  The Best in the Business

  Madison has been such a light in our lives since planning our wedding. Not only does she take the time and is very flexible with all the changing variables but she also makes sure to work with our budget. We are new to the area and having her and her connections have made this wedding process so enjoyable!! After our first meeting with her we knew that she was going to put her all into the wedding planning, she is very passionate about what she does and her work shows for it!! We would be lost without her never ending help!

  If you Want the Best, Hire Madison!

  Madison and her team did an absolutely amazing job coordinating our wedding. Leading up to the day she and her team were very responsive and she ensured the vision for our dream wedding became a reality. On a scale of 1 – 10, she and her team were an 11. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator of the highest caliber!

  Sharing the best experience I've had with them!

  Madison and Paige helped mainly with our wedding ceremony and they were fabulous. Their communication skills made us very comfortable while we did not know where to go with the wedding planning. They were always on time for every meeting and well prepared. My officiant has done so many weddings. He complimented after the wedding rehearsal about how smooth it went and told us it was the best one and well structured. They were also very knowledgeable about what they do and had all the answers to our questions. You will know there are countless decisions that has to be made during the preparation process, and they always made it simple for us. You could tell they were experienced individuals by working with them. We enjoyed their help a lot and we would highly recommend them if anybody is looking for a wedding planner! Thank you for helping us to coordinate our wedding perfectly!

  Amazing job!

  Madison has helped a lot to make my wedding beautiful. She is very professional and she knows exactly what she is doing to make the wedding successful. She makes people comfortable with the whole process of our wedding planning and preparation. She is willing to help the couple as much as she can. We are blessed having her help our wedding.

  Perfection

  Madison Avenue Events nailed it. Jenn was our coordinator, and she was absolutely incredible. We literally would not have been able to have such a beautiful, fun, and smooth wedding had it not been Jenn. She coordinated the timeline with all of our vendors, had us exactly where we needed to be when we needed to be there, and took away so much stress.
  
  We owe the happiest day of our lives to Jenn and her team at Madison Avenue Events.

  Absolutely fantastic

  Madison and her team were incredibly professional and attentive. She responded to all my emails and questions very quickly. She completely captured my vision for our wedding and made it happen. I didn’t have to think or stress about anything. She was on top of everything. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to her. Would highly highly recommend her and her team.

  Awesome experience

  We were married on Labor Day Weekend at the Westin in the National Harbor and the entire Madison Avenue Events team was nothing short of spectacular. Their attention to detail was incredible during planning and they took it upon themselves to make the entire weekend perfect. We had last minute guests cancel, vendors arriving late, etc but the team took care of EVERYTHING. From parking to navigating impromptu fireworks to an after party at the local piano bar- this team has your back making sure everything goes smooth. (Big shoutout to Jenn!)
  
  Aisle planner was difficult to navigate at first but came in clutch during seating!

  Wonderful June Wedding

  Madison was a lovely month-of coordinator for our wedding in June 2021. She was so helpful by taking over communication with all of the vendors and went above and beyond day-of so that I didn’t have to worry about anything except getting married! I would definitely recommend working with Madison.

Madison uses an excellent software, Aisle Planner, to keep couples organized. The wedding rehearsal and day went very smoothly, and my wife and I cannot recommend her and her team enough.
