I’ve had a privilege to get know Marie Nicole as a wedding planner throughout a year, and she meant business when it came to make a wedding planning seriously. If I were to get married again, I would hire her immediately with no worries and stress-free. She is willing to go above and beyond if you put your mind and trust in her. All you have to do is put your wedding vision, she will come up with it exactly what you are trying to put all together. She has an amazing relationship with other vendors, and genuinely cares for them and wants them to be perfect on the wedding day. Most importantly, she cares what the bride wants! Her positive energy radiates through the whole zoom meetings, meeting in person, and even in the end of the wedding day. I would 100000% recommend her to the future bride-to-be! -

Marie, writing with review makes me emotional!!! You were the best thing that ever could happen for our wedding. You literally saved us so many times when we had no idea what we were doing. At first I thought I could do it all, and then after booking vendors, I was at a standstill, and I found you and you held my hand every step of the way. You made our day so magical and amazing!! And let’s not forget about your assistant!! What an amazing team you have going on.
Not only have Marie been an amazing planner, but she became an amazing friend 🩷 everyone needs to hire her ASAP!!!!!! -

Our wedding in March 2024, at Magnolia Manor in Vero Beach, Florida, was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to Marie Nicole. Planning a wedding from across the country is no small feat, but Marie made it feel not only possible but also enjoyable.
We live on the West Coast, and it was extremely helpful to have a wedding planner who knows the Vero Beach area so well and has a community of reliable vendors and contacts. Marie was considerate of our budget and timeline for a wedding with a guest count of nearly 150 and many people traveling from out-of-state. She helped us to arrange for a hotel block near our venue when initially we had been having difficulty getting quotes. She worked with our caterer to accommodate the many dietary restrictions of our wedding guests and form a dinner menu that worked for everyone! Being a bride with some dietary restrictions myself, I was impressed by Marie’s ability to make sure that I had many options at all meals, from the rehearsal dinner, through the wedding, and into the following day’s lunch!
What stood out to us was how Marie tuned into our vision of a tropical, community-centric celebration. She nailed it, from the flowers and music to the overall ambiance, making our day feel personal and true to us. Marie made sure things ran smoothly so that we could fully enjoy the moment with friends and family.
Choosing Marie was one of the best decisions we made. Her experience, organization, connections, and ability to execute were invaluable. We're grateful for her hard work and how she went above and beyond, making our wedding a day we'll always remember fondly.

Our venue recommended Marie Nicole for wedding planning and I'm so happy we went with her! She was on top of everything from start to the end. We met on a monthly basis leading up to the wedding, and then more frequently close to the wedding. I always looked forward to our meetings together and enjoyed working with her. My wedding was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I don't know what we would've done without her. . She was running around at the wedding ensuring that everything was on schedule and going as planned. She is the best wedding planner we could've asked for, even attending our food tastings, cake tastings, and anything else we needed. Choose Marie Nicole for wedding planning! -

As soon as I had my first meeting with Marie Nicole I knew I needed her help. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. I had vendors and a venue in place and she was able to pick up right where I left off & take over. She always answered every email and text promptly. If I had a question, she had an answer. The night before our wedding, I found out we had unexpected guests that were planning on attending. She overheard the conversation & already had it figured out before I even brought it up to her. She was always two steps ahead. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. We were able to enjoy our time with our family & friends eating, dancing & making memories. I don’t think we ever left the dance floor. If anything went wrong, I had no idea. Marie Nicole was by our side before, during and after our wedding. I’m sure she helped in more ways than we probably even know. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your lives and it should be treated that way. My husband and I will always have this perfect memory of our perfect day & the new friend we made that helped everything run smoothly. Trust me, you want her on your team! -

We had the pleasure of meeting Marie about a year and a half before our wedding date. Right after our first meeting we knew she was someone we wanted to work with. Marie was very professional, flexible, and involved throughout the entire wedding planning process. Our wedding was out of town and any time we needed to visit other vendors she would have no problem making the drive for us. We can truly say that Marie was with us every step of the way. We couldn’t imagine planning our wedding without her, she was an amazing person to work with. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! -

