How do I put into words how thankful I am for the Magnolia Collective team! We worked with Meagan at the beginning of the process and from the first phone call, she had an exuberance and passion for weddings that drew us to this group. As a couple planning a wedding in NC from out of state, the guidance Meagan provided was invaluable. She made time to chat with us over Zoom and went to floral and rental meetings, talking us through this whole process that was so new to us. She was so kind, warm, communicative, and patient through all of the questions we asked. Our day of team, Bailey and Emily, were brought on board months before our actual wedding to guide us through final details, and the way they interacted with our other vendors and made everything flow so seamlessly was truly the most impressive thing! We didn't have to worry about a thing in the days leading up to the wedding! Our guests mentioned that everything went off without a hitch and the timing of each part of the wedding was perfect! -

The entire Magnolia Collective team was absolutely phenomenal! Being an out-of-town couple, we worked with Meagan, Lauren and Samantha throughout the planning process. We selected the wedding coordination package with some a-la-carte services and they completely went above and beyond. Absolutely worth every penny (and more).
Their help was so valuable on anything and everything including helping us with finding vendors, signage, delivery of items and overall coordinating our big day from the moment we signed with them. Any moment I felt stressed I reached out and they instantly helped alleviate or talked me off the ledge!
The day itself was perfect, I felt zero stress knowing I was in good hands. Everything went off without a hitch due to their professionalism and superior service. Highly recommend!! -

We worked with Lauren and she went above and beyond in making our day incredible. From the moment I first contacted her, she was available to answer my questions and help keep my planning on track. My husband and I got married in March of 2023, and we used Magnolia Collective’s full-service package for our wedding at The Maxwell in Raleigh. From the very beginning, Megan and Lauren impressed us with their quick responses to our questions and their exceptional organizational skills, both in the lead-up to our wedding and on the big day itself.
The initial call with Megan's team allowed us to determine if we were a good fit for each other. Megan walked us through the company, the process, and the available packages in detail. We were seeking a planner who would be totally hands-on so we could be hands-off, and Magnolia Collective was perfect for that role.
Megan and Lauren were always quick to respond to our calls and emails, helping us build an incredible team of vendors for our wedding. The vendors they recommended were top-notch and aligned perfectly with our vision. Megan even attended our rental appointment and picked out everything we needed based on our likes and dislikes from our style boards. This level of personalized service was exceptional and ensured that every detail matched our vision perfectly.
Best of all, Megan’s team organized and coordinated our wedding so seamlessly that any minor issues went completely unnoticed. We trusted Megan’s team with every aspect of our wedding, providing them with our preferences, and they brought our vision to life beautifully. Their list of trusted vendors and strong reputation with them made the entire process stress-free.
A special shout-out to Lauren, who was fabulous! She assisted with the set-up on the day of the wedding and checked in on me regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. She was always pleasant to email and speak with, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable.

I am a planner by heart. I love my spreadsheets, powerpoints, and notebooks to keep me organized. At the beginning of the planning process, I wanted control and oversight over every detail throughout the planning process. But what I did not want to do, was have to lift a single finger on my wedding day. I wanted a day of coordinator and team that I could put my full confidence and trust to pull off the vision I spent over a year analyzing and curating. That's were Meagan and Abby came in. In the beginning of the planning, my husband and I were overwhelmed with options and price points all over the board. We wanted a day of coordinator, but needed a little bit of TLC throughout the process to make sure we were making the right choices. I didn't mind doing all the leg work, but wanted the expertise of professionals in the business! Meagan was able to give us guidance about what average prices were for the market, what vendors she'd worked with that she recommended, and then let us do the rest of the work. It was the perfect balance for someone who felt organized and independent, but wanted a little reassurance! She was so friendly and kind, and instantly made my husband and I feel like we were planning our wedding with a friend! She came with us to our rental meeting, helping us navigate the nearly endless number of linen and plates available! She was so flexible with our timing and worked with our appointments (we had to drive from the DC Metro area to Charlottesville for our wedding - so we had to be very strategic about our planning visits). The day of, Meagan and Abby took care of everything - including last minute changes to floor plans and making sure all the decor was set up correctly. But most of all, they kept our bridal party of 14 in line with grace and humor. It's a fine line with keeping everyone happy and on the right track. They checked in to make sure we were fed and drinking water - something I greatly appreciated! They took care of so many small details that we didn't even think of, and were there to the bitter end - making sure everyone got on the bus safely and all the decor was broken down. I truly cannot thank them enough for making our day so easy. As a bonus, they were so receptive and welcoming to some of our non-traditional elements to the day as well as our LGBTQ+ members of our party and our day. It wasn't even a question or concern. When we asked for recommendations of vendors that fit our values, she provided perfect recommendations that matched our budget, our vibe, and our wishes! Whether you want full service planning, or hands-off, day of coordination like we wanted, Meagan and her team are the BEST choice! -

