    Maxwell + Gray are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, patient planners!

    We had the absolute BEST experience working with Sarah for our spring 2024 wedding in Austin, TX. We live out of state, and Sarah could not have been more helpful, organized, and reassuring throughout the wedding planning process. She completely understood our vision from day 1 and worked so hard to help us successfully achieve it! On our wedding day, she and Hope made sure everything went off without a hitch.     Maxwell + Gray were the best!

    Nari, was our wedding coordinator. She was literally my favorite person on our wedding day! I am so thankful for her and everything she did for us on our wedding day. She made the day sp special and fluid. I would highly recommend her and Maxwell + Gray team to make your wedding day so amazing!

    Incredible Team!

    I am a wedding florist and I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside the team at M&G several times (we might have hit 50 by now?). Every time a client tells me they have a M&G planner on the team, I breathe a sigh of relief because I immediately know the day will go smoothly and stress free from a client AND vendor side. I can’t say enough good things about them. Honestly it’s impossible to not become instant besties with their whole crew!

    Our 11/27/21 wedding

    Nari, over at Maxwell and Gray was a true godsend to me during this process. Everyone always tells you that it is inevitable that something, or many things, will go wrong on your wedding day, but I can honestly say not ONE thing went wrong. I attribute that to Nari. She was able to execute everything flawlessly and there was not one time during the day that I felt stressed or worried that something was not being handled. I was able to relax, worry-free, and enjoy my wedding day with my family, friends, and now husband. I will forever be grateful to her and Maxwell and Gray.

    Great Experience!

    We are so happy that we had Maxwell+Gray on board to help make our reception dreams come true. We used the month of service which was actually much more helpful than expected because they provided a lot of great resources and monthly reminders as we planned. Erin was our event manager and she took care of everything! She and her team were so wonderful to work with and made sure our vision was carried through. They really cut down the stress so that we could enjoy the experience! Highly Recommend!

    Day of coordination is a MUST!

    I always knew I wanted some type of day of coordinator knowing a planner was not within our budget but it was very important to me to have a professional assist with pulling everything together. I did not want us to have to do all of that on our wedding day and wanted it stress free as possible. And that's exactly what Maxwell & Gray did for us. They were extremely professional and organized. They also worked with our venue on our behalf when we needed to postpone. It was really tricky to navigate and they stepped in and really helped us feel at ease. While we booked day of coordination, they truly helped throughout the whole process. Our coordinator, Layne, was amazing. She got to know us, she asked so many questions to understand our vision, she guided us throughout the last 6 weeks and made our day go smoothly. We had to move our wedding indoors the day before due to weather and she made it happen. There was not a single hiccup the day of, and if there was, I had no idea because Layne took care of it. I would definitely recommend Maxwell & Gray and having at least a day of coordinator!

    Taking care of every detail so you can enjoy your dream day!

    While I am not a bride (that was many years ago), I wanted to pop on here and give my opinion as a vendor who has worked with Maxwell + Gray because I think it is good for potential brides to see things from multiple angles. I worked at a wedding this past weekend with Jenny and her sidekick, Nari. I don't think the soles of their shoes ever touched the ground! I watched as Jenny cleaned up a spilled drink that the servers walked past. Nari was constantly refilling the dessert display so it looked like a magazine spread. There were so many moving parts to this wedding and everything was flawless! Their work behind the scenes was the key to the bride and groom being able to fully enjoy this incredible evening with their friends and family. I work with many event planners, but if I were having a wedding right now, I would hire Jenny and Nari of Maxwell + Gray.

    You need a good wedding planner!

    We worked with Rachel from Maxwell + Gray and had help with the design and month-of coordination for our wedding. Rachel was absolutely amazing to work with - she was responsive and flexible. Wedding planning during this pandemic wasn't easy, but Rachel definitely made everything a lot easier. She would pick up the ball on things we forgot and was so responsive and helpful whenever we needed her help. It was so easy to just trust Rachel day of. Working with her made us realize how important it was not just to have a wedding planner but a really good one! She and her assistant Lane made sure our day went perfectly - making day of decisions with decor and layouts to ensure everything was not only pretty but also functional, bustling my dress, offering to take pictures on my phone through ceremony and reception so that I would immediately have pictures to scroll through post wedding, relaying messages to my vendors when necessary, and of course addressing issues day of that I am probably even not aware of. Overall, our wedding day was flawless and beautiful. It was everything we wanted and it could not have been pulled off without the help of our amazing planner, Rachel!

