Kelly and her team were absolutely incredible! I had a large group of girls to get ready and Kelly and her team made it happen without anyone feeling rushed or anxious. They brought calming vibes and listened to everyone’s inspirations and makeup preferences and made everyone look beautiful with makeup that enhanced their unique features but were still cohesive as a group. Kelly really makes everyone she’s around so comfortable. We also used her amazing tanning services and she was the most professional I have ever experienced explaining what she was doing and making you feel so comfortable in a sometimes awkward process! I can’t thank her enough for making me feel so beautiful and relaxed on my wedding day! My whole bridal party raved about their experience!

Love love love Kelly! She has a real cool laid-back vibe. I don’t know much about make-up but she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of through the whole process. She was very professional and extremely helpful and quick with her replies. She made me feel so so pretty for my big day. I also used her for tanning, which came out so perfect! 10 out of 10 recommend! Her husband Sean is also a barber and all of the groomsmen went to him the day before to get touched up and they also had a great and fun experience.

The Makeup Artist Every Bride Deserves
I truly don’t think there are enough words to express how grateful I am for Kelly and how blown away I was by her work. She did makeup for 11 women on my wedding day—myself, eight bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law—and every single one walked away feeling beautiful and confident. She handled so many different skin types, textures, tones, and preferences with absolute ease. It was like watching an artist in her element.
She showed up bright and early, worked her tail off all day, and never once lost her energy or her joy. When she finished my makeup and handed me the mirror, my jaw LITERALLY hit the floor. We’d done a trial beforehand, which I loved, but I requested a few tweaks day-of—and she executed every detail flawlessly. I can whole-heartedly say I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life.
On top of makeup, she also did my spray tan a few days before the wedding, and it was stunning. Natural, glowy, zero streaks… I truly felt like a model. And the makeup itself? We had a beach wedding with heat, humidity, wind… and that glam stayed locked in for 10+ hours on every single one of us. Absolute magic.
But beyond her incredible talent, Kelly is one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met. Sitting in her chair on the day of my wedding was the moment all my emotions finally hit me—excitement, nerves, joy, all of it—and she met me with so much compassion, warmth, and calm. She truly supported me through those moments in a way I’ll never forget. I walked away not just feeling beautiful, but genuinely cared for.
I honestly feel like I gained a forever friend, and I cannot wait to get back to OBX to see her again. Booking Kelly with OBXMUA will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding day. She’s unbelievably talented, endlessly kind, and you will be in the most capable hands. I could not recommend her more.

Kelly is such an incredible artist! She truly listens to what you want and how you want to feel. We all wanted a natural look that was elevated and Kelly did just that. My daughter was absolutely gorgeous and glowing! Patient and so knowledgeable with current makeups and how they respond to all skin types and ages. Kelly made my daughter and all of the wedding party feel so beautiful.

Book to look and feel your best on wedding day!
Choosing the right person for hair and makeup shouldn’t be overlooked since you spend most of your wedding morning together. And choosing Kelly was the best choice! She was so easy to get along with, worked with any concerns of my wedding party, and put everyone at ease whether they were a makeup pro already or never wear any makeup. Kelly also came to my home and did on-location spray tans for my wedding party. I had the ultimate bridal glow for the entire weekend! On wedding day, she did an incredible job and my makeup stayed put through 90 degrees of afternoon sun followed by two torrential rainstorms! I could not recommend her enough. It might be cliche, but I truly never felt as beautiful — and more like myself — than on my wedding day.

Kelly is now one of my favorite people on the whole beach! I wasn’t sure what makeup vision I wanted to go for my wedding, and Kelly really help me narrow in on a look. She was so fun on the morning of my wedding, and all my girls absolutely LOVED her! Two of us also got spray tans, and to any of you that are scared of being orange, do NOT fear, Kelly will have you looking like a bronzed goddess. No orange, just nice tan skin that looked so natural! I could go on and on about how awesome Kelly is! Totally and highly recommend using her for any services you may need!

