Amazing Miami Wedding Planner
Working with Jessica and Michael Masi was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As a husband-and-wife team, they bring such a thoughtful and seamless approach to planning, and they were incredible partners throughout the entire process.
From the start, they helped us build an amazing vendor team and guided every step with organization, expertise, and calm confidence. They were always responsive, incredibly detail-oriented, and impressively on top of everything, which made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free.
What we appreciated most was how well they understood our vision and brought it to life beautifully. They executed everything flawlessly while also making thoughtful suggestions that elevated the entire event.
Because we were able to trust them completely, we truly didn't stress once during the planning process or throughout our wedding weekend. They handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that we were able to simply enjoy every moment.
We are so grateful to them for making our wedding weekend absolutely perfect! -

The best planners & our dream wedding!
From the second we met with the Masi's and they presented their planning framework and phases, we knew they would be incredibly organized and professional. Over the last 14 months, Jessica and Michael helped plan and execute our dream wedding in Miami, FL from start to finish - from finding us the most beautiful wedding venue that fit our exact description and preferences to finding all our vendors and running the most fun day of our lives. They did it all. They also helped incorporate such meaningful and personal details, like creating custom charger plates using my grandmother's china pattern, which made my entire family so happy and emotional. What really put us at ease and showed us how above and beyond Jessica and Michael went was: (1) they were so responsive, responding to emails or texts instantly, and (2) my husband and I barely had anything to do the last month leading up to the wedding! We put our full trust in the Masi's and were able to completely enjoy the last few weeks leading up to our wedding knowing they were on top of everything. The wedding day then exceeded all expectations. As soon as I arrived at the venue and saw the initial setup, I burst into tears. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Jessica really helped bring the most incredible design across vendors to life and Michael helped keep my husband and I on time throughout the wedding evening, gently reminding us of the next portion of the event to keep us on schedule. Overall, we feel incredibly blessed to have worked with the Masi's and had such an unforgettable year planning and wedding day. We will live off of the feelings from our event forever!-

Best planners ever
They planned my entire wedding weekend in Miami, and it was truly the best weekend of my life. Every single detail was thoughtful and perfectly executed. Even knowing what they were working on, I was still so surprised and completely blown away by how beautiful everything turned out. I am endlessly grateful and couldn’t recommend them more. -

The best planners we could imagine
The Masis are beyond detail oriented and possess unrivaled vision. Every detail - from the smallest to the biggest - was flawlessly executed and beautiful. They were easy to work with, highly responsive, proactive, kind, and thoughtful. We did three events with them (welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding) and honestly could not imagine someone else pulling off what they pulled off. I would recommend them in the strongest terms to anyone looking for a luxurious, beautiful, and FUN wedding in South Florida.-

A dream!!!
I simply cannot recommend Masi Events enough!! Jessica and Michael are total professionals and were an absolute pleasure to work with to plan our wedding and rehearsal dinner and welcome party!! They were spectacular from start to finish, have excellent taste and are worth every penny! They took the time to really understand what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like and made our vision come to life so beautifully and exceeded all expectations! We were so impressed by how perfectly they executed every detail and they did it with such a cool and calm temper throughout the whole process and really allowed us to be present on the big day and not worry about a thing! Forever grateful that we had the opportunity to work with this dream team! Highly recommend!!!!-

Best wedding planners
If I could give the Masi events 100 stars I would !
The Masi's planned my oldest daughter's wedding on 4/27/24 at the Jupiter Island Club in Hobe Sound Florida .They helped me choose the right band to the right vendors, from florals to make up and everything in-between.They suggested vendors that were in our budget and helped us stay on the budget. Jessica and Michael listened to my Daughter's ideas and vision and let her set the tone for her wedding . I don't live in Florida and we did all the planning via zoom and email . They are extremely organized and they answer all your calls, txt and emails even if they are about trivial things . The day of was flawless Jessica keeps you calm with her sweet, kind gentle way . Michael was on top of all the vendors and all the grooms men !
The only wedding planners you should hire are Jessica and Micheal Masi

Best Planners in Miami
My husband and I cannot recommend Masi Events enough! The Masi’s helped us plan our wedding and I am positive they are simply the best in the business. First, they are wonderful to work with; an absolutely lovely couple who are so kind and attentive. They are very responsive, and will answer emails same day. I was never left waiting or wondering! Second, they have incredible connections to the best vendors in Miami. I think we went with every vendor they recommended and my team on the day of was flawless! From hair and makeup to flowers to food - perfection! Third - the process was stress free! The Masis handled everything with care and attention- there was almost nothing for me to worry about! People describe wedding planning as the most stressful thing; but it just isn’t when you have the Masi’s on your team! Fourth- Jessica is incredibly gifted with design! I felt like she somehow saw into my brain and saw exactly what my vision was! The wedding was even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and that’s all thanks to Jessica! We had the wedding of our dreams and none of it would have been possible without Masi Events!-

Excellent team & planning experts
Jessica and Michael are a planning team that made our dreams come true on our wedding day. Together they each helped us navigate through the planning process as well as design process. Whether it was selecting vendors or coming up with the right timeline, Jessica and Michael were on top of it all. We worked with them for almost 2 years, and never throughout the entire process did we feel we were not a priority.
I would work with Jessica and Michael again and again, and cannot wait to see all the beautiful weddings they continue to create in the years to come! -

Beyond our expectations!
The Masi’s went above and beyond to make our wedding experience the most memorable. Every vendor the Masi’s chose was spot on for what we wanted, they understood the vibe and feel we were looking for and made it even better than what we could’ve imagined. Every attention to detail and more, from the ambience to the music to the flowers, omg the flowers…the set ups, the food, the lighting, the furniture, the list goes on. From our first phone call to our welcome party the evening before, the big day, from beginning to end, our experience will never be forgotten not only from us but from our family and close friends (everyone is STILL talking about it). THE Dream Team
I can't say enough amazing things about Jessica and Michael/Masi Events. They planned the wedding of my dreams (and then some)! From our first call, I knew I was in great hands. Jessica and Michael are such a pleasure to work with. They're incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and all-around true professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Jessica and Michael do not miss a detail. They're truly why I kept my cool throughout the whole wedding planning process AND my wedding weekend. From our first call to our special day, everything ran so smoothly, and we genuinely loved spending time with Jessica and Michael.
Jessica came up with the most incredible little details that made the weekend. She is so creative and found the most unique ways to incorporate our favorite things into the weekend. She even surprised us with the best decor for our after-party.