    Dream team!

    Hiring Maxwell & Gray for our month-of coordination was a no brainer the second we met them and one of the best decisions we made!

    When we met with other planners, it felt very black box to me what they actually did versus relied on me to do. But Maxwell & Gray took care of everything I was looking for a planner to take care of and did it flawlessly. They were so responsive and on top of everything and I never doubted that we were in excellent hands. I also love that they were there to help with any questions we had throughout the planning process, even when our month-of period hadn’t technically started yet. So grateful for all of the heart and hard work from these guys!

    Highly Recommend Maxwell + Gray!

    I don't even know where to begin. I worked with Jenny at Maxwell + Gray and did the month of planning package. This was definitely one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. As soon as it got close to the wedding, and the stress levels were getting high, Jenny swooped in and took care of everything. Not only was she super responsive and sweet, she was organized and kept me updated on everything. We had a crazy few weeks before the wedding -- my husband fractured his pelvis, Jenny had a family emergency, and there were rumblings of COIVD-19 on the news. Jenny and her team handled it all like pros and made so many accommodations for us and notified our vendors of everything. Our day ended up being perfect and I know it is in large part due to Jenny's attention to detail and ability to roll with the punches and make decisions quickly and efficiently. Don't hesitate to hire them. :)

    Maxwell & Gray is the BEST decision you'll make

    Where do I even begin? I knew just from email alone that I wanted to hire Stacy and her team for their "month of" wedding planning package, but I wanted to do my due diligence, so I set up a meeting in person. Immediately after meeting Stacy, it felt like I'd known her forever- I could just tell we'd be in wonderful hands for our wedding and she and her team would help make our wedding vision come true. Stacy and Rachel were the main planners from the team that helped with our wedding and I can't say enough good things about them- they were kind, organized, funny, WONDERFUL WITH GUESTS, on top of everything- truly anything you could ask for from a planner. Our wedding day honestly was pretty much perfect, low stress, and just a dream. I know that a lot of that was due to their ability to handle everything, the timeline, and take care of any little thing that came up so that my family, friends, and I could enjoy our day without having to stress about any of that. I selected them initially because I could tell from their social media posting that they weren't just doing this for business reasons- they have a passion for this, a passion for marriage itself and what it means to find your partner in life and commit to them, and they fully delivered. If you need a planner for your wedding- LOOK NO FURTHER- Maxwell & Gray are the best. Thank you Stacy, Rachel, and anyone else who helped with our wedding for helping us to have the wedding weekend of our dreams.

    The BEST of the best!!!

    I don’t think I will be able to put into words JUST how amazing the team of Maxwell + Gray is. I mean it when I say best of the best. We knew that we wanted to book them when they spoke so passionately about helping couples prepare their wedding day, but also helping couples prepare for a happy and strong MARRIAGE. They are prepared, creative, organized, and connect to your vision of exactly what you want (or they help you create a vision if you’re like me and didn’t have one!). They are so helpful and work so hard to make this experience stress-free, exciting, and full of love. I am a high-stress person, and they all always made me feel so calm and at ease. They are truly a blessing to everyone who books them!

    'Day of Wedding Coordinator' was Amazing!

    Madison was awesome! She was very professional with her instructions and prompted us in a timely manner. She also made sure the Husband and I never came into contact before the ceremony. Madison was all smiles throughout the special day and worked well with the other vendors. Each of our vendors approached us and complimented her organization and communication among the vendors. She genuinely cares for the bride and groom, and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Our wedding had to be moved inside due to the weather, where she adjusted everything smoothly and had zero setbacks. Even if there were issues due to the changes, we would have never known, it's like she had a plan for everything!