Magnolia Collective - Meagan - came included in our package with our wedding venue. But boy - was she absolutely amazing. My husband and I were so impressed with her the day prior and the day of our wedding. She ran the day-of so smoothly and not only made my husband and I feel calm and relaxed, but made sure we had the most amazing time! We truly didn't have to do a thing on our wedding day except enjoy it!! We are so grateful our venue teams up with Magnolia Collective because we truly could not have imagined our day without her. Meagan and Magnolia Collective Events are absolutely incredible. They are hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding! I have a hard time putting into words how thankful I am to booked with Meagan because no words seem good enough to describe the experience of working with her.
We got engaged in 2020, and I started looking at day-of coordinators/month of planners and came across Meagan and Magnolia Collective. When I talked with Meagan, she was so kind and made me feel at ease in just one conversation. I knew she was the right person to book with because I could tell she cared about her couples, and that she had the ability to make stressful situations easier through her knowledge and encouraging demeanor.
Whenever I had a question, Meagan was there. She came with my mom and I to several vendor meetings and assisted in bringing our vision to life while remaining within our budget. She came with us to our venue meetings/walk throughs which made everything a breeze because she helped make sure we were remembering and thinking of everything! She made me feel empowered and validated when making decisions, and was so supportive each step of the way. When we had to postpone our celebration from 2020 to September 2021 due to COVID-19, Meagan helped make sure all of our vendors could switch dates and was so empathetic and helpful - she made us feel so important and like such a priority while I know she was also doing the same for countless other couples!
On our wedding day, I was re-affirmed how great of a decision it was to work with Meagan and Magnolia Collective. She and the team ensured that everything was perfect and they made it look easy while doing it. Everything was taken care of which allowed me to truly enjoy the day to the fullest. She was so much fun to work with as well, she kept me laughing and calm through everything. It felt like I was working with a friend, and that is what Meagan became to me throughout this process - a friend. I would recommend Meagan and Magnolia Collective to anyone and everyone. Meagan and Magnolia Collective were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. We met Meagan in 2019 when we were on a venue tour. The venue manager introduced us to her and as soon as she finished showing us the space and telling us about how we could use the space, my dad gently nudged me (when Meagan wasn't looking) and said, "This girl knows her stuff. Hire her." I told my dad that I needed to think about it, but deep down, I knew it too.
From the minute we officially hired Magnolia Collective, we were constantly reassured that we made the right decision. Not only did Meagan and her team flawlessly lead us through a magnitude of changes with our wedding date (4th time was a charm!) and venue during a pandemic from over 1200 miles, but they were also a source of calm during the entire wedding planning process. Any time that we needed anything during the wedding planning process, Meagan was always there for us. She went to both the floral and linens meetings with us and even helped to set-up virtual appointments with other vendors when I was uncertain about some linen selections that I had made.
Although all of these things are wonderful, my favorite thing about Meagan and Magnolia Collective was the love and care that her business outwardly exemplifies. When we first started working with Meagan, we let her know that we wanted to prioritize choosing vendors who were from communities of Color, LGBTQ+ friendly, and vendors who prioritized social justice and inclusive spaces. Every time we asked her for a recommendation, she delivered. Thinking back to our wedding day, you could just feel the love and joy in the room and there's no doubt in our minds that Meagan and Magnolia Collective (Savannah + Natalie) were a huge part in bringing together the perfect team for us on the most special day in our lives. Hiring a wedding planner was hands down the best decision we could have ever made! -