2023 Wedding
Our best wedding planning decision was hiring Masi Events. Once Jessica and Michael were on board, the entire planning process was enjoyable and organized—they ensured we made timely decisions without ever making us feel rushed or stressed. They were also gracious enough to work around the constraints of our busy schedules. Highly recommend
Masi Events succeed in letting our family be guests at our +200 people wedding event. No worries. From day one, almost 9 months ago, they handed us a schedule on what to do when. They had suggestions for their preferred vendors but also gladly worked with our preferences. Perfection!
This was our experience with the wedding Michael and Jessica created and produced for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding weekend. Being that the bride, groom and their parents are located long distances from Miami, we expected the process to be quite challenging. However, this posed no challenge for the Masi team! There were so many moving parts to plan this event, all of which were seamlessly and efficiently planned and executed. The level of professionalism exhibited by Masi Events and all of their vendors was unparalleled. The entire planning process was so well managed by Masi, truly resulting in a stress-free experience which enabled us and our guests to enjoy a most joyful and spectacular wedding! Execution was flawless! All of the vendors recommended to us by Masi events were a huge success. Jessica was a pleasure to work with throughout our 18 months of planning. Jessica had a keen sense of when to be flexible and when to be firm. She offered advice at the right moments. The cadence of planning was very appropriate - we never felt pressured nor like we had procrastinated. We highly recommend Masi events to other couples planning their wedding. -

Thank you masi events
I highly recommend Masi Events for your wedding planning. Based on reviews and their previous event photos, we hired them for our daughter's wedding this past weekend - 11/6/21 - and that was the perfect decision. Jessica Masi was professional, patient, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process of planning our daughter’s wedding, as well as the cocktail reception the previous evening. Her vendor recommendations were all on point. Our original venue cancelled our event due to Covid and within a week Jessica found an even better and more creative alternative that perfectly aligned with our previously contracted vendors and the planning continued seamlessly. The event truly exceeded our expectations and we received so many comments referring to the wedding as “magical”, “spectacular”, “best wedding ever”. Thanks to Masi Events, our daughter had the wedding of her dreams! -

Vizcaya Wedding, October 2021
Planning a wedding can be challenging and at times stressful, however, adding a global pandemic and the need to reschedule and shift this vision can bring up an entirely new set of unexpected obstacles. Jessica and the entire Masi Team — the dream team — helped to not only beautifully execute the most special day of our lives, but did so with the utmost patience, professionalism, and precision.
I instantly connected with the vision and aesthetic that Masi executes so well, however, now that we are on the other side of our dream wedding, I can truly say that what sets Masi apart is not only their high level expertise, but the personal partnership you feel with their team. Throughout this process, I felt our vision and goals were always heard and understood. I can admittedly be a bit indecisive, and their ability to patiently listen while also giving direct guidance is a balance they strike so well. Their amazing attention to detail, beautiful and creative ideas, and invaluable industry contacts proved to be extremely reassuring and absolutely needed every step of the way. If ever we had to pivot due to unforeseen circumstances, which wasn’t unusual during the pandemic planning process, they did so with grace and always instilled confidence that the solution would be just as wonderful as the original idea. Moreover, they are lovely, warm, and kind people that are so fun and enjoyable to work with.

The Best Decision We Made during Wedding Planning
I'm writing a unique review that I hope will give brides a true look into how amazing and valuable Jessica & Michael at Masi Events are. I originally had another wedding planner and hired Masi Events about 5 months out from our date. They came to the rescue and worked with us efficiently and seamlessly to plan the wedding of my dreams. They listened to my opinions and preferred way of working, while offering helpful advice and value-added expertise. I had gone from a very stressed out bride who was worried how everything was going to come together to a calm and confident one who was just excited for the big day. Then, like many 2020 brides, my original date in Florida was postponed by 8 months, and then unfortunately we had to cancel entirely and instead held a micro-wedding in our home state to limit travel and guest count. Therefore, we were never actually able to have our planned event with the Masis in Florida. However, they handled everything not only gracefully, but productively and efficiently. They reached out to all our vendors and coordinated a new date, including finding new vendors, and then did the same thing with the cancellation, including reimbursement/credits. It was obviously a difficult process for everyone involved, but they handled it with true professionalism. We are considering having a celebration in a year or two and I would hire Jessica & Michael again in a heartbeat. I only wish we all could've seen our original vision come to life because it would've been beautiful. I hope this candid review is helpful to brides who may unfortunately have to deal with similar challenges, and to those who will not once all of this is over! -

Masi is the Best. Don't Mess with the Rest.
If you have the opportunity to work with Masi Events, you take that opportunity and run. We cannot recommend Masi Events more highly!
Before deciding on a wedding planner, I did extensive research on South Florida event design companies. I ended up scheduling meetings with eight different planners from around the area as I felt this would give me a solid sampling of what there was to offer. Seven out of the eight designers ran their meeting with the same formula of inviting us in and launching into a presentation on why their day-of timeline and budget planning software was the best and would make or break the wedding. Jessica with Masi Events was the ONLY planner that asked me about my design vision for the wedding in the initial meeting. To me, this spoke volumes about Jessica's priorities and the creative and caring nature of her business. This also gave us a real chance to get to know her and see how we would vibe while working creatively together. I feel like many of the other planners did not want to get caught giving "free advice" and therefore did not want to talk design at all. All of this is not to say that Masi Events neglects their day-of timeline and blows the wedding budget. In fact, we received a ten page long day-of timeline with everything marked down to the every fifteen minutes, just as all the other planners were so proud to advertise in that first meeting.
We presented Masi Events with a challenge. As we are from Atlanta and Chicago, our wedding was a true destination with all 200 guests arriving for a full weekend of vacation and celebration. We asked Masi to help us fully execute four events and aspects of two other events over the course of the weekend. Each of these was full of personal touches that required extensive cataloguing and organizing in order to make sure they arrived at the correct event in the correct display. Masi Events handled all of these details with grace, professionalism, and beautiful creativity when it came to displaying them. The events themselves were gorgeous. At the rehearsal dinner, a common comment we heard was "This is the nicest wedding we have ever attended". We just had to keep telling everyone to wait for the next event! Jessica and Masi Events continued to outdo themselves with each passing occasion.
Working with Jessica, Dina, and Michael was such a pleasure. Jessica understood my design vision for each event and brought them to life. Her suggestions were always fabulous. However, if there was ever something I wanted to change, she was always happy to show me more suggestions or let me go exploring on my own to find exactly what I wanted. She made it very clear to me that this was my wedding and I could be as involved or detached as I wanted to be. My husband (then fiancée) had several projects for the wedding day he was working on with them and found them to be a pleasure. They were always responsive to whatever question or crisis was presented to them - the definition of grace under pressure. Dina was simply amazing. We had the opportunity to work with her a lot throughout our planning process and so appreciated her infectiously sunny and thoughtful disposition. Michael was our hero at the rehearsal dinner and the after wedding brunch, mitigating several disasters that unexpectedly arose at the last minute. He told me about them after the fact but no one would have known anything had gone wrong during the event. My husband (then fiancée) had several projects for the wedding day he was working on with them and found them to be a pleasure. He said that everyone was amazing and that Michael was awesome. Without a doubt, the whole Masi team worked with such supreme professionalism and efficiency behind the scenes, providing seamless and beautiful events.
I think one thing that is so telling about a person is the opinion of their colleagues and those that work most closely with them on a regular basis. Across the board, we were told that Masi Events is the BEST and that everyone loves to work with them. Seriously, from our makeup artist to our photographer to our florist, everyone thinks so highly of Masi Events. We were reminded many times how lucky we were to work with such an incredible team. To be honest, I absolutely agree.