Cannot say good enough things about Kelly at OBXMUA! I loved my wedding makeup trial and Kelly made it even better somehow for the day of. I had a busy wedding week and a big wedding party and she helped make everything related to hair and makeup feel super easy and go smoothly! She even spray tanned me three days before in her home studio :) My eight bridesmaids all loved Kelly and were really happy with their makeup as well. Thank you!!! Kelly is the absolute best. She had done my makeup as a bridesmaid in 2019, so when it came time to plan my wedding, I knew I had to book her! She's incredibly detail-oriented and didn't let anything other than perfection leave her chair. Kelly was absolutely amazing to work with. I booked with her and Alicia (Lovie’s Salon) for my wedding back in September of 2023. From the minute I met her for my makeup trial, I knew that I was in great hands. She listened to me when I didn’t want a ton of makeup, but just wanted to feel like a more elevated version of myself. Boy, did she deliver. Not only did I feel like an absolute goddess on my wedding day but she managed to make me feel like myself at the same time. 100% the most beautiful I have ever felt!!! planning a destination wedding is nothing short of stressful but when I came across Kelly’s instragram (yep that’s how I found my vendors) I fell in love with her work. She is very responsive and helpful. She came on the wedding day and fit right in with my bridal crew. Day of I mentioned I have Celiac and she ensured all of the products she used on me were gluten free and even checked o bc me throughout to ensure my skin felt ok since I don’t wear a ton of makeup. My makeup looked beautiful and simple, she played off our day to day makeup routine. For the girls who wear more makeup or wanted more, she worked with that and for me we stuck to simple and subtle. I would recommend Kelly over and over again!

Kelly and her girl Alicia are literally the best hair and makeup duo out there! They are such wonderful people to work with and I could not have been blessed enough to find them on a vendor list. Kelly knew exactly how to tackle my oily skin and whatever she used kept my face matte with just the right enough glow ALL night. We're still waiting for our professional photos, but even the ones our friends took had me looking amazing! Alicia also worked miracles on my hair, using products that my husband and I are both buying now! If you are looking to have a wedding in the Outer Banks (or anywhere really), you have to hire them!

Kelly and Alicia are absolutely amazing! Not only did they delivery stunning hair and makeup, they fit in seamlessly with our group and made us feel super comfortable, allowing us to have a great time while we got ready. I had five VERY different bridesmaids that chose their own dresses, makeup and hair, which sounds chaotic, but Kelly and Alicia made us look cohesive. My bridesmaids and I agreed, my wedding was the only event any of us had been to with a professional hair and makeup team that no one edited or redid their hair and/or makeup after it was done which is completely unheard of! We all loved the way we looked and felt super confident because they took the time to consult with each of us to determine how we normally did our hair and makeup and elevated it. I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day and love how I look in my photographs! I can also attest to the quality of the hair and makeup as my wedding day was 40-50 degrees and pouring down rain with 50 MPH winds. When the entire wedding had to be moved inside, my husband and I decided to go out into the turbulent ocean to take photographs and when I warned Kelly and Alicia of our plan, they were up for the challenge and made sure my look would weather the storm! My husband and I laid down on the sand and let multiple waves completely engulf us (go big or go home) and our clothes were a sandy wet mess. After changing into another outfit, we went right back to the party; I didn’t have to touch up my hair or makeup. When you look at the photos, you can’t tell which were taking before or after our ocean jaunt. I would highly recommend Lovies, especially their on location services, and will use them again when we renew our vows in the future on a beautiful, sunny day in the Outer Banks.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing Kelly is… I booked her (and Alicia) to do hair and makeup for my wedding in October. I also hired Kelly to do spray tanning a few days before my wedding as well. Unfortunately due to COVID I wasn’t able to have a trial beforehand so I was definitely nervous on the day of without having any idea of how it would go but I was completely blown away. My entire bridal party looked incredible and I have never felt so beautiful in my life… It’s hard to put into words how I felt because beautiful doesn’t truly describe it! I was sad to see them leave when they were finished and can only hope that I get to work with them again one day. Kelly and Alicia are beyond good… they are exceptional! If you’re not sure what to do for beauty services or hesitant about booking them, stop searching now because I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I was hesitant about hiring a makeup artist, as I usually don’t wear makeup everyday & the times I’ve gotten it professionally done it was just way too over the top…. But with Kelly, she was amazing, she really stays true to the natural beauty & enhances your best features. She really listened to what I wanted & made me feel so beautiful. Kelly and Alicia are an amazing duo team! Kelly helped schedule and coordinate everything. Both were very responsive and timely. Kelly will put together a timeline for you and your bridal team for the day of.
Kelly took my vision to create such a beautiful and natural look. She took her time to capture and highlight each one of our features. You can tell she not only loves her job but it brings her such joy to work with each of the clients.
Alicia was so personable, she made you feel like you had known her your whole life. She captured such a soft and romantic look for each of us.