If you have a chance to work with Marie do it! Could not recommend Marie enough. Not only did she bring my vision to life - she made the entire planning process easy, stress-free and fun. She has such a positive energy. She is incredibly talented - she’s always honest with you on her opinions if you want to hear it or not. Marie is Communicative and knowledgeable. My wedding day was beyond my expectations my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing because Marie was on top of everything. We did a little mini morning wedding with lots of kids/babies and even a dog and she was sure to accommodate and help control everybody!! -

Words cannot even describe how grateful I am to have Marie by my side through the entire wedding planning process! She was able to take our vision (which was just a few random ideas here and there) work her magic and truly bring it all to life for an unforgettable event. Without her I know I would have been a complete mess - trying to handle everything, coordinate all the vendors and putting out fires left and right - which as a bride was the last thing I wanted to do. I messaged her after one of our first calls telling her I could FINALLY breathe because she took all the stress building up in my head and gave us the most simple plan ever. Marie took care of us like we were her only clients and I could tell that she was just as excited about our wedding as we were! She was prepared for everything, always on time and handled tough situations on the day with ease. Miracle Worker !
I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I reached out to Marie she made me feel peace and reassurance. I came to her with ideas and a Pinterest board and that was about it. She took all my ideas and planned the most amazing wedding for us ! She was patient with my emotions and helped me navigate the entire process with ease. All of her vendor recommendations were spot on and booking them was easy ! I trusted her with so many details and she truly worked miracles. Not to mention the day of our wedding she had everything so organized the days went seamless and I didn’t have to worry about a thing ! Best investment I ever made. -

Booking Marie was the best thing we did for our wedding. She was so organized, dependable, and her knowledge of everything wedding was unbeatable. She hooked us up with insanely talented vendors that had all of our guests asking where the heck we found these people! Marie was accommodating and flexible with her schedule and went out of her way to make things stress free & easy for us to make it possible to plan a wedding while living out of state. We had some inclement weather pop of the day of our wedding, so last second marie rearranged our ceremony location to keep us safe from the storm and it truly blew our minds how she pulled it off so fast and made it absolutely beautiful! She is amazing and made our special day even better. She is worth every penny and more and I’d recommend her to everyone! -

Marie is wonderful!
Marie made planning our Florida wedding from Maryland easy! She is extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. We really wanted a small and relaxed wedding, and Marie completely understood the vibe. On the day of our wedding, we were able to have fun and enjoy our guests instead of worrying. Would definitely recommend Marie for any type or size of wedding! -

I started my wedding planning journey living on the west coast and Marie made it so easy to work with her. She was flexible in regards to our three hour time difference and was always prompt and organized for our meetings. Towards the end of the planning process my husband and I moved back to Fl and I was able to continue working with Marie in person. She was always on top of things, keeping little details organized and always replying promptly. She was also great in her communications with all of my vendors and I couldn’t have asked for someone better to take control of the planning process. I am usually the one doing all the planning and organizing in my corner of the world but I completely trusted Marie to handle things the way I would. If you need someone who is kind, passionate, and hard working, Marie is your girl! -

Marie brings her wedding A-game every step of the way
Marie was an absolute gem. Her attention to detail, check-ins, meetings and everything in between always ensured we were on the same page and never behind schedule. And, if there were ever any issues with a vendor, she made sure to assist in handling the situation. Not only did Marie bring her wedding A-game every step of the way, she also became our friend. Moreover, while being an extremely important day in our lives, I was conscious that wedding vendors are constantly churning out weddings. But, what I loved about Marie is that she understood that even though she's in the wedding business , she's also in the people business, and never once did she make us feel like we were just another wedding. We could not recommend her enough. Whatever you're hoping for in a wedding planner, Marie's it and then some. -

I had an unplanned illness the day of my wedding. A lot of adjustments had to be made including contacting the vendors to notify them. She made my wedding even better than I expected originally with the last minute adjustments. I would recommend her to any bride but especially a busy bride who needs someone to take over and take care of the details! She was the best! -
