I’ve been waiting to post this, because I really wanted to take my time with this. The decor at my wedding reception was the part of my reception that I was looking forward to the most.
I worked with Lynn from Lily V Events. Please look her up on Instagram.
There is SO MUCH I could say about this woman and her team, but I get emotional trying to put it into words. She is like my Fairy God Mother, and she made me feel like Cinderella on my wedding day. This woman has a heart of gold. She is kind, generous, hard working, and talented beyond words.
She sat with me for HOURS to listen to my vision. She did everything in her power to make it come true. She worked all day on Friday to provide my husband and I with this incredible, breathtaking reception decor, and I am eternally grateful. She over delivered, not because she had to, but because she wanted to, because that’s just the kind of person she is.
Ladies and gents, this wedding planning experience has taught me so much, and I have tons of advice I could give any future brides and grooms. One of the biggest pieces of advice I can share, is to HIRE VENDORS WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK!!!
Hire people who love what they do, who are passionate, and willing to go the extra mile, not because they have to, but because they want to do their best always. That’s what I found in Lynn and Lily V Events, and I will forever love her for everything she did for us. Lynn, I hope God continues to bless you abundantly, because you so deserve it.

So happy we went with Lilyvevents after searching through tons and tons of vendors. We settled with them because their designs seemed the most true to our wedding vision. Sandra handled our concept and execution to perfection. I also loved that they included little surprises that my husband and I know we didn't pay for. THANK YOU. My mom is very picky but even she was extremely pleased with the decor. It was tasteful, classy and most especially timeless and that's exactly what we wanted. I am forever grateful.

This company provided flowers, lighting and Clear lucite Chiavari chairs for my wedding. The quality of service was superb. I had ordered a different color chair pad to go with my theme of silver and purple and they had accommodated the custom color, something a lot of vendors don't do. I was happy they were able to execute everything on time and the flowers looked beautiful. I couldn't be happier with my order. Thanks.

I used lilyvevents for our chiavari chair rental, flowers and linen rental and I was very pleased.
Our theme was white and gold glamour so we ordered gold chiavari chairs with white cushions, all white floral
And gold linen for the guest tables. The process was seamless, I visited their office to select samples of the chair and linen I wanted.
I looked at picture reference for my floral and that was it. No stress. I only met with Sandra their coordinator once
And everything else was handled. They arrived on time to deliver the chairs, my floral was jaw dropping and linen sparkled like crazy.
I got dressed at the venue so I kept coming to peek at everything take shape. I could see they love what they do. My room was all set up in time
Before my guests arrived. Best company I worked with for my wedding. Thank you guys.

We hired Lilyvevents and worked with Lily to help decorate our wedding. We didn't have to worry about a thing, lily ensured she worked with us every step of the way, right from our invitations choices, linen options, flowers, decor lighting and much more. I loved they offered all these in one plan so I didn't have to use too many vendors. Lily and Lynn were very accommodating, respectful of our wishes and made sure everything went smoothly. Our flowers were amazing, I especially love the video Lynn sent me of her making my bouquet early that morning a note attached to my coffee telling me to breathe.... She remembered I'm a coffee addict and had one delivered to me along with my bouquet. The video put me at ease, just watching how my bouquet was carefully crafted. I didn't have to worry after that I knew they had everything under control. The church was exquisite as I wanted an elaborate design due to my Christian background, my reception flowers and decor was even more exquisite. Our family and guest were in total awe. I couldn't have asked for a better day. You can't go wrong with this team. They are typically very busy but once you reach out and get them. You won't regret it.

My wedding was amazing and successful due to the thorough planning and decor services provided by LilyV. Right from working into their super stylish office I knew I was in the right place. Our guests kept talking about how luxurious our wedding looked and thought we spent a million bucks on it. However what I love most was lily v was able to work with my budget and still give me a million dollar outcome. My planners cared about me and my crazy ideas ha, and fused it all into one. When I walked into the room I was in tears happy happy tears because months and months of planning became a reality and now a memory I will cherish forever. Lily will not let you down, they were extremely helpful during the planning phase and expertly organized on the day of our wedding.
We rented both lucite Chiavari chairs and ghost chairs from them to add to our eclectic modern feel for our wedding. Lilyvevents was also responsible for our floral, lighting, sweetheart area and lounge area. I was in shocked when I walked in, I mean these guys took my breathe away. The room was so beautiful it all came together perfectly. Thanks so much lily and your fantastic team.

