moment of panic she met me with such a calm vibe which is all I could have every hoped to have in my coordinator. Her and her assistant Devon exceeded our expectations every single step of the way with constant reassuring smiles on their faces. If anything went wrong I never knew a single thing about it; it is no nice to be able to hand over any wedding stress and I knew Meg and her team would handle it flawlessly keeping our vision for the day in mind. From turning Station No2 into the venue of our dreams to following every changed decision along the way and handling all communication with vendors making sure the timing of the day went off without a glitch. The best $$ you will spend throughout your wedding planning!
I was tentative to hire a coordinator because I was doing so much of the wedding planning on my own, however our venue required a day-of coordinator, so I started looking - well, I am so glad that they required it because hiring Meg turned out to be worth its weight in gold! Her “month-of coordination” package is so much more than just that. We had phone calls/meetings set up several months in advance to keep in touch over the course of our wedding planning process, which we were doing long distance as we live in Maryland. She was always the epitome of calm and collected during those phone calls, even when we were discussing stressful issues like vendors not returning our calls or having to postpone the wedding entirely (this happened twice due to COVID and Meg stuck with us through it all!). She was so knowledgeable about the wedding business in general and specifically about the flow and order in which things needed to happen on the day of the wedding. We totally followed her lead and would have been lost without her amazing guidance throughout the process. She was always open to answering any questions or even just being a sounding board for ideas we had. The month of the wedding, she took complete charge of coordinating all of our vendors, including tent set up, table/chairs/furniture rentals, lighting installation, catering, drinks/alcohol, and so much more. She sent a schedule out to each vendor involved and made sure that everyone had all of the information they needed. She went above and beyond what was “in our contract” and we’re forever grateful for all of the help she provided in those stressful weeks leading up to our big day. Fast forward to the weekend of the wedding - not only did her team lead us through the rehearsal the day before, but on the day of the wedding, she coordinated the entire set up of our ceremony and reception (which was NOT easy - we had tubs and tubs of decor!) - and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the day. She worked non-stop from 9am until 10pm that evening when our reception was over. She never showed one sign of stress or worry, and she kept everything right on time and executed our vision for the reception tent perfectly. She was so on top of everything that my husband and I were able to sit back, relax and really enjoy the company of our wedding guests. I 150% recommend hiring at least a month-of coordinator and if you want the best of the best - hire Meg Henson Events! You will not regret it, not for one second. My husband and I agree that out of all the $$ we spent on our wedding, hiring Meg was the money best spent!-

I can't speak highly enough of Meg
Meg was amazing when it came to planning our wedding (all 3 times) through a pandemic. She went above and beyond to work with us and our vendors helping us get everyone rescheduled and stay organized through 2 cancelled events due to the pandemic and then our final wedding celebration. The day of the event her and Devon were there to make sure everything went smoothly and I seriously couldn't have done it without her. She was smiling through the whole process and keeping me and my husband calm and sane as we had to deal with all the changes thrown at us, not once but twice. To say we couldn't have done it without her is an understatement. I would refer her to anyone with 100% confidence that she will help make their day as special as she made ours. Our wedding and planning experience would have not been the same without the help of Meg! We cannot thank her enough for all of her advice, encouragement, and hard work to make our big day so special. From the beginning, she was always so responsive and helpful. She was able to make recommendations and help us decide on certain things we may have been unsure of. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, but Meg always remained calm and professional and seemed to have a plan for everything. With all of her experience, she is able to remind you of some of the little details that slip through the cracks of all of the planning stress. She was so helpful in making sure that all of our vendors were confirmed, that we had everything we needed, creating a timeline to help the day run smoothly, and for making our venue look gorgeous. I can truly say that I did not have a worry in the world and was able to fully enjoy the day, as I knew Meg had everything handled. From set up, the rehearsal, to the ceremony, the reception, and even clean up afterwards, Meg made everything run seamlessly. Her and her assistant worked extremely hard the night of our wedding to help my parents pack up and clean our venue, as we needed to have everything out and the rental company was running late, and stayed to help until 1 am when it was all done. My family and I are extremely appreciative of Meg, and all of those who helped along the way, for making our day stress-free, beautiful, and so special. We have received so many compliments and have her to thank for all of the behind the scenes work. Amazing wedding because of Meg!
When I first found out that I would need a wedding coordinator for my wedding because the venue required it, I was upset because it would be a lot more money than we planned on spending. Looking back now I can not imagine having it any other way. I could not have handled all of the steps and parts of the wedding like Meg and her assistant Valerie did! They both did an amazing job and made my opinions feel valid and made the wedding go so smoothly. If I ever had a question or concern they jumped so quickly to help me. No one could recommend a better wedding coordinating pair. If you have any doubts about hiring these two, consider them disappeared, you can’t go wrong with these two. Worth every penny.-

