There truly are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Rebecca and L3 Events. From the moment we started working together, Rebecca went above and beyond in every possible way. She is incredibly professional, organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about what she does.
What impressed me most was how thoroughly she walked us through every detail of the planning process. She made sure every “t” was crossed and every “i” was dotted, leaving no stone unturned. Because of her careful planning and execution, our wedding day was absolutely seamless. Not a single thing went wrong that I know of—which is almost unheard of when planning an event of this size—and I credit that entirely to Rebecca and her team.
What makes Rebecca truly special, though, is that she takes the time to get to know her couples. She didn’t just plan a wedding; she took the time to understand who we are as people and as a couple. As a result, our wedding felt authentically us in every way. Every detail reflected our personalities, our families, and our story.
The biggest testament to Rebecca’s work came from our guests. I have never heard people rave about a wedding planner before, but multiple guests told us that our wedding was one of the most organized, beautiful, seamless, and well-executed weddings they had ever attended. Everything flowed effortlessly, and guests always knew where they needed to be and what was happening next. The entire day felt intentional, polished, and stress-free.
Beyond her incredible talent, Rebecca is simply a wonderful human being. She is beautiful inside and out, kind, patient, calming, and someone you genuinely enjoy having by your side during such an important season of life. It is so clear that this is her calling, and she excels at it.
If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, stop searching and hire Rebecca. I cannot recommend Rebecca and L3 Events highly enough. She played an enormous role in making our wedding day the most perfect day of our lives, and we will be forever grateful. -

We couldn't have done it without these ladies! They killed every aspect and made things so seamless and easy for us. Very thorough through the whole process and very professional. Sydney was 11/10 and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else. Day of the wedding there were some changes and we did not even notice! I would recommend them to anyone! -

Working with Rebecca, the owner of L3 Events, was the best decision we made for our wedding. By the end of the process, she didn’t feel like just a planner—she felt like part of our family. What truly sets Rebecca apart from other planners is the energy and joy she brings to every single moment. She’s not just organized and professional—she’s fun. Great energy, fully prepared, chaos coordinator!
Rebecca is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator and MORE. I forgot my hair piece, no problem! Rebecca had an extra. My dress broke walking down the aisle, NO PROBLEM. Rebecca pulled out a mini sewing kit and we fixed it right up! She is professional yet fun, organized yet approachable. My husband and I loved Rebecca's energy. Not only is Rebecca great, her team members are also fantastic. -

We would HIGHLY recommend L3 events for any event that you have coming up. We planned with both Ehko and Rebecca and they're both phenomenal. They made everything go so smoothly! The L3 Portal was easy to use and made everything make sense. Ehko was our day-of (really month-of) planner and she was always available for a quick text or call or email.
Ehko, along with her assistant, Zely, was able to help us coordinate our perfect day and have it go smoothly without any hiccups. We got to hit our most anticipated moments right on or ahead of schedule. We got to view our reception room all set up early, without any of the guests, and just have that lovely moment to ourselves. By far the most WOW moment of the day. If we had to have a least favorite moment, it would have to be after we did our grand exit - because that meant the party was over!
Ehko and Zely always made sure we had everything we needed for our wedding day! Water, drinks, snacks. A stand out moment was that all the family mentioned that they felt like they had special treatment from Zely and Ehko too, which was amazing of them to do. They knew all of our wedding party and families and were able to keep them in line (maybe the most impressive part)!
If you're considering working with L3 events for your upcoming wedding or party, we have just two words after our experience with them.

