Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality! Words truly cannot express the depth of gratitude that my wife and I feel for each of you and the extraordinary work that Legacy Events poured into making our destination wedding an absolute dream come true.
From the very moment we selected your company, through the inception and earliest planning stages, all the way to the flawless completion of our special day, every “I” was dotted and every “T” was crossed with precision, professionalism, grace, and care. Your commitment to excellence was evident in every detail.
As the groom, men often take a less active role in wedding planning. However, as a restaurant owner with years of experience coordinating weddings and large-scale events, I naturally observed every aspect of your operation, from planning logistics to execution and ultimately the grand finale. I can say without hesitation or reservation that I have never witnessed such an organized, polished, and seamless production. There is no other recommendation that I would ever make beyond Legacy Events.
Every family member, friend, and guest continuously complimented the ceremony, the reception, and the overall experience. The atmosphere, timing, presentation, and attention to detail were simply impeccable. What meant even more to me was hearing the overwhelming praise from my Mother and Sister, who together have over 40 years of experience planning and coordinating weddings themselves. They both repeatedly stated: “This was a phenomenal event! Everything was perfectly planned and every detail was spectacular!” I cannot begin to explain how much those words meant to me.
Most importantly, seeing the gratitude in my WIFE’S eyes, the joy on her face, and the fullness of happiness in her heart was absolutely priceless. Watching her experience complete satisfaction and genuine happiness made me feel like I would relive this entire journey over and over again without hesitation.

Amazing Night
We had the absolute best experience for our wedding reception! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, organized, and responsive. They took the time to have multiple meetings and check-ins with me beforehand, which made me feel so supported and confident going into the big day.
On the day of the reception, everything was absolutely beautiful and ran so smoothly. They truly brought my vision to life and handled every detail seamlessly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, they were always there whenever I needed anything and made sure everything stayed on track.

Elegant wedding decor
I can’t say enough wonderful things about working with the team at Legacy for our wedding. She served as our partial planner, but the real magic came from the floral and décor experience she created for us. From the moment we started working together, she understood our vision perfectly and brought it to life in a way that truly exceeded every expectation.
The décor was breathtaking — elegant, timeless, and beautifully cohesive from start to finish. Every detail felt intentional. The florals were unbelievably gorgeous and became one of the biggest highlights of our entire day.
Beyond her design talent, she was such a pleasure to work with. She was kind, patient, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure our day felt special. She went above and beyond to ensure everything looked flawless.

It was a pleasure working with Michelle and Hannah! They were both so amazing! They made the process for my wedding a lot easier! They helped plan everything and decorated so beautifully! I’m very thankful for all the hard work they put into making my special day very special! Hannah responded to me no matter what time it was! Communication was top tier! Best Money I spent for my wedding!
I chose Legacy for my wedding, and it was easily the best money we spent throughout the entire process. Michelle, Autumn, and Camille were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. Each of them played an instrumental role in making our wedding the best day ever.
The biggest reason I wanted a day-of coordinator was so I could be fully present and stress-free—and they delivered that and more. They truly thought of everything, adding thoughtful touches that elevated the entire experience. Our meetings leading up to the wedding made the final month feel clear, organized, and calm.
When a last-minute construction issue popped up at my venue, Michelle immediately advocated for us, ensured the space still looked amazing, and made sure we were properly compensated. On top of all that, they created my bridal bouquet, which was absolutely stunning.
I could go on forever about how wonderful they were, but the bottom line is that I am beyond grateful to have had these women in my corner. I would hire them again and again.
If you’re looking for an event planner or day-of coordinator, you truly cannot go wrong with Legacy. -

The Best Team!
From the very beginning of my wedding planning journey, Michelle and the entire Legacy Events team were absolutely incredible. They were organized, responsive, and truly on top of their game every step of the way.
In the month leading up to my wedding, they constantly checked in with me — texting to see if I needed anything, offering to take things off my plate, and always going above and beyond to make the process as stress-free as possible. I genuinely felt supported every single day leading up to my wedding.
Michelle was a phenomenal leader — she ran every vendor meeting with such professionalism and clarity, ensuring everyone was on the same page and that my exact vision was being executed perfectly. She took my ideas and helped bring them to life in a way that was even more beautiful than I imagined.
Autumn was equally amazing — always sending follow-up emails, checking in, and making sure every detail was covered. Her consistency and thoughtfulness made such a difference and gave me so much peace of mind.
And I can’t say enough about Camille — our day-of coordinator and content creator. She was truly a joy to be around! Her calm, warm, and reassuring energy made me feel so at ease on a day that could have easily been overwhelming. She handled everything seamlessly, and the content she captured was incredible — having all those photos and videos the very next day was such a gift and allowed me to relive the best day of my life almost instantly.
The flowers and décor were also beyond stunning — the entire Legacy team’s creativity and attention to detail transformed our space into something magical.
I can’t recommend Legacy Events enough. They are professional, kind, and genuinely care about making your day as perfect as possible. Thanks to Michelle, Autumn, Camille, and the rest of the team, my wedding day was everything I dreamed of and more! -

