She has amazing softwares that are easy to use, and will help your wedding dreams come true. Mady made me feel at ease throughout my entire time planning the wedding!
Before the wedding we did a walk through to talk about where we wanted everything. We also meet over video to talk about the timeline, and seating chart plus more. She was there to answer my million questions via email, text and phone in a timely manner.
She is truly the wedding planner queen, and I highly recommend her services.

Best wedding coordinator
Mady was such a pleasure to work with. We hired her for the day of coordination and I felt like I got so much more than that. Leading up to the wedding she contacted vendors, answered any questions I had, and was available to do venue walk-throughs to ensure I felt comfortable for the weekend of the wedding. She supported our entire weekend of events and made sure everything went smoothly. I really cannot say enough good things about her.
In addition to her ability to communicate, punctuality, and effectiveness, she also had a team of people supporting her during the weekend. Her assistants were professional and well trained. Behind the scenes they were making sure people where were they needed to be so that the day flowed smoothly without any trouble. Not to mention the text alerts Mady set up for the wedding party which also supported timeliness.
The day after the wedding she even went out of her way to deliver our cake for us. Our family loved her so much that we asked her to stick around and watch wedding footage with us. She basically felt like family by the end of our event. I could not recommend her more!

Awesome wedding planner!
Mady was amazing to work with! My husband and I partnered with Mady for 1.5 years for the full planning & design of our wedding. She helped every step of the way -- finding our venue, finding, research, and corresponding with vendors, keeping us on track, and handled the day-of perfectly.
Mady is always so positive and professional, eager to help with anything that comes up. She goes above and beyond, like letting us borrow some of her decor and arranging our mock florals. Because we don't live in the area, Mady was so helpful in meeting with vendors on our behalf and Zooming us for things like design meetings. Towards the end, we met weekly on Zoom to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. One of Mady's biggest strengths is her design eye, which was where we needed the most help with! She comes from an interior design backgrounds, and we really trusted her with the aesthetics, which we think really paid off!
We were ultimately so surprised by how smoothly our wedding weekend went, and Mady was a huge part of that!

Central Coast Wedding Bliss
Mady was awesome! Kyle and I had our first consultation with Mady a little less than 2 years before our official date. She was the first vendor we hired because we knew we were going to need all the help we could get with the Covid madness. We were also planning a wedding about 5 hours drive from where we live and needed trustworthy boots on the ground. From the first conversation I knew Mady was our girl. She was professional, prompt and honest. She was a wealth of knowledge and if there was anything we asked that stumped her, she did her research and figured it out quickly. Although Mady was newer to the area, she exceeded our expectations. As our big day got closer, Mady did a great job of following up and keeping us on track. Day of was a dream - never once was a worried or stressed. Mady had everything under control - she even made it into one of our reception toasts! To top everything off, Mady is simply a genuine, caring person. My husband and I had such a great time getting to know her and hope we can stay in contact in the future.

Fantastic Wedding Planner!
We feel so incredibly lucky to have had Mady as our wedding planner. She is responsible, attentive, professional, and super easy to get along with! My husband and I both have very busy work schedules and were unsure how to navigate planning our wedding while living out-of-state. We purchased the full planning package, and Mady helped us out every step of the way! She kept us on top of our deadlines and provided us with as much guidance as we needed. Every vendor that Mady recommended to us was incredible, and she even found us the venue of our dreams that was within our budget. We appreciated the time Mady took to get to know us and regularly check in with us throughout the planning process. By the time our wedding day arrived, I had 110% confidence in Mady and was truly able to enjoy our big day without having to worry about anything. My husband and I still talk about how perfectly our wedding day went, and it was all thanks to Mady's hard work. Mady was incredibly responsive and helpful with my inquiries and consultation. Her packaging is thorough and easy to understand, all while leaving little to the imagination. Once I reviewed her packaging, she recommended a quick call to discuss our needs. She was professional and incredibly easy to talk to. I felt like she truly wanted to understand who we were as a couple so she could better understand our vision.
While I ended up using my DJ's coordinator for simplicity, I was so incredibly impressed by her that I would recommend her to everyone.

Mady was a complete godsend during our wedding planning process. She was without a doubt my right-hand person more than anyone else in my life. We hired Mady for full-service planning and I was blown away by how much she went above and beyond every step of the way. She never let a single thing fall through the cracks (we covered so many details in our many meetings and emails and she would always follow up on every.single.one). Mady was punctual for every single meeting, professional, responsible, and always willing to roll up her sleeves with anything I needed help with, even with mundane tasks like picking up the cake and alcohol, setting up all the venue decorations... everything. She made our welcome sign, seating sign, other signage, and helped with various other decorations (she has an amazing eye for design). She also made site visits for us when we weren't able to travel to SLO for them (we aren't local to the area). As others mentioned, her software was also super easy to use and made all the details so much easier to manage. She had the best recommendations from vendors, to design, to how to navigate every decision. Most importantly, Mady has the most friendly demeanor and was so calming and reassuring to me during the stress of the wedding planning process. It was so wonderful having her in my corner and knowing I could trust her with everything - she really became a friend through the process. Mady Bell is INCREDIBLE!!! We decided to work with her about ~2 years before our wedding. My partner and I live outside of CA and wanted to get married in SLO, and decided to invest in a planner to help us with the process.
Mady has all the traits you would expect from a top tier-planner: excellent communicator, detail-oriented, super creative, and adaptable. But even more than that- she is the kindest person. She advocates for her clients, and is so considerate of each couple's values and wants for their wedding. She helped us find inclusive and budget-friendly vendors. She scheduled site-visits, follow-ups, and vendor connects, all while including us virtually throughout the process.
Mady truly cares about each couple she works with and is genuinely invested in making each couple's wedding day, their best day. Our wedding was so wonderful, and we will be forever grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with Mady. I continue to recommend her to all friends who are engaged, and truly cannot recommend her highly enough!!