    Highly Recommendable!

    I highly recommend Maxwell and Gray as month of coordinators. Alex is extremely professional and handled all of the last minute stressful vendor details so that I could concentrate on other things in the weeks leading up to our day. On the day of, Alex was an essential piece for a stress free, fun filled night! I didn't have to worry about anything! She checked in on me throughout the night, made sure we ate first so we could mingle as soon as possible, and she even grabbed me a drink when she saw mine was out. I felt at peace the whole evening! She made sure everything we wanted took place, and was professional and calm in transitions (told us where to go and when without making us feel rushed)! Thank you so much! Would not have been the night we dreamed of without you.

    Do yourself a favor and book them immediately. I was a crazy bride who had to meet with at least 5 vendors face to face before picking one. My meeting with Stacy for a day of (month of) coordinator was amazing. She was recommended by a fright of a co-worker. I knew in my gut from the first meeting that she was perfect for our wedding. We still met with about 5 other planners before I quickly went back to Stacy and hired her. She sent us her preferred vendors and we did end up using some of them from her list. My wedding was a dream. Stacy and her team made it happen. All of my friends and family kept telling me how calm and happy I was the day of the wedding. I felt like I actually got to experience my whole wedding- the entire day. I have Stacy to thank for that. I had no worries about 3 weeks out after Stacy had taken over. She handled all the communication about a month out with all of the vendors. She worked with me in my walk through meeting with the venue and she executed EVERYTHING the day of. I was so calm, and had no stress. Normally I have to have everything as I want it, but I left some design decisions to Stacy and her team because I knew they would execute and they did! Again, do yourself a favor and book her immediately!!

    All I can say is the entire team is AMAZING!!! I looked at a lot of different options for wedding planners and every planner was so expensive and had packages you had to select from (either full or partial) with no wiggle room. I wanted to handle some planning aspects but also wanted to have a planner who handled other pieces - the pricing / options Maxwell + Gray offered is SO reasonably priced and Stacy and her team are so accommodating and flexible in making the planning experience exactly catered to you and your wedding. Throughout the entire process, Stacy and the team were all so supportive, positive and patient. They made everything SO easy every step of the way and I can't imagine wedding planning or my wedding day without them! These girls are EVERYTHING!!!

    Apart from marrying Anthony, hiring Maxwell + Gray was the best decision of my entire wedding. Stacy literally gave birth to her beautiful third child, and still attended and directed both my rehearsal and ceremony. She is amazing and so is everyone on her team. She helped talk me through every decision I made along the planning process and was SUCH a comforting presence on my wedding weekend. Madison is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and was amazing at executing our beautiful reception! They deserve so much more praise than I can type. Hire them. You need them. I love them.

    Stacy (and her team of Madison and Alex) were amazing not only leading up to the wedding day but from the very first minute of meeting her. Stacy was always right on point, very responsive, honest and genuinely helpful. She truly cares about your day from the bottom of her heart. I honestly have no idea how she manages to do it all without a single glitch. She is very easy to talk to and extremely personable yet she can get feisty with vendors if its required (aka - hotel block communications). I give her 5++ stars as our wedding day was perfect and 100% of my thanks go to her for her assistance.

    Cannot say enough on how amazing this team is. Our wedding went from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor last minute and this team made it seamless! Stacy, Madison, and Hawa are the sweetest and kindest souls ever and would do anything to make sure your big day is perfect. Our wedding day would not have been the same without them.     If I could give Stacy and her team more than 5 stars, I would. They're is that good. Stacy is incredibly sweet, a joy to work with, and she's fantastic at what she does. Within five seconds of meeting her, I knew Stacy had to help us plan our wedding. From outstanding vendor recommendations throughout the planning process to being one of the most organized people I've ever met, Stacy had my complete trust. We hired her for the month of, and Stacy really did take everything off our plates that month. Our wedding weekend was a breeze because Stacy took care of everything--and our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Stacy and Madison. I cannot sing her praises enough. Hire her!