The BEST Wedding Planner/Coordinator
Rebecca is much more than what her title provides and she is sure to exceed your expectations. She is what every bride and groom absolutely NEED on their wedding day.
Although Rebecca is managing several clients, she has a gift to make you feel like you're the only one and your needs are a priority for her. As a person who manages a lot myself, I am in awe of how she is able to execute it all while still remaining cognizant of every little detail.
We were referred to Rebecca through another vendor and she is by far, the best referral we received. As a first time bride, planning a wedding is like starting a new job that you've never done before but are determined to ensure everything is perfect. This comes with an extreme amount of shock and frustration, but with Rebecca-she is sure to lead the way and assure that you will not enter the unknown. With Rebecca by your side, you will have the wedding of your dreams, without feeling lost and blindsided. She delivers the ultimate results and is known throughout the wedding community to be the best wedding planner in the business. Rebecca and her team were OUTSTANDING! At first, my husband and I were unsure of the importance of a wedding planner, but our experience with L3 Events definitely proved why they were a necessity! Not only was Rebecca a phenomenal planner, ensuring all of our needs were met throughout the process, but she grew to be a dear friend as well! She handled all of the last minute logistics with our venders and our timeline, created opportunities for my husband and I to have private moments with each other throughout the day, guarded our table so we could eat in peace, handled every mishap flawlessly, and packed our car with care—even going so far as to wipe away the smudges on our trunk so it looked spotless in photos. She did not forget a single item! She met all of my needs with grace, and no ask of mine was too great for her to handle (and trust me, I asked a LOT from her! lol). My entire family is still raving about her brilliance!!
If you are on the fence for who to choose as your wedding planner, Rebecca is the ONLY option. You will feel comfortable, beautiful, and relaxed all day long with her by your side because she puts YOU first! I know I now have a friend for life in her. Rebecca has set the bar so high for all wedding coordinators/planners. She listened to all of my comments and requests, she was great at communicating the schedule, everyone in my wedding party loved her. Not only was she on top of everything but she was also a blast to work with. She loves the love and joy of the wedding process as much as a guest/bride or groom does. I would Rebecca and her team to everyone/anyone looking to plan a wedding. I only signed on for a day of coordinator, if I could go back in time, I would sign her on to be my full wedding planner. Rebecca was amazing! Due to my (Mother-of-bride) health issues, the wedding was put back and on hold until just about 8 weeks prior. We knew we needed help. Rebecca was recommended to us by Sara Ozim, our photographer. This was one of the best recommendations we could have ever had. Rebecca understood exactly the nature of our predicament and immediately provided us with all kinds of information during the interview process - even before we hired her! Once we hired her, she was an invaluable resource, from timing, schedules, how to calculate how much to buy, recommendations for other vendors, etc. I cannot even begin to enumerate the number of ways in which she helped. By the time the wedding arrived, she gave us guidance on what to do when so that all tasks could be completed. She helped us handle tips so we didn't have to on the night of the wedding. She calmed our daughter down when her dress got accidentally ripped and even repaired it! We would highly, highly recommend Live Love Laugh Events. I can promise you will not be disappointed. We were amazed at the depth and breadth of knowledge that was given to us and which led us to have an absolutely perfect wedding day for our daughter and her husband! Thank you Rebecca!! -

Where do I start? I chose to do all the planning and picking of the vendors for our wedding. I knew I needed someone to coordinate the day, tie up loose ends, and help me relax, which is quite the task. I spoke with a few coordinators in the area but I didn’t connect with any of them the way I connected with Rebecca. Her vibe is everything! Leading up to our big day, she did monthly check ins and she always made it clear that if I need anything to just let her know. When it got closer to our wedding day she was right there getting all the vendors information, checking with the venue, and making sure everything was in place. I traveled from GA to Daytona Beach with so many boxes of stuff for my wedding and Rebecca and her team got everything out and setup which was kinda like magic because I was wondering how she would find everything. Let me just say that she was more than just my coordinator-she was my therapist, my calm voice when I needed it, she made sure I ate, she even was our hero when my fiancé had a big issue with the store getting his tux wrong. My family absolutely loved her and the vibe that she brought! You can tell she knows what it’s like to be a bride and knows how to make sure you relax more. It was hard for me to let go and let her handle everything but I’m so glad I trusted her. Hiring Rebecca was the best decision ever! I cannot say enough good things about her, but just know she will go over and beyond for you. I’m gonna miss her so much & I’m hoping we will be getting to set something up for the future!! *wink* -

I cannot recommend Rebecca enough! Hiring her was easily the best decision I made after saying yes to my husband. Rebecca came in at the end of the planning process and took away all of the stress and anxiety. With her experience and planning I did not have a single worry on my big day enabling me to truly enjoy each moment with all the people I love. If there were any issues on my wedding day I never knew because the whole day she kept everything smooth and stress free. When after the wedding our rental vendor emailed stating there was a problem removing our memnu stands from the charger plates Rebecca went above and beyond going to the vendor and removing them herself while we were on our honeymoon! Rebecca is the hardest working, kindest, most genuine person you could find to plan your wedding or event. I hired Rebecca back in early 2019 for our summer 2020 wedding. She was literally with us through it ALL. She was incredibly helpful every step of the way on our planning journey and is such a joyful and bright person to be around. As we were planning our wedding from out of town, she was so crucial and willing to go above and beyond, even offering to sit in the car with our dogs while we had a cake tasting. When we decided we needed to postpone our wedding in 2020 she fought with us every step of the way when our venue didn't want to allow it. She drafted a letter to send to their board and was not taking no for an answer. Once we got the venues approval she already had all our other vendors on standby and ready to move forward with postponing. When we were gearing up for wedding date #2 she was always on top of everything, even through me making a bunch of design and food changes along the way. When my husband got covid 2 weeks before our wedding she was constantly checking in and helping us stay calm and ready to take whatever action was needed next. On our wedding day, I was the most relaxed and carefree I had ever been throughout the whole process. That was my goal (I have a hard time releasing control lol) and Rebecca did an INCREDIBLE job of handling every single detail throughout the day so I never had to lift a finger or have a single worry. If you are looking for a planner is is fierce, loyal, genuine, and just an incredible human; you will not be disappointed with hiring Rebecca. I would hire her again in a heart beat. -

