To sum up Chelsea's company in 30 words might be hard to condense in a short paragraph. I called her last minute (not once but 2'x) one for my daughter Sweet 16 and New Years Eve Party. My familynew years eve was spectacular. Her staff is amazing

Worry Free Wedding!

I hired Chelsea and Love my Glam based on my photographers recommendation after they heard how OCD and anal I was about my wedding day details. They insisted Love my Glam was just as detail obsessed and was sure to make everything perfect, and that they did. I didn't have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day and leading up to it. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and would rehire if I was planning a big event again. Love my Glam was the missing piece in my wedding planning and I am so happy I had their support to the very end.

I’m not sure if this review can really justified how amazing Love my glam event is. My event planner Chelsea was hands down amazing and the best in the business. Considering I had so much on my plate at the beginning phase of planning our wedding I knew that hiring an event planner was necessary. A friend of mine referred Chelsea to me and I couldn’t be happier. Chelsea is very professional, prompt, patient, organized and knowledgeable. All of the vendors that she recommended were phenomenal. Days leading up to the wedding everyone complimented me on how calm I was and I give all the credit to Chelsea. Megan was great as well and she made sure my wedding party had everything they needed and felt comfortable. Chelsea made sure our wedding was everything we dream of. My husband, parents and wedding party consider her family now :-) and are amazed at how smoothly our wedding went because of Chelsea and her team.

I can’t not thank Chelsa enough for the best day ever! I guarantee you hiring her is your best choice-if you have to choose between a necessary and want for your wedding planning needs Chelsa is NECESSARY without a doubt!

I was very happy with Love My Glam Events. Chelsea was so nice and attentive to every little detail. She had no problem making all of my requests come to life! Whatever I wanted, she was on it and had great suggestions/solutions for whatever I was confused or not sure about. Love my Glam is absolutely amazing and did a superb job planning our wedding and coordinating the day of. Our lead event planner Chelsea was a life saver and couldn't have done a better job bringing our vision to life. Chelsea is very professional, attentive, organized, and friendly. She also has many great contacts for vendors and experience. She answered all our questions and helped us with all our needs.
Our wedding was at Lake Pavilion in West Palm Beach and she was on the top of the "preferred vendors" list there and for good reason. Her assistant Megan was amazing as well and both of them made sure that our wedding went as smoothly as possible. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the job Chelsea and Megan did with our special day. Hire Chelsea and I guarantee you will be more than satisfied.

I don't think there are enough words to sum up the amazing experience we had with working with Chelsea! We knew we made a good choice by hiring Love My Glam but didn't imagine how absolutely perfect our wedding would end up being. Chelsea was extremely professional and very responsive in answering any questions and concerns throughout the entire planning process. She took care of all details both big and small and ensured that our big day was without stress. She made our wedding even better than we imagined while also keeping our budget in mind. Hiring Chelsea and Love my Glam was the best decision we could have ever made in the wedding process. I was not the typical bride that had been planning this day since I was a little girl. So going into this I really had no vision of what I wanted. Chelsea and I went through tons of pictures and ideas and from that she was able to create the most amazing day. It was more than I could have ever asked for. I literally did not stress on our big day due to having Chelsea and the Love My Glam Events team there with us. She has access to so many amazing vendors. We had a venue that I fell in love with not realizing all the hard work that had to be done to execute our event. Chelsea never complained and handle all the details with class. She made the entire process so stress free. Even when we had to change some last minute setups due to rain, Chelsea and her team made some adjustments and it was so perfect! Her staff was so sweet and accommodating. They made sure we had food and drinks during the cocktail hour when we had to take what seemed like 800 photos. I couldn't imagine experiencing this amazing milestone with anyone else. Chelsea- Thank you so much from Sam and I for helping making this the best day of our lives and also our family members. Everyone is still talking about how it was "the best wedding they have been too!!"

We hired Chelsea from Love My Glam as our day of coordinator. We really could not have pulled this off without her. She did so much more than day of coordinating from contacting vendors beforehand to finding us rental companies and helping us with all of the rentals that we needed. A tropical storm came rolling in the day of our wedding and Chelsea and her team remained calm and consulted us with all of the plan B options before choosing the best set up. Chelsea's assistant was even a hugeeee help with setting up photos on this rainy day. She helped with my dress and had a great eye and vision. I would definitely hire Chelsea and her team again but would even go further and hire her for the whole planning process instead of just day of. With our non inclusive venue, there were just so many details to think about and so many loose ends to tie up, we definitely could not have done it with out her!