After canceling our destination wedding due to the pandemic, we were in need of a wedding planner. We had it narrowed down to two highly recommended individuals. We chose Meagan and Magnolia Collective based on our conversation and fit. We were NOT disappointed! Magnolia Collective was great in every aspect from arranging vendor meet-ups, to helping pick out linens, to making sure we (the bride and groom) were free to enjoy our day. Everyone at the event commented on how smoothly the day went and just how approachable everyone was - as if they were part of our friend and family group (which they now are!). The event went so well, multiple family and friends asked if we can do this every year! Highly recommend Meagan and her team. They are proactive, communicate well, flexible, and overall they love their job and are super fun to work with. -

I was an October 2020 Bride. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not what I could have ever expected. Original plan had a guest count of 175 people but living in North Carolina we had a lot of mandates about guest count that kept changing so we hosted a small child free outdoor wedding with 40 people including staff and live streamed for everyone else. I felt defeated it was not turning out like the wedding I had always dreamed about, we hit so many obstacles along the way and if it weren’t for my dad’s health we probably would’ve have postponed. I thought I was going to be able to do it all myself and boy was that a mistake. I was up to my ears in DIY projects and disappointments when I finally reached out to Meagan at Magnolia Collective. I had been at a few weddings she planned and knew she was my only hope. Not only did I need a planner/coordinator I needed what every brunch wedding needs… a giant cinnamon roll cake! Without hesitation Meagan and her team made it happen. Becca at Magnolia was our coordinator and Meagan made my OH SO DELICIOUS cake. They worked so seamlessly with my photographer and catering staff and made the day effortless. Becca wrangled our goofy crew and had so much fun with our rehearsal the night before. It is so true when they tell you in the end you won’t remember everything that went wrong along the way. I look back at my wedding and I don’t think about all of my obstacles, I think about how perfect it was to have my Family and closest friends there while I said “I DO” to my best friend. I remember my mom and sister helping me into my dress. I remember about dancing and laughing with my bridesmaid while getting ready. I remember how blue my husbands eyes looked. I remember how yummy my cranberry apple cider mimosas and Cinnamon roll cake were. The day felt easy I didn’t have a worry in the world because everything was handled by Magnolia Collective. Every question I had, every worry I felt the handled with care and understanding. They made my day perfect I couldn’t have done it without them. -

Dream Wedding Planning
Where to start with the absolute joy and pleasure it was to work with Magnolia Collective. From the first call I made to Meagan, she exuded the vibes that emphasized having fun and focusing on the start of our marriage as the center point to all of the celebrations. She introduced us to the MOST amazing vendors (her circle and reputation in the wedding industry in the Triangle speaks volumes to her integrity in the field) and walked us through every step of the way. She was always accessible and gave us good advise as we began the early stages of planning.
And then COVID happened. I’m telling you, pandemic or no pandemic, get. yourself. a. wedding. planner. Just do it. They will be the best investment you can make. She was an instant spot of anxiety-relief, and by joining the North Carolina Wedding Alliance, was a voice and advocate for hosting safe and enjoyable events.
I was in Iowa when I got engaged with my fiancé in North Carolina. Our families and bridal party were super helpful and supportive, but they are also spread out over the country. Meagan was our boots on the ground, coordinating vendor visits on the few weekends I was able to come into town, managing conference calls with me a time zone behind, and keeping us on track with everything. It wouldn’t be enough to say that we couldn’t have done this without her and I can safely say I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day, just as she said it would be:) -