    f I could give only one piece of advice to brides-to-be, it would be do whatever you can to work with Stacy Hillstead (Maxwell + Gray). I was one of those type A brides who's generally super-organized, been "planning" my wedding for years & knew exactly what I liked...and still, I can't imagine how I would have possibly survived with out her! Stacy is super likable as a person, but you'll learn quickly, you need so much more than that...you need someone who will advocate for you, negotiate vendor pricing (she got one of our catering quotes downs so low, that alone would have covered her fee), is connected with others in the business, identifies and implements your vision for your wedding- instead of pushing her own, knows the right questions to ask, & someone who actually cares about your wedding as much as you do. I know that last one seems impossible, but I truly believe my wedding was as important to Stacy as it was to me. Weddings are expensive, but I thought multiple times that Stacy wasn't getting paid nearly enough for all she was putting into our wedding. I hope you have the chance to work with her! Knowing what I know now, if Stacy wasn't available on our chosen date, I would have changed it for a date she was available. I hope you have the good fortune to work with her!

    I don't even know where to start! Stacy is amazing, she held my hand during the wedding planning process and handled everything LIKE A BOSS!!! We met with several other wedding planners before Stacy, but as soon as we met her I knew she was the one! She was so easy to talk to, understood my vision for the wedding, had so much patience with our big families, had the best vendor recommendations and basically made sure everything was perfect. I had so much fun at my wedding because Stacy made sure everything was running smoothly. She is so organized and basically the Best Ever!!!! The only downside is that the wedding is over and I won't get to talk to Stacy all the time anymore. She is amazing and really made our special day one we will never forget!!!!!!

    To the brides and grooms concerned about the bottom line, wondering if you should devote part of your budget to a planner....the answer is yes, you should. And you should absolutely and without a doubt make that planner Stacy and her wonderful team at Maxwell + Gray. I'm a graduate student living in Tennessee, so had to plan our Texas wedding almost entirely via email. I knew that grad school + long-distance wedding planning would equal a great deal of stress if I tried to go it alone (even with the help of my wonderful fiance). With Stacy's help, the thirteen months of planning were blissfully stress-free. I was asked repeatedly if I found the planning process stressful or overwhelming, and each time I got to answer (with a slight smugness) that I was actually enjoying the process quite a bit. Stacy handled the things that would've sent my poor head spinning (who knew you could negotiate the price of rented plates and silverware?), but her customizable package system allowed me to handle all of the things I wanted to be more hands-on with. And don't get me started on how wonderful the actual wedding day was. There were a few hiccups throughout the day (very minor ones), but I didn't even hear about them until later--talk about stress free! But the very best part? With her kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, and amazing vision, Stacy felt more like a friend than anything else, and I can't wait to meet for coffee the next time I'm home. So the answer is yes, sweet brides & grooms, you should indeed hire a planner, and that planner should indeed be Stacy.

    Stacy went above and beyond to make our big day more perfect than we could have ever imagined! She has such a strong working relationship with some of the best vendors in DFW, which made finding our (INCREDIBLE) make-up artist and florist much easier! Stacy is also a visionary- she can see a blank space and create the most beautiful layout. This was especially to the non-creative bride (me). Having Stacy the month leading up to our wedding, or clutch-time as we called it, was such a breath of relief. She kept in contact with our vendors, created the most thorough timeline, and helped immensely with all of our last minute concerns. Example of a very last minute concern (like the day of the wedding) and an above and beyond moment: our balloon send-off. She and her assistant took 125 LED balloons to fill up, then had to make MULTIPLE trips to the store to pick them up, all while never seeming to be gone during set up for the venue. She was seriously a magician.
    If you want your wedding to go off without worries, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Maxwell & Gray. You will not regret it.