First of all, I don’t have enough character space to fully express my gratitude to Chelsea and the LMG team. From day one Chelsea has been nothing but God sent. I booked LMG for full wedding coordination. In every way Chelsea has exceeded my expectations as a wedding planner with patience, poise, and professionalism. Hands down the hardest working wedding planner in the business! Chelsea guided and assisted me in every step of my wedding and beyond. Without missing a beat, she was always two steps ahead. My wedding was scheduled a week after the category 3 Hurricane Irma impacted FL. Before I could even call Chelsea to see how her family held up after the storm she was already texting me updates on all my vendors. As soon as we thought we were in the clear Chelsea, got word 4 days before that the power that generates the A/C units to the venue was out. When Chelsea broke the news to me she already had a plan (like I said, always two steps ahead). Within a few hrs Chelsea found a new venue within my budget, contacted all my vendors, and negotiated a full refund from my original venue. As the Bride, I was freaking out but Chelsea always remained calm and ensured me that the LMG team has everything under control. At the wedding rehearsal, I was a doubtful myself how my 180-guest count with my vision was all going to fit. At the rehearsal dinner, I had nervous breakdown and of course Chelsea was RIGHT THERE with a smile and hug to let me know that rest assured I have your back and it was going to be GLAMorous. The next morning Chelsea came to my hotel room to check on me, set up my room for the photographer, and made sure we were keeping to our timeline. When I arrived, I was in complete AWE of how in less than 24-hrs LMG converted my new venue into what I describe a breath taking, picture perfect, GLAMorous wedding! LMG made my dream wedding come true despite of any challenge that came its way. Not even a Hurricane can stop LMG. MANY THANKS to Chelsea and the LMG team!

Let me start off by saying that I'm a control freak and because of that I needed to find a day-of coordinator who I could trust to run the details so that I could just relax and enjoy my special day. Chelsea did that and so much more! She was in contact with my vendors from the first day I hired her, she created timelines, ensured I didn't forget any detail, and when my day came she made sure every centerpiece, chair, table cover, and even slideshow video (which was added last minute) was in place and ready to go. I didn't have to worry about when my vendors would be getting there, if things would be set up correctly, or whether or not there would be someone to break down the entire set up at the end of the night. She was not only sweet, she was extremely reliable in every aspect and gave me the confidence to step back and just ENJOY my day. My husband and I are so glad we chose her as our coordinator! I'm certain we will be choosing her again for any other event we have in the future and will be recommending her to anyone who is having a wedding (or a special event). Your wedding day is ONE DAY, which is why it's so important to be able to have someone you can trust. Chelsea was the perfect coordinator for us and we certainly felt we could trust her 100% with every single detail!

Love My Glam Events and Chelsea were wonderful to work with! We initially hired LMG as our caterer and then hired Chelsea to be our day or coordinator. They exceeded expectations in both areas. The food was delicious, her server team was great, and Chelsea was there every step of the way the day of the event. She went above and beyond in creating individual schedules for different groups of family/wedding party and sent them out before the day. Chelsea also saved the day in finding a new vendor the day before our wedding when one of ours dropped out. The LMG team is amazing!

Firstly I wouldn't be married of it wasnt for Chelsea lol all the last minutes details that I had no clue of gluing together would have been a disaster without this superwoman. They were the best priced and helped me wrap up the decor, floral and day of more like month of coordination , within only 60 days-90 days. My guests were blown away. Out of 1 million things they covered I loved everything except two things ( my sparklers lol and my draping outside). My Sparkle glitter soulmate you are the best. With our wedding being a destination wedding for us as we are from NJ, she held my hand and took all the time with us possible when we visited. Tons of pictures exchanged, face timing, and long phone calls led us to a spectacular glamourous NYE wedding on the Beach at the Fontainbleau. Note; definitely get the Personal Assistant its well worth it. They held my train and helped me move around with that Huge train:) Was at me call the enire day!! Best team out there, helped me change into dress number two and packed everything up after. We dealt with two other planners we had to fire due to inflated prices and hidden figures in the pricing we saved about $5000 by using Love MY Glam and Loved every moment of it . I am a very picky bride and woman overall and I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with Love My Glam. Plus to have decor, floral, and planning all together what more could you ask for

I hired Chelsea less than two weeks before my wedding when I was already frazzled exhausted and ready to elope. She met with me in the dead of night to go over everything and spent extra time reassuring me that everything would be fine. She was organized and on top of all of the vendors within 48 hours! On the day of the wedding she made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that my venue was put together exactly how I wanted it. She was on my side and put my husband and I first. It was such a relief to let her be the militant one and just sit back and relax. I thank God for Chelsea, her team, and the Gucci fanny pack (that I swear has everything in it). She left no stone unturned no detail out of place and when it was over all of our things just appeared in our limo and packed up. She is and will forever be our wedding god fairy! If I could do it all over again I would have hired her the day I got engaged. Ladies, there are no do overs you only get one shot to make your wedding day perfect and the only way to do that is to hire Love My Glam.