Highly Recommend Legacy Events !!
Legacy Events Tampa is the best if you want an organized , compassionate team to make your wedding day and the weeks leading up to it stress free ! We hired Legacy for day of coordination for my daughter's wedding of 164 guest . From the beginning they were very organized with an online shared portal with reminders, so nothing was forgotten, pictures of our decor and vision, and all of our vendor information. They took over full vendor communication to make sure everyone was on the same page and nothing was forgotten. Olivia was the absolute best ! She was very organized and her communication with us was on point . We met weekly to discuss our day of plan, she organized our rehearsal , and was there day of from start to finish with her team . Legacy also did our wedding flowers , which were absolutely beautiful !! They are a one stop shop for all of your planning and coordination . I can't recommend them enough ! The do it all from flowers, to decor, to day of coordination only. They helped to make my daughter's wedding a day she will never forget ! -

The best wedding experience I could have asked for!
My wedding experience with Michelle and her team was absolutely phenomenal. We worked together for over 6 months and she went above and beyond the call of duty! From monthly then weekly planning meetings, planning/designing my event while I live out of state, to relocating my venue last minute after the hurricanes in 2024. She has a kindness and generosity that glows. Our wedding decor was better than I could have dreamed!! She tried her hardest to honor my budget and timeline throughout the whole experience and left me feeling heard and cared for. The day of the wedding her team and her took care of everything logistics and decor and alleviated all the stress from my husband and I. I could not recommend her more!! We love you Michelle! -

Unorganized and Unreliable Wedding Planning!
My husband and I got married on 4/5/25, and unfortunately, we had several issues with Legacy Events Tampa that significantly impacted our day.
There was major confusion with the venue address — even though RSVPs were updated by family and friends, I found out while getting my hair and makeup done that every single guest had been given the address to the wrong venue. If my sister-in-law hadn’t caught it and my family hadn’t sent out mass texts, many guests — including our officiant — would have missed the ceremony entirely.
The cocktail hour food we arranged was never served and was later found untouched in a fridge — a complete waste. Legacy did offer a refund for the missed cocktail hour food, which we appreciated, but by then, the damage was done.
One of my top priorities was having photos with our guests, but this never happened, despite it being the only reception activity we had planned (we opted out of most traditional elements). Legacy Events claimed the sunset portraits threw off the timeline, but the last version I was sent had cake cutting scheduled for 6:30 and guest photos at 6:45. Our photographer confirmed she didn’t start sunset portraits until around 7:20. Nothing was happening in that hour except dinner. Legacy also claimed the portraits took 1.5 hours, but we were back inside before sunset, so this is a huge exaggeration and our cake cutting didn’t happen until after 8 PM. I’ve spoken to several other companies that said even if the timeline was running behind (very common at weddings), a coordinator should be able to pivot and adjust the timeline to include planned activities.
There were many other issues as well. The wrong frames were ordered for our décor, despite prior confirmation. Legacy offered $200 for the error, but that didn’t even cover the cost of the replacements I had to purchase last-minute the night before the wedding from Amazon. No real solution was offered — I had to handle it myself. We were also never sent a finalized or updated timeline leading up to the wedding. On the day, my husband and I often didn’t know where to be — I even had to go get him from the sweetheart table and tell him we were supposed to do our grand entrance.
Worst of all, when we raised these concerns with the owner the following Monday, Legacy Events took no accountability. Instead, they blamed us, our family, and other vendors. Without our consent, they even emailed our vendors claiming we were unhappy with their services and were requesting refunds — which we never asked for. We had to personally call and apologize to each vendor.
The overall experience was stressful, disorganized, and disappointing. In hindsight, I wish I had hired a new planning company after our original venue fell through in December as they had already designed and sent out our invitations extremely last minute (they went out beginning of November for a December 10th wedding). AND they sent them out during election week causing further delay. At this point, we’re not even seeking a refund — we just want to ensure other couples are aware and don’t have to experience what we went through. A wedding should be joyful and memorable — instead, we were left feeling frustrated by how poorly our event was managed. Future couples, please do your research before selecting a company to handle one of the most important days of your life! An event company is supposed to take the stress of planning away, not add to it! -