Absolute best wedding planners Miami/SoFla has to offer
Michael Masi and team were the greatest thing to happen my wedding.
My husband and I had a long engagement (almost 2 years) and planned a modern-Orthodox Jewish wedding at Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden (a completely DIY venue) in South Miami/Coral Gables while we were living full-time in NYC. We also planned an entire weekend - shabbat dinner on Friday, a welcome reception on Saturday, and a full days worth of events on Sunday before and after the wedding.
A friend recommended Masi Events, and it was truly the recommendation of a lifetime. Masi Events is hands down responsible for planning the most epic, joyous weekend of our lives. Every detail was fabulous, and came to life in ways I couldn't have even imagined. They are true professionals who are also a joy to work with.
Michael and his team are an absolute dream to work with. On the highest level, they respond to every email within hours (from my 20 bullet point long ramblings to short questions, they are on top of it and leave no question unanswered), are clear, concise and organized communicators, and know so many vendors in the South Florida area that are ideal for your venue, vision, style, etc.
For some specifics on what, in our opinion, sets Masi Events apart from the rest:-Vendor selection: Since we were planning this from out of town, we were worried about being able to select the right vendors and meet our vendors in person. With Masi Events, we were able to show up in Miami, have multiple appointments in a row, make key decisions, and then everything else was booked and handled by their team. Michael also did a phenomenal job of prepping and presenting our options to make decisions incredibly clear - he would include photos, cost breakdowns across vendors, cross-reference proposals and create comparisons to help us more effectively make decisions. He was always objective and clear.-Vendor management and logistics: Since our wedding was DIY, we ended up having 10+ vendors for various elements - catering, photographers, videographers, seating, DJ/band, lighting, florals, etc. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Michael hosted all-staff vendor calls to run through the weekend agenda, setup and logistics. I kid you not, they created a 15 page timeline for logistics and set up for all vendors and partners. This was in addition to an abridged friends and family timeline/run-of-show that they handed out to our massive bridal/groom party and family at the rehearsal. Moments/items were phased down to the minute, with all relevant details included. As a program manager in my day-job, this was a dream and most importantly, my husband and I didn't need to be involved.-Design: I did not have a clear aesthetic/vision for what I wanted my wedding to look like in the Garden. Michael helped me work through color palettes, floral options, table-scapes and more to ultimately create a 'design deck,' a powerpoint/slide template that we built off of to bring the vision of things our family all liked to life. This evolved 2-3 times, and helped us to pick the right vendors to match the vision. Michael was also extremely objective and responsive to feedback. He always made it feel like my wedding and never his wedding. -Professionalism: It was clear from every vendor we spoke to in Miami that Masi Events is the real deal. They are not only impeccably organized, and plan gorgeous, perfect events and weddings, but are regarded as a trusted team that will treat everyone with respect and humility. We associate their names with beacons of order, calm and relaxation in what felt like such an emotional whirlwind of a weekend.
Lastly, I could not speak more highly of Michael. My entire family, bridesmaids, fiance (now husband) all called him my planner-of-honor since I adored working with him so much. Michael is creative, logical, diplomatic (read - can handle many opinions from many different family members, personalities, etc with ease and grace!), superbly organized, and helps to keep you on a reasonable yet aggressive timeline so that once the week arrives, everything is an absolute breeze. Multiple friends of mine who got married in recent years all commented on how truly incredible and smooth our event was and that's entirely because of the Masi team. I feel so profoundly lucky and grateful that we had the pleasure of working with him.
I kick myself for ever stressing a moment about details - the Masi Events team are absolute pros, and we're forever grateful that we had our wedding planning journey with their team. If you are planning a wedding or event in South Florida, I could not recommend anyone more highly.-

Our daughter was married 2-22-20 at the Flagler Museum in Palm Beach. We were so fortunate to work with Masi Events. Michael Masi and his wife Jessica were simply the best. Their organization and making sure we stayed on schedule made the entire weekend run smoothly. The flowers, the food, the wedding cake- Masi Events knows the best vendors in South Florida. Bride here just two days after her wedding
Hello! It is just two days after the wedding and I want to share my experience. We were nervous having a destination wedding but had the best experience. Michael was a calming voice from day one. He allowed my mom and I to work through our concerns while reminding us it will all work our and holy smokes, did it ever! Our wedding was beautiful! All of the vendors that team Masi works with are incredible and exceeded our expectations! Michael replies very promptly and understands that this can be a stressful process. He and his lovely wife were so supportive the day of and helped me with everything.
Trust me, go with team Masi. They are the best!

TLDR: To anyone planning a wedding -- choosing the Masis as our planners was the best money we spent.
Michael was absolutely amazing in helping to execute our perfect wedding. We live in Nashville TN, so planning a wedding in Miami was something we were nervous about - being so far away and not having the luxury of being as hands on we naturally would have was tough. That said, looking back, even if we were planning a wedding in the same city, we still would have utilized the Masi's services because they made it so easy for us to relax and not sweat the small stuff.
Michael was firm with us when there were major details we were behind on, and made decision making easy by understanding the vibe we were going for and providing a few great options for various details to simplify the process. He was highly communicative, proactive, and worked with all of our vendors to answer questions and provide direction to everyone involved without bugging us during a stressful time! He was also great in helping us save money by suggesting more affordable options for details and was honest with us on where we should save and where we should spend!
Day-of was flawlessly executed - he was there in the shadows working with all of our vendors the whole time to ensure everything went off without a hitch, our friends and family had detailed timelines, set up and breakdown was never anything we had to worry about, and we were even invited to ship everything right to their office so we didn't need to worry about how details were going to make it to our venue day of.
Could not recommend highly enough due to level of organization and communication, genuinely caring about us and our day, working based off of experience, reputation within the community, and a clear passion and expertise for what they do. -

Can't imagine my daughter's wedding could have gone any better, thanks to Masi Events.
Went from being a complete skeptic about wedding planners (as I'm guessing Fathers-of-the-Bride tend to be) to Masi Event's single biggest fan: can't imagine my daughter's wedding without them. From the meticulous - and cost conscious - planning of each facet of the wedding weekend to the absolutely upbeat, proactive approach to handling each question/issue/challenge, Jessica, Michael and the whole Masi team - special shout out to Becca! - were there for us in ways I couldn't begin to have anticipated. That includes, especially, their focused (and calming) handling of wedding day weather challenges: they worked incredibly hard with the venue, florist, tent company, and band to keep us on track in the face of unpredictable conditions. That behind-the-scenes work made my daughter's wedding truly unforgettable for our guests (I have the emails/texts/phone calls to prove it), and we're beyond grateful for their vision AND their follow-through. The five-star rating doesn't seem like enough, somehow. Bravo! -

The best wedding planners!
Hiring Jessica + Mike from Masi events was the best decision we made for our wedding. We had a fusion wedding over two days - both Indian and Western - at fairly complex venues (Vizcaya and MAPS Wynwood). Everything from furniture sourcing, catering/lighting/sound logistics, to decor and design was impeccable. Everyone loved our wedding, and our families could not stop gushing at how flawless and worry free those two days were because the Masi team had planned and taken care of every last second and detail of the event. Truly, everything went so smoothly and flawlessly. I also cannot understate their level of professionalism - anything from last minute changes to helping organize our goodie bags - they gladly helped and responded quickly. Masi Events is the most amazing wedding planning team! Planning a wedding is stressful, especially doing it from afar, but Jessica and Michael made everything extremely easy and seamless. We live in NYC and got married at Vizcaya and Church of the Little Flower. From day one, they explained the entire timeline and took care of the vendors that needed to be booked. Amazing partners - beautiful design, flexible partners, calming personalities/presence
I would highly recommend Masi Events to anyone looking for a wedding planner. We initially decided to work with a planner for two reasons:
(1) Our Miami wedding was a destination wedding, and we were living between NYC and South Korea during the year leading up to the wedding; and (2) the idea of a big wedding made me anxious as I typically don’t love being the center of attention, so it was important to minimize the stress associated with planning the event.
The things I valued most in choosing a planner were design/aesthetic and finding someone who would be a calming presence throughout the process. We ultimately hired the Masis, and I’m so glad we did. Our experience with them was so seamless and enjoyable, and I loved the way everything turned out.
Michael and Jessica Masi are husband and wife - he largely handles the business/logistics/vendor contract side, while Jessica focuses mostly on the design aspect. Their assistant, Dina, helps with both and is incredibly sweet. As a team, they’re a well-oiled machine that clearly has a ton of experience, which translates into great tips on what works, what doesn’t, watch outs, etc. They are also very flexible and easy to work with. I wasn’t always the most focused client, and they did a brilliant job balancing their timelines with my schedule. They handled all the logistics and vendor conversations behind the scenes, and I never felt like I was being chased for answers. It’s evident that they have great relationships with all the vendors too, which made the process particularly seamless.
Jessica has a brilliant eye for design, and I absolutely LOVED the look of the final event. My mom and I gave a bunch of feedback about our style preferences, and we were so impressed by the design board she came back with. Jessica did an amazing job taking our suggestions and editing it into something we loved.
I’ve already recommended the Masis to one friend getting married in the Miami area this year, and I would certainly endorse them to anyone else looking for a planner. It was well worth the investment, and I’m so appreciative for all they did to make our wedding as special as it was. -

