Hire Lupita-Maria!!! You will be so thankful you did. I hired Lupita-Maria as my month-of wedding coordinator and I am so grateful for her. Between meeting with me all month making sure we were on the same page/keeping me accountable for our DIY wedding projects done/ or the multitude of other coordination completed, to being totally open and on board with our unique wedding vision, to helping to make our reception space beautifully set up, to making sure everything ran on time and smoothly all throughout our wedding. Honestly, she is amazing - organized, clear, communicative. She does it all and I felt like I never had to worry about a thing. Her value is beyond what she charges. Made the day easy and as stress free as a wedding can be!
Lupita was great. Throughout the planning process she helped keep us on track to make sure everything was completed. She was always open to ideas and modifications as we wanted but wouldn’t shy away from discussing pros/cons if she had ever issues with things not working the way people thought. During the wedding day her and her husband were on it! They kept everything rolling and going smooth through the day. They also made sure we had moments to take a breath, and get some water ourselves when needed. Very greatful for Lupita and her husband for making our wedding day as stress free as it could be. -

Awesome, awesome, awesome! True professional and worked with our budget.
It was great working with Lupita. She is a true professional. She was very responsive, flexible, great attention to detail. She worked with our budget, and gave us the wedding of our dreams from the first touch between my husband and I, to the first look with our parents. She even helped us find a great photographer and videographer. She’s an amazing planner and great for day of coordinator as well. Our wedding day went by so smoothly, we didn’t have to stress about anything.-

Above and Beyond Day Of Coordinator
Lupita-Maria went above and beyond the role of a Day Of Coordinator! Months out, she made sure we met often and posed thoughtful questions to ensure everything went smoothly for our wedding. We even had some last-minute specialty food that had to be picked up on the day of our wedding that her team generously picked up. Lupita-Maria knows the ins and outs of a wedding, is so well-organized, and is so much fun, everything you need for your wedding team! -

We picked L Events Management for our wedding (day of coordinator). It was worth every penny!
Our coordinator went above and beyond! She even managed to smooth out a few emergencies and put out a few unexpected fires at out venue - none of the guests even noticed!

Just awesome!
Lupita was fantastic to work with from our first conversation. She helped us focus on what was important and keep us on track to accomplish what needed to happen, when it needed to happen. Lupita offered up great suggestions to overcome any challenge or moment where we didn't have a clear path forward. Communication with her was great and I appreciated her ability to keep track of all the updates. She's incredibly organized and detail oriented. I'm normally someone who does all the running around at weddings so it was a wonderful gift to be able to say confidently "Lupita took care of that." Totally made the day stress-free and allowed us to be fully present. My husband (!) and I loved working with her and keeping us (me) calm about wedding planning. Lupita and her husband were totally available day of and made the end of the night so smooth by packing up our car and handing us the keys. 10/10 Highly recommend to any bride who wants to a level headed planner who will keep your priorities and budget front and center! -

Lupita is a dream. Hire her immediately!
I can’t even begin to express the love and gratitude I have for Lupita. My mother and I actually had the audacity to think we maybe could plan and handle this weeding by ourselves before it was recommended to get a day of coordinator… HA! I cannot stress enough how wrong we were and this was clear very early on in our conversations with Lupita.
First of all, this woman is grossly undercharging for the services that she is providing and it is clear she absolutely just loves her work. Lupita wasn’t just a day of coordinator, she essentially acted as a wedding planner at the coordinator price. Immediately we started with monthly zoom call meetings to organize our wedding, vendors and my vision. It was clear at that point my mother and I didn’t realize the million different parts that you have to think about in a wedding but Lupita is there with her expertise to save the day. Every call we finished my mother and I would gush on the phone about how grateful we were for this woman. She was so hyper aware of our budget and helped us save money while executing my dream. People kept commenting the month of the wedding that my mom and I didn’t seem that stressed and we truly kept crediting Lupita. You won’t worry about a thing because she genuinely puts all anxiety at ease. She is personable, funny, smart, talented and definitely who you want to spend your wedding day with. The wedding day itself was flawless and I can’t think of one thing that went wrong. She and her husband worked together to ensure my husband and I were happy, well fed, and all of our vendors were where they needed to be. This was the best choice I made on my wedding day. -

