MaryBeth traveled to Folly Beach SC for our Spring wedding as well as completed our engagement photos in Louisville. We were very pleased with all of our photos. From the moment I contacted MaryBeth, I knew I was going to love her! She was so incredibly responsive, helpful, and sweet. To have her travel to California for my wedding was a dream come true.. I couldn't have asked for a kinder, more talented photographer and I'm completely in love with my wedding photos. We hired MaryBeth for our engagement photographs, bridal portraits, and our wedding. To say we love her work is an understatement. She is professional, personable, and extremely talented - qualities that you very rarely find in a single person.
When it came to our wedding photographs, we wanted something outside of the cookie-cutter "everybody-pose-for-the-camera" look - not that there's anything wrong with this type of photograph, we just wanted a professional edge and pushed beyond the standard to capture the personal side of things...the emotions that were felt throughout the day.
MaryBeth is a master of capturing the emotion of a moment, just look at any of her photographs. We will forever treasure the photos she has taken of our life experiences. The wedding day itself went by so quickly that it is a relief to know that she captured so much of what happened and what we and our guests were feeling.
If you're looking for an absolutely spectacular photographer to capture the true essence of your day, you need to hire MaryBeth.

MaryBeth was a FANTASTIC photographer at my wedding. You can just browse through her portfolio and see the talent, which is why I knew she would be the perfect photographer for my wedding. She captures moments throughout the day that you as the bride may not even notice. All of my pictures are amazing. MaryBeth really utilized the venue and finds amazing backgrounds for each and every photo. I highly recommend her, she was awesome!MaryBeth was a FANTASTIC photographer at my wedding. I cannot say enough good things about MaryBeth. She photographed our wedding, bridal portraits, and engagement photos all of which I could not have been happier with. The photos are simply beautiful and she truly captured every aspect of our day from getting ready all the way through our departure, and parts we wouldn't have even thought to capture. My wedding venue was one she had never shot at before, but she arrived beforehand to form a plan and found the perfect places for all our wedding photos to be taken at the plantation. I can't even remember how many times people commented on how kind, patient and professional MaryBeth was at our wedding. She did such a great job keeping everything moving with our large families and wedding party. It was truly a pleasure working with her throughout the entire planning process, and I hope to work with her again in the future. WOW! Despite her tiny size, she makes BIG headlines! MaryBeth was just awesome. She was able to capture every small detail of my wedding! She was in control of the surroundings, offered great angles and made me feel like a America's Next Top Model! I loved her eye and the moments she captured in black and white. She is an attentive listener and very organized. Her packages are extremely reasonable, and I felt she was a sister of mine(from another mother). I loved her and so will you!WOW! Mary Beth was incredible to work with! She is so flexible and is willing to take on any situation that comes at her. She has an amazing way with people and is great at directing a bunch of people to set up perfect shots while staying on time! When we received our wedding photos back from her, we were amazed. She made us look like models that could have been on any bridal magazine. They were simply stunning! We have recommended her to numerous families we know for wedding photography and family photography! MaryBeth is an AMAZING photographer. We chose her because of her beautiful photos, but she is also very professional. We booked her for our KY wedding shortly before she moved to NC. If I hadn't known she'd moved, her service did not reflect it. She was still very responsive to our needs and came with a great attitude after traveling across states to be at our wedding. Our pictures came out beautifully and were WELL worth the price. HIGHLY recommended!MaryBeth is an AMAZING photographer. Where to start... Marybeth is the person who you can meet for the first time and feel like you have been friends forever. She has a certain comfort and ease with everyone and everything which makes her that much better to work with. She knows what she is doing and she is doing what she loves, she will give you nothing less than her absolute best. She captures all of those moments that you assume will be missed or forgotten and just has an eye for the most beautiful photos imaginable. People always say our photos look like model shots. I wish I had taken more time to identify what shots I wanted though (which all wedding books/blogs tell us). As a bride, I should have had a better idea of what I wanted so I could expediently get every picture I desired - notorious 'bride blunder'. Hind sight is 20/20 but EVERY picture MaryBeth took was phenomenal!
I tend to be a tough reviewer but it was her first time working in our massive venue and she did an amazing job. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