The girls at Lovies Salon were AMAZING!!!! Alicia did hair on 8 gals including myself and Kelly did makeup on all of us as well. They finished way ahead of schedule and were very professional yet fun loving and relaxed. Alicia knew exactly what she was doing and exceeded expectations when I can in not knowing exactly what I wanted. While getting airbrush makeup done Kelly explained everything she was doing step by step. I could not have asked for a better salon to makeup look our best on my wedding day. I am so thankful for them and their amazing southern hospitality.

Kelly and Alicia at Lovie's Salon are incredible! Alicia did hair on a total of 6 people (including myself) and Kelly did makeup just for me. They finished way ahead of schedule, too! I've never had airbrush makeup before and couldn't believe how light and long lasting it was. Kelly made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself! Both Kelly and Alicia made sure to take their time and explain what they were doing along the way. Alicia made little changes along the way to ensure I was 100% happy with my hair. My whole family (even those that weren't getting hair and makeup done) loved them. My only regret is that they can't do my hair and makeup everyday!! Thank you both for everything!

Kelly was wonderful to work with for my wedding. So nice to talk to and professional! My makeup for the wedding was stunning, the airbrush looked natural and just made me feel my best. I never wear fake eyelashes so that was fun and they looked fabulous. After my trial I ran into the ocean to test out the lashes in some waves they stayed on haha! I think Kelly uses good products. In fact the makeup lasted till the day after my wedding, bonus. I highly recommend to any obx bride. She made “getting ready” part of my wedding day stress free and fun. Thank you Kelly

Meant to be!
I came across Kelly and Alicia (Lovie’s Salon) after a hair and makeup trial with another salon did not fulfill my bridal vision. Desperate to find someone that wasn’t already booked up for April weddings, I contacted Lovie’s and explained my situation in tears. Alicia called me within 5 minutes (no joke) upon receiving my message and assured me everything would be alright and she would do everything in her power to fit me in their schedule. I live locally, however most of our guests and family do not, so the few days leading up to the big day were a bit stressful with everyone coming into town. The morning of, as soon as I walked into the salon, it was such a peaceful calming atmosphere where I was able to relax and have the next couple hours to myself. Prior to my arrival, both Alicia and Kelly took the time to thoroughly go over with me what I envisioned my hair and makeup to look like, styles and colors I liked/didn’t like, etc. Take a look at the pictures and I hope you’ll agree that they absolutely hit it out of the park a million times over. I have never felt more beautiful in my life, and it was all thanks to them. Kelly compiled all the components I was looking for and gave me the most natural, lightweight but still full coverage, lashy makeup look which I previously thought was impossible to achieve. Then once again my expectations were surpassed when Alicia gave my pin-straight hair the most natural volume and beach curls that lasted all day, windy weather and all, complete with the gold hair vine I brought and she styled it to perfection. Two important notes I forgot to mention is that Kelly effortlessly worked with me when I had changed my mind about some eyeshadow and lip color, and Alicia truly catered to my hair type when I told her that it drops curls pretty quickly and using any sort of hair spray, even to set it, weighs it down and makes it lose its curl. Not an ounce of hairspray was used - I’m not trying to sound too dramatic here, but Alicia was the first stylist that actually listened to the quirks about my hair and took it seriously. When they were finished, they had some time before their next appointment and insisted there was no rush on me having to leave, so I got to hang out, relax, and hydrate for a little bit before heading back to the venue. This meant so much to me and it truly set the tone for the rest of the day. And, I received a little bag of extra supplies and products to touch up with. It was the best beginning to what turned out to be the most perfect day of my life and I don’t think they realize the impact it had on me. I mean, it truly just doesn’t get better than Lovie’s and I’m so lucky to have found them. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and expertise!