I worked with Masi's for my wedding this past December and I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much if it wasn't for them. From the start they were amazing. Having them plan the entire thing from start to finish just wasn't in my budget so they worked with me to create a package based on what I needed and could afford. In the end they did all the design and day of details. They helped me fine tune my vision and offered several templates until we landed on the perfect one. They were always a call away when I needed them and my wedding was visually stunning, I had everything I wanted. Micheal and Dina were with me on the day of my wedding and they made it so I could enjoy every second. I never once worried about the vendors, timeline, or anything at all. I enjoyed every moment and my wedding was 100% stress free. I even got to enjoy my entire meal! I really cannot thank or recommend them enough.-

Words cannot express how truly amazing Jessica and Michael are. Their professionalism, talent, strategy, and aesthetic are unlike anything I could have imagined. My husband and I had our wedding on a very small, remote, and international private island, which in and of itself boasts tons of roadblocks and headaches. Jessica and Michael made our wedding weekend and the 10 months of planning leading up to it, both a breeze and absolutely perfect. They took what I would imagine was one of their hardest events to plan from a logistic standpoint and conquered it was grace and professionalism. I've never seen such a dedicated team. They stayed up all night prepping for our wedding as a result of the sea freighter running out gas and arriving to the island late! The best part of all, they never bothered the bride or groom with any of the headaches and hiccups along the way. Masi Events has an amazing contact list and made making the big and little decision for our wedding so easy. Their design sensibility is stunning and they came up with the most amazing ideas to make our wedding weekend personal and special. Our wedding would never have been possible without Masi Events and I can't even think about what it would have been like if we hired someone else. In addition to being pros at what they do, Jessica and Michael are the sweetest people and surround themselves with equally genuine, kind, and skilled vendors. My wedding was perfect because of Masi Events. Jessica and Michael are amazing, so much so that I full on teared up saying goodbye to them at the end of our wedding weekend. For the most important day of our lives, we made the most important decision possible to ensure an amazing wedding: Choosing Jessica and Michael to plan our event. They are the perfect mix of everything you would want in event organizers, from tremendous attention to detail to being highly personable, thoughtful people who connect easily with family and can tap into considerable expertise of vendors and business relationships. They are pros at running the actual event--- think detailed itineraries, constant communication and instant accessibility. But on top of that, they have you covered in ways you didn't even consider. Want to play music at the rehearsal dinner off your iPhone? Michael produced an adapter within an hour of the event. Amazon nearly bury you by not delivering the last prop you ordered for your table numbers? The Masis made a backup version of an elegant gold clock, on the day of the wedding, to make sure we would not be jammed up by a late delivery (and it turns out we needed it). The fact that they bring *two* planners to the table, in addition to their wonderful co-worker Dina, means they have additional resources to tackle many different tasks simultaneously. We live in San Francisco, and we can say with certainty that we would never have achieved the beautiful event that we did- thousands of miles across the country- without the pinpoint organization and thoughtfulness of the Masi Event team. Choosing them for your special day is a slam dunk. -

Masi Events created the perfect wedding for us. We had our hearts set on a destination wedding date that was only 3 months out when we hired Jessica and Michael, and they delivered. Not for a minute did we felt that what we wanted wasn't available due to the time constrains. They were always just a call away to reassure us that everything would be perfect. Most of our decisions were blind, I had never travelled to Miami before the wedding and there was no time to go and see everything in advance. But, since the initial call I trusted them completely.
Going into planning our wedding, neither my husband or I had a perfect visualization of what we imagined the wedding to look like, but, we knew how we wanted to feel. Jessica and Michael were able to take those abstract ideas and turn it into a magical night. They were the mind readers we didn't know we needed. From the moment Jessica sent me her detailed Event Design plan, I would look online at other wedding photos and I came to realization that I didn't like any of them anymore – what Jessica created was way better. Masi Events was always there to answer our a thousand questions. Dina was so incredibly helpful throughout the process and made sure that even the tiniest of concerns were resolved.
The night of our wedding we were able to enjoy it and not think about anything else thanks to the incredible logistics and vendor coordinator that Michael orchestrated and walk us through in advance. A few of our guests that caught a glimpse of Jessica and Dina throughout the night told us how great they seemed, just emanating calm all night.
Jessica's and Michael's skills balance each other. It was truly a pleasure watching them work together and how they complemented their ideas to create something amazing. With Dina by their side, they have clearly created the wedding planning dream team.
Again, our wedding was even more than we could have ever asked for and it was all thanks to Masi Events. -

Masi Events ( Previously known as JCG Events) is a husband and wife team. From our first meeting I knew I wanted them to plan our daughter's wedding. The beauty of their team is that their strengths compliment each other. They are very well organized and methodical in their approach. Michael and Jessica were patiently guiding us through every step up until the wedding reception. I had the peace of mind that everything would go smoothly and it did! We were able to enjoy the reception worry free while Michael was overseeing everything.

If we could give 10 stars we would. When we started searching for wedding planners I just kept finding one name over and over again on style me pretty images that I liked and it was masi events (jcg events). Before we even signed the contract Michael helped calm me down and gave me some advice on which date to choose at our venue and after ten minutes on the phone with him I knew we had found our planners and we signed immediately. From day 1 to the wedding day Michael and Jessica were always a step ahead of us and willing to do anything we needed & more. They helped guide us to make the best decisions whenever we weren't sure what we wanted or which way to go. They work with all the best vendors so you never have to worry that you aren't getting the best options presented to you. I'm not sure we ever gave them much more than a half put together Pinterest board and they basically took that and ran with it. Once I saw the concept board Jessica created I knew I could sit back and let her take the creative lead. My advice to all future brides is to sit back and let Michael & Jessica work their magic! If we could afford to we would get divorced and remarried to each other just to plan another wedding with them!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Jessica and Michael were such a pleasure to work with and made my husband and I's wedding all that we could have possibly imagined and more. From start to finish, the Massi's were professional, creative, and very accommodating to our "situation". My husband and I knew we wanted a short engagement (about 5 months) and had chosen to get married in Jupiter, Florida, while living in California. That meant we were planning a wedding from the opposite coast, so as you can imagine coordinating conference calls with a 3 hour time difference wasn't always easy. Not to mention we were limited on the amount of trips we could make to Florida prior to the wedding. I was one of those brides that went into the situation blindly, not having much of an idea as to what I wanted for our wedding and Jessica was awesome with helping me develop that vision while supplying me with multiple vendor suggestions.
The Massi's operate as a team and although their personalities, qualities and what they contribute are different, they balance each other out. Jessica is one of the sweetest people i've ever met and is soft spoken while Michael's personality tends to be a bit more vocal (ALL in a Great Way!!) . As I said, they each bring something different to the table and their collaborative, creative suggestions were always very well thought out and impressive. Overall, the Massi's were a fabulous team to work with and they made my wedding planning experience much, much easier. -