Because of COVID, we had to completely replan our wedding in just 6 weeks and transition from an all inclusive venue to a private residence outdoor wedding. Calm during COVID-19 - The Perfect Wedding Planner
I remember the first time that I called Meagan at Magnolia Grove weddings – I knew from the start that she was someone very special. I knew she was good at her job- I had seen her work and she planned a friend’s wedding, but I didn’t realize how incredible she actually was - not only as a professional, but also as what a wonderful person and friend.
During our initial conversation and meeting, neither of us anticipated how drastic the world was going to change, and I was so excited about Meagan’s ability to translate my messy thoughts into a wedding more beautiful and special than beyond my craziest imagination (and within my budget!) The storyboard she created took all the elements that I talked about and pintrested, and built the most beautifully personalized dream wedding.
Dave and I had our dream venue secured and Meagan pretty much took care of the rest. She provided recommendations on lighting, DJ and flowers, all who were easy to work with, accommodating and nice. Her team designed personalized octopus invitations and matching rehearsal dinner invites and managed all of RSVPs for both the wedding and the rehearsal dinner.
Beyond the management of the wedding, she took the time to get to know me – she met and understood the dynamics of my relationship and friendships, what makes me tick (cake), and even attended my bachelorette party. She answered my crazy texts and phone calls with positivity and calmness and never let me stress out. As we continued to get closer to the date, we felt confident that in just a few short weeks, we were going to have our dream wedding.
And then COVID-19 happened.
I think I was the first client of Meagan’s to want to postpone – it was early – before the quarantine, back when kids were still in school and life was normal. I remember calling her and going back and forth on what to do – I had even gotten a case of hand sanitizer just in case we needed them at the wedding… oh how naive we were. We made the decision to postpone – hoping that things would be better in the fall. Meagan jumped into action, secured the venue for September and Every. Single. Vendor – flowers, lighting, DJ, food, linens, cake. She did it all so I didn’t have to, all while standing by my side while I mourned the day and drank wine.
The pandemic has not gotten any better, and we have made the decision to postpone our September wedding, which has resulted in us losing our venue. Once again, Meagan has stepped in to help us weigh our options and is helping move forward. I could not be more thankful to have Meagan and the Magnolia Grove Weddings team on my side and standing with me through this process.
There are truly no words to express my gratitude and admiration for the support I have been provided and I cannot thank Meagan enough for everything she has done and continues to do.

In the beginning I wasn’t 100% sure we needed a wedding planner... but Meagan was amazing. She took our ideas, loved them – no matter what they were – and made them happen. Just because we wanted them to happen. She never tried to dim our individuality or shut down our ideas. In fact, she supported them with enthusiasm. I cannot imagine having gone through this process without her on our team. If anything went wrong during our wedding, I didn’t know about it. And I even saw some things in pictures that I didn’t notice on the day of… little touches, like a coat rack, that her team must have set up. The money to hire her was more than worth it. I felt great on my wedding day – and was able to let loose and have fun! – knowing that she was in control. It was also amazing to have someone to make decisions for me when I reached decision overload, particularly in the days leading up to the wedding. I remember her asking me if I wanted our programs already in the chairs before guests arrived or on a table when they walked in… my response was “I want you to decide that.” And she did! I am super grateful for everything she (and her team!) did for us. -

Dream team!
I had the pleasure of working with Meagan and her team at Magnolia and they were amazing. I purchased the "Month of" planning and could not have been happier with their results. Any situation with other vendors was taken care of with poise and within a timely manner. They were ALWAYS there to make sure that not only did we have a special day but that the process was as easy as it could be. Not to mention, the day of coordination was amazing. None of my family or friends had to lift a finger. Everyone was able to take the day in and enjoy themselves. You really can't put a price tag on that. You often hear couples say that their wedding was a blur and was hectic, etc. HOWEVER, if you have a team like this one, that will not be the case. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and SO much more. -

I went back and forth as to whether I wanted to hire a wedding planner or not. Luckily, Meagan came recommended by my now husband who used to work with her. I chose the month of coordination and it was absolutely worth it. While I like to consider myself very organized, having someone to help coordinate and work with all of my vendors and myself took a huge weight off of my shoulders. I worked with both Meagan and Savannah and they were absolutely wonderful. They were both extremely easy to work with, and wanted to do everything they could to make the month of and most importantly, the day of, easy for me. Savannah even stopped by my house the day of to check in on me. I can't recommend Magnolia grove enough. They were truly worth every penny and I am so thankful for their services. -

Meagan and her team made my wedding dreams come true. When I first met Meagan I was living 10 hours away from where my wedding was set to take place and all I knew was that I wanted my reception to be at a relatives farm. Meagan took my vague idea of what I wanted my wedding to be and created a fairytale. Without Meagan's out of this world vendor list, timeline management, and creativity I'm not sure what I would have done. Meagan was always kind and patient with me and would answer my calls/texts/emails almost immediately no matter what time it was and I can easily say she is one of the most hardworking and dedicated individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Meagan made sure my wedding was perfect in every way from the overall design, vendor lineup, to the million little personal touches she thought up that took my big day from great to absolutely unbelievable. If you want a planner that will go the extra mile to make sure your wedding is a dream come true, Meagan and the Magnolia Grove team is the perfect fit for you. -

Meagan and her team were nothing short of amazing for all of the 8 months Kaleb and I were engaged. I'm very type-A and had a lot of strong ideas going into the wedding planning process. Meagan and each of her team members met me where I was in order for our wedding day to be perfect. They are extremely detail oriented and punctual with any and all questions. If it was possible for Meagan and her team to be even more 'on point' the day of- they were. My family and I did not have to worry about one single detail on the day of the wedding- they took care of everything making my vision of my wedding day a flawless reality. I can't say enough about how amazing my experience with Magnolia Grove Weddings and Event is. I needed specific help with a DIY venue that didn't have enough hands. I was worried when looking for help I wouldn't find what I needed since I was doing a partial self-serve bar. Not only did Meagan and Audrey go above and beyond what I needed, they were supportive in all of my decisions and they helped me fill in the gaps of anything I had overlooked or not thought about in the planning process. The day of the wedding they made sure everything went PERFECT! The entire day and evening I didn't have to worry about anything because they were always one step ahead of me. Meaghan helped us with our son's wedding that was outdoors at a vineyard. We had worried about rain and such, but what we hadn't worried about was WIND! And oh was it windy!! As soon as things were set up, they'd be blown over- like whole tables! They had to set and reset over and over and over! Thank God for their work and efforts because what would have been extremely stressful and overwhelming for us was never a concern we had to deal with! The wedding was beautiful and went off without a problem! -

Meagan and her team were absolutely amazing. We had a three day event in 2018 and even though we had hired Meagan and her team for the day of, she offered her help for the night before event as well simply so that I wouldn’t be stressed out. She took care of details that I didn’t even think about and when I arrived early at my reception venue everything was set up and absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be more happy with Meagan and her team and the amount of work and effort they put into putting our day together was great. I've seen the passion she has for this business and how much of herself she puts into it. That love and passion really came through on our wedding day and I'm just so happy she and Becca were there to make our vision of our big day come to life! They were amazing. Seriously, having a coordinator is one of the most important aspects of a wedding day and Magnolia Grove is one of the best! <3 Thank you times a million! -

Tatiana Sent on 12/06/2017Working with Meagan was truly the easiest part of our vendor journey. She was attentive, and available despite living in a completely different state.
We decided on a day of coordinator for our day since we were keeping it low key and Asheville local, however it felt like Meagan was there far more than we thought she would be. Our day of coordinator ended up being Savannah another Magnolia Grove member, and we were over the moon with her. She came ready and willing to work and made sure our little wedding ship ran tightly and smoothly . Savannah took care of the smaller details that we simply did not have man power for and for that we are so very grateful.
We would recommend Magnolia Grove to anyone looking for a down to earth, warm and professional wedding coordinator. Also, support women's businesses, these lovely ladies run a lovely company!

User2471709 Sent on 12/16/2015Meagan was able to set up a consultation with me, and hand me over to someone she recomended. She also showed up the morning of my wedding at reception sight to help set up! So I had an extra set of hands.
I would recommend Meagan, as she knows what she is doing, and is very affordable!
Savanah was wonderful setting up my decor at my ceremony space and reception! I'm so thankful for her, as I did not stress at all the day of my wedding! Thanks to them both my wedding day was flawless -

Magnolia Collective made the wedding of our dreams!
We had the BEST time planning our wedding day with Magnolia Collective (MC). We unfortunately had some wedding venue "drama" along the way, and MC was so professional and helped address any concerns we had. I knew our wedding day was going to run like a well oiled machine, and I truly can't believe how perfect the day was. We did the partial planning package and it was definitely worth having that extra bit of planning support and onsite vendor visits. Highly recommend! :) -

Magnolia Collective in NC is the best!
Wedding planners can be an investment but in my experience, especially during Covid, it was more than worth it. I always imagined myself doing it all alone and not having professional help and assistance in planning my wedding but Covid made that near impossible. The Magnolia Collective saw my vision and helped to bring it to life. Not having to worry about the logistics on top of everyone's health and maintaining a small circle leading up to and during the wedding helped me keep sane during the whole process. Magnolia Collective has a great network of companies and vendors that meet whatever mood you want to achieve for your day. Meagan would always respond to my emails immediately and with a can do attitude no matter the issue at hand. The cherry on the top was Meagan's personality, she's extremely kind, easy going, and very positive which are so important for a wedding planner and one during Covid. I would recommend her and Magnolia Collective over and over, eyes closed. This is coming from someone that always thought she didn't need a wedding planner. -