Perfect Wedding Day!
After cancelling our May wedding for Covid, we replanned a small destination wedding in Duck, NC. We were able to easily book our makeup with Kelly and she was very responsive and helpful. Kelly is amazing! Thinking about booking her for your big day or a big event? Do it. I hired Kelly for my wedding in Cincinnati, OH and it was one of the best decisions I made.
She brought her spray tan equipment and was able to give this bride the perfect glow a few days before the wedding!
Kelly did my makeup for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day (highly recommend booking her for both because of all the photos). My skin was glowing and looked so natural while still covering some of my skin concerns (redness).
Kelly went above and beyond for me and my bridal party. I love a more “glam” look and I had a few bridesmaids that are much more “natural”. She was able to deliver unique and flawless looks for all!

I knew I wanted to work with Kelly and Lovies for my wedding day makeup. As soon as I got in touch with her she was the most responsive, easy to work with and accommodating person! She helped me schedule my hair and makeup, along with my mom and mother in law for my wedding at the salon. She scheduled a makeup trial for the day of my engagement photos, but because of Covid, photos and makeup had to be rescheduled. We weren't able to do makeup for the shoot, but she made sure she got me in for the wedding trial before the big day...she kept in touch and reached out to update me with Covid salon regulations as we got closer to the wedding day. While planning a wedding in this time of uncertainty, Kelly and Alicia were my constants! Aside from being amazing to work with, the job she does is incredible as well. All of our makeup held up through the day and night, even when it started to rain a bit on the beach! I would highly recommend working with Kelly!

Kelly is absolutely incredible to work with. She did my wedding day makeup along with my bridesmaids and my mom. Everyone's makeup looked incredible, and stayed perfect for the entire night despite high wind on the beach. Kelly was everything and more! I’m so glad we decided to do a makeup trial, it gave me a clear picture of what I wanted to look like on my wedding. She also did the makeup for all my girls and moms (9 total) and even my grandma (she never does makeup and she LOVED it)! She was early and brought everything she needed, chair and everything. She helped create a timeline for makeup that helped a TON. I had a last minute change the day before and she made the changes easily and flawlessly. When we decided to have a 10 year vow renewal, having my hair and makeup done was not part of the plan. At the last minute I had a change of heart. I wanted to look like a beautiful bride for my husband again, and Kelly did not disappoint! Our renewal was very small and low key, but she made feel and look fresh, beautiful, and glowing in a big way. Kelly is absolutely amazing. It is a breeze to communicate with her; she is very friendly and gives clear instructions and information. Our makeup looked incredible. I loved the airbrush application and it made my skin look flawless! She even customized a makeup application for my mom, who wanted a very natural look.
She also did spray tan applications for me and my bridal party several days before the wedding. These looked and felt amazing! Plus she brought her equipment to our house, so we were able to make it a fun & relaxing bachelorette party night while we all got tanned. Great memories!
Most of all, Kelly is just the kindest person. She is super laid back and funny and just really great to work with. Honestly, the couple of hours we spent with her are some of my favorite wedding memories. She's simply the best!

For any bride getting married on/around the outer banks, I would highly recommend Kelly as your makeup artist! I had my trial while I was down there on vacation (about 4 months before my wedding date), and I was so happy with the results, there was nothing to change on the day-of! She easily incorporated my style and went with a more natural look with lots of browns and neutrals. I was much tanner in the summer then in November, so Kelly adjusted the tone of my airbrush make-up and it worked perfectly! Overall, the most important thing was that I fully trusted Kelly, and I never felt stressed about how my makeup would turn out.