Jessica and Michael are amazing! I'm so glad we were able to have them plan our wedding. They were so helpful, incredibly responsive and always kind from the first time I contacted them, through the whole year of planning, and even after the wedding was over.
I chose to have JCG plan our wedding after Michael answered my first email and addressed every question with detailed answers and thoughtful follow ups. For comparison, every other company I contacted was indirect with their answers or didn't address my questions at all.
Jessica and Michael are meticulous and somehow manage to deal with the thousand wedding details with ease. They suggested fantastic vendors based on all of the info they gathered from our meetings and my pinterest - they seemed to even understand what I wanted better than I did. I was only marginally interested in planning a wedding and they were amazing at prompting me and making all decisions as easy to make as possible. They understood exactly what I wanted, suggested two or three vendors for each thing, clearly expressed reasons for why they chose them, including past experiences working together, and made the wedding planning so much less complex. They even fielded phone calls and emails from both sets of parents who had questions and demands that were definitely out of the scope of what we hired them to do.
As I expected, they were amazing on the actual wedding day as well. They coordinated all of the vendors without ever involving us, kept us and the families on time and did so calmly and easily.
If I ever throw another giant event I won't hesitate to have JCG plan it. They are amazing and truly went above and beyond to make the wedding perfect. -

Choosing JCG Events as our wedding planners was the easiest decision we made throughout our planning process. My husband and I live in New York and we decided to have a destination wedding in Florida. We knew we needed boots on the ground to make everything run smoothly. JCG made it all possible…without this dynamic duo one could feel overwhelmed and lost with the endless choices. Once we hired JCG events, the wedding planning was set in motion.
This team goes above and beyond for their clients. They seamlessly keep you on track with organized master lists, coordinating vendors, reviewing contracts, and remembering all the little details. They manage to do this without stressing you out or making you feel pressured. After each phone call or email, I would say to myself, WOW we really got this covered. JCG events is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the wedding scene and network in their Florida area. We trusted JCG to hire many of our vendors that we were based in Florida. They introduced us to our photographers and we were over the moon with their work as well.
Jessica and Michael make such a great team. You want them on your side not only when you are planning your wedding but also when you are at your wedding! The ‘day of coordinating’ is a must and will hopefully allow you to sit back and enjoy your special day. I wish I could grant Jessica and Michael 10 stars instead of 5 stars – they deserve it.

JCG was wonderful to work with for our recent October wedding! Both Jessica and Michael are incredibly kind and calming. A great husband and wife duo who really balance each other out - Michael with the knack for negotiations, transportation & food and Jessica with the eye for flowers, decor, design - and together made sure that our wedding day was everything we dreamed. The vendors they recommended were fantastic and I completely trusted them to deliver and they certainly did. They were calm and resassuring throughout the entire planning process and really guided us to make the right decisions. As I look back at all my wedding pictures, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I've been to several weddings in my life--and I know what they say--nothing goes as planned--but I can honestly say NOTHING went as planned at my wedding--but EVERYTHING was absolutely magical--and it was ALL because of my team of vendors. Michael and Jessica were incredibly professional, efficient, timely, great listeners throughout the entire process. My wedding was an all outdoor wedding, and the day of my wedding there was 9 inches of rain (the most that area has seen)! In addition to that, my hairstylist had a stroke at the venue as the bridal party was walking in to get their hair done. So let's just say it all started off rocky. Jessica's face never seemed alarmed or worried, which put me at such ease. She gave me such peace with her kind, optimistic and warm character, while Michael was out there getting after it (in a suit) while it was pouring down rain because he is an unbelievably resilient and fearless person. I was confident from the beginning that they would take care of me, and they did. My hope was that I would have my wedding outside in the beautiful avocado grove in front of the chapel--and despite the push back from the caterer to put out the chairs due to the rain, they made it happen, and I had my dream ceremony outside in the rain!
They throw a great celebration in the perfect conditions--but what is the biggest testament of these two is that they throw an even better celebration in crazy circumstances! I wouldn't have changed a thing about my day, not a thing. My wedding day was such a picture of life--it throws you crazy curve balls and things you never expect--but it is how you and the people around you react that will determine the outcome. There is beauty amongst chaos--and that was what Jessica and Michael and the rest of my team of vendors were able to create for me and my husband. -

My wedding was on Dec 20 2015 in Miami and we worked with Jessica and Michael of JCG Events. The reasons why I gave JCG Events 5 stars is because
1) Jessica is EXTREMELY organized and detail oriented. I had a number of "little details" from Etsy / Amazon etc which I bought over a 9mth time period. I wanted these incorporated in a specific way into the wedding. Jessica did a fantastic job of making sure everything was incorporated the way I wanted and nothing fell through the cracks. I knew I was in good hands when she sent me a wedding checklist 1 to2 months before the wedding and it carefully articulated all of the various items I had bought,. This was not easy since this meant she went through and checked all of the emails I sent her over the past 9 mths briefing her on the items I bought and how I wanted them set up.
2) Jessica is calm and my vendors loved working with her. Jessica's vendor network is also very strong -- I got my dream florist through her, even though my floral budget was quite small. This, I'm sure, is because this florist really enjoys working with Jessica because Jessica handles the organization / event details beautifully.
3) Jessica deals successfully with difficult people (so you don't have to) and understands when you really want something handled but you don't have time to do this yourself. I had one instance where one of my vendors was being difficult and creating a problem on relatively reasonable request. I was time-starved and did not have capacity to handle this myself. I booked this vendor myself so technically, I should have dealt with the problem. But I didn't have time. So, she stepped in, handled the problem, and I got what I wanted without having to deal with the multiple phone calls I'm sure this required. She then took over dealing with this vendor. I will ALWAYS be grateful for this.
4) Jessica works EXTREMELY WELL with time-strapped brides. We communicated primarily over email. -

Where do I start?! Jessica and Michael were a dream to work with – super professional, honest, thoughtful, and SO nice. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure absolutely every detail was perfect. They gave thoughtful recommendations when needed, and executed everything flawlessly without ever being pushy! I am SUPER particular, and had very high expectations - and I can honestly say everything went so far above and beyond what I imagined. All of our guests have been showering us with compliments, and I have heard the words "best wedding I have ever been to" more than once, and from some of the most critical people I know! It basically monsoon-ed during our wedding (all outdoors), and Jessica and Michael made sure the tents were so beautiful that in the end I was glad it rained :) *mind you, I was in tears over the weather just a couple days before.*