Absolutely amazing day of wedding plus planner
I've had 3 daughters get married, and Lupita was the best wedding planner by far, and also the most reasonably priced. She guided my daughter and her fiancee every step of the way, letting them know what had to be done at a particular time, responding to any questions, and assisting them in their decision-making to make certain everything happened just as they wanted. She was very personable and great working with people at the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. I especially commend her for dealing calmly with glitches when they arose on the wedding day, so that Melissa, me, and other family members did not stress over them. And she carried through even after the party was over, taking the time needed to make sure everything was wrapped up as it should be. I just can't say enough about her -- I would definitely hire her again if I had another big event to plan. -

Everything was Perfect!
Lupita-Maria kept me on track with my wedding planning and made sure that my wedding day flowed so smoothly. She is flexible and will take time to understand exactly what you want so that she can be sure that’s exactly what you get on your day. She is super professional but so friendly. During the wedding her and her team cater to myself and my husband while also making sure each of our guests was happy. It was perfect and it could not have happened without Lupita-Maria! Amazing! Highly recommend
We were planning our own wedding but wanted day of help, and Lupita Maria was incredibly helpful for us. Not only did she meet with us regularly on the phone to help us prepare (which was invaluable on what to prioritize or what ideas we had were good or not), but she was a total Rockstar the day of the wedding. I honestly can say I don't know what we would have done without her, she let us really enjoy the day instead of worrying about the details and making sure everything went well. So so so highly recommend her!!!! -

Great help you definitely need!
My fiancée and I wanted to have a low-key, low-budget wedding. We started doing things by ourselves and the "big" things were easy to tackle (DJ, photographer, rings, venue). But after that, we were not sure what to prioritize and how to handle the day-of-event coordination. When we decided to hire Lupita-Maria, everything changed! We had an updated to-do list, we prioritized finding the vendors we still needed. She and her team did everything they needed to do on the day of and even more! Great event coordinator and a lovely person. Totally recommended! -

Our good friends recommended getting a good wedding planner--now I see why! It's hard to imagine pulling off our October 2021 wedding without Lupita's help. I'm pretty organized but Lupita kept us on task in positive, encouraging ways, helped catch anything we forgot or missed, and was able to recommend some great vendors when we needed them. Day of, she kept our timeline running smoothly. But we were most grateful and impressed that she didn't let the pandemic mar a thing: she was flexible when we postponed our wedding from September 2020, we transitioned easily to meeting via Zoom calls, and she was up-to-date on trends in adapting wedding elements to be COVID-safer. -

Amazing Jewish Wedding planning services
I could not recommend L Events Management more to other couples. My wife and I had a fairly observant Jewish, and Lupita-Maria and her team handled everything perfectly with our Rabbi and Cantor. She was great at managing all the vendors, which was such a relief on the day of the event. In addition she also created a great schedule for the day of the event to make sure all peoples involved in the wedding in some way or other were on the same page. -

If you go with L Events Management and Lupita for your wedding, you will not be sorry. After postponing our wedding (which we planned ourselves), I knew I needed someone to help replan and keep my spirits (and timeliness) in check. Lupita did that and more! She brought amazing vendor recommendations, impeccable timelines and vendor management, and even played therapist a time or two. All this while she was well into her pregnancy! I cannot imagine planning our wedding or our wedding day without her. When she's back from well-earned maternity leave, hire her ASAP! Lupita - we love you! -

I contacted L Events Management 30 days before my wedding, Lupita came in and turned all of my planning into a five star executed event. Her execution of our wedding day from start to finish was flawless! My guests are still talking about how great of a job she did starting the wedding on time as planned. There were never any gaps in time or a moment that she wasn’t fixing something. Lupita was everywhere! Lining up bridesmaids, checking on me, getting pictures taken, directing wedding guests, keeping the reception moving, and making sure we were having a good time. We never would have been able to enjoy our wedding day the way that we did without L Events Management.-

