  Kim was the absolute best photographer my husband and I could have chosen for our wedding pictures. The quality of her pictures is astounding and easily worth more than what she charges. Working with Kim was a dream and one of the easiest (and funnest) things of the whole wedding planning process. I could not have asked any more of Kim and was extremely pleased with her service. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have any kind of pictures made.

  Kim is an amazing photographer! She captured the sweetest moments of our day and took absolutely stunning pictures. We searched high & low for a photographer, and I am so glad we found Kim. She is friendly and professional. She is a joy to work with and makes it super easy/enjoyable. Kim is now my go to photographer. Plus for the outstanding quality of her photography, her prices can not be beat! It takes real talent to tell a story through photography and Kim did that for our wedding day. She also got some amazing portrait style pictures with family and te bridal party. She will take any picture you request. I could go on & on, but long story short she is absolutely amazing!!!!

  We planned our wedding from Seattle for Charlotte and was so happy when I found Kim! We had over 20 emails to each other over the first few days working everything out, she was the most patient and kind person! We booked her right away, and we met for the first time on our wedding day! The photos speak for themselves. Kim is so talented and brought our day to life! She pushed us to take photos that we had never even thought of and fell in love with them seeing them now. Through her work she was able to show our venue, guests and decor beautifully and we are beyond happy with our photos. We now have these memories for a lifetime and it was all thanks to Kim. Thank you so much! Love from Seattle.

  Our pictures are absolutely incredible there is honestly not a bad picture. We LOVE them, I’ve shared them with family, friends and co-workers and everyone thinks there amazing! My aunt called me right away wanting your info, so she could contact you about doing a family session for her! Thank you so much for taking such fantastic pictures of our special day we are so pleased!!!!

  Kimberly Wall Photography is amazing. She photographed our engagement photos, wedding and our daughter's first birthday photos. She is very creativity and her work speaks for itself. The picture we revealed at our reception is still the talk of the town. We recreated the movie poster for the movie; Mr. and Mrs. Smith. It was perfect since we are indeed Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Kimberly is awesome and she has made all of all events very special with her creative touch.

  We booked Kim in Aug 2016. Since we live in Vancouver and are only in Charlotte a couple times a year, we booked our engagement photos months before our next visit. 4 days before the shoot, Kim emailed to say that a friend of hers had died and asked to rebook for the next day. We obliged. 1.5 hours before the shoot Kim contacted me to say that the weather forecast showed rain and she could not risk her equipment getting ruined, then asked to reschedule again. We could not because we were leaving for home, and so we asked her to take the engagement photos off our total as we wouldn't be back in town for 6 months. (We did not see rain in forecast, nor did it rain that day). When we got home we wrote Kim to express our disappointment and ask for reassurance. Her response boosted our confidence and we made plans to meet in June (next visit). 1.5 weeks before our meeting I wrote Kim to confirm, and she said she was unable to meet then because she was the primary caregiver for her mother-in-law and 3 kids, and asked if we could meet later. I nervously agreed. I did not hear back for 5 days, then she responded that her mother-in-law had died so she could not meet us for several more days. I asked when she could meet as my fiancé was leaving soon. The following day I emailed again to ask her to let us know ASAP as we didn't have much time left in town. After 3 days of not hearing anything I wrote again to say we wanted to cancel our contract as we no longer felt confident in her reliability, and asked for a full refund of our deposit as she was unable to make her commitments to us. She replied that it was non-refundable and cited the reasons her life has been so difficult lately. I am sorry for her situation, and did not want it to come to this, but after pleading our case she was completely unwilling to put herself in our shoes or offer even a compromise. This review is to warn others so they do not make the same mistakes. We paid $625 and got absolutely NOTHING.