Where do I begin? Let me first start by saying, I wish that I could give "value" 6 stars! Lynn is incredible, she executed my desires and multiplied it times 10! I may be bias, but my wedding was absolutely THE most beautiful wedding that I've ever been to, and all of my guests said the exact same thing. I chose LilyV because they are a one stop shop. I didn't want to go through the trouble of dealing with 5-10 different vendors. She provided, florals, linens, chairs, decorative items, etc. Even my venue had to use her for linen items that they were supposed to provide. Please do yourself a favor and reach out to Lynn of LilyV Events. It will absolutely be one of the best decisions you will have made throughout your entire planning process.

I needed help conducting my Indian/Jewish wedding, yes that’s correct. This meant a lot of festivities would
need to take place, some even a year in advance and searching for the right planner/designer to plan these numerous celebrations was rather daunting. I stumbled on LilyVevents during my search for a mandap/ chuppah structure and decided to explore further. I met up with Lynn at the media office location and was a little apprehensive at first but 10 mins into our meeting I started to relax and take all in. She welcomed me professionally, made me feel at ease. We immediately started talking about the different looks to consider for my wedding and that’s how it all started. We are two years in and one cultural wedding celebration down, the success of our cultural ceremony/reception was such a huge hit, that I recommended lilyvevents to 6 more of my friends/work colleagues getting married.
My wedding featured on South Asian bridal magazine and I can only thank Lynn for the attention to detail and elusive elements incorporated to our big day. We are already well into planning the sheikh wedding and concluding with a formalized Jewish celebration. My world was complex due to the diversity of my fiancé and I but Lynn was able to fuse them together and for this I say thank you and will always recommend the team at lilyvevents.

I would highly recommend Lynn and her team to anyone planning an event especially a wedding. They were so attentive and diligent in meeting my every need. You really couldn't ask for better service. The team was never more than a phone call away which is refreshing in a world where some vendors only communicate via email. They actually LISTEN to what you like then make it 100 times better than you imagined it could be. My guests were blown away by my florals and decor. The planning was also so great. I've been a bridesmaid in many unorganized wedding but mine was like an oiled machine. One of my day of attendant actually helped me re-write my vows so I didn't have to read off my phone! Now that's service!

I would suggest going with the totale package that they offer. Those extra planning meetings and luxury extras like tufted leather chairs really make a huge difference. You won't be sorry you did it!

I received a referral from a friend to check out LilyVevents during my search for quality chiavari chairs for my wedding.
As soon as I visited their website, I was totally blown away. I had also been looking for someone to handle my flowers,
Décor, lighting and chairs and this was a one stop shop for me to use one vendor for everything.
I immediately contacted them and scheduled an appointment to come in, we were greeted by Lynn at the door.
I was overjoyed I could actually see the different color of chairs that they offered, looked at linen selection,
Talked about my favorite flowers and even had me looking into a white dance floor.
Lynn had an answer for a every question I asked and at the end of the day we booked them.
The planning process was very smooth she checked in every now and then and even did more than my actual
Wedding planner. On the day of, my mom reported they arrived on time, chairs all set up for my garden wedding,
Flowers looking good, overall décor exuded elegance. I caught my breathe when I walked in, both for my ceremony and
Reception, their custom piece are one of a kind, I mean where do you find a see through table for your loveseat.

The services were beyond amazing and I would certainly recommend LilyVevents all over again. My main point of contact, Lyn, and all the staff, a perfect 5 star rating is well deserved.

Let's start with Lyn. Lyn has a very welcoming and down to earth personality. She has a knack for attention to detail, and she's very open minded. With every service offered, she always provides a lot of options that way you get the best possible quality choice and a bang for your buck. She's a renowned expert in event planning.

