Where do I even begin?! I could not have done anything without Mady and her team. She is SO sweet and was there for me throughout every step of the wedding planning process! She has amazing softwares that are easy to use, and will help your wedding dreams come true. Mady made me feel at ease throughout my entire time planning the wedding!
Before the wedding we did a walk through to talk about where we wanted everything. We also meet over video to talk about the timeline, and seating chart plus more. She was there to answer my million questions via email, text and phone in a timely manner.
She is truly the wedding planner queen, and I highly recommend her services. -

Mady and her team recently helped us with coordinating our wedding at Niner Wine Estates in Paso Robles. We cannot rave enough about working with them. Mady clearly had extensive knowledge and connections with the area and venue we chose and was able to seamlessly bring our vision and their services together. I cannot recommend Mady and her team highly enough! From the very beginning, Mady was incredibly helpful and flexible, always ready to tackle any challenge with a smile. (Even when the wind blew dirty leaves on my dress, Mady immediately worked on my dress got all the stains out!)

Hiring Mady was easily one of the best choices we made in the wedding planning process. She was so wonderful to work with and executed our wedding perfectly. We used her for full service planning, and I highly recommend hiring her for that service. She made the planning process significantly less stressful and was so patient and kind. I was never the type of girl who had her whole wedding planned on Pinterest in high school and needed some direction in regards to what I wanted. Every vendor she recommended was amazing and exceeded our expectations. She helped create such a beautiful wedding that was within our budget, and we really appreciate her consideration of that. All of our guests still comment on smooth the whole day was several months later. We could not have asked for our wedding day to be any better! -

We hired Mady as our wedding planner and month of coordinator and she was fantastic. She helped create a design for our wedding and gave us recommendations on other vendors to use for the wedding. Her floral recommendation-By Request-was an amazing suggestion. Throughout our planning process we had meetings to check in with Mady regarding our progress. Mady was flexible with her availability, which was very helpful when planning from a different time zone. Her timelines, spreadsheets, and checklists kept us on track throughout the entire process. She is incredibly organized and thoughtful and always put us at ease during each of these meetings.
The weekend of the wedding Mady and her team were on point. She helped coordinate all the deliveries from the rental companies and vendors. She also coordinated our wedding rehearsal with our families and bridal parties and helped troubleshoot the last minute details. The day of the wedding ran seamlessly, and that was 100% due to Mady keeping everybody on track, coordinating all of the vendors throughout the day, and troubleshooting any issues along the way. If things went wrong, neither of us heard about it and she just took care of it perfectly. This allowed us to enjoy the day fully without needing to troubleshoot problems on our wedding day. We are so thankful to her for this! We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and well-coordinated our wedding was.
Mady was truly amazing to work with and we could not recommend her more highly to future couples. -

Mady Bell was and is the absolute best coordinator we could have hoped for! Throughout planning she was extremely attentive and had a solution for everything. Unfortunately, we had some family related issues that made us postpone for a bit, but Mady never skipped a beat! She was with us ever step of the way and made the whole situation easier. The day of I felt so relaxed putting everything in her hands, which is difficult because I’m a bit of a control freak. If there were any complications, she just took care of them because I didn’t hear anything about them. My husband and I had the absolute best night with all of our loved ones and could not have done it without her!! Highly recommend, 20/10. -

Im a photographer and videographer. I’ve had the privilege of working with Mady at 2 events recently. She was amazing to work with. As expected from coordinators she connected with me early on before the event and gave me up to date details of the event and everything I needed to know. She was very responsive and on the day of made sure I had everything I needed to do my job successfully. She was very detailed oriented and also brought snacks on the day of which was awesome. Constantly checked up on me which not many coordinators do and made sure I was good all day. What really surpassed my expectations was that on one of the events there was a chance of unexpected weather. Before I could start to worry about it she had already made a back up plan and had sent it out to me. Everything was covered and we had an awesome event. On top of the amazing job she had already done before and throughout the whole day I came home to a sweet little note she slipped in my bag that not many people do that made me feel special after a long, hard day. Mady is truly amazing at what she does and not only does she do a great job but makes you feel comfortable to do your own. She is great with her clients and takes care of everyone. I do hope to work with her more and would highly recommend her for your next event. -

Mady was awesome! Kyle and I had our first consultation with Mady a little less than 2 years before our official date. She was the first vendor we hired because we knew we were going to need all the help we could get with the Covid madness. We were also planning a wedding about 5 hours drive from where we live and needed trustworthy boots on the ground. From the first conversation I knew Mady was our girl. She was professional, prompt and honest. She was a wealth of knowledge and if there was anything we asked that stumped her, she did her research and figured it out quickly. Although Mady was newer to the area, she exceeded our expectations. As our big day got closer, Mady did a great job of following up and keeping us on track. Day of was a dream - never once was a worried or stressed. Mady had everything under control - she even made it into one of our reception toasts! To top everything off, Mady is simply a genuine, caring person. My husband and I had such a great time getting to know her and hope we can stay in contact in the future.
Don’t be dumb, hire Mady for your wedding. -

