Kristen was amazing to work with during our wedding reception and ceremony. From start to finish she helped us plan the perfect wedding. She was attentive down to every last detail. I can’t recommend her enough. -

One thing I was very nervous about was my cookie table. The only reason people even attend weddings is for the cookie table. I put my full faith in Kristen and she did not disappoint. From the video call a month before, to the day to the day before answering my frantic texts, to the day of running through everything with me, she was so professional. Kristen even boxed us up 2 of each of our cookies and set them aside separately so we didn't have fight our guests for cookies. I would easily recommend her to anyone for both setup and planning. She was very easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of and she gave great advice from having been involved in so many weddings. -

I Highly Recommend!!! I know wedding planners or day of coordinators are not always the first vendor you think of booking, and I know I was hesitant to make the investment. But now that I’m married, I couldn’t imagine not having Kristen as part of my big day. She is a true boss lady and went above and beyond. I planned an elaborate elopement and Kristen made sure my big day was flawless. She took care of every detail. Everything was perfect, beautiful, and low stress. I literally just had to show up and enjoy the moment. I booked Kristen for day of coordinator. Even leading up to the wedding she was available to ask questions and gave solid advice and recommendations. Out of all the decisions, hiring Kristen Kane Events was the best one. Do yourself a favor and hire her. She was so organized, fun, and genuinely cared about making my day special.

Kristen provided partial planning services for my December wedding and was exceptional! I reached out to Kristen after I had to make a fairly last minute change to have my wedding locally in Pittsburgh with only four months to plan the wedding. I was a bit panicked and anxious about having so little time to plan the wedding. From the get go, Kristen eased my nerves and assured me I could still have the wedding I wanted. Kristen was definitely right and exceeded her assurances. With the exception of the caterer, I relied on Kristen's recommendations for vendors and every vendor she recommended was fantastic. A few weeks before the wedding, I had to cancel and book another caterer. Kristen jumped in immediately and assisted in any way she could to onboard the new caterer and make sure all of the rentals were handled - turning this potentially huge wedding issue into just another blip in the wedding planning process. The day of - Kristen had everything covered. Everything went so smoothly and was just the best wedding I could have hoped for. The next morning, I woke up in a panic thinking about all of the things I had forgotten to take from the venue because I was in wedding bliss mode. Unsurprisingly, this panic was for nothing because Kristen had everything covered! She definitely went above and beyond to help in anyway she could. On top of that, she was a joy to work with! I really can't say enough good things about Kristen and would highly recommend her. -

Kristen was amazing to work with! From our very first conversation, I felt at ease knowing Kristen was on my wedding planning team leading the month-of coordination and day-of logistics. Part of my profession is to plan events for big crowds, so I know how much work it takes, and Kristen and her team knocked it out of the park - I fully trusted her with every question, task and conflict I had. Kristen and her team tackled a tricky pick-up and drop-off shuttle schedule, set up an amazing cocktail hour and reception, and ensured everything was going smoothly - from sticking to our timeline to making sure my now husband and I were taken care of all night with food and drinks (among MANY other things)! She even came to the church at the end of my ceremony to make sure our exit was perfect when she wasn't required to. It also helps that Kristen is very well-connected in Pittsburgh and knew many of my other vendors and the staff at the William Penn. Thank you, Kristen and team! I couldn't have done it without you! -

Thanks to Kristen, my daughter had the wedding of her dreams, even through all of COVID's disappointments and complications. Her knowledge of vendors, venues, services, and safety were a Godsend. Kristen and her assistant, Caitlin, were very personable, dependable, punctual, and flexible. They were always there with a Kleenex or a kind word to calm your nerves. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of event. I will be using them again when my son gets married...someday. -

A Truly Outstanding Wedding Planner – 5 Stars!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with an incredible wedding planner Kristen Kane, for my daughter’s wedding, and I can’t recommend her enough! She brought a dynamic, structured, and calm approach to what could’ve been an overwhelming experience. Her phased, week-by-week planning process kept us organized and on track every step of the way.
From the proposal to engagement, marriage license, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception—she ensured every milestone was beautifully planned and executed in perfect sequence. She was meticulous with every detail and stayed on top of all the vendors: decorators, photographers, caterers, bakers, venue coordinators, and florists. Nothing slipped through the cracks under her watch.
What impressed us the most was her dedication—she stayed until the very end of the reception, personally collected all the gifts, and made sure everything was delivered safely to our room. Her professionalism, warmth, and tireless effort made the entire celebration seamless and unforgettable.
Without a doubt, a 5-star experience! We are deeply grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Kristen again for future family events.

Without Kristen, our wedding would have probably been a mess. We hired Kristen for day-of coordination, but she does so much more than that. Starting about a month out she helped us go through our wedding details with a fine-tooth comb to make sure the day would flow smoothly. On wedding day, her and her helper Faith took care of so many 'behind the scenes' details like setting up our tables, decor, guest book, cuing the wedding party down the aisle, and keeping the day on track. Kristen and Faith stay all night and helped with clean-up, and even packed us up a goodie bag with a mix from our cookie table. On top of that, when a family members car needed jumped, Faith came to the rescue with jumper cables. There were so many things that I was stressed about in the weeks leading up to our wedding, that day-of I didn't even have to think about thanks to Kristen and Faith. -

We highly recommend Kristen Kane as a wedding coordinator.
We were initially hesitant to consider hiring a coordinator for our wedding because we had already hired all our other vendors and figured out many details. Working with Kristen was well worth it. In fact, one of the common compliments we’ve received from guests after our wedding was on how smoothly everything went, and Kristen’s coordination played a big role in that. We also received compliments on her assistant, Emma.
Our wedding involved some non-standard logistics in terms of transportation, our ceremony and venue locations were different, and many of our guests were from out of town. Kristen went above and beyond to ensure that none of these logistical challenges posed problems. She coordinated with all of our vendors the week of the wedding and made sure that everything was in order. She worked graciously with our last-minute changes, as our timeline shifted in the days leading up to the wedding.
We are grateful for Kristen’s coordination of our wedding, and highly recommend her services. -