Michael and Jessica were instrumental in creating a once-in-a-lifetime wedding weekend for my wife, myself and all of our guests. Their task was not an easy one: they had to navigate three states, a very particular couple and events spread across multiple days and multiple venues. Throughout the entire planning process, the JCG team was extremely professional and always able to provide guidance and recommendations. Our wedding would not have been possible without their help. Despite planning an out-of-state wedding, my wife and I always felt as if we could reach Michael and Jessica, either over email or the phone. We received prompt responses to all of our questions and inquiries, no matter how large or small. They were also very flexible in adjusting their schedules to accommodate our trips to South Florida to visit venues and to meet vendors. Although we had limited time on-the-ground, JCG efficiently scheduled meetings to make the most of our visits. Due to the location of our wedding, the florist and caterer were not those typically utilized by JCG. However, the lack of a previous working relationship did not stop Michael and Jessica from successfully working with these vendors. Quite to the contrary, they were able to quickly and efficiently build working relationships and to successfully coordinate their activities with those of their existing vendors. Speaking of their existing vendors (photographer, band, bridal valet, videographer, linens, table settings, hair, makeup etc.), we cannot speak highly enough of them; they all exceeded our expectations. In addition to the expected event planning duties, Michael and Jessica negotiated multiple block hotel contracts, organized a golf outing, and even sourced a magician for the cocktail hour. On a personal level, Michael and Jessica were wonderful to work with. They are down-to-earth, extraordinarily patient, and extremely gracious. It was great working with JCG Events for our wedding on Lake Como, Italy. Our wedding would clearly not have been possible without the amazing organization and unique qualities that Jessica and Mike have. In general, planning a wedding, let alone planning a destination wedding can be stressful. Fortunately, for us, our experience in working with JCG Events made the wedding planning process streamlined, stress-free, and, fun!
If I could come up with 2 words to describe Michael and Jessica Masi, I would say that they are "bridal whisperers". Michael and Jessica successfully orchestrated and captured every aspect of the PERFECT wedding day that my *now* husband and I had envisioned for ourselves- from the flowers, to the napkins, the menus, and more!
Considering the fact that ours was a destination wedding, Michael and Jessica were extremely conscientious of the budget, negotiating room blocks and contractual terms that were ALWAYS in our favor.
And, their capacity for patience to put up with my bridal neuroses speaks VOLUMES to the consummate professionals that they truly are, scheduling calls, recommending vendors, and coming up with a Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C, when necessary.
We can't help but be grateful and indebted to Jessica and Michael for organizing what most of our guests have said was the "best wedding [they'd] ever been to." It is because of Michael and Jessica that my husband and I will look back on our wedding day with such fond memories.

What an amazing duo... Jessica and Michael of JCG Events! I had my ceremony at St Augustine Church and wedding reception at the Fairchild Tropical Botanical Gardens. From the beginning to the very end, from the sunrise to the sunset and into the wee hours of the night, it was a flawless execution of the first day of the rest of our lives. From hair and make-up, playing dress-up in the Villa Valentino, sipping Perrier Jouet, pinning boutonnieres and carrying bouquets, and photos through-out... I couldn't ask for a more memorable morning in a more rustic place. Vendors and venues - all taken care of. The limo was exactly on time. The ceremony was flawless, beautiful, and most importantly - organized and on time. The limo drove us through the scenic roads of Coral Gables to a back entrance into the Fairchild Gardens.... while the main guests entered through the South Gate and greeted and treated with a Ginger Beer Bourbon cocktail and tram ride through the gardens filled with Chihuly glass-blown art décor as the sun set over the horizon. We got a sneak preview of the wedding reception and we were in awe and speechless at how beautifully the tables and chairs were arranged, driftwood and succulents, champagne colored linens with Tuscan chairs displayed under café lights and soon to be a night sky filled with bright stars. Mirror coasters displayed the table numbers. A royal table with elegant place cards. An ornate framed glass with the anticipated dinner menu. String lights arranged like a star-burst. A one-tier cake & butterfly toppers, stationed on a mint green cake display. No details were missed, I could go on and on. Michael and Jessica were always just 10 feet away... directing us, guiding us through each step of the wedding, not wanting us to miss any details, leading to the grand finale... like a well orchestrated play. We could not thank them enough for a more perfect, beautiful, elegant, rustic, eclectic, and whimsical wedding day! 5 stars! -

Jessica and Michael are a class act and if you hire them for your wedding, you will be in great hands. I was not stressed at all during the whole wedding process and the day of I had no worries; it was the best day of my life! My guests commented multiple times how smoothly my wedding day ran and it was due to JCG. It would have been easy for the day to turn hectic since my venue has multiple floors and we had a lot going on. Everything was perfect and I'm so thankful for my planner. Jessica is very organized and has a very calm demeanor. While planning, when issues came up, she would always come up with a solution and was never flustered. Michael was great too and my husband commented multiple times on how he kept things flowing well the day of the wedding. We both would hire them again in a heart beat. They are well priced for the level of service provided and you will not be disappointed if you hire them. I wish I had more characters for commenting...just know that hiring them will be the first best decision in your wedding day planning! Their goal is for you to be happy and we were beyond happy!

I really cannot give enough praise to JCG Events for helping to make our wedding such a beautiful day. Jessica is such a calm, reassuring, organized, responsive and attentive coordinator, which helped make the planning experience so much easier. And don't let Jessica's super sweet nature fool you; she will go to battle for you and your wedding! Regardless of your budget, seemingly strange ideas, or odd wedding day fears, she never makes you feel like you are crazy or asking too much. Having Michael on board (whether for coordinating your event 100% or as an assistant), is the extra icing on the cake (ha!) because he often provides another perspective which is helpful. My Mom and I were very much a tag team the whole wedding process, and Jessica was very respectful of this, and worked with us both equally (My Mom, by the way, adores Jessica, which is an extra bonus!).
Personal attention is so important and they really made me feel special. The JCG crew even stopped by my job when my invitations were printed, because they were just as excited as I was to see them. LOVE THAT! As far as the day of the event, I honestly had ZERO worries, didn't even look at the super-detailed, down to the minute itinerary (sorry Jess!), because I knew I was in good hands. My wedding day was stress free.
Planning a personal event is so important, and coordination is not something to skimp on, especially for a wedding! Whether you are planning a wedding, sweet sixteen, quince, bar/bat mitzvah, baby shower, divorce party, or whatever, I can say with confidence that JCG Events will take care of you. -

We planned our destination wedding in Miami with JCG Events and were thrilled with how everything turned out! During our planning trips Jessica and Michael were great tour guides and drove us to all of our appointments so we didn't have to rent a car. It was nice because it felt like we were with friends who cared about getting to know us and what we wanted for our wedding, not just planners going through the motions. They are responsive, which is especially important if you are planning from out of town, and provide a meticulous schedule for the wedding day. They have relationships with a broad range of vendors—from catering to decor to the person who pressed my dress after it was delivered to the hotel. They also stuffed and delivered our welcome bags to the various hotels our guests were staying. I was completely stress-free the whole weekend of our wedding, and it's because I knew they had everything under control. I would definitely recommend JCG Events, and wish I could plan my wedding with them again! -

Jessica and Michael were incredible in helping plan our wedding and truly helped make our big day above and beyond what we initially imagined! My husband and I both have very busy schedules and Jessica and Michael were extremely accommodating in being able to meet with us after hours and often on short notice. They were always accessible and responsive via phone, email, and in person. They were so thoughtful, detail-oriented, and involved in all steps of planning - taking our initial bare bone vision and developing it into an amazing day from beginning to end, while still keeping each detail feel like "us" and exactly in line with what we wanted the overall feel to be like.
They had great suggestions and contacts for all of the design details and vendors, and everything that they were involved in (from flowers/linens to cigar rollers/gelato cart) added such a special touch that all came together beautifully. We wanted so many different elements to our wedding (modern, non-traditional, yet still both elegant with a party vibe) that many planners would have found difficult to work with, but Jessica and Michael totally ran with it and really made it a perfect blend of everything. Thanks to their hard work, our actual wedding day was super stress-free - even when it rained that morning and we had to move the ceremony site to a different location, we knew they had it covered! We were able to have fun and really enjoy the entire experience because Jessica and Michael's hard work and organization. We can't recommend them enough and they are such a pleasure to work with...the best decision we made in our planning process was going with JCG Events! -

I cannot give enough praise to Jessica and JCG Events. Jessica is absolutely phenomenal at her job and made planning our wedding in South Beach an absolute dream and, what's more, a lot of fun too!! She is all over every single detail and pulled together the day of our dreams. At some points, I think she understood what we wanted even more than we did! We were planning our wedding from the UK, which Jessica was completely unfazed by and via hundreds of emails and countless Skype calls she took such good care of us from beginning to end.
Jessica is attentive and 100% responsive. She always gets back to you in such a short time and follows up on all the queries you have with a diligence that is unbelievable. She is always open to ideas and never blinks, even at the crazy ones (like arranging for a plane to fly by straight after the ceremony!!). She tailored all of her recommendations for vendors perfectly and every single one she suggested we were absolutely delighted with. Jessica went the extra mile to ensure we had the best day ever, running random errands for us and we cannot thank her enough. She is also patient, incredibly calm, kind and one of the nicest people we have ever met. An absolute joy to have around during such a special time for us.
I should also mention Jessica's wonderful husband, Michael, who was also an absolute star. He and Jessica are an A class team and work together so well. They are also great fun!