She will work for you and your spouse tirelessly. She will make sure you will get the best deals when it comes to booking other vendors. She will let you know whenever wedding promotional deals pops up. We literally won a contest where we only spent $600 on our flowers when the originally price would have been easily over $2,500. She is insightful and knowledgeable when it comes to the wedding industry. She’s innovative and will tell you like it is because she wants to see you enjoy your big day. If you have an issue, she will be the first to get on the phone with whoever you are having that issue with. One thing about Rebecca is that she loves her timeline and sticks by it. She is very organized and that is something that is something to keep an eye on when booking a wedding planner. We vow and promise that you will be in great hands with Rebecca. REBECCA LANG (Not Becky!) was our coordinator through some of the most challenging and uncertain times throughout the pandemic. I cannot put into words the VALUE she brought to our planning process. Not only was she highly attentive and positive each time we interacted, but she acted as a beacon of strength when I was feeling absolutely hopeless. She brought creativity and fun back into my planning process and was persistent when I started to waiver from the timeline. All that aside, the real thing that impressed me was our rehearsal & day-of experience. We were going to potentially come into bad weather and had to come up with a backup plan that I initially, did not love. We had to move our ceremony inside and I felt that our outdoor décor may go to waste. Not only did she give me the reassurance I needed to make the right decision, but she kept my VERY persistent family in-check. She diffused any and all pushback that would have put my event at risk. Her focus was 100% concentrated on maximizing our wedding experience and ensuring the guests were happy and comfortable. She ensured all my décor was repurposed and arranged BEAUTIFULLY. I tear up even thinking about how perfect everything looked at the end. Everyone, from my mom to my friends, were commending what a FANTASTIC job she did. There is no doubt in my mind that I would have felt much differently about my event if she was not managing it. People say that event planners are worth their weight in gold but I think that's an understatement. No matter your budget, Rebecca is a MUST-HAVE. -

Our wedding was planned in less than two months. We hired all vendors and because I am in the industry, I took the challenge of making my flowers arrangements and bouquet. The venue package had Rebecca services included for the ceremony. Rebecca contacted us ten days before the wedding and gave us peace of mind. I was a bit overwhelmed on the last few days. She set timelines for all contracted vendors. The ceremony and reception were perfect and went smoothly. Rebecca is very proactive, and she plan ahead to prevent unwanted situations. When I started my wedding journey, I was confident in my ability to plan everything myself. As we got down to the last couple of months, I realized that there was no way that I could enjoy myself at the wedding and have everything go as smoothly as a hoped. In comes Rebecca. Simply put, the BEST COORDINATOR EVER. She came in and put all my anxieties at ease and saved my wedding!!! I hired her for the month prior to my wedding to help me clean up all the loose ends. She did that and BEYOND.
On our wedding day a month ago, she was a force of nature. There exactly when I needed her and always seen tidying this, arranging that, directing this. Bringing my vision to life with complete confidence. I kid you not, 4minutes before I was about to walk down the aisle, I snagged the tool on my dress and it left a gaping hole. Without missing a beat this lady sewed that sucker up in 2mins flat. I was near tears before, but SHE FIXED THAT. My mother in law hired Becca about a couple months before the big day! When we realized we had no idea who was going to be in charge of keeping us on track. She took the reigns and helped us tremendously with the planning process, keeping us organized and on track. Honestly, throughout the process I was never stressed. Becca made sure we had every detail sorted out day before the wedding. It was a breezy planning process and this is coming from an artsy and miticulous bride who is all about details. Becca is a take charge, no time to bs, business oriented mind and that is EXACTLY what you want on your day of. Only on thing we went wrong which was my dress and guess who was there? Becca was! She sewed me up in my dress! Made it seem like nothing ever happened. Everything was set up exactly how I invisioned it and we had an absolute blast! I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and effort in making our dream come true! For sure we will be working with her for any future events! I would highly reccomend to anybody looking for a planner!
