Madison has been such a light in our lives since planning our wedding. Not only does she take the time and is very flexible with all the changing variables but she also makes sure to work with our budget. We are new to the area and having her and her connections have made this wedding process so enjoyable!! After our first meeting with her we knew that she was going to put her all into the wedding planning, she is very passionate about what she does and her work shows for it!! We would be lost without her never ending help! -

We had our April wedding at the Evergreen Museum and Library and when it ended, we raved how nothing went wrong at all! Much of that success can be credited to Madison and her very competent team for setting up the most important day of our lives for success. It was a blessing to have a team answering any and many questions, keeping time, and coordinating multiple vendors on the day of. Her assistants were also so fabulous—they were kind, calm, and all of my close family/friends who came in contact with them had nothing but lovely things to say.
We’re grateful to have had someone like Madison in the lead-up to our wedding. We had enough time to be able to have planned a lot of our wedding, but having Madison as our planner gave us the support of someone experienced to consult with on contracts and vendor issues, ask for guidance on barriers, and discuss design deliberations. Our wedding day could not have gone better, and the design of the entire day was a dream come true. She is decisive, detail-oriented, and organized, and we’re glad we had her support on our wedding journey! -

I can’t recommend Madison Avenue Events enough!! With a short engagement (less than a year!), a guest list of over 200, and us living out of town, we were really worried about how stressful the planning would be for us and our families. But Madison and her team completely eased our minds. They didn’t just bring our dream wedding vision to life, listening to every request and idea we had, but they added so many fun and unique details that we hadn’t even thought of! The entire planning process was smooth and stress-free, giving my fiancé, my family, and I the chance to fully soak in and enjoy our engagement season.
On the wedding day, Madison’s team handled every detail seamlessly. If anything unexpected came up, we never knew about it because Madison took care of everything behind the scenes. They checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were always well taken care of, making sure we had plenty of food and drinks. And let me tell you—Madison’s vendor recommendations were next level. Every vendor she suggested was amazing, and the quality was exceptional. If you’re even thinking about hiring a wedding planner, don’t hesitate for a second—hire Madison Avenue Events!!

Hiring Madison Avenue Events at the very beginning of our wedding planning process was the best decision we could have made. Working with Madison and her team to bring our dream wedding to life was a true joy. She was an exceptional partner in keeping us organized, understanding our vision, and asking the questions we wouldn't have even considered. Wedding planning is full of decisions to be made, and as someone who gets overwhelmed with too many options, the task of researching and selecting vendors was totally paralyzing to me. It alleviated so much stress to know that Madison was keeping us on track with choosing vendors, managing communications, and generally making sure everything ran smoothly. Ultimately she and her team created and executed a dream day that felt uniquely us. It shone through every moment that our wedding day going perfectly was just as important to Madison and her team as it was to us. I can't recommend Madison Avenue Events enough! -

After I got engaged, it took about 30 minutes of wedding research for me to get completely overwhelmed, hence why wedding planning is a career. My now husband and I both work full time and we didn't have a clear vision of what we wanted. We knew we wanted to get married in the DMV, but neither of us is from the area and we had no clue where to start. Madison was the first planner who understood what we were looking for: not to plan a huge or super lavish wedding, just help with planning a "normal" wedding. A guide, and peace of mind. For the price of what other planners were quoting me for partial or day of planning, Madison, Paige, and Chelsea were with us every step of the way. After we picked a blank slate venue, they curated options for every vendor, created the floor and design plan, and scheduled every hour of the big day. With everything out of my hands, I woke up as a zen bride on my wedding day -- and as a type A lawyer, zen is not a mindset I frequently exist in. Our guests are still raving and I smile every time I think back on it. Madison and her team are talented, creative, connected, and affordable, and we wouldn't have made it down the aisle without them. -