    Our wedding was at a private residence so I knew we needed help with vendors and decor for the day of, what I didn't realize was all the other help we needed prior to that and I honestly could not have done it without Stacy & Anna. More than anything their sweet dispositions and sage advice was what I craved when second guessing everything I had done in the weeks prior. People tell you how stressful wedding planning is and that is not hyperbole (and I plan corporate events). They took on all vendor communications a few weeks prior, took care of all the little tweaks that would drive any normal person insane, reminded me of the things I hadn't thought about or had forgotten, took care of the timeline (which sounds easy but trust me you need them to do this for you) and generally just did all the things. The day of - Anna blew me away. She literally made my dreams come true. I'm a little teary-eyed even thinking about it now, mostly because it's over and I wish I could have lived in that moment alone with my husband forever. What she created was better than I ever imagined and I wish I had the photos back already to share. She worked so hard, so fast - I mean I'm talking manual labor here - and she did it all with a smile and basically she's a fairy godmother. I cannot say enough how thankful I am that I got to work with these wonderful women.

    Stacy & Laura were amazing! The communication was always spot on! During my daughters 14 month engagement I was frequently asked "are you stressed?" My reply was always "no" because of Stacy & Laura. They handled every single detail, always communicated well and I knew they were only a phone call away. Such a joy to work with and I can't thank them enough for their impeccable work!

    Stacy and her team are honestly the best people we hired for our wedding. I'm seriously looking for some other magical event to need her assistance!     Stacy and her team were an absolute dream. Our wedding weekend wouldn’t have been the success that it was if it weren’t for her. From the moment we had our first sit down meeting I knew I was in amazing hands. Her attention to detail and amazingly positive attitude is what makes her the fantastic wedding planner that she is. She answered our countless emails at the drop of a hat and made sure everything was taken care of before the weekend began. She completely took over all vendor communication and it took so much stress off! When the day of the wedding rolled around, I could sit back and relax knowing that Stacy and the Maxwell+Gray team were taking care of everything for me. If anything went wrong I had zero idea because Stacy took care of it. She made sure my decorations I brought in were put in the correct spots and even added some of her own touch to it, which I loved! I can’t recommend Stacy and the Maxwell+Gray team enough.     Maxwell+Gray Events is a top notch wedding event planner/coordinator. They took care of every last detail prior to and on the day of our daughter's wedding. We did not worry about one thing on that day! Cannot recommend them enough. Of all the wedding contracts and services we purchased, this by far was the most necessary and best value.

    Stacy was so amazing, organized, sweet and helpful! I used her for month-of and day-of coordination for our wedding and she went over and beyond what I expected her to do. I knew that she would create a day-of timeline and make sure things ran smoothly, but I never expected her to help me negotiate with other vendors to get the most for my money, she went out of her way to pick up rentals/flowers/etc. on the wedding day, she took all of the mix matched decor I had collected in the months leading up to the wedding and made the reception space cohesive, elegant and romantic, and packed everything up at the end of the night and got it sent home. We could not have done it without her! I can not recommend her enough!!!

From start to finish, Maxwell & Gray took our vision and helped make it happen - guiding us through any issues with vendors, creating a seamless timeline for the entire wedding weekend, and creating a positive atmosphere throughout the planning process.     I cannot recommend Stacy and her team enough. When you literally have wedding dreams where your planner comes in and saves the day, you know you've got a good one. Throughout the entire process, Stacy was there to calm, comfort, and support me in every decision. I'll never forget our first meeting when Stacy said, "If something goes wrong, it's my job to make sure you never even know," and she did. We had some tough issues with our venue and Stacy championed for us every step of the way. I'm sure our wedding day would have still been memorable without Stacy and her team, but I cannot imagine how I would have done it without her. I can't wait to renew our vows, only so I get to work with Stacy again :)