I can't say enough nice things about Kelly! Choosing Kelly to do my make up for my wedding was probably the easiest decision I had to make. I was so impressed with pictures of her work in previous reviews and I knew she was who I wanted to do my make up. She did not disappoint one bit. Her work is flawless and I have never felt more beautiful! She really understands how to bring out her clients best features and make them look stunning while still keeping things elegant and natural. You can also tell that she really cares and wants to hear what your vision of your best self looks like. On top of being an extremely talented make up artist she is so sweet and she has the best attitude. She was always so kind throughout the entire planning process and she made it SO easy. She was super accommodating and organized. It makes such a difference on your wedding day to have someone like Kelly there. There are so many things going on but you can relax knowing you're going to look flawless because you're in her hands. All of my bridesmaids were so impressed with their looks as well and were complimenting her long after she left. She also arranged for Alicia to do my hair last minute which I am SO appreciative of. Alicia is a wonderful person too. I don't know how she did it but she literally took my vision for my hair and made it a reality with such ease (while also filling my dogs water bowl 1,000 times). I highly recommend Kelly! I had a small wedding/elopement in May and I literally contacted her the week before to see if she was available. She was dealing with a family emergency and her schedule was packed with other weddings and she was still so professional and responsive and was able to work it out so that she could do me, my mom, my grandma and my mother in laws makeup on the day of my wedding. I could tell just by speaking over the phone one time with her how genuine and sweet of a person she was because she wanted to help me out knowing how important this day was to me despite everything going on in her life! On the day of the wedding she had such a calming and laid back vibe and she did the most beautiful, natural makeup look that accentuated my features so well which is exactly what I wanted!

I can’t say enough about Kelly! Our wedding was the week of Hurricane Florence. We needed to move up our wedding not once, but twice! Kelly was SO flexible! On the day we found out we had to move up our wedding, it became our wedding day. As you can imagine, I was stressed beyond belief. I texted Kelly, and she called me right away! She could tell I was a mess. She told me not to worry and that she would be right there! She wanted me to relax and feel excited that it was my wedding day! These girls! Where to start? They are the most beautiful, talented souls and made the experience so pure and enjoyable. Our wedding was a destination wedding and I had my hair and makeup trial days before the wedding, so I was feeling a little nervous and just hoping for the best. Well, I had the VERY BEST! Kelly and Alicia are treasures and after my trial I couldn't wait to see them again not only because of their effortless talent, but also because of how down to earth and fun they are. They made me feel like a queen from the initial consultation through the final moment they fixed me up before I walked down to my husband. The day of my wedding (9/23) they tended to me, my 7 bridesmaids, mother and mother in law. They listened to each person's wishes, and every woman's hair and makeup perfectly accentuated their natural beauty but also looked glamorous for our wedding day. We began getting ready at 8am...it turned out to be a hot and windy day...and everyone's hair and makeup looked great through the end of our reception which concluded at midnight. I could compliment them for hours...I am grateful they were part of our special day. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day all thanks to them. Both Kelly and Alicia are so easy going and will listen attentively to what you'd like your "look" to be - then go above and beyond for you! They put my whole wedding party at ease (not easy task with 10 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, 2 mothers, and a grandmother to style!) and everyone was thrilled with their hair and makeup. We have visited Lovie’s Salon and Spa on multiple occasions over the last several years. We have had massages & hair services. Always a great experience. So when it came time for our Daughter’s Wedding Oct 2017 we chose Lovie’s. We had breakfast delivered and the girls all had hair and make up done. They got dressed and all of the laughter and joy was captured by our photographer. Kelly and Alicia made the experience magical. The historic house is the perfect place to get ready before the big event especially if you are getting married on an event House it is nice to have a private place to get ready away from the guests.