I chose to work with Meg off the recommendation of a friend and I'm so happy that I did! Throughout the process, Meg was always quick to communicate with me and always kept me in the loop. We were able to schedule multiple meetings throughout Covid so that I always felt comfortable with the wedding planning process. Meg answered every question in a timely and professional manner and stayed on top of deadlines for me the closer my wedding date came. Meg was nothing short of amazing! I had booked with Meg back in 2019 before I knew that I would have the unique experience of being a “Covid Bride”. Meg was extremely flexible and understanding as we had to postpone our wedding not once but twice due to the pandemic. Best decision I could have made
Hiring Meg was hands down the best decision I could have made for our wedding on 5/22/21.
We opted for her month-of planning package but it is SO much more than that. Meg provided us support at every step and her list of preferred vendors that we almost exclusively hired from. All of her contacts were amazing and we got so many compliments. The day of our wedding, I got to sit back and relax --I didn't even know what time it was most of the day because I didn't have to. Meg and team handled all of the set-up, vendor coordination and put out any fires that came up. We got married at a beach house venue so most of our wedding was DIY with significant vendor coordination but Meg made it look easy. Meg was all-around outstanding. We initially were considering not having a wedding coordinator, but we are so glad we did. This is your planner!
Meg has been PHENOMENAL. She thought of absolutely everything and made the whole planning process easy. She helped keep us calm when our first venue got sold because of COVID and the second one cancelled everything for the year. She had all of our vendors there on time, had contact with everyone who needed to help us, and just in general took care of everything-right down to her assistant having safety pins when my bustle broke. She made sure we had food and drinks constantly, that the top tier of our cake was saved, that all decorations got put where I imagined them-I mean really everything!! Meg and her team were wonderful to work with as a month of coordinator for our wedding! She was always quick to respond and her team helped make the month of and entire weekend of our wedding smooth and stress free. I especially loved how Meg contacted all of our vendors and coordinated everything with them the final weeks leading up to the wedding weekend so I was able to focus on other smaller details. Above and beyond
The Brooklyn arts center recommended we hire Meg and we were not disappointed. We had to cancel our 2020 wedding and reschedule to 2021. Meg totally went above and beyond. Rescheduling our wedding was extremely stressful and considering all of the challenges we had a 100% positive experience. Her and her team made our wedding dreams come true. Would highly recommend! -

WOW! Very professional lady who was extremely flexible especially during COVID. I'm definitely Type A when it comes to planning something important, however Meg was there to suggest and take care of all the things I didn't even know about! When we decided to cancel all of our original wedding plans, we knew we still needed her to help us see the day through. Planning a wedding often has its challenges but adding COVID to the mix was a whole new ball game. Meg handled every single obstacle leading up to our big day with ease, confidence and reassurance. Meg was always available to brainstorm and to assist with key decisions required to keeping our guests safe during the pandemic. Meg’s attention to detail, organization and professionalism was admirable. Our big day was absolutely perfect, which was largely due to Meg and her assistant. First of all, let me start by saying Meg is the best. She worked with us through all the ups and downs that we had planning our wedding. By the end, everything turned out beautifully even though we were on our 3rd venue. She was very quick responding to all our questions and concerns. Having Meg with us was the best decision we made in our wedding plans. Meg was simply amazing. Between COVID and Hurricane Isaias, we had many unexpected changes, up to the week before - and they were handled by Meg perfectly. I was able to put my complete trust and faith in Meg. Thank god for meg
Our wedding was scheduled for 4/4, and we had already finalized all the details when we realized we would have to reschedule. We were very upset and stressed about the prospect, but once we talked to Meg she was like- no problemo, easy peasy and within 24 hours she had rebooked all our vendors! She was incredible to work with, so easy-going and had all her bases covered every time we spoke. The wedding day went off without a hitch- every detail was perfect and I felt totally taken care of. Best in the Business
To say Meg was amazing, would be an understatement. Due to COVID restrictions, we changed our wedding reception three times, in 3 weeks. We even had to find a new officiant 48 hrs before our wedding and through it all, I still had a wedding better than anything I could have dreamed or imagined. Meg was not only positive through all the curve balls, but professional. As an African American/ Caribbean couple we had some concerns about cultural differences, but Meg was able to navigate not only COVID, but our cultural needs for our wedding events. Our family and friends absolutely LOVED her!!! Even if your venue has a planner, you still need Meg. She is the true definition of a wedding planner :) -