    My husband and I hired Stacy back in the spring for our quickly approaching fall wedding. She offers an amazing service for a great value, and when I say amazing, I mean it 100%. She is super nice, easy going, and has a keen sense of creativity and class when it comes to planning events - especially weddings. She was also able to connect us with all the vendors that were perfect for us. We truly had a dream team around us on our wedding night, which we couldn't have done without her help. We also had the obstacle of an unexpected storm roll in on our wedding night, so Stacy perfectly orchestrated the rain plan and it was BEAUTIFUL, charming, romantic, and so much more!! Stacy has so much experience and tells you what she thinks will work best. Maxwell + Gray provided Gregg and I with month of coordination and it was a blessing! I was able to relax for most part and Stacy took control of vendors, timeline, coordination of everything, etc. I highly recommend Maxwell + Gray!     Maxwell + Gray Event Planning simply put - is the very best.
    From the very first time I sat down with Stacy in consultation, I was put at complete ease about all things wedding planning/coordinating.
    Being quite "type A" myself, I was not sure how I would handle allowing someone else take the reigns in coordinating/planning my wedding day; however, Stacy was far more on top of things than I could have ever been. She is available, very prompt, extremely detailed, organized, and efficient. She knows her stuff and has a lot of valuable resources.
    She truly took the time to understand my vision for my wedding day and then literally she MADE IT ALL HAPPEN. Maxwell + Gray will not only be invested in making your wedding day perfect but they will also take the time to know you and your significant other's story on a more personal level.
    I received MULTIPLE compliments from my vendors about Stacy - the overall ease of working with her and her phenomenal organization skills -- I think that is when you know that your coordinator is legit.
    I could not have asked for a better experience with Maxwell + Gray. They go above and beyond for a very affordable cost.

    Amazing Planner

    Nari was our planner and she made our day of the wedding FLAWLESS. She was so organized and had every detail down to the minute planned--literally! Her timeline was so helpful and I don't think a single thing went wrong on my big day. She was such a source of sanity for me and was extremely responsive! I can't say enough good things about her.

    We had the best experience with Stacy and Anna. As soon as we finished meeting with them, we were sold! And it turned out to be the best decision we made for the wedding. I have a demanding full time job, so I knew I needed help when planning the wedding. They were SO helpful and put me at ease every time I talked to them. I would often send several emails at a time with any random thought that popped into my head and Stacy would always take the time to get everything together and respond thoroughly. I didn't have a SINGLE worry about vendor communication from about 6 weeks out. Almost every time I asked a question about a vendor, Stacy had already thought of it and had it taken care of.
    Anna did an amazing job for day-of coordination, checking on how I was doing several times while taking care of all of the vendor arrivals and decorating. COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THESE LADIES. THANK YOU!!

    If there was any advice I could give to a bride to be, it would be to hire Stacy and her team- best thing I ever did! As a bride, the world of wedding planning was so confusing to me and honestly quite intimidating. Maxwell+ Gray were the answers to my prayers. Stacy allowed me to be so relaxed through the entire planning process and calmed we down in my few moments of panic. Especially for my wedding day, I was as cool as a cucumber. She handed my phone to my MOH and I sipped on Rose and didn't have a care in the world because Stacy and her team were so on top of their game. I was an out of state bride and Stacy was more than accommodating to have calls or skype dates. My wedding was truly a dream come true thanks to Stacy and her team. Stacy is incredibly sweet, professional and everything you would want in a wedding planner. You cannot go wrong with Maxwell + Gray Events!

    The one thing I wanted when I hired a coordinator was to make sure I didn't worry about a thing on my wedding day, and that's exactly what Madison made sure of! From the beginning of the day, she coordinated with my family ,and especially my sister to make sure all questions and decisions went to anyone else but me. They made sure everything was ready and set up beautiful, and I trusted them completely since I didn't have a preference about some of the decorations. Our families and guests couldn't stop raving about our wedding and commenting about how beautifully the evening flowed and how it was scheduled to create the perfect ceremony and reception!     Worst experience ever, will have to take them to court

    I payed for full service beginning of February after 6 months with this company they did not help me book anything. Causing me to plan my wedding for scratch within 3 months

    Disappointing Experience - Do NOT Recommend

    I want to start out by saying that I have reached out to Maxwell + Gray to express my disappointment, and after 9 weeks of no response, I am posting my email as a review.

    My day-of planner was Nari, and she could not have been more disappointing and unorganized.