We met Chelsea through our amazing caterer, Chef Winston, of Catering CC in Boynton Beach, FL. We hired Chelsea as our day-of coordinator for our wedding, but the title "day-of" does not do her any justice. Chelsea helped plan our wedding from the day we met. She recommended other vendors, such as the floral and decor. Chelsea was awesome to work with. If we had a question any time of the day or night, she was always there. We communicated daily about everything that pertained to our wedding. She contacted all of our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. Chelsea created a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding, and a wedding party cheat sheet. She is so calm and confident in what she does, and she makes you feel like you don't have to worry about a thing! Not only did we find an amazing coordinator, but a great friend. If you are looking for a great person to work with and help you feel at ease when planning a celebration, look no further!! WE LOVE CHELSEA!

Chelsea and team did everything from negotiating rates with vendors, to helping us make sure every detail the day of was taken care of. Our wedding went so smooth and we were stress free the day of... Chelsea at Love My Glam was on top of EVERYTHING. A complete start to finish solution!

When we returned from our honeymoon we were pleasantly surprised to find an email waiting for us letting us know who had taken what from the venue and helped us tie up any loose ends. The girls at Love My Glam were some of the most experienced and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Everything from deciding on a theme and color scheme, down to adjusting our choices to fit our budget. They came up with great ideas, and were able to keep my beautiful bride to be calm and relatively stress free. These girls kept in constant contact with us the entire process, and even helped us avoid any problems leading up to the big day. They made us feel as if we were their ONLY customers, no matter how many times we reached out to them, or how many questions we had. During the entire planning of our wedding, they made us feel confident and secure that things were well under control. They even gave me and my bride a mini pep talk close to the date when we were feeling overwhelmed! Talk about personal attention. On the day of, everything from the bridesmaids, to the groomsmen, to the table settings were absolutely flawless. They had everything scheduled perfectly, and really helped to make this a truly "fairytale" event. Our friends and family are STILL talking about it. If you want the event of your dreams, and an experience to remember, you need to use these wonderful ladies. They will not disappoint. I will always remember them, and look back on the decision to use their services as the second best thing I did, aside from asking my beautiful bride to marry me of course.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Chelsea and Teresa are. My husband and I live in NY so we planned our Florida wedding from a distance. Knowing we'd need help, we hired Love My Glam for day of coordination and styling but they did SO much more. They took our vision and turned it into reality all while staying within budget. They wrangled vendors, handled delivery schedules, set up, decor, EVERYTHING. If there was anything that went wrong that day, I did not know about it nor could I tell. I was completely stress free throughout the entire planning process and on the day of. We've been told several times from almost every guest what a beautiful wedding it was and how everything was absolutely perfect. I cannot imagine what it would have been like to plan this wedding without them!

Chelsea and Teresa did a fantastic job for my daughter's wedding. They were professional, attentive, extremely artistic within our ideal "look" and they went over and above in what we expected. We hired them for "day of", but they did so much more. I cannot express my gratitude to them. They were great!

Chelsea helped make my daughter's wedding the successful event it was. She was helpful, courteous, professional, friendly and handled things to make my day perfect. She anticipated what needed to be done, and did it before I even knew it needed to be done. We would recommend her wholeheartedly.

We are Wedding Nature Photography Ilya and Ines recently had a pleasure to team up with professional wedding planner Chelsea Alexis of Love My Glam Events at Crown Plaza wedding at Hollywood Beach. We started communicating with Chelsea and her team through email correspondence and phone calls and all of our questions and concerns were answered and settled in the timely manner and in the best way in photographer’s and bride’s interest. When we met Chelsea and Teresa personally, we realized why the bride has chosen them, not only they are very professional, but they have a great personality as well. Very easy to work with Chelsea and Teresa were there every step of the way taking care of vendors and the couple making the day an enjoyable experience for everyone, their attention to details was really impressive! Very creative, committed team of planners with unique design, innovation and planning skills. The bride told us that hiring Chelsea Alexis of Love My Glam Events and her team was one of the best decisions she made and we can definitely see why, they made it easy for everyone to be a part of a big day. From the first time I met with Teresa I felt at total ease – I picked my venue because it was a blank canvas and I had a vision of what I wanted it to be, but when the time came we just had no idea how to put it together. We wanted something Modern yet Classic, Luxurious but affordable, Teresa understood my vision and she made it happen. On the day of our wedding everything was PERFECT! I was able to enjoy my day not worrying whether things were setup or enlisting family members’ help. Our families were able to enjoy the day with us. THANK YOU Teresa!!