Mady is the best!
Mady was a Rockstar from start to finish. We jumped into wedding planning months behind schedule, but Mady put us at-ease and had a plan for us from the start. Our first phone call with her set the tone for a great relationship because of how relatable and informed she was. Right away she gave us a lot of ideas and key-points to think about as we got to planning.
Mady excels at many parts of the planning process, from the small touches like table number holders and seating charts to coordinating with the vendors and calming our nerves. Mady was very responsive throughout the entire process, and the week of the wedding she made us feel like royalty because she was there to help in any way possible. The coordination with vendors was a blessing as that was a major stressor as the big day neared. Mady was on-it with each and every vendor and we had zero hiccups when wedding day hit.
We also enjoyed Mady's creativity and style during our time working with her. We had her create our seating charts and her work fully exceeded our expectations. She also built the lovely arbor that framed our wedding and head table. It was a doozy, and 100% Mady-built! She even jumped in to sturdy it up as it was hit with head-on Kansas winds and heavy flowers.
Mady took charge on wedding day and made sure people knew where to be and when. It was almost like she flipped a switch and went into 'I'm in charge mode' so that we could step back and enjoy our day more.
We wouldn't change a thing about how the wedding went, and it couldn't have been done without the help of Mady. Thanks for helping us have such a special day!

Best Day Ever
From the first phone call we had with Mady, we knew we would be in great hands. She was so personable and all of our guests loved her. We used Mady as a day of coordinator and she nailed it. We discussed our plan and vision with her and she made everything come to life on the wedding day. She answered all of my emails and texts and allowed me to feel so comfortable leading up to the day of the wedding. Mady made the day run so smoothly and took all of the stress I had away. Mady helped make our wedding day a day we will never forget. She also packed everything up nicely at the end of the night for us to take home. We appreciated her so much. I’m not sure where to even begin because Mady was so amazing! I was so stressed leading up to our wedding but once we met with Mady all of my worries went away! Absolutely Incredible!!
Mady was so amazing throughout the wedding planning process. She was so incredibly helpful, easy to talk to, responsive, great communicator, organized, and someone who just supported me throughout the entire process. She reached out to check in several times and always offered to help beyond what was outlined in "the contract". Her wedding planning software was SO HELPFUL and easy to use. The checklist was so helpful and unlike anything else I found online on my own. 10/10 recommend if you want your day to be carefree and run smoothly without you having to worry about a thing.

I would give Mady 6 stars if I could. From the day we met, to the very last day, she over delivered in every area related to all planning aspects. She has all the skills that make her a good planner: organized, diligent, efficient; but where she really stands out from the rest is her design sense + overall attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure every SINGLE detail of our day was perfect and instilled confidence that ensured that I didn't need to worry. I'm not really sure why you wouldn't hire if she had availability on your wedding day? Stop looking and just hire her :)

Working with Mady was one of the best decisions we made!
Working with Mady was one of the best decisions we made throughout planning our wedding! Mady is so organized, knowledgeable, and overall just the kindest person to work with. My husband and I aren't in the SLO area so Mady truly went above and beyond for us --doing a site visit on her own, managing some of our rentals/pickups for us pre and post wedding, and she provided amazing recommendations when we were struggling finding vendors. When we were a couple weeks out from our wedding Mady made herself available whenever we had questions or concerns. During the week of our wedding she was all hands on deck and kept us on track. I don't know how we would have done the actual wedding day without Mady even though we were having a smaller wedding (~40 people)-- by having Mady there it truly allowed my husband and I to simply enjoy the day and not be bogged down by logistics and setting up. We cannot recommend Mady enough and are just so grateful to her and her husband Lucas for making our day absolutely perfect and smoothe.

The Best Decision!
Do not hesitate to hire Mady! Without question, we could not have pulled off our daughters wedding without her! She impressed us from the start with her calm, reassuring , happy and professional demeanor. As an out of state mom of the bride trying to help with the planning , it is safe to say my nerves sometimes got the best of me, but once we started working with Mady both my daughter and I knew we made the best decision! She was so responsive and helpful with every detail through the planning process and we always felt like she had our back . The services Mady provided for the actual wedding day as well were priceless , she worked all day and night putting the vision together for the most beautiful wedding .. and made the whole process seem so effortless . I love working with Mady!!!
Im a photographer and videographer. I’ve had the privilege of working with Mady at 2 events recently. She was amazing to work with. As expected from coordinators she connected with me early on before the event and gave me up to date details of the event and everything I needed to know. She was very responsive and on the day of made sure I had everything I needed to do my job successfully. She was very detailed oriented and also brought snacks on the day of which was awesome. Constantly checked up on me which not many coordinators do and made sure I was good all day. What really surpassed my expectations was that on one of the events there was a chance of unexpected weather. Before I could start to worry about it she had already made a back up plan and had sent it out to me. Everything was covered and we had an awesome event. On top of the amazing job she had already done before and throughout the whole day I came home to a sweet little note she slipped in my bag that not many people do that made me feel special after a long, hard day. Mady is truly amazing at what she does and not only does she do a great job but makes you feel comfortable to do your own. She is great with her clients and takes care of everyone. Mady did an awesome job! She worked tirelessly for the 16 hour day of my daughter's wedding. We could not have done it without her services. I thought I would need to help with set up as my daughter had a ton of decor but she sent me on my way as she had everything covered, which allowed me to spend time with family. We left her to make her own decisions on many things and she killed it! She even cut the cake, and basically anything needed she was there. Highly recommend!