Providing Ease of Mind
L Events was an answer to prayer. I understand why it’s recommended you have a wedding coordinator to assist you. After initially planning to take care of the decorations myself with the help of friends, I quickly realize that I would need professional help. Lupita and her husband were our day-of coordinators, and when I tell you, I knew nothing about what was going on until I walked down the aisles, I’m not exaggerating. We met me a few times leading up to the wedding, and she was there for the wedding rehearsal. She was flexible enough to work with my bridal party while I was getting lost to my location and waited for us to arrive. She paid attention to my needs and would repeatedly check up on me. On the day of my wedding, I only had to worry about getting dressed. She took care of everything else and did it better than I had imagined. When I walked down the aisle, I couldn’t help but notice places she had taken things up a notch. -

Simply put, Lupita is AMAZING!! She went above & beyond on our special day as well as the rehearsal. My family and friends absolutely LOVED her, especially the groom and I. We honestly don’t know how we would have been able to get through the wedding weekend without her. She made everything possible. She also helped resolve an issue that we had with the DJ and it was because of her the groom was able to have the mother/son dance that he wanted. And looking back on the wedding, everything ran as smoothly as possible because of her. We had 200+ guests and yet everything just turned out perfectly. I’ve had guests say that it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve been to. She is very professional, organized, thorough, diligent, thoughtful, caring and such a fun/magnetic personality!! There are too many great qualities, the list goes on. We just had so much fun being around her and she gave the direction/guidance we needed throughout our wedding. If there are any future events, hands down, we would only use Lupita! We are forever grateful for her, for making our wedding day so special and beautiful!-

The surprise party for my wife was amazing, everything was on time and was planned down to the surprise on my wife’s face. Lupita went above and beyond for my wife’s surprise party. The venue was perfect, the decor was amazing, the music was on point, and the food was everything. I definitely enjoyed my self, and my wife loved every moment of it. -

We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Lupita at L Events Management. She was extremely helpful and professional, our day was perfect. Lupita was a huge help in planning our wedding. During our multiple meetings she helped us make sure that we asked our potential vendors the right questions to make the best decision for us; and that we scheduled our vendors at the appropriate time. She also suggested ideas and asked questions that we would never have thought of otherwise.
On our wedding day, she coordinated with all our vendors, family, and bridal party to make sure everything started on time and flowed smoothly. We especially appreciated her during the official wedding photos after the ceremony. We gave her a list of shots we wanted and she was able to help us transition quickly from one shot to the next. -

We hired Lupita as our wedding day-of coordinator through my fiance. She was really affordable and delivered on everything we needed her for! She helped us organize the flow of the ceremony and reception detail by detail, down to the songs to play for the day. She then relayed all that information to our vendors and wedding party. It was super helpful to make her the point of contact for our wedding day so that the wedding party was all one page of the days events. Not to mention, she created this really lovely timeline that included hour by hour details. On the actual wedding day she, in collaboration with the venue staff, took care of the small incidents that would have drove me crazy if I knew about them LOL. When the night was over, I saw her on the dance floor with our guests which I thought was a nice way to end the day. Luputa did not leave the venue until we left and it was reassuring to know that even then she was still there to handle the last minute details. My only regret was that I did not hire her as my wedding planner. She was great and I would definitely recommend her to any bride! -

Great Partial Planner/Day of Coordinator
Broke down the complexity of a wedding over the course of our engagement to keep us on track for a successful day. On the day of, we felt confident everything would go smoothly and the day was executed perfectly. Very flexible to work with our schedule. -

Working with Lupita was a godsend. When I started working with her I was already overwhelmed by everything that came with planning a wedding, I was definitely on the verge of eloping. Lupita assured me that together we could have the wedding of my dreams even on our shoestring budget. She made sure she understood my husband and I’s vision and went above and beyond to bring it to fruition. I didn’t worry about anything after that, she took care of it all. Having that kind of peace on my wedding day is worth more than I or my husband could express. -