As our big day approach we got to speak to other members at LilyVevents regarding the order of event for our big day. We were blown away by the close attention to every little detail and the timing allocated for each. A few more conference calls to make sure everything was in place for the perfect celebration. And on our wedding day, perfection at its BEST, from the intricate ornate decor to the staff organization at the wedding reception. I mean every thing was well handled by the staff at LilyVevents. It was a spectacle as well as a fun event. Every so often, some of our guest still call to ask questions about our wedding event. We didn't have to worry about anything. We really did have a lot of fun.

To sum it all up, Lyn and her staff at LilyVevents are a combination of stellar, concise, quality, attentive and organize. I will most certainly recommend LilyVevents to a friend.

Lynn and her team were amazing from day 1! I drove almost 2 hours to meet with Lynn and go over all the details I wanted for our October wedding. Her designs and suggestions were always on point and she truly understood the look of the event details I wanted. Anything I needed Lynn would answer my questions in a timely manner. She even helped me look for a photographer when I was in need and that wasn't even part of our contract. On the day of our wedding my husband and I were blown away by the ceremony and reception decorations and it came out looking more beautiful then we ever imagined! Lynn is truly talented in what she does and I look forward to working with her in the future for any events I plan. I found Lilyvevents via wedding wire, and immediately set up some time to meet. We worked with Lynn and Lily and didn't have to worry about a thing. When I worked into their show room I automatically knew I was in the right place. I loved looking at all the sample items they had which made my selections very easy. On the day of my event fabulush was my theme and this is what the team executed. The attention to the detail was amazing, so much my event got featured on print on "the knot magazine". If you are looking for a vendor who would supersede your expectations, your best bet is LilyVevents. One thing I value is getting more value that I bargained for, Linda and her team went above and beyond on every thing.

My only regret is that I didn't use their services for my entire planning process and centerpieces. If I could do it all over again I would hire this team for every service they provide. Yes, they are that good! Don't make the mistake I made. Choose them, it is worth the investment and peace of mind.

LilyVEvents far exceeded my expectations for my wedding! We agreed to use LilyVEvents for flowers/decor (bouquets, boutonnieres, reception flowers - centerpieces, linen, uplighting, sweetheart table & ceremony space) & day of coordination.

The floral design was so lush - Lynn even suggested certain flowers to use to keep the price more affordable & was able to coordinate my favorite (more expensive) flowers. Everyone loved our bouquets - they were very unique and had many detailed elements. I had 8 bridesmaids & they all ranted & raved about how much they loved their bouquets! The centerpieces were jaw dropping - the venue manager told me that she had never seen the ballroom decorated that nicely in all her years working there. The linen line that they offer is very unique, they have a lot of options that you won't see anywhere else. The design of the sweetheart table definitely brought the attention in the ballroom to us - they even threw in some surprise details that we had not expected, but helped make everything look polished & finished.

Day-of-coordination with LilyVEvents was actually a lot more than day-of. Lynn was available & very responsive to my calls, texts & emails throughout the entire planning period. She is a great listener, but was results driven - and looking for ways to solve issues. She was very helpful with suggestions for vendors - which helped save me A LOT of time! Working with the coordinators on the wedding day helped everything to go smoothly, I didn't have to think about anything but getting married. They made sure all vendors and details were in place & on time! I enjoyed working with the whole team at LilyVEvents. They helped make our wedding day enjoyable & stress-free. I really could not have asked for more - my wedding day was more than I could have ever dreamed of - thanks to the team @ LilyV!

My husband and I loved every bit of my traditional engagement ceremony and wedding day. LilyVevents did our decor, flowers, candy table, favor packing and coordinator for both day. They were on-time, professional, honest/upfront, and the whao factor they bring just can't be put into words. The details in the decor, flowers, simply unprecedented. Lily V Events truly made my dream wedding reception come to life. Our guests were raving about the decor before we entered the ballroom! When my husband and I finally walked into our reception, it was breathtaking. We were VERY happy and satisfied with the look. Throughout the process, Lily V gave us personal attention and set clear expectations on the services provided. Their level of professionalism and responsiveness was excellent. My event rentals were furnished by this group, from my crystal chuppah to table linens, everything was so perfect. Lilyvevents is awesome, my words might not do them enough justice. But i am glad i contracted them for my "wonderful wedding" which they defintely made it to be so. They are the best in quality i have come across so far and even less expensive. Very trusthworthy and flexible that i was so comfortable with all their ideas. My quests complimented their services so do I and my husband. My husband and I chose LilyVevents as our wedding planner and honestly is was the best money we spent during our entire wedding planning process. She was so fun and easy to work with and always one step ahead of us. She did everything for us from contacting our vendors and keeping them organized to hand making just about everything from our save the dates, invitations, place cards, programs, flower arrangements, favors and much more. She made sure everything was customized to fit us! She is professional and quick on her feet, she was just a joy and I felt like she was my best friend throughout the whole process ... not to mention that she wore her heels the entire wedding day!!

