Magnolia Ridge did a fantastic job at my wedding I have beautiful pictures. At the reception I never even new they were there taking pictures. I woyld highly recommend them.

Magnolia Ridge has captured my wedding and surrounding events in a way that I could have never imagined (and I used to work in wedding photography as a hobby!). From engagement, to bridal and from wedding at the courthouse to the rooftop reception, we have enjoyed working with MR and would recommend them 100%! They know how to make you look your absolute best. The sessions were enjoyable (she even made my dog grin). Can't wait for an anniversary shoot next year!

I used Magnolia Ridge Photography for my wedding they Krista and her husband were absolutely wonderful. They were easy to work with, very professional, and a lot of fun. They are creative and created beautiful photos that I can save forever from my special day. They are the nicest people and even cater their photos to your needs. They offer the best options and are very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using them again!

Couldn't ask for better

Krista and Stephen are true masters of their craft, but you are purchasing more than just photographers. You are purchasing a full service team. They take the time and make sure you understand what is going to happen and really help guide you through the entire process. Which just getting married myself is an unbelievable asset to have. If I could award more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely amazing team!

The PERFECT photographers at my wedding

They were absolutely fantastic photographers for my wedding. They were so easy to get along with and gave me some of the most beautiful pictures. They even got my husband to smile. He hates getting his picture taken but he even said he wants to get just regular pictures from them. He felt that comfortable with them. That itself is amazing. They went above and beyond what was required of them and I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful experience I had because of them. They are worth every last penny and I am so glad I found them. I can't imagine that my wedding would have been as good as it was or it going as smoothly without them. Having a photographer(s) that you feel comfortable with is extremely important for a wedding and they are by far the best photographers I've ever had for any event. If you want some amazing pictures and an awesome team to work with then you need to call them and schedule something right away.

I hate that they only offer five stars.... For sure this dynamic duo deserve ten stars! They made our wedding day absolutely perfect! They even decided to do our wedding on their own anniversary! These two are absolutely the best hands down! The turn around time for my wedding photos was half of the competitor's! They do whatever is necessary on the dat to make sure the bride is talen care of and to ensure that they get everything on camera! They are amazing! Mine as well stop searching, you wont find anyone better, I'm positive of that !!

Krista and her husband are shooting my wedding and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Not only does she provide beautiful pictures at a fantastic price (seriously, for the quality of pictures, you’re getting your photos at a steal) but Krista goes above and beyond to make everything happen. When I did my bridal photo session and my boudoir session, I couldn’t have been more nervous about both. Krista was fabulous and really set me at ease. I never felt uncomfortable. She told me how and where to stand for pictures, was always very professional while still being an actual human with you and making every experience a breeze. Not only that, but her communication skills are on point!! Out of ALL of my vendors, she had been the most timely with responses to emails, texts, and phone calls. I have truly been impressed at how wonderful she is with communicating with me. She is also very fast on the photo turn around. I’m so happy I picked Magnolia Ridge Photography!!

We loved working with Magnolia Ridge Photography. They were friendly, honest and very flexible. Krista and Stephen were absolutely amazing! They did our engagements, my bridals, and our wedding photography. Every one of our sessions had some nasty weather, it was either blazing hot or raining. They went above and beyond to make our pictures turn out great! I got so many compliments on them, they're so amazing. They are both wonderful people and they are focused on making you happy and capturing your perfect day. I can't wait to use them again in the future! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Krista and Steven were absolutely amazing for starters! My husband and I had a dream to have a destination wedding somewhere that is like a second home to us. We chose to get married in Beaufort, NC. We looked around that area for photographers and couldn't find anyone that was right for us. I went to a bridal show at Castle McCulloch and met Krista and Steven and fell in love with their personalities and work. They captured every precious moment of our wonderful day. They are so easy to work with and have the go getter personality. They will even take a boat ride with you to bring you to your aisle to walk to your husband:).