We would like to say a huge 'Thank you' to Jessica! She was amazing at planning our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with the final result. She was very diligent and accommodating with lots of creativity. We were particularly impressed with how she handled our long distance wedding - we live in London but our wedding was in Miami. JCG Events and Jessica are exceptional. Everything on our wedding day was executed flawlessly, no doubt because of Jessica. But besides the execution of events on the day of the wedding, the ENTIRE experience of working with Jessica was impeccable. I was an out of State bride, which would typically add a lot of stress to the wedding planning process because I was not locally on the ground overseeing all wedding planning aspects. But because of Jessica and her industry expertise, I never once felt that I HAD to be in Miami overseeing things. I flew in when important decisions (i.e. wedding cake flavors) needed to be made but other than those decisions, I was completely confident in Jessica's ability to make my vision come to life (once she helped me refine that vision!). The fact that I was working with Jessica all the way from Chicago never mattered. Jessica used Skype, Pinterest, email, and conference calls to make sure that we (my husband and I) and all the vendors were always on the same page. In addition to Jessica making sure our wedding was perfect, here are a few other details - She is SUPER responsive. She always got back to us super fast. And in times when Jessica knew she would be out of pocket ahead of time (like she would be at a client's wedding), she will tell you well in advance so that you never panic wondering where she is. She will take over everything on the big day. You don't have to worry about a thing. She advises you on when vendors are arriving, where they will be, who they will be asking for, etc. She conducts the actual rehearsal the day before, she comes on site visits with you, she will run errands for you (I needed some special balloons blown up and could not get to a Party City), you can ship things to her office and she will store them for you. The list goes on and on....seriously, there's nothing she won't do. And she'll kill you with kindness to boot!

Jessica and Michael of JCG Events are a true dream wedding team! I contacted Jessica shortly after my engagement with the plans of meeting with several wedding planners before choosing which to hire. Suffice it to say, I only met with Jessica and hired her immediately. Jessica provided endless inspiration and ideas throughout the process, while also allowing me to be as involved as I wanted to be or as my schedule would allow. The whole wedding planning process was truly enjoyable and stress free thanks to Jessica and Michael's organization and guidance. Jessica was extremely responsive, there was never an unanswered call or an unanswered email, even when I was sending her twenty emails a day with changing ideas. She truly went the extra mile to make sure all of the details that I had imagined would be in place, from picking up the specific welcome bag souvenirs to tracking down a certain song that we wanted to play at the reception.
While the planning process was a dream, I truly understood the worth of hiring Jessica and Michael in the days leading up to the wedding and the night of our wedding. In the days when most brides are stressed and nervous, I was completely at ease knwoing that Jessica and Michael were handling the final preparations. And when the wedding night came, it was exactly as I had pictured and flawless. Our guests are still raving about the beauty of the event, the details that Jessica and Michael executed to perfection, and the seamlessness of the night. I have no second thoughts about hiring Jessica and Michael and cannot recommend them enough to other couples who are looking for a planner. Our wedding truly wouldn't have been the perfect night that it was without JCG Events! -

We had our wedding on October 6th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Brickell and it was an amazing experience from my first consultation till the morning after my wedding. All the staff members were very supportive and professional and they were able to take care of all the small details. Our wedding planner, Jessica Masi, was nothing less from PERFECTION! Her impeccable taste and knowledge of planning weddings was extremely helpful to me, due to the fact, that I wasn’t a picky bride. She helped to narrow my vision down to a wedding that both my husband and I would be happy with at the end of the day! Any questions we had were addressed and every aspect - from the location, linens, transportation, the food- everyone had compliments on all of the appetizers and the dinner, the set up, the bar, the wait staff, the ceremony set up - everything was really great. She handled all the details of our event perfectly and allowed us to have the best time of our lives while we joined our lives together in front of our family members and our closest friends. She was able to make everything look absolutely stunning and detailed in the courtyard, where our cocktail hour took place, as well as in the ballroom where we had our reception.
The highlight of my wedding planning experience was working with Jessica, with my busy work schedule; she made my wedding needs a priority as if she were planning her own wedding. I can't really find all the words to describe what an incredible pleasure it was to work with Jessica, but if anyone has the opportunity to use JCG Events, I would strongly encourage you to do so!

I can not speak highly enough of the services provided by JCG events. Jessica and Michael are literally the dream team and I am so thankful that I hired them for our wedding this past June. Jessica is extremely efficient and on top of everything. I felt completely taken care of and my stress was immediately relieved the moment she started working. She took care of all the little details - things that I would never have thought about. Beyond being extremely terrific at what she does, she is so friendly and energetic to work with. The day of the wedding Michael was there taking care of everything - he is fantastic. My friends keep asking me if there were any last minute disasters or day of hiccups and I literally have nothing to report. From the moment I woke up on my wedding day I was taken care of. As a groom, I didn’t think that I’d be writing any wedding vendor reviews. However, Jessica and Mike went above and beyond any expectations that we had of a day of coordinator, I felt compelled to be the first male perspective on this review list. From the moment that Jessica became engaged in our planning process, you can tell immediately that she is incredibly efficient, assertive, detail oriented, attentive, and caring. My wife and I picked out all of the vendors prior to hiring Jessica, but when she entered the process, she immediately came in contact with all of them, put together a fantastic and detailed timeline for all parties involved for the wedding day, and ensured that everything would run smoothly and executed accordingly. In addition, she offered invaluable advice and input on various aspects of the event, assisted us with creating seating arrangements for the reception and rehearsal dinner, provided referrals for last minute items, and remained pleasant and calm throughout the entire process. In the days leading up to the wedding, Jessica even helped us put together gift bags for all of our guests, even going so far as stopping by Costco to pick up items for us (We are from NYC and had several items shipped to her office and Jessica went the extra mile to not only gather a few items for us, but she even delivered the gift bags to the respective hotels that our guest stayed at.)
On the day of the wedding, even though we had a possible weather scare (incredibly windy for an outdoor wedding), Jessica and Mike executed their plan to perfection, and our wedding day was absolutely magical. So for all of you prospective grooms out there, imagine an offensive coordinator putting together a vision, a game plan, lining up all the players in the correct places, and effectively performing at a championship level so that my wife and I could relax and enjoy our day. We couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator. Jessica and Mike truly added tremendous value, and if that weren’t enough, they are the nicest and easiest people to work with. We couldn’t recommend JCG Events enough!!