I recently attended one of the weddings organized by Love My Glam Events. I'd have to say the detail, the venue, the food, the music, the over all experience could not have been better. The hands on dedication delivered by Teresa and Chelsea was evident. Out of the corner of my eye, there they were, making sure everything went off without a hitch. The wedding was perfect as was the Bride. I don't think such a beautiful wedding could've been attained had it not been for the love and attention delivered by these two. I say love because you truly have to love what you do when you deliver such a breath taking result. Gay marriage will soon be legalized in the state of Florida and I look forward to working with these two. I know I could rest easy having experienced their hands on expertise.

Two words for Love My Glam Events, Absolutely Amaaazzzzing!!! I stress the word amazing because from beginning to end not only did they take my breath away but they relieved me of a tremendous amount of stress! I am a proud newlywed that can honestly say that I actually enjoyed my Wedding ‘Day’ and my actual Wedding! All because of Love My Glam Events!

When I sat down with Teresa and Chelsea from Love My Glam they actually LISTENED, they understood my vision and gave me some amazing suggestions. From our talk, I signed on with them feeling confident that everything I wanted would actually get done! These ladies from Love My Glam took on my vision and exceeded way beyond my expectations. Not once did I have to worry.

Love My Glam swooped in and tied up all of my loose ends. They began to follow-up with my vendors, formulated a time line and reviewed contracts to make sure I wasn’t getting robbed! I was in constant contact with these ladies, they always kept me updated and upon my request they kept me involved. They were great with communication!

Along with their amazing services, they found these Jaw-Dropping linens that matched perfectly with the look that I was going for. I couldn't believe it! I just told them I wanted something different, something lush and showed them my color palettes for the wedding.
In addition, I had to add in a last minute table that seated 12 and needed 'last minute' floral arrangements. What do you know? Love my Glam does floral arrangements too! I quickly met with them and based on what we discussed, they prepared a floral arrangement viewing that was perfect for the table.

The day of the Wedding...Oh.My.Gosh! These girls were on top of everything. I mean EVERYTHING! They delivered my linens to the venue, set up my floral arrangements plus more. On top of all that, they made sure transportation and all of the vendors were ALL on time. They kept the whole entire bridal party on Schedule while we were having a blast! Amazing!

Could it really be.......

Ok, let me start by saying that I am a Virgo-Libra cusp, definitely a worry wort. So, with that being said, do I expect my marriage to be perfect, NO!!!! But, I must say that Chelsea and Teresa literally met and exceeded my expectation for the entrance day of my forever. I have goose bumps writing this review because I just knew there would be "something" that would happen on that day, and amazingly, IT DIDN'T!!!!!! I still almost cant believe it. I had it at "lake pavilion" which is on the inter-coastal and it was laid out perfectly, they took into consideration which way the wind was blowing, sun shining etc.....

Ladies - if you are looking for a worry free wedding - completely within your budget , and no surprises - Love my Glam Events is the way to go!!!

Confession time: wedding planning sucks. You will spend more money than you originally intended to, you will get into at least one fight with your fiancee over something as trivial as napkins colors and you will be sick of making countless silly decisions by the end of this process. Don't do this on your own! You need a calm, organized person on your team. You need Chelsea from Love my Glam Events.

I loved working with Love my Glam. The last few weeks leading up to the wedding I was so anxious and high strung that talking to all the wedding vendors would leave me in tears. However, after a conversation with Chelsea I knew everything was going to be ok. Whatever you need she will get it done without complaint. Thanks for a great experience!

Chelsea from Love My Glams helped me planned my Fort Lauderdale destination wedding from beginning to end. Chelsea helped organize everything from wedding flowers to hair appointments, gave helpful advice when I needed it, listened to every detail and executed everything perfectly. We were so incredibly delighted with the way everything turned out, I can't imagine having anybody else by our side to plan such an important event.

Chelsea and I began the planning process more than a year before the big day. She kept up with everything along the way. She always presented my options and cost, helped me understand the pros and cons and always suggested vendors I could trust. We met with her when we came down 6 months before our wedding and walked through everything. Six months later, she came a day before our wedding to rehearse and it ran as smoothly as it possibly could have. The day of our wedding, she helped me bring in all the right vendors, checked and double checked everything was exactly as I planned it, and even helped pull together a lot of last minute details. Chelsea took care of everything and didn't even seem to break a sweat!
Our friends literally continue to talk about how they'll never be able to top our wedding. It was perfect, and we owe a lot of that to our wedding coordinator, Chelsea.