LilyVevents were such a joy to work with and my wedding day was absolutely beautiful and exactly as I envisioned without the stress. Lynn is such a genuine person who truly cares that her clients have a special and care-free wedding day. She is also incredibly talented at what she does and was not only able to understand my vision for my wedding, but she also added her own special touch and attention to detail to our wedding. I was so thankful for her wisdom and direction throughout the whole planning process. I was thrilled with the exclusive linen collection, flowers, cake table she created, and the decor and atmosphere of my reception venue was something I could have never created on my own."

If you are looking for a genuine, down-to-earth, creative, fun, outgoing group your search has ended ... I sincerely had to review team lilyv because not only did they do an excellent job, i could tell they love what they do and it showed all through the process. My one goal for my wedding was to make sure I enjoyed the entire day to the fullest. And while i was spending time with friends and family and loving every moment, they were behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect and the experience felt good.
From day one, I felt a very personalized service that I felt was unmatched anywhere, they made sure all my visions became reality, and even though I wasn’t sure what those visions were, they created them together with many many and I mean many pictures and files of my favorite things I passed along to them. Lynn was FAN-TAB-LOUSSS!! If there be a word. I don't know what I would have done without her and her expertise. When we first met Lynn we knew instantly that she was the wedding designer we wanted and so so needed. Her proactive nature, organization and attention to every detail made planning our perfect wedding so easy. I could not have asked for a better experience. Every detail we had asked for was expertly executed in a manner that exceeded our expectations. Her close relationship with vendors and hotel management made the planning process clear and easy to navigate. The day we got married...I cried when I saw how beautiful the room was. Lynn is the one that made that happen for me. She's patient, honest, responsive, resourceful and has expert vendor management skills. I don’t think I could say thank you enough, If you're looking for your day to be the best...you have to hire the best!

Lilyvevents organized my wedding beyond my expectations!! My guests are still calling me even a week after my wedding to tell me how great the ballroom looked and overall decor of the whole event! Thanks to Lilyvevents my wedding day was really the greatest day of my life!

Lilyvevents made the process of designing and executing our wedding a fun and exciting time. Without their expert guidance, I would not have been able to enjoy my planning process. Coordinator made the process fun and easy, and shouldered much of the "pressure" and "work" of the wedding. Designer pulled off decor to the last detail. In the past I would not have believed the return of investment by hiring a Wedding designer/planner. However, after this process, I will recommend to everyone the need for a designer like Lynn. Her professionalism was exceptional. Beyond that, she is a wonderful person who cares about the quality of her work, and the quality of the weddings she is designing for. Thanks Lynn and team for making it a wonderful experience of planning and executing my wedding design.

Where do i start, always very punctual, efficient, considerate, professional, and suuuuper friendly which I loved! They go above and beyond in so many ways, and ultimately do their best to save you money which is incredibly important when planning a wedding. She walked my venue like a charm and quickly learned the layout (even better than I did after I had already gone there like 5 times with my mom). She takes excellent notes, and is VERY quick to respond via email, and this is SO IMPORTANT because most brides, especially me don't like waiting too long to hear back.
I would highly recommend Lilyvevents for your wedding (or any big event). They made sure all the lighting and decor was perfect and took charge of all the vendors/meetings we had booked prior to hiring them. You really need to be able to trust your coordinator, and I felt I was able to do that with them. Best wedding investment ever.