Krista and Stephen put in amazing efforts to make sure that my husband and I got each photo we were wanting and even more! They both have an eye for beautiful back grounds and colors. I could not get over how great just our teasers were! I had so many people compliment those and I'm so excited to see the rest. We can't wait to see how great the others have turned out. Not only were they great photographers, but they actually CARED about my wedding day and worked incredibly well with our vendors and family members. They made sure I was comfortable and were really invested in making sure they captured our moments. These two are incredibly wonderful down to earth individuals, and they help to make my wedding night fun. I couldn't have asked for more exciting photographers that made picture taking in nearly 95 degrees so much fun!

Krista is always so nice when I have a question or when we are setting appointments for shoots. She shot my engagement pictures with short notice due to the last snow fall we had this year. The turned out beautifully and I cannot wait to see what she captures from our wedding and after party!

The best photographer's to work with

These two are FANTASTIC! I absolutely can't stress that enough. Krista and Stephen are truly experts and were there to capture every special moment of our wedding. They went above and beyond by helping us pull off our themed wedding and they didn't hesitate to help out and save the day when the one small thing inevitably goes wrong despite all your planning. Our photos are fantastic. They respond amazingly quick. And even after the wedding and after we have our photos they're still willing to help us design our photo album. They are fantastic people to work with and really helpped keep me and my husband at ease the entire time. We will DEFINITELY call on them for future photography needs. We highly recommend them :)

I can honestly say I have not only enjoyed the photos but the company of Stephen and Krista. They truly are genuine and great people to work with. If you are worried about finding photographers who can make you feel at ease in front of the camera, look no further than Magnolia Ridge Photography. The photographers are kind, funny, and easy to get along with. They do their job very professionally, but nothing ever feels stuffy. In addition to taking pictures, the photographers go out of their way to be helpful on your wedding day. On my wedding day, they carried umbrellas, adjusted my dress countless times, set up beautiful shots, put my hair back in place, helped get everyone organized and on time, and much more! I could not have asked for a better experience from Magnolia Ridge Photography.

Krista and Stephen not only captured the memories of our special day but they created one of my favorite memories. We accidentally ended up back to back through our tent and she had us hold hands moments before walking out. Great work and nice people

I loved working with Magnolia Ridge Photography. Not only did they do our engagement shoot, they also did our wedding. Me and my husband are not use to being in front of a camera and were nervous, but they helped us relax and loosen up. It was a great price and got the photos back in a couple of weeks. They understood our personalities and had great ideas on how to show them in the photos. They were also willing to work on the husbands birthday which I was very thankful for! They are great people and I definitely recommend them!

There aren't enough words to explain how amazing Krista and Steven are, and how outstanding their work is! They did both my engagement photos and my wedding day photos, and they're all so amazing I can't decide which ones to print! They were professional from day one, but also very down to earth and easy to warm to up. They make you feel extremely comfortable at all times. They captured every moment perfectly, and even surprised me with photos of moments I didn't know happened on the big day! They embraced the nerdy aspects of my wedding, and brought their own flare of nerdiness to it, including bringing light sabers for us to use during our glowstick departure! They also were always on the look out for more photo ops, and when one came up they asked us if it was okay to go off the timeline for a few minutes to capture this beautiful moment (a huuuuuge full moon off the balcony, some of the best pictures of the night). They were never demanding or intrusive in what WE wanted, they made sure of that. In fact, they were so out of the way, at times I didn't remember they were there. Even our guests didn't end up with pictures of them in the background! One guest was struggling to take some selfies on her own, and Krista came over and not only helped by taking pictures on the guests phone, but she let her get in several different poses and made that guest feel like she was a runway model! That's how big their hearts are. They make you feel like they're a part of your family, they're such amazing individuals and incredibly blessed with awesome photography skills! They're very quick to respond, and they even helped with other aspects of wedding planning -- not just the Photography part! Which was very helpful when you don't always know what you want/need, Krista was always there to help!
Like I said, there aren't enough words to describe their outstanding abilities, but I can promise you won't be let down! They're worth even more than they charge, and earned the 5 stars!