Kelly and Alicia at Lovies Salon are amazing! I can honestly say that the time my family and I spent at Lovies getting ready on my wedding day were some of my best memories! In the months of planning leading up to the wedding, Kelly was flexible and responsive. Both she and Alicia really listen to what you want and will do their very best to deliver. Unlike other makeup artists and stylists that I've worked with, they aren't offended if you want to change something or have a different opinion. My mom has sensitive skin and Kelly was willing to use my mom's personal makeup and even did skin test patches to make sure that she wouldn't have a bad reaction. Alicia is a truly gifted hair stylist and we were all THRILLED with our hair. I brought clip-in extensions and Alicia styled them perfectly, even cutting in a few layers to help them blend. Everyone said that I looked like Khaleesi on my wedding day! At my hair and makeup trial a few days prior, Alicia even helped me come up with a plan for my rehearsal dinner hair and makeup, demonstrating a simple updo that I could do on my own, which was so sweet of her and made the evening super easy for me. The girls at Lovies are the very best!

I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Kelly for my June beach wedding makeup artist! I wanted to keep my makeup on the simple side and she nailed it! Alicia is clearly very talented, but her test trial was better than I could express in words. It was whispy, polished but messy and timeless. She was so quick! Kelly was communicative, took my preferences into consideration and was professional. Kelly made having my makeup done a treat, relaxing even!
On my wedding day, my wedding party traveled to the salon. I was hoping this would be fun for them, since the salon is super charming an relaxing. It ended up being the best choice. We were allowed to bring outside food and drink; Lovie's went above and beyond to make us feel pampered! The entire party was thrilled with their hair and makeup. If you're contemplating booking your services with Lovie's. Do so! Alicia and Kelly will make this HUGE piece of planning easy for you. They won't let you leave the salon unless you're happy.
Also, they are extremely communicative by email. I secured their services months in advance and the girls at Lovie's were always reachable by email or text. They even prepared a timeline for the big day to ensure we had enough time to grab lunch before we had to get ready. I wish this salon was closer to my home; I'd be there every month!

I was doing a destination wedding in Corolla and did not have time for a practice round of hair/makeup. From the first time I called for info they were SO helpful and accommodating, especially with my allergy to yellow dye. They went above and beyond researching products to make sure I was safe with everything that they used. Kelly was the absolute best! From scheduling, to professionalism, to making each of my girls feel glamorous, gorgeous and a better version of themselves, Kelly at Lovie's made it happen. I don't normally wear much makeup, and have pretty bad eczema, but each step of the way Kelly made sure I was comfortable and in the end I have never felt so beautiful. My extremely sensitive skin didn't bother me for a second and my skin has remained clear.
We were married on July 5th on the beach in 99 degree weather (no joke!). Everyone's makeup stayed perfectly and the take home kits allowed us to freshen our looks as the night went on.

I cannot say enough good things about Lovie's! Alicia and Kelly are absolutely amazing, and the salon is in the cutest little cottage. We actually got ready there, and it was the most relaxing morning I had during the entire wedding process - which I would not have expected the day of the wedding! It is basically if they made an Anthropologie into a boho spa that you could live in - and my photographer fell in love with it, it's such a pretty environment we actually took most of my bridal portraits there. Alicia and Kelly are both so sweet and wonderful to talk to, and they do an amazing job! Kelly does the most natural and beautiful airbrushed makeup, you look like yourself, but just more beautiful than you've ever been. And Alicia is a hair magician, she can take any look and make it your own. I loved them so much, I'm planning to just go for haircuts, facials, and massages on future vacations, I just wish I lived closer so they could be my regular salon! And if you're looking for a bridal party activity, they just opened up a wellness center so you can do candlelight yoga in the best environment ever. Kelly and Alicia were so incredible... I honestly could not have picked a better beauty team for me on my wedding day. I hadn't gotten the chance to meet them until the week before the wedding. During the trial for hair and makeup, I realized these ladies were going to me awesome. They asked tons of questions to make sure I felt completely comfortable with the look I had for the wedding day. The makeup by Kelly was so exceptional, I just couldn't believe it. It brought out my blue eyes and really made me look like the natural beauty I was going for. Also, the air makeup felt like I didn't have anything on! Alicia was so amazing with the hair, making sure everything felt comfortable and I liked every placement of hair along the way.
For the trial, I went in incredibly nervous, and I walked out knowing they would be amazing. Then, on the wedding day, there were torrential downpours of rain and I was slightly freaking out inside. These ladies made me feel so relaxed while they were doing my hair and makeup the morning of, that I started to realize just how amazing it was going to be whether or not it was raining. They went well above just doing hair and makeup and made me feel comfortable and excited about the entire process. Highly recommend!!!