Mady was such a pleasure to work with. We hired her for the day of coordination and I felt like I got so much more than that. Leading up to the wedding she contacted vendors, answered any questions I had, and was available to do venue walk-throughs to ensure I felt comfortable for the weekend of the wedding. She supported our entire weekend of events and made sure everything went smoothly. I really cannot say enough good things about her.
In addition to her ability to communicate, punctuality, and effectiveness, she also had a team of people supporting her during the weekend. Her assistants were professional and well trained. Behind the scenes they were making sure people where were they needed to be so that the day flowed smoothly without any trouble. Not to mention the text alerts Mady set up for the wedding party which also supported timeliness.
The day after the wedding she even went out of her way to deliver our cake for us. Our family loved her so much that we asked her to stick around and watch wedding footage with us. She basically felt like family by the end of our event. I could not recommend her more! -

Mady was a complete godsend during our wedding planning process. She was without a doubt my right-hand person more than anyone else in my life. We hired Mady for full-service planning and I was blown away by how much she went above and beyond every step of the way. She never let a single thing fall through the cracks (we covered so many details in our many meetings and emails and she would always follow up on every.single.one). Mady was punctual for every single meeting, professional, responsible, and always willing to roll up her sleeves with anything I needed help with, even with mundane tasks like picking up the cake and alcohol, setting up all the venue decorations... everything. She made our welcome sign, seating sign, other signage, and helped with various other decorations (she has an amazing eye for design). She also made site visits for us when we weren't able to travel to SLO for them (we aren't local to the area). As others mentioned, her software was also super easy to use and made all the details so much easier to manage. She had the best recommendations from vendors, to design, to how to navigate every decision. Most importantly, Mady has the most friendly demeanor and was so calming and reassuring to me during the stress of the wedding planning process. It was so wonderful having her in my corner and knowing I could trust her with everything - she really became a friend through the process. Hiring Mady was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Hire Mady Bell! You won't regret it! -

I would give Mady 6 stars if I could. From the day we met, to the very last day, she over delivered in every area related to all planning aspects. She has all the skills that make her a good planner: organized, diligent, efficient; but where she really stands out from the rest is her design sense + overall attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure every SINGLE detail of our day was perfect and instilled confidence that ensured that I didn't need to worry. I'm not really sure why you wouldn't hire if she had availability on your wedding day? Stop looking and just hire her :) -

Mady Bell is INCREDIBLE!!! We decided to work with her about ~2 years before our wedding. My partner and I live outside of CA and wanted to get married in SLO, and decided to invest in a planner to help us with the process.
Mady has all the traits you would expect from a top tier-planner: excellent communicator, detail-oriented, super creative, and adaptable. But even more than that- she is the kindest person. She advocates for her clients, and is so considerate of each couple's values and wants for their wedding. She helped us find inclusive and budget-friendly vendors. She scheduled site-visits, follow-ups, and vendor connects, all while including us virtually throughout the process.
Mady truly cares about each couple she works with and is genuinely invested in making each couple's wedding day, their best day. Our wedding was so wonderful, and we will be forever grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with Mady. I continue to recommend her to all friends who are engaged, and truly cannot recommend her highly enough!! -

Amazing Wedding Coordinator!
I’m not sure where to even begin because Mady was so amazing! I was so stressed leading up to our wedding but once we met with Mady all of my worries went away! She was on top of absolutely everything, she took care of everything and I know that our wedding day would not have been the same without her. She was so responsive, so professional and an absolute 10/10. Best experience we could have possibly had!!
Mady was hands down the best thing to happen to us during our wedding planning. Due to COVID we had to reschedule 3 times and Mady was quick and responsive with helping change dates with vendors and keeping us at ease. She handled everything from the planning to the day of with grace. Not to mention she’s pretty handy! She made our hexagon arbor, ship lap wall and so much more!!! Highly highly recommend her for all your planning needs!! -

We used Mady for full service planning and design for our wedding and she and her team did a great job. Our wedding was wonderful. Mady did a fantastic job helping us come up with a design vision for our wedding that suited our tastes and then she and her team helped make it a reality. She was communicative and patient throughout the process, taking time to answer our questions and walk us through everything. She also maintained a positive and upbeat attitude. On the day of the wedding, she made sure we didn't have to worry or stress about anything but instead were able to enjoy the time with our family and friends. Would definitely recommend Mady and her team!