I first meet Krista and Stephen at a Bridal Show at Castle McCulloch. My mother, sister, and I were very impressed with Krista's professionalism, suggestions, and photos. She made us feel very comfortable talking with her. After reviewing hers and other suggested photographers reviews and pricing in the area, we choose Magnolia Ridge Photography for our rehearsal and wedding. Krista was so flexible (when calling her...way too much and meeting up to discuss pictures and wedding schedule) and really worked with my budget. I honestly had a blast planning my wedding pictures with her. We did a themed Medieval/Renaissance rehearsal at Castle McCulloch and Krista jumped on board with it and provided us with the most amazing pictures. For our wedding Krista and Stephen captured the magic and love of that day. I cannot get over how beautiful my wedding pictures turned out. They are both so talented and really love what they are doing. They really know how to use the venue and lighting to capture great shots. It was such a pleasure working with them. Magnolia Ridge Photography took photos for my sisters wedding and I just had to have them for mine. They are extreemly amazing and take beautiful photos. I am so pleased and have recommended them for other people in my life. They are great at making you feel comfortable and getting the prefect shot, even with a stubborn subject. They traveled two hours to come and take photos at my wedding, they were on time, and stayed late. Krista and her husband make an amazing team and got photos of all of my guest plus the special requests I made. So for starters, Krista and Stephen are Great to work with and are creatively the BEST! After being turned down by two other photographers in the area (due to having a evening outside wedding, and the possibility of difficult lighting for the evening hours).......... I know right, smh- (and the wedding reception ended just at dark)! Either way, I made it my personal mission find the perfect one. We did both our engagement photos and wedding photography with Magnolia Ridge. To the Bride to be's and wedding planners, look no further. The responsiveness, professionalism, value, flexibility and quality are among none other! I have heard of the mess you can have allowing, your uncle or family friend do your photos; it's just not the same! Do yourself a huge favor and make the investment! Krista and Steve were incredibly thorough and really inventive with the different shots they took. We liked how they divide and conquer from the ladies and gents getting ready all the way to the reception. Beyond that and, even more importantly, they were amazing human beings. As the bride, I was incredibly nervous for the first part of the evening and they didn't hesitate to ask how I was and offer water and anything else to calm me down. We look forward to hiring them again for future family photo sessions! We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Krista was extremely responsive to any emails and questions I had and willing to move stuff around to fit in a shoot I asked for last minute. She and her husband were super fun to work with and meshed well with my goofy family. They captured the feel of our wedding perfectly. Having two photographers come standard with packages was awesome, but it seems like they could have been utilized better, doing their own thing more. We were at a smaller venue so I guess that would have been difficult for them to be super separate. I wish there were more pictures of people in their seats/at the dinner tables only because a lot of my guests did not dance so they are not in many/any of the pictures and more “unposed” pictures of my husband and I talking with guests. Having a photo album come standard with all packages would have been nice because I can’t afford to drop another $200 on a nice album and don’t have the creative ability to make one on my own!

Krista spent extra time just getting to know my husband and I. This made our engagement and wedding photos feel more relaxed. It also made us feel more important. She remembered stuff about us that she'd incorporate into photos and it made the photos more than just a pose.
She was also willing to meet whenever we needed. We'd need to meet at 3 on a weekday or 6:30 and she was so understanding of we got stuck in traffic.
We got the package with two photographers, all day wedding, flash drive with all photos edited and canvas with photo of our choice.

It's worth the price!!! This is a couple & they both take shots from different angles . It's like having TWO photographers . They captured our most precious moments & they had as much fun as we did . It was a joy for these guys to be a part of our Special Day .

My husband and I hired Magnolia Ridge for our wedding on September 01, 2017. Overall, we are very pleased with our pictures and I thought they did a great job capturing our special moments. They got a number of absolutely breathtaking shots and were creative with the use of my veil. I was not a bride that did a lot of research into what poses I wanted, so it would have been nice for a little bit more direction during the "getting ready" phase. Also, there was sometimes a lack of attention to detail. For example, we have a couple pictures of our tables and decor in the venue, but the head-table was not finished being set-up by the caterer. The napkins were not in place yet and drink cans were on the table, and that is how the picture was captured. However, as I said previously, they took some amazing photographs of the ceremony, our bridal party, our family, and the reception. The quality of work, the quantity of photos we received, the professionalism of both photographers. and the price (less than $2,000) are really hard to beat. I have already recommended them to others getting married in the Greensboro area because I love looking through my wedding photos so much. Thanks Magnolia Ridge!