    Here are a list of complaints from literally just the day-of my wedding:
    - In my contract, it states the lead and assistant planner will be there for 10 hours. In the detailed timeline, she was supposed to show up at 1pm. However, she was almost 2 hours late, and she has yet to explain why.
    - During the day and leadup to the ceremony, the reception curtains were never shut, so every guest saw the reception. Also, myself and my bridesmaids were taking photos at 3:45pm, and because the curtains were not shut, people could see straight out the back windows & saw me taking photos. I had to have my MOH go and shut the curtains because I did not want people to see me before the wedding.
    - The directions sign was not put out early enough, so as guests arrived, they did not know where to go.
    - She broke the welcome sign, and one of my bridesmaids had to use flowers to cover up the broken sign.
    - Our photographer basically took over the planning. She had to lead the groomsmen and bridesmaid rehearsals. Nari also was not going to have my bridesmaids even walk down the aisle for the rehearsal, but thankfully, one bridesmaid spoke up and said they needed to do it because there were quite a few bridesmaids who had never done it before.
    - Nari told me she would grab the rings and give them to the best man, however, she waited until literally it was only me left in the bridal suite to come and grab the rings. I had bridesmaids walking around trying to give her the rings because they could not believe she waited till minutes before to come grab them. It definitely felt like she forgot the legit rings for the wedding.
    - Prior to the wedding day, I requested probably 3-4 times via text and in-person that she put the bottle of prosecco in the limo (that was in the bridal suite) & make sure to put the chicken strips that got delivered in the limo. Unfortunately, she forgot both. She managed to remember to put the biscuits in the limo, but failed on the other two extremely important items. I told her I did not eat the biscuits and that I got a box of chicken tenders delivered just for me, and they were never put in the limo. The prosecco was also left out, and my bridesmaid sprinted to grab it and fell and ended up breaking her foot. So, we were left with no chicken tenders & a bridesmaid with a broken foot who had to sprint and grab the prosecco that I specifically requested Nari put in the limo.
    - On the day-of timeline (that Nari literally created), it said I wanted my signature drinks in a photo with me and my husband. Not only did Nari forget, our photographer had to ask a bridesmaid to go find Nari to get signature drinks because she was nowhere to be found.

    The most upsetting part is that she has yet to reach out to me and apologize for literally any of this stuff. A day-of planner should absolutely never be late and if so, she needs to apologize immediately to the bride and/or bride's mom for this, and we have not heard one word from her. During all of this, I asked my other vendors if these things were normal, and they said absolutely not.

    Never in my life did I expect my planner to be the cause of all of the wedding-day disaster, and thankfully, my photographer and friends were able to step in and make it such an amazing day.

    Hiring Stacy as our Day of Coordinator was the BIGGEST regret & the ONLY mistake we made for our wedding. We hired her in August of 2017. In January of 2018, we found out she was expecting her third baby. We became concerned since she was due in May and our wedding was on 5/27. We reached out to see if and/or how this would affect our wedding. She assured us multiple times by saying she did this with her 2 other pregnancies and that this wouldn't affect our wedding in any way. We even considered finding a new coordinator, but decided to stay since she sounded confident & promising. She also told us she’d stay throughout the most important parts of the wedding before heading home and letting her assistant take over. Fast forward to our wedding day, Stacy got to our venue at 10am. She came to me at noon and said “I’m gonna run back home to the baby, but I’ll be back”. I said, “All the way back to Plano? That’s a long drive”. She replied “Oh, not a problem. I’ll be back”. Well, that was the last time we ever saw or heard from her. We were never informed she wasn’t coming back, either. We don't blame Madison and Leah because they did the absolute best they could and we were very appreciative of their hard work, but the truth was they didn’t have the same level of experience/knowledge Stacy had (Madison started 5 months ago & Leah’s very first wedding as an intern). We chose Maxwell+Gray specifically because of Stacy and believed she’d help make our day go as smooth as possible, but she wasn't even there to do her job. The most disappointing part was Stacy’s awful attitude & response when we reached out after the wedding. She immediately became very defensive & unprofessional with endless excuses which absolutely shocked us. We never even received one sincere apology from her. Thanks to all of our other wonderful vendors, we still had the most wonderful wedding we always dreamed of! It wasn't because of her, it was in spite of her. Stacy is not worth your time or money.