We hired JCG Events for our destination wedding in Miami Beach and we really cannot say enough about the wonderful job they did. Jessica made planning everything from Boston easy & convenient by working on most everything via e-mail and phone, and we really felt like we had an advocate for us when we couldn't be there to meet with vendors in person. From helping us select excellent vendors that were in line with our aesthetic and budget to letting us ship down welcome bag items and decor to store at her offices, Jessica consistently went above and beyond in terms of our expectations.
In terms of the day-of, Jessica and Michael literally worked from 7am to 1am the next day to ensure that our wedding day was just as we had imagined - and it was, thanks to their hard work, event management expertise, and creativity with design. They did an absolutely unbelievable job to make it the most spectacular day possible. We cannot say enough about their services and would highly recommend JCG Events to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the Miami area! They are the best! -

I live in Costa Rica and needed a Wedding planner to help me with the big day planning in Miami. When I first met Jessica I had no doubt she was an excellent professional and would do a very good job planning my wedding; with her experience, sweetness, positive attitude and excellent relationship with all vendors, my wedding was beyond what I have always dreamed of.
Jessica and Mike exceeded my expectations in every way. Chris and I could not be happier with the final results. Everyone is talking about the wedding and complementing us and JCG Events for all the hard work.

We had decided on a NY wedding and were about to sign a contract with a NY wedding planner when my husband’s father fell ill. I knew that changing direction and choosing to have a destination wedding (closer to the in-laws) was going to be challenging for me as I had to rely on the advice and expertise of a planner in that area, and be less hands-on. I felt relieved when we met Jessica because I was confident that she could do the job. She was very professional, courteous, extremely organized and very responsive. She would contact me immediately if she needed me, and kept me informed (and sane) along the way. Her calming demeanor helped to settle my nerves when things outside of our control posed an issue (such as a celebrity photographer scheduling a high end photo shoot at the same venue as ours). Jessica is very personable and works well with vendors -- everyone that works with her speaks very highly of her and her work!!
The one piece of universal advice that I was given in regard to my wedding night was to stop and enjoy the moment - because the night is a whirlwind and goes by so fast. I can honestly say that thanks to Jessica and Mike, my husband and I enjoyed each and every moment without a care, because the event was so well planned out and executed. They made sure that the evening went off without a hitch (and if there was a hitch, I didn’t know about it :)

Jessica is truly amazing at what she does. She gave my husband and I the dream wedding that we did not think we could have. I don’t think you can find a more professional or organized event planner out there. The vendors that she recommended were all top notch and easy to work with. The day of our wedding we saw Jessica in full force, working from morning to night making sure everything was a fairytale. I hired JCG Events for full-service wedding planning. With my busy work schedule and my lack of creativity and knowledge about planning an event, I knew that I needed a professional to help me create the wedding of my dreams. I needed someone who could help me choose the perfect venue, design and execute a jaw-dropping and completely unique look, and take care of all the little details that help make a wedding magical. Jessica saved me hours upon hours of time and work, but more importantly, she was able to achieve a concept that went far beyond my reach of expertise. Her creativity and knowledge about the industry is unbelievable! After interviewing several wedding planners over the phone ,I decided on Jessica. She was so friendly, had great ideas and was extremely organized. She really understood my vision and gave me great advice to make my vision a reality My wedding was amazing everyone is still talking about it and it would not have happened without Jessica.
Being from out of town and working full time, I was worried about being able to get everything done. However, Jessica made everything easy. She had a easy to follow schedule and was flexible with my busy schedule. I never felt overwhelmed or stressed out because I knew Jessica was just an email or phone call away. She was on top of the budget, vendors and my father!!
The vendors she suggested were amazing and a pleasure to work with. They all loved working with Jessica too which made it easier to make sure everything was done to perfection.
There was nothing about my wedding planning experience or my wedding I would change and that is because of Jessica. My husband and I had an amazing time. If I had to do it all again I wouldnt change a thing.

I have an abundant amount of love and gratitude for all that the Jessica and JCG events did to make our "special day" a dream come true.
Jessica is not only an amazing person inside and out, but her professionalism is truly a gift. She carries with her an air of tranquility and the ability to bring calm to any circumstance. She was there from the very beginning of the planning process to the midnight hour on the actual day.

Jessica was UNBELIEVABLE. I don't know what I would have done without her while planning my wedding and especially on the day of.
I had originally hired her as my Day of Coordinator. But after working with her for a few weeks I realized that I needed more help during the planning process so I upgraded my package with her accordingly.
One of the things that I like most about her is that I had several of my vendors tell me what a delight she was to work with. They told me that some wedding coordinators can be pushy or unprofessional, but I always got feedback that Jessica was one of the best. Jessica was the go-to person for all of my vendors, and I am glad that she represented me the way that I would have wanted.
She also always went above and beyond her job description. She was available 7 days a week via phone or email and she never missed a beat. I never had to wait long for a response if I emailed her and she was always on top of all of my requests and questions. I must've thanked her 100 times for always quickly getting back to me and following up with anything I may have needed.
I absolutely with all of my heart recommend Jessica of JCG Events to anybody planning their wedding. She is so organized, professional, and knowledgeable, I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat! -

Jessica is amazing! She helped me find my wedding venue and was extremely helpful with narrowing down my options. She really listened to what I was looking for and in the end we found the perfect place to hold our wedding! She will work with you as little or as much as you want. Initially I just needed help finding a venue and she had no problem showing me options. She also assisted with budgeting the wedding which was really helpful! It's TBD whether I'll be able to use her for full coordination depending on schedules since she is already booked for one of the dates I have in mind but I will definitely use her if I can and would highly recommend her to any south Florida bride! -

Jessica was by far the best thing that ever happened to my wedding! We planned our entire wedding by email and phone from across the country. My husband and I had never been to Miami, and I didn't have this grand plan of what I wanted my wedding to look like. She walked me through every step, and connected me to amazing vendors in the area who were able to produce the most amazing wedding I could have asked for. It was elegant, low-stress, and beautiful. My only regret is that I do not live in Miami to refer others to her. She's the best! -

Working with Masi Events was absolutely one of the the best decisions we made during wedding planning. From start to finish, they were our right hand in making sure we had the wedding of our dreams. It was a blessing to be able to enjoy all aspects of wedding planning and the day of since we could depend on them to make sure all details wen't off without a hitch. They especially exceeded our expectations being the point of contact working with our 30+ wedding vendors and rental companies. If there were any issues or problems, we never even heard about them as they worked to make sure the design and execution was seamless. With both of me and the groom working 50+ hours a week, we knew that we could send them an email and they would take care of it. Jessica and Michael complement each-other so well and it was wonderful to work with a couple who clearly exemplifies a strong marriage. Their passion for creativity and wedding design combined with their organization and attention to detail make them worth every penny. I initially met with Jessica in the spring of 2012 to discuss the possibility of working with JCG Events on our upcoming wedding. After the first couple of minutes of that initial consultation, I knew that she was exactly who I wanted to work with to create the wedding that my fiance and I envisioned. A couple months after our first meeting, my husband & I completely changed directions and decided that instead of having our wedding at home in Miami we wanted a destination wedding in Italy. Completely unfazed, Jessica immediately went into full planning mode to design the Tuscan wedding of our dreams!
Planning our wedding weekend was definitely a labor of love, and in the end everything came together so much better than I could have ever hoped for! Jessica took my crazy idea of getting married in Italy, and turned it into the most magical weekend of our lives. Every single element was planned with such attention to detail that her services by far exceeded every expectation that I had.
As funny as this may sound, Jessica is probably the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She has this innate ability to make you feel so at ease, and always has such a happy & positive attitude. She is always so calm and collective, I am just shocked at her ability to remain cool when its crunch time. Her husband Michael is a joy to work with as well. Collectively they make an amazing team with such poise and balance.
I cannot say enough about how phenomenal my wedding was, which is a direct reflection on the hard work and dedication Jessica and Michael put into this. I would recommend anyone I know and even don't know for that matter to engage JCG on their journey down the aisle.
