The Frenchs

Josh & Amanda were our photographers for our wedding and I could not be happier with our decision to go with them! They are quick to respond, warm, welcoming, and extremely talented. They are so skilled at using natural light in their photography and created unique shots that we love. All of the pictures are beautiful and turned out better than we could have imagined, it's so hard to pick favorites!

Josh & Amanda were professional, on time, and prepared the day of our wedding. They photographed for us for ~11 hours. They were very welcoming to our idea of us wanting to recreate some shots from inspiration pictures. They also have a very helpful wedding guide available on their website. You can tell this is their passion and they help make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. We can't recommend them enough and can't wait to hire them for future family photos!

If you are looking for someone who is going to create unique and artistically styled photographs, The Frenchs are your people. What drew me to hire Josh and Amanda was their style and how unique their photographs were compared to other wedding photographers. Once I started speaking with them, it all made sense. These are not humans that picked up a camera one day and decided to shoot wedding pictures as a hobby. These are actual artists who have a rich and deep knowledge of how to create something entirely special out of the seemingly ordinary.

On top of the talent, Josh was amazing to work with. He met with me to discuss what style I was looking for in my photos. Personally, I wanted raw and authentic shots that truly captured the wedding as it was. I wasn't disappointed and actually cried looking through the photos because they were *exactly* what I wanted. I gave Josh artistic freedom and the shots are breathtaking. As someone who does photography as just a hobby, I wish I knew how to recreate the magic myself ha!

I also hired The Frenchs to do the videography and it was also tear-inducing (and by that I mean I ugly sobbed). The video was amazing and again captured not just the wedding but the personalities of everyone involved. You could feel the love through the screen.

Don't wait, book these photographers. You will not find better.

If we could give 10 stars, we would! Working with Josh and Amanda was the best decision we made for our wedding. We found The Frenchs after my husband and I were disappointed with the first photographer we had hired to do our wedding. We had lost our deposit when we decided to switch to The Frenchs, but it was honestly the best decision we made! Josh was not only very responsive to any questions we had, but he also checked-in consistently throughout the wedding planning process, and organized a questionnaire for us to help us plan our day. He made sure that we were comfortable in front of the camera and also balanced it out by letting us enjoy our day and seamlessly capturing our special moments with little to no interruption. He was also very helpful in directing poses as needed. He went out of his way to get good shots for our couple portraits, and worked with our timeline even though our reception ran late and there was not enough time for getting ready shots for my husband and his groomsmen. He was also very patient in making sure all photos with our family and friends were captured. Amanda was also the sweetest! They both made our wedding so special, and my husband and I can tell that they are both very passionate people, and that they care deeply about their work and their clients. We will certainly work with Josh and Amanda again in the future!