Meg did it!
She is highly experienced and organized! My "COVID" wedding was rescheduled about 5 days before the original date! Meg helped me through out the whole process! This was a wedding 3 hours away from where either of us lived and she meet me at the venue and vendors multiple times. We had phone, facetime, and face to face meetings. She was very supportive and cooperative, since her and I lived 2 hours away from each other. We were in constant communication about everything.
100% I would hire her again! She literally made this whole experience 10x easier for me. She was never pushy or over powering. I am a type "A" personality and I never got frustrated with her or anything. Day of the wedding she took charge and made sure everything was going according to plan! Best decision we made!
Meg was quite simply the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! Due to COVID-19, we had to change our July 11th wedding from a restaurant in Chicago, IL to my in-law’s house in Shallotte, NC. We booked Meg less than two months before our wedding date. With her help, knowledge, and connections, we had the most amazing and seamless day.
Throughout my two months working with Meg, we had multiple touch points via phone, email, FaceTime, and text messaging (since I am not local). She is extremely responsive, organized, and on the ball! I also really appreciated how budget-cautious she was.
On the morning of my wedding day, I looked out the window and saw Meg standing on a ladder with a power drill, in 95 degree weather, putting together our ceremony arbor with a smile on her face. That is who Meg is-- a go-getter who will go the distance in making your day absolutely perfect! -

Excellent Wedding Coordinator Service!
Meg was awesome to work with for our wedding! We initially were thinking we needed the full service package but after speaking with her on the phone she didn't try to push us into something we weren't going to need and recommended the month of package, which is what we went with (though we did have the option to upgrade throughout the process if we were feeling too overwhelmed which was also great to have that as a back up). Throughout the planning process Meg was very available and quick to respond to any and all questions we came up with. Meg was also able to give us vendor recommendations which was very helpful as we were planning from out of town! In the weeks leading up to the wedding Meg finalized our vendor contracts, made sure we had correct counts on rentals and helped to finalize details. She took care of things that helped alleviate stress on us. The weekend of the wedding Meg again was readily available and extremely helpful! She did a great job of keeping us on schedule for the wedding and if anything didn't go according to plan we still have no idea haha! Meg helped set up reception and made it look like everything we wanted and more. Everything was beautifully set up and perfect! I could not recommend Meg anymore. She is so sweet, responsive, professional, helpful and chilll - everything and more I could have wanted in a coordinator! -

Meg and Memi did an excellent job coordinating our wedding. They dealt with setup during triathlon traffic and a rainy ceremony on Wrightsville Beach but smiled through it and kept me stress free throughout the day. Club House Wedding
Meg was so helpful in the wedding planning process. My husband and I got married at my parents club house in Wilmington... It is not a wedding venue so we really started from scratch. It was so nice to have Meg to tell us everything we needed and to be on top of all the vendors we used. She asked for our vision and truly made it come to life with picking the best vendors we could have asked for.
With our wedding being September 7 2019- we knew it was hurricane season, but never thought it would happen on our wedding weekend. Then came Hurricane Dorian- headed straight for us. Although we did have wedding insurance (yes that’s a thing) ... I was adamant on not leaving Wilmington and not giving up my dreams of the wedding day I had planned for so long. Meg was amazing and truly kept me level headed throughout the whole week leading up. She kept in contact with all of my vendors to make sure everyone was still on board. Yes- Dorian ended up hitting Thursday night and some people had cancelled flights and were not able to make it but with lots of prayers from family and friends we were able to go through with both the rehearsal dinner Friday and all wedding festivities on Saturday!
We truly got the wedding of our dreams and wish we could do it all over again!

Fantastic, and totally worth it!
Our venue required a day of person, if it hadn't been for that we likely would not have hired anyone for this. That being said, it would have been a mistake not to. Meg was easily the best money that we spent for our wedding. Meg and her team made our day go soo much smoother. She made it so that we didn't have to worry about all the tiny details on the day and all we had to do was show up. She was also our savior! The day before our wedding the hair person flaked, leaving us to find a hair person on the busiest wedding weekend, and graduation weekend. The best!
Meg and her team were absolutely phenomenal! They were so easy to work with and made wedding planning a breeze. Attention to detail was incredible. Looking back at the photos and seeing all the little things they did perfectly was so impressive. I couldn’t recommend Meg more! She literally made our wedding day PERFECT. -

Meg is amazing
Most people I’ve spoken to talk about the stress and craziness of planning a wedding. My experience was made completely different thanks to Meg. Because of her, I got to have my dream wedding without any snags or hitches and wander carefree, barefoot, and happy at my home away from home. Meg is kind, thoughtful, detailed, and extremely easy to communicate with. I have so enjoyed my time with her over the past year planning our wedding. Our family joke is that we will forever be saying “thank god for meg”. Thank you for everything my dear! ❤️ -

Wedding Planner Experience
Meg was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very organized but very laid back. She never showed any stress which was exactly what I needed to help keep me calm! I loved working with her. She did everything I asked and went above and beyond! I would recommend her to anyone needing a wedding planner! She did the month of and day of coordinating for me! : ) Thanks again Meg! Organized and On Top of Everything
We chose Meg as a day-of-coordinator for our wedding and she was phenomenal to work with! She knew the questions to ask that we never thought of, took care of everything we asked, answered all of our millions of questions, and made our wedding flow seamlessly. All of the worry of scheduling and making sure our vendors did everything we asked was off of our shoulders. She anticipated everything that could happen and came prepared with any and all extras for the day of. We loved working with Meg and would choose her again without question! -