They were far and away the best wedding experience we had all weekend while we were in Corolla for my sister's wedding. They were so gracious to our large, boisterous family, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, loved and happy! I know it can be terrifying letting go of your usual, familiar hair and makeup routine for something unknown, but Alicia and Kelly both listened to what we wanted and delivered flawlessly. I felt completely like myself - just a really air-brushed goddess version :)

I found Lovies through a recommendation from another company I inquired to about hair and make up! Right Away I knew Alicia and Kelly we're going to provide quality work for my wedding day along with their large samples of work for me to look out. With being out of state I did not get to do a trial run but the minute these ladies showed up at the house that day they felt like old friends! They attended to my every need and even helped get me something to eat and drink to help the nerves! My make up and hair were flawless and exactly how I dreamed they would look! As most girls on their wedding day, I was really wanting to feel my prettiest. After seeing my best friend on her wedding day, I was beyond impressed with her make up and just how flawless she looked. I immediately contacted Kelly the day after her wedding to arrange for a trail.
From the moment we started talking, I could tell she was going to be the least stressful part of my day. I found her to be just so flexible and professional. As I hoped, she made me look and feel like a bride. On my wedding day, she quickly became not just my glam fairy but also my sanity. When all the stress of getting ready was taking over, Kelly not only made me feel like the most beautiful bride but also was able to keep me cool and collected. Here laid back energy was contagious. My wedding party looked phenomenal and we all really enjoyed having Kelly be part of the special day. Planing a wedding is tough and emotional.

Kelly provided exceptional service! She was very reasonable and travelled to me for both the trial and wedding day. I was more than pleased with my wedding day makeup and don't have a single complaint! I would highly recommend her!

I was so very pleased with Kelly's performance. She was professional and was more than willing to come to my house weeks before the wedding to try out some looks on me. She made sure I was completely satisfied with my makeup before leaving. If I had to do this all over again I would not hesitate to call Kelly. She is very knowledgeable with all of the newest make up styles. She is eager to please you and make you as comfortable as she can during the entire process. Kelly is a breath of fresh air. Enjoy the experience. It's so worth it.

Kelly did an amazing job to make sure that my makeup was perfect. The weather was extremely hot and I was concern about my makeup lasting not only did It last through the heat it looked flawless.

I wanted to thank you both so much for helping to make Aria and I's special day full of love and beauty! All the bridesmaids had so much fun hanging out at the house and getting ready with yall. Everyone's hair and makeup looked fantastic! You both are very professional and truly care about personalizing the looks for each individual. Kelly and Alicia are the Dream Team
I hired Kelly and Alicia (Lovie's Hair Salon) on a recommendation from my photographer, and it was the best decision! They came prepared and on-time to our rental home to do hair and makeup for my mom, sister, mother-in-law, and I, and we were all so happy with everything! Kelly is amazing at what she does, and her sweet and calming personality is just the cherry on top. My makeup lasted through the rain and wind, as well as my tears, and I felt so beautiful the whole day. Highly recommend the Kelly & Alicia dream team!

Light and held up all night!
Kelly did the makeup of my bridal party and mother, and was fantastic. She catered to all of our concerns and styles, making us feel comfortable every step of the way. Her airbrushing was flawless, not cakey at all! She also made sure you can see my freckles so I could feel like the best version of myself. The makeup also lasted ALL NIGHT despite having an outdoor wedding during a heatwave in July. Incredibly happy!