I am a very busy working mother of two, when my husband and I decided to have a ceremony I had no idea how I would plan the wedding being as busy as I am. I planned my ceremony in just a short 6 months. I used Love My Glam to assemble my invites at a very reasonable price, Chelsea addressed all the invites, assembled them, stamped & mailed them once I reviewed them. It saved me so much time and after hearing prices for calligraphy at such a high price I was amazed to find that her price was reasonable. I also used the day of coordination / assistant services which was an amazing help. I am sure that none of my bridesmaids or mother would have been able to handle the calls from all of the vendors, Chelsea stayed by my side and was very calm the entire day and orchestrated things beautifully. I don’t know what I would have done without her and I am SO HAPPY I found LOVE MY GLAM!!

My experience with Chelsea at love my glam, was definitely one that I will never forget. Chelsea lent me her ear and laughed with me and consoled me every step of the way. From our first meeting I knew Inwoukd be able to depend on her (which is something that's hard for me to do). Nothing was to hard for her to manage. I'm not rich, but I really wanted a beautiful wedding for my budget. Chelsea totally blew me away with the decor, the food, the music, the officiant, everything was just amazing. I'm so happy I was blessed to be connected with someone who understands people and is extremely professional. I feel like we're family now. I'll definitely use you again very soon in the future. It is so clear that Chelsea of Love My Glam is doing what she loves to do. My partner and I were awed by her excitement about the event as well as her professional, client-first approach. Her knowledge and vendor relationships were thorough and proved to be extremely useful throughout the planning of the wedding. But beyond her professionalism and competency, Chelsea became a friend who was as committed as we were to making our wedding day "perfect." She offered her ideas and vision, and was just as enthusiastic and receptive to our own "non traditional" innovations for our day. We never felt pressured, but rather supported, in making every decision - big or small. I could not fathom having had the wedding of our dreams (which we did, and more!) without Chelsea of Love My Glam Events in our corner. Thank you!

Simple and elegant Bridal Shower

It was a pleasure working with this company for my sisters bridal shower. Chelsea was very professional and communicated every step of the way. She made sure to bring our vision to light and executed such a beautiful bridal shower. Her staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The day of the event, her staff arrived on time and everything was set up in time for the party. The decor was absolutely lovely and glamorous. The staff was attentive, thoughtful and courteous. From the setup to the breakdown- everything was in pristine condition. Thank you so much for giving my sister such a lovely bridal shower! I was able to host and actually enjoy the event without having to worry about anything else that day! Will definitely be using your services again! Highly recommended!

Chelsea was great! We were planning our wedding from out of town and really needed someone who could help get things done for us, as we only met in person 2 times prior to the wedding. We had weekly phone meetings, which were super beneficial. Chelsea worked hard to help coordinate all of our vendors, as we needed everything a la carte for our venue. Not only did Chelsea act as the liaison for us, but she went above and beyond to be sure we were on board with everything and that we always got the best cost possible. This was so important to us! Chelsea was great in keeping us on track for planning, while not giving us 4059830895 wedding tasks to handle!

We had a pretty "different" wedding...cocktail style, no formal seating, at a museum, etc. Chelsea was definitely up to the challenge, and helped to bring our vision to life.

Choosing Chelsea as my day-of coordinator was, without a doubt, the WORST decision I made throughout the entire process of planning my wedding. Not only did I have constant complaints from the other vendors about her not returning their emails and phone calls, but the real deal breaker was when I found out a month before my wedding that she would be out of the country for the ENTIRE WEEK before my wedding!! She told me that she had booked a destination wedding in Jamaica, and would not be available on the Monday through Friday before my Saturday wedding. The best part is that I found out later she was actually ON VACATION with her husband. Not only is she a pitiful excuse for a wedding planner, but she is also a LIAR. The last straw was when the photo booth company provided us with a disc of all the pictures taken truing the wedding, and I found that she and her “assistant” had a blast taking goofy pictures in the photo booth during my wedding, while she was supposed to be working! The photo booth was intended for my guests, not for the paid help! Thankfully, my wedding was absolutely gorgeous despite having made such a huge mistake in hiring Love My Glam. Chelsea was not only absolutely useless as a planner, but she is also a LIAR and completely devoid of professional ethics. She truly was a bride’s worst nightmare!