Lilyvevents did a great job at planning and executing my wedding day. From the tasting all the way to the picking of table linens, food, flowers, my dress, they made it so easy for me to sitback and watch them carry out my wedding plans! I recommend when looking at their packages to go with the pilot or B2E because it offers exactly what you need for a wedding. My planner was available whenever i had a question! She was wonderful throughout the whole process. Very detail oriented and always followed up with us on conversations with an email so we knew what to expect through the process. People are still talking about my wedding day and how beautiful it was, even better how much crazy fun they had. Our friends and family thought we had spent way more when they stepped into our reception, it looked like we spent 40k but it was half that. Again I would not hesitate using them for upcoming events, our experience was spectacular and i would 100% recommend them.

I want to personally thank LilyV and her team for everything put together to make my Goddaughters wedding a success!!!!! It was a truly amazing weekend for her and we all had a fantastic time! You are the best. I am possibly the pickiest person alive and you handled my every fear well. Not a detail was left undone. I had so much to do but knew that somehow with you in the picture it would all get done. If not for you I honestly do not think that we would have been able to get through this wedding. There is no one out there better equipped to take full charge of our event details. Due to you we have fantastic memories that will last a lifetime. When I walked into Lilyvevents showroom, I didn't know what my overall look would be, I wasn't sure about my color palette, I thought our budget was ridiculous, i was overwhelmed with dealing with different vendors and comparing rates.....the one thing I was sure of was I needed HELP.
The affordability of services lilyvevents offers is unmatched, you can tell she just genuinely loves what she does. The entire team was responsive, always on top of our various vendors, and we had 11in total. Lilyvevents was able to "from scratch" create a vision of my fav things on earth and piece them together.to make my wedding not only fabulous but personable to Mark and I. Great work guys! Keep up the good work and all the best. We hope to use you guys when our twins arrive :)

I am truly not one for reviews, but have to admit when the very best WORK was put into my wedding by Lilyvevents. I was one confused bride and a little skeptical about putting all my trust in an event company but my now hubby :) confirmed Lilyvevents had done an awesome job at a colleagues wedding last year.
The moment I made the call my troubles were lighter and decreased over and over again until the end. My wedding was the BEST I have ever attended, hahahahahahahaha and I thank lilyvevents for going above and beyond for us. They even performed task we didn't even pay for, like building a professional website for us. Very accommodating, respected our budget and pulled off a wedding to be remembered. Thanx a million.

Outstanding service and event visionaire, they made our event vision come to life and executed every request i had during planning. Here are a few pointers, why you should go with them:

* definitely the best money spent for wedding - the best value for the money spent (we actually thought that they do not charge enough for the amount of time and energy spent)

* they have experience with a wide range of venues and vendors and can help your vendors visualize your dream

* they can help you receive a discount at many of these venues and vendors

* they definitely work with you and hold your hand throughout the process

* they think of all the details that can easily be missed during the planning process and the details truly make the difference in pulling off a good wedding from executing an amazing wedding

* regardless of what your budget is, they offer first class service - truly professionals in their field

* they are very conscious of your budget and will always keep this in mind

I had the experience of attending a wedding designed by LilyVEvents so right away I knew I wanted them to do my wedding.
Lynn knows her stuff and always had great suggestions from day one. As I was a clueless bride, it helped that she and her team of coordinators were always very professional, helpful and not to mention patient. They are simply sweethearts that love what they do!
Really can't say enough about her team of coordinators. I appreciate all of their time and the amazing job they did on my wedding. Lynn really went above and beyond for my husband and I. We're still getting compliments from guests and "wish I was there" from people that couldn't make it.
Lynn's passion and attitude towards her work is wonderful. She listens and considers what works best for you and just builds on it making it better than you could've imagined.
I'd recommend Lynn and her team to anyone planning anything, and definitely to those planning a wedding.

My wedding was flawless!!! They did an amazing job!! I had brought in a lot of extra stuff to setup and all went as planned!!! for an out of state bride like me, i really thought it would be tough to relay my ideas but that was hardly the case. My mom keeps telling me i need to send over flowers to you all.

My Fairy Godmother

Decor is something I value so much so when I got engaged I knew I was working with Lynn. Lynn is super busy so it takes a special kind of patience to get in touch with her but I do NOT regret working with her. From the moment I entered her PA office I knew I made the right decision. Lynn went WAYYYY above and beyond for me during my wedding and had me in tears. Everyone raves about how beautiful my decor was and I have Lynn to thank. Lynn has become family and I cannot wait to work with her in the very near future.

