  Perfect Wedding Planner!

  We worked with Kelly for two years planning our dream wedding and she was nothing short of amazing! From going on venue tours to coordinating our after party and making sure we had all of our belongings in our hotel room immediately after the wedding – Kelly did it all! She is organized, detail-oriented and incredibility calm and kind! We always knew Kelly would have everything under control. We are so thankful and lucky to have had her throughout the planning process! Kelly was a dream to work with and we cannot thank her enough for taking the stress out of our big day and making it flawless!

  We worked with Kelly for two years planning our dream wedding and she was nothing short of amazing!   The Best Wedding Planner!

  We originally hired Kelly to be our month off coordinator for our October 2020 wedding. When we spoke with her in January 2020, my now husband and I got a sense of calmness and security of hour our wedding would be handled and taken care of. Hiring a wedding planner in a year of COVID was the best decision we made.
  
  Although Kelly was set to start working with us about 2 months out from our wedding, as soon as COVID hit, we received an email from her checking in with us, and even offering to do a quick conference call to discuss any concerns we had or how she could help. We had plenty of time at that point, but knowing she was still going above and beyond to help her clients navigate a very uncharted territory. As the summer came, and worry started to set in - we called Kelly to see what our options were. She worked with us on plans A, B, and C. Those included destinations weddings elsewhere, as we got desperate on where we could potentially get married in the fall. Within days, Kelly has proposals to us on various venues, vendors, and pricing for backups to our original plan. We made a decision to stick with the original plan and Kelly helped take over on communication from the venue and our other vendors. Having someone step in to take that weight off your shoulders is the biggest stress relief you didn't know you needed. Her attention to detail is uncanny - helping us edit and adjust vendor contracts we didn't know we could update, week of and day of timeline to help communicate to bridal party and family, even taking note of personal touches and family members names so she could call them by their first name. Being a bride that lived across the country from their venue, Kelly met and worked with all my vendors to make sure all details were captured and our vision would come to light.
  
  On our wedding day, my husband and I could relax and not think or stress on any details thanks to Kelly & Grace. She spends the entire day with you, always within contact if you need anything. She made sure all vendors were in the right place at the right time, and everyone was on schedule. She was the best decision we made, and our wedding was successful (during a pandemic) due to Kelly's help. If you are looking for a wedding planner, hire Kelly Strong.

  The best best best wedding planner!!

  Kelly worked so well with all of our vendors and was such a great asset to have the month leading up to our wedding. We had weekly calls and she kept things moving as I was planning a wedding from afar. I totally trusted her to act on my behalf and take over all vendor communication the month leading up to our wedding. She was so organized and did such a great job of communicating everything back to us.
  
  The weekend of our wedding, Kelly was an invaluable asset. She helped make sure our rehearsal went off smoothly and would take note of every little thing my husband and I said to make sure we were blown away by our ceremony & reception.
  
  Having Kelly there the day of was like having a best friend who I trusted entirely running the show. She is so calm, organized & fun. No job was too big or too small for Kelly & her day of helper, Grace (who was also a complete dream). Because of Kelly, my husband and I were able to completely relax and just enjoy every second of the day without stressing about timelines, shuttle buses, vendors, etc..
  
  I cannot say enough great things about Kelly! I absolutely loved every second of working with her and am so grateful to have had her there helping to make our day the most incredible day ever.

  Kelly is the best!!

  It was such a blessing to have Kelly as our wedding planner!! She brought a sense of calm to a process I found to be initially very stressful. Kelly turned the stress and anxiety I was feeling into excitement and anticipation for our wedding with her constant enthusiasm and her unending patience. She was so organized and provided us with critical guidance and expertise all year with her knowledge of everything from local vendors to bridesmaid’s gifts and kept us on a very helpful timeline so we stayed on track leading up to our big day. It was a true joy to work with Kelly and I would highly recommend her to anyone about to begin the wedding planning process. You will not be disappointed and will even miss receiving her emails well after the wedding day has passed!

  The best thing I didn’t know I need

  Kelly was a dream start to finish. A direct quote from my mother, “She is the reason we are still speaking.” Kelly’s prompt response, attention to detail, and calmness allowed me to enjoy the experience. Wedding planning was one million percent more work than I could have anticipated but I didn’t feel one bit of it thanks to Kelly. She was amazing at helping to find all the best vendors and by the end I was equipped with a dream team. I loved that Kelly heard what we wanted and ensured that our vendors made it happen, even if it wasn’t the standard approach. Our wedding was everything we could have ever wanted and if there was something that went wrong... I still have absolutely no idea about it. With all that being said, I cannot recommend Kelly Strong Events enough. No doubt, you’ll need them.

  Hire her!!

  My husband and I are also grateful for everything that Kelly did for us! The planning process was so simple and handled with complete ease. The details that we wanted for our day, whether they were big or small, were done so beautifully! Kelly is a must have for your big day!

  Kelly and her team were absolutely amazing to work with and we feel so lucky to have been her clients! We first met Kelly at a Bridal Show in Burlington, VT and after just a few phones calls, I felt like I was talking to a friend on every call that we had. Kelly took the time to get to know us and always made us feel like we were her top priority. I left every meeting with her in the weeks leading up to our wedding so grateful that we had met her! She managed so much of the communication with our venue & other vendors, provided very detailed timelines & action items to help keep us on track, and always had the most thoughtful recommendations for details of the event that we were deciding on. I actually can't imagine planning our wedding without the help of Kelly Strong Events! Our entire wedding weekend felt completely flawless thanks to the execution of Kelly and her team.