Hiring Madison was probably the best decision we made while planning our wedding. As someone who can get overwhelmed easily and is prone to procrastination, I was not looking forward to the wedding planning process but Madison and her team made it a breeze. From our first conversation I could tell that we were on the same page and that she understood what I wanted for our wedding. She brought that vision to life and the day was even better than we could have imagined. Madison and her team handled all the logistics with our amazing vendors which allowed us to really focus on each other and our guests on our wedding day. We had several guests comment on how smoothly everything went and how great our wedding planners were. We highly recommend Madison and her amazing team! -

Madison and her team are wonderful! It was clear their mission was to make our day perfect and they did. It was so nice to be worry free on the day of. We were talking to the DJ and he said when he saw that Madison was involved in our wedding it was a relief to him and he knew he would be able to concentrate on the music. We recommend Madison to anyone looking for wedding planners they want to count on. -

Vision Brought to Life!!
Madison and her team were nothing short of extraordinary! We decided to hire Madison for coordination and design five months before our wedding, realizing that bringing our dream wedding to life was a more ambitious endeavor than we had anticipated. While most of our vendors were already secured, we still needed a florist and a cake designer. Madison’s thoughtful recommendations led us to two exceptional vendors who perfectly complemented our vision. She kept everyone on track with timelines, including us, which was much needed given all the fine details. Madison had many great ideas to help us make decisions and her creativity also helped bring it all together.
From the very beginning, we had complete confidence in Madison and her team. Their meticulous attention to detail allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our wedding day, free from worry. We would absolutely recommend getting a wedding coordinator and hiring Madison was the best decision we made. We could not have done it without her and her team. The best decision that we made was to hire Madison and her team. As the mother of the bride I thought I could do it all--but looking back I was 100% wrong. Madison and her team brought experience, professionalism and creativity, as well as personal commitment to the process. From the first time we met, I could see that she listened to what my daughter imagined her special day would look like. We had already chosen a beautiful location and Madison was aware of all the rules attached to it. Not only did we need music, flowers, photography and catering, but we also needed every chair, table, dish and glass. A daunting process, but Madison provided with us with great options that complemented the site as well as what my daughter envisioned. She and Paige spent time developing a relationship with my daughter that made decisions and proposals meaningful. The process "seemed" slow at the beginning, but she had a process to ensure decisions were made at the right time. It was nice to have someone else tell my daughter that something was due! Fast forward to the wedding week--everything fell into place. There was no last minute rush from my perspective, and the moment we arrived at the hotel to get ready, I did not worry about a thing. Her attention to detail allowed me to enjoy the entire day. Not once did I worry something would go wrong. She had a handle on all the vendors and everything fell into place. The venue looked spectacular and nothing was missed in terms of what my daughter envisioned. No detail was missed or out of place. I truly enjoyed the entire night and the only reason that happened was Madison and her team. -

Madison and her team did an absolutely amazing job coordinating our wedding. Leading up to the day she and her team were very responsive and she ensured the vision for our dream wedding became a reality. On a scale of 1 – 10, she and her team were an 11. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator of the highest caliber! -

Sharing the best experience I've had with them!
Madison and Paige helped mainly with our wedding ceremony and they were fabulous. Their communication skills made us very comfortable while we did not know where to go with the wedding planning. They were always on time for every meeting and well prepared. My officiant has done so many weddings. He complimented after the wedding rehearsal about how smooth it went and told us it was the best one and well structured. They were also very knowledgeable about what they do and had all the answers to our questions. You will know there are countless decisions that has to be made during the preparation process, and they always made it simple for us. You could tell they were experienced individuals by working with them. We enjoyed their help a lot and we would highly recommend them if anybody is looking for a wedding planner! Thank you for helping us to coordinate our wedding perfectly! -

Awesome experience
We were married on Labor Day Weekend at the Westin in the National Harbor and the entire Madison Avenue Events team was nothing short of spectacular. Their attention to detail was incredible during planning and they took it upon themselves to make the entire weekend perfect. We had last minute guests cancel, vendors arriving late, etc but the team took care of EVERYTHING. From parking to navigating impromptu fireworks to an after party at the local piano bar- this team has your back making sure everything goes smooth. (Big shoutout to Jenn!)
Aisle planner was difficult to navigate at first but came in clutch during seating!