Partial Wedding Planning Services
We hired L Events Management for partial planning services, and she was truly a wonderful support throughout the process. From the beginning, she offered thoughtful suggestions, helpful tips, and great vendor recommendations that made planning much easier. Her experience really showed, especially when it came to the rehearsal and the day of the wedding—everything was extremely organized and ran smoothly thanks to her. We were able to enjoy our big day without worrying about the details. I highly recommend her to any couple looking for someone professional, reliable, and easy to work with. -

Definitely organized and knowledgeable. I would have liked a little more flexibility for pictures during the post- ceremony photo shoot but that being said, it might have taken too much time and shortened the reception. -

Overall Good Experience
I have to say that I really appreciate Lupita's services and there were some real positives. That being said, I am all about constructive criticism and honesty. I planned my entire wedding and was in contact with all my vendors. Lupita was my day of coordinator and her primary role was to make sure my vision came to light. I put so much effort into planning everything, so it was very important that I had someone who understood my needs.
I'll first say that Lupita did a great job of keeping everything timely, which was very important to me. Her husband who assisted her did a great job moving with us taking photos with each table! He was super helpful. Also Lupita was very understanding with moving the wedding date and helped with keeping everything safe & sanitary.
She also did a great job of just keeping track of all my belongings and making sure I got all my gifts and things I brought with me. Which was great because I did not keep track of that!
However there were small things that fell through the cracks that were unfortunate:
The first thing that went array was the song I walked down the aisle to and our recessional song. We went over the songs and I remember specifically requesting that the DJ had the correct versions. Unfortunately he didn't, and I'll never get that moment back.
The next thing was the order or the wedding party. I wanted them to be in order from height. For some reason the tallest bridesmaids and groomsmen were in front, and it just made for a lot of unevenness.
The next thing was the food. My husband was unsatisfied about this particularly because our food was cold. We discussed the order of how we were going to do things and the food was placed on our tables too early and by the time we got to the food it was cold.
I think the biggest issue was the photos; but this wasn't solely on Lupita. It was a combination of things. I don't think there was enough Lupita to go around! We had an order of photos we wanted to do and we didn't get to do a lot of the family photos. No one really collected the family (aside from the people part of the wedding) and we didn't get those photos.
I know that some of these things are minor, but they did matter to me.
I think that this was a big event and I know that our friends and family are a rowdy bunch, and I don't think there was enough help. An example of this is that my mother ended up watching and collecting the cards/gifts because Lupita had a lot on her plate.
Overall, I do believe that Lupita did a really good job given the circumstances and I would absolutely recommend her for small weddings/events. -

Take charge attitude, get all details in order
Lupita is very friendly and I loved her go-getter attitude. It was an absolute comfort having her there to help on the day of, and I loved how her husband was there to help out too. Make sure you have every single detail communicated/documented, and go over everything in detail before the event and it will be great. There was some confusion on the day of - this is very likely due to us planning the wedding in a few months so there wasn't a lot of time for this. One example was no seating for the best man at our table and my mom asked Lupita for help and was given push back (my mom and I did the place settings so she actually knew the floor plan and Lupita did not). Understandable to only do what the bride/groom want, but doubling down against my mom wasn't great to hear about later. There's a time and a place. Again, I'm sure this and other miscommunications could've been avoided by having EVERY detail gone over in advance over a longer planning period, including what Lupita is responsible for on that day. Make sure Lupita is in contact with all your other vendors, and follow up with her and copy her on emails to make sure all parties are aware of what their duties are and are not (she started directing the family portraits after the ceremony, and I did not want a picture with the priest). At the end of the day I'm glad we hired her as she was helpful (above and beyond example - she and her husband brought my husband a container of food to our room when he'd had too much to drink), and she helped me figure out what was needed prior to the wedding since we planned it ourselves (pleasant surprise as we didn't expect her input since we hired her for day of). Lupita was also very transparent about pricing and made it clear she was in it to help us with what we NEEDED and not just charge an arm and a leg. -