I had Lynn organize a baby shower for my wife. I can say with confidence that was probably my most important contribution towards the fun filled baby shower. Lynn planned the whole event, and did an excellent job selecting the hall, food, games, décor, etc. She understood exactly what was needed, and was upfront with me on the various options. This made it easy for me to choose. If I had any questions, Lynn was easy to reach and she did a good job of keeping me updated via phone and e-mail. Couple of things that she suggested like the massage and manicure for guests was unfamiliar territory for me. To my relief those events turned out to be a great success. She also decorated the hall eloquently, and the décor was perfect for the occasion.
On the day of the event, everything went as planned. The games she organized were very popular among guests. Lynn also displayed great time management. She not only managed the event in a very professional manner, and made sure we were on track for finishing off the event on time, but also ensured that the guests had fun. A couple of guests bought along their own games, and she was able to accommodate them without going over time. Finally, my wife felt special, and at the same time did not feel like she was under the spotlight.
Thank you Lynn, we all had a great time.

While searching for vendors who could incorporate my vision into a reality, I happened across Lilyvents. I checked the website, the reviews, nothing to raise red flags. Lilyvevents had everything we had hoped to find for our special day. We made the appt, confirmed the appt, showed for the apt only to find Lynn had forgot the appt. We had to call her and she showed up 25 minutes later. She explained she had forgotten as she had a wedding the previous day and she was a little under the weather. It seemed plausible so there again no red flags. When she showed up she had on sweat pants, a sweat jacket and tennis shoes, not something I would think you would meet a potential client in, but who knows! While speaking with Lynn and explaining our vision, we were amazed at her products, I must say everything we asked for she stated she was able to get, and she would get the proposal to us that evening or the next day at the latest. Needless to say we had to email her after day two with no proposal. When we received the proposal it had items in it we had not wanted, it was grammatically incorrect (she is a lawyer) and spelling errors. This was a concern for me, as I felt it should have been proofed before it was sent. Still we decided to go with her. Her prices, decorations we could not beat. I mean she had beautiful items!!!! After we sent the proposal back with the necessary changes, we did not hear back from her for several days, then it turned into a week....wow. Long story short (I cannot write everything that happened) we tried to reach her, we had phone appt set up, we even gave a booking fee without a contract. After the last phone appt when she did not pick up, or it went straight to voicemail, after 3 hours we asked for our money back. She stated it was a snow storm (we had no snow) I don't know what happened we got our money back, and sadly I would NEVER RECCOMEND this company.

I'm sorry to say that my fiancé and I had a HORRIBLE experience renting chiavari chairs for our wedding reception from LilyVevents. We signed a contract stating that the chairs would arrive by 2 PM; on the day of the wedding they arrived at 5:15 PM—over 3 hours late and 15 minutes after the start of the wedding. When we arrived at the venue and there were no chairs we emailed and called Lynn, but emails went unanswered and calls straight to vm. Any bride will understand my level of distress when there were absolutely no chairs in the reception area and no clue if they would arrive as I walked down the aisle. THANK GOD they finally arrived the wonderful staff at my venue were able to set them up just before guests entered the reception area. In the days after the wedding, we never heard from Lynn. No explanation, no apology. Finally, I wrote to tell her I was disappointed not only in the service we received but her lack of communication. She finally responded to say that the chairs were delayed because of rain and that her team "fulfilled their assignment for the day." (As a professional in the delivery business, the driver should have been dispatched in plenty of time to accommodate for weather-related delays, in my opinion.) At the very least Lynn should have been in touch to let me know that the chairs were late but on their way.We decided to file a claim with PayPal seeking a partial refund to account for the late delivery and broken contract terms. Unfortunately, PayPal's Purchase Protection Policy only covers items that are NEVER delivered, or not the same item that the buyer ordered. They don't account for timing, delivery, or other details of a service contract. I would like to issue a warning to brides considering renting chairs from LilyVevents. While their pricing is competitive, they keep things cheap with AWFUL customer service. Lynn is unprofessional at best, unscrupulous at worst. I wish I had spent a little more and hired a reliable vendor.
