A dream come to life
When I decided on Gainesville, FL as our wedding destination I knew that I wanted to see what Keith Watson's team had to offer. They have a superb reputation in Gainesville and do many events for UF. In addition, they planned and provided florals for many events for the Danscompany of Gainesville, which was a dance company I was a part of my whole life. When I called the office I spoke with Savannah. We talked for 30 minutes about dates and timeline. She was so easy to talk to and helped me select a few dates. I had a wonderful experience working with the Keith Watson team while planning my wedding. Their professionalism, flexibility, creativity, and can-do attitude truly make them unique. They assisted every step of the way--from helping me envision the design/decor to coordinating the day-of, they had every aspect covered. I also really appreciated their organization throughout the process. The whole team is wonderful, but I'd like to especially recognize Becky and Savannah for all of their hard work and expertise that made the day go off without a hitch. Working with Tiana at Keith Watson Events was amazing. She was fully invested, professional and beyond helpful from the first preliminary phone call to the last guest leaving my sister's wedding. The ceremony flowed perfectly into cocktail hour and then into the reception. No detail was left out and despite the pre-ceremony rain and extreme heat it was a perfect evening. My daughter recently got married and we used Keith Watson Productions for design, event management, vendor negotiations, etc. Planning a wedding can be both an exciting and stressful time. They went above and beyond at every step of the journey to make sure this experience amazing for my daughter and myself. The design was both creative and beautiful! They are very good at listening to what is important to you and working within your budget guidelines. Any stress the day of was from nerves only as we had nothing at all to be concerned with. From early in the morning to the last gift being packed in the car, they took care of every single detail. I have two more daughters to get married one day, and we will definitely use their services again! Highly recommend!

Keith Watson Events is THE BEST! We had the most perfect wedding day, it was everything I could have ever dreamed of and more, it would not have been possible without the KWE team. Becky from KWE was WONDERFUL. She made everything happen no matter how large or small the request and kept me calm when things got hectic. They say when you find the right one you just have a gut feeling and know they’re going to be your person. Well that is the same feeling I had with our initial meeting with Keith Watson Events and was not wrong. They were such a joy to work with and always there to offer suggestions and input on requests we had no matter when or what we may have asked. The organization and pure joy they have in making others dreams a reality, in turn makes them an absolute joy to work with and actually makes the planning process fun. Tiana, Savannah and the entire Keith Watson team created the wedding of our dreams and coordinated the day with such flawlessness that it allowed myself and husband to actually enjoy our day with no stress or worry that things were being taken care of. I will always think of them first to help in any future events and will 1000% recommend their services for any event to family, friends or anyone who may ask. My husband and I have very busy professional lives, but we had a vision for our wedding. We were worried that we could not have our dream wedding weekend of relaxation, celebration and fun! If you're looking for someone to create a fairy tale, these are your people. When we first hired these folks, I was living out of state and they took off a lot of pressure with their positivity and reassurance.
We love, love, LOVE the work that Keith Watson Events did for us. Shout out to Tiana and Gio who created miracles just by our descriptions of things we like. If you're a Pinterest person and you've been pinning ideas that you'd like to include, these guys will make your dreams come true. They were professional, communicated with us often, put us at ease when things got hectic, and were respectful of our wishes. They made solid recommendations, did research to help preserve our traditions, and gave our guests an experience of a lifetime. We had a 2-day wedding and they were just stellar the entire time. We also hired them for Wedding Coordination services and Lauren is wonderful. I highly recommend Keith Watson Events if you want to create the best memories of your vision on your special day (or days!).Keith Watson Events's reply:
