1000% Recommend KB Events!
We interviewed a lot of wedding planners before hiring Katie and KB Events- while there are other good ones out there, I cannot imagine a better experience than what we had with Katie, Adam, and the KB Events team. We always say that it was 100% the best decision to work with them, second only to saying I do!
We had a large wedding (300+ invites, 250 guests) and combining of cultures, and Katie was available and helpful with every question we threw at her as we walked through the process together. We still hear from our guests all the time that our wedding was the best wedding they've ever been to, and that is in large part due to the work Katie & Adam put in behind the scenes to make everything feel seamless and cohesive. They care and notice every detail and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. They act with integrity and warm professionalism, and we are just so so thankful for their huge role in our big day!-

Amazing Halloween Wedding!
My husband and I were married on Halloween of 2025. While we live in Los Angeles we fell in love with the Santa Barbara area for our venue and could not have been happier with our choice to go with KB Events. Our planner Hannah was approachable, incredibly friendly, and professional every step of the way towards the wedding date. We always felt taken care of and that everything that had to be organized with vendors and our own personal check list was expertly handled. It was therefore no surprise that on the day of the wedding every little thing went as smoothly as possible. It was a dream day for us both thanks to Hannah and her team. We could not recommend them enough! -

We worked with Hannah at KB events on our wedding for 15 months, and it was a true pleasure. She is incredibly organized and thoughtful, and always knew how to guide me in the planning process without being overbearing. Our actual wedding day went off without a hitch. It's hard for me to let go of control, but I trusted Hannah and her team to carry out our plans seemlessly, and they did. I cannot recommend Hannah and team more highly! -

The actual best planner team!
So blessed to have been able to work with the incredible husband and wife team that is Katie and Adam. From our first call it was a match. Their style and system is top notch and so easy to work with. They have a strong network and great relationships which allowed me to have zero stress going into the big day. Every question had a plan, a timeline, and a back up which matched my event planning mindset. I wish we could do it again just to have the honor of the KB team to back us up and make our special day as stress free and perfect as possible. Thank you! -

5 Stars for Hannah
Working with Hannah from KB Events was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the very beginning, she brought such calm energy, professionalism, and expertise to the entire planning process. She made everything feel organized, seamless, and stress-free. We always felt like we were in the best hands.
One of the moments that stands out most was during our wedding speeches, when a private home behind our venue happened to be hosting a quinceañera, complete with a full high school marching band (tuba and all!). Our venue said this had never happened in over a decade of weddings, and just as that moment of panic set in, Hannah stepped in with total calmness and confidence. Within minutes, she had seamlessly ushered in our guests who were sitting outside to inside, turning it into a more intimate, cozy setting for everyone, and it ended up being even more special for our speeches and first dances. She coordinated with the hotel staff so quickly and had everything back in motion, by the time our DJ started playing again, the doors reopened and we couldn’t hear the high school band at all. It’s now a funny story we’ll always laugh about, but in the moment, it was Hannah’s grace, quick thinking, and professionalism that completely saved the day. She truly handled it with such urgency and ease that only a true expert could.
Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, and we owe so much of that to Hannah. She’s talented, kind, and genuinely cares about her couples. We can’t recommend her highly enough! — Madison & Brandon -

Truly the Best Decision We Made
Working with KB Events for our partial planning package was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The level of service we received went far beyond what we expected. We felt completely taken care of every step of the way, and looking back, we can’t imagine going through the process without them. Hannah was an absolute superstar. Truly the best part of the entire planning experience. From our very first call, through every email, meeting, rehearsal, wedding day, and even the follow-up afterward, she was consistently clear, direct, personable, and so professional. She’s incredibly organized, knowledgeable about everything Santa Barbara weddings, and has such a calm, confident energy that instantly puts you at ease. Every step of the process felt smooth, thoughtful, and well-communicated. We always knew what to expect and felt fully supported, which made planning feel enjoyable instead of stressful. On the day of, everything ran seamlessly thanks to her and her amazing team. We were able to be fully present and soak up every moment, knowing that everything behind the scenes was being handled perfectly. The end result was more beautiful and meaningful than we could have dreamed of. It was clear throughout that Hannah truly cared about us, not just as clients, but as people, and that personal touch meant the world. If you’re getting married in Santa Barbara, we couldn’t recommend KB Events more highly. Their pricing is very reasonable for the level of service, professionalism, and peace of mind they provide. Amazing Experience

Making Our Wedding a Dream Come True
From the very beginning, working with KB Events was everything we could’ve hoped for—and so much more. Planning a destination wedding could have easily felt overwhelming, but Katie and Adam made the entire process feel calm, intentional, and genuinely exciting. They created space for my now-husband and I to be fully present on our wedding day, without a single worry—and that’s a gift we’ll never forget.
They listened with care, helped us find our dream venue, guided us through vendor selection, answered every single one of our (many!) questions, and brought our vision to life at Machias Meadows in the most beautiful way. Every detail felt like us—from the layout to the flow of the day—and it was clear how much heart and pride they poured into making it all happen.
From vendor coordination to timeline flow, everything was handled with such precision and warmth. Adam even jumped in to help build the floral arch, which speaks volumes about their dedication and hands-on support. What stood out most was how they always seemed one step ahead all week and weekend, allowing us to truly relax and soak in every moment with our loved ones. The entire day felt calm, joyful, full of fun, and a true dream come true—exactly what we had hoped for.
We’re so deeply grateful to have had KB Events by our side for such a meaningful chapter in our lives. Their kindness, expertise, and attention to every detail made our wedding feel like a true reflection of us and the love we share. I cannot recommend them enough. KB Events didn’t just plan and execute our wedding—they crafted memories that will live in our hearts forever. We’re so grateful we had Katie and Adam as our wedding planners. From day one, they were warm, kind, and clearly knew their stuff. And as a husband-and-wife team, they brought such a great energy. We wanted to plan many details ourselves, and they struck the perfect balance, giving us space while stepping in with great ideas, organization, and guidance when needed. They created a vision board that nailed our colors and style, kept us on track with checklists, and handled all vendor communication. They were always quick to respond and made the process calm and stress-free. On our wedding day, everything ran perfectly on time and felt effortless. Our guests even commented on how smooth it was. They went above and beyond, from bringing little things we forgot to literally driving us to our hotel after the ceremony. If you want planners who are organized, creative, and genuinely invested in making your wedding special, we can’t recommend KB enough. -

A perfect wedding at the Santa Barbara club on 6/7/25
Just a super pro wedding and event planner. Uses great tech to dial in all the pertinent deliverables in an easy manner and keeps the family aware of all upcoming dates and financial matters. And on the wedding day they really shine, Katie is the boss and is all business, directing all aspects of the day including the venue staff, vendors and guests. We actually found them before we found our venue — which they recommended, and we booked immediately after touring. We owe everything to Hannah and KB Events!
Hannah and KB Events made our dream wedding come to life!! My husband and I got married at The Santa Barbara Club in early November and Hannah was recommended by our venue and several other local vendors.
Hannah provided us with numerous resources to help track our budget, create a very detailed timeline for the day and organize all our vendor information in one place. Hannah was quick to respond to all our emails and changes and made us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process and day of. There was potential rain forecasted on our wedding day and Hannah worked endlessly with our venue and vendors with only a few days before our wedding to create an alternative plan for indoors. Fortunately, it ended up being a beautiful day outside, but knowing she had a back up option planned for us was such a relief.
Not only is Hannah the sweetest person ever, she is so knowledgable about the wedding industry in Santa Barbara County and surrounding areas and provided us with amazing suggestions which really elevated our wedding.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Hannah and KB Events and would highly recommend booking them ASAP for your wedding! -

Our Special Day
Katie and Adam Review
We were married at the Hotel Californian on September 21st. Katie and Adam of KB Events were our wedding planners from the beginning in January. We had wanted a group that was local to Santa Barbara (our hometown and a wedding destination for many people, as well) so that they were in touch with the venues, outside providers for all services, and logistics. It could not have been a better choice.
After months of planning once we had selected the venue, our wedding day was perfect and seemingly flawless in terms of all of the parts and pieces that had to fit together. Everything was on a coordinated schedule for the vendors, in place and on time. The Hotel Californian was great to work with, setting up for the ceremony and the dinner afterwards. What a beautiful location!
Katie and Adam (and their staff on the day of the wedding) orchestrated a fabulous and enchanting day for us. Their involvement and attention to the smallest detail through the months of preparation and their oversight on the day made our wedding so easy for us, and we were able to just enjoy our most special moments without any cares or worries. Thanks to both of you and your staff for this fairy-tale wedding and a magical day! -

We hired Hannah at KB Events for our July 2024 Wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! She was on top of everything from start to finish and took off all of the pressure of not knowing what needed to be done and when. She had excellent communication with both the vendors and with us. She was extremely thorough and detail oriented which ensured nothing fell through the cracks. On the day of the wedding she was a God send. She handled everything with ease. We got married at Bel Air Bay Club and you would never know that she had never done a wedding there before. We could not recommend her and KB events more!!! -

Katie and Adam were so amazing to work with on our wedding! It’s so clear from talking and working with Katie that she knows her stuff. They are super organized and kind, but at the same time are persistent in all the best ways when they need to get things done. In the lead up to our wedding, they made us feel really comfortable and prepared in a world where it’s easy to feel behind. Everything went so smoothly on the wedding day. Amazing Wedding Planning Service!
Highly recommend KB Events for your wedding planning needs! We hired KB Events for end planning for our wedding this past May, as we had figured out most of our vendors on our own, but still needed some extra support. Our lead planner, Hannah, was absolutely amazing. We felt so supported by her, as well as Katie and Adam, throughout the whole process from our very first inquiry phone call through the end of our wonderful wedding evening.
Hannah's communication, support, organization, and enthusiasm throughout the whole process was incredibly helpful and calming. She helped with finalizing some finer details that had not even crossed our mind, as well as making sure that all the big items came together and ran smoothly. We received many compliments from our family members and friends the next day with how amazing they thought she was and what a good job was done with making everything we imagined come together. We appreciate all the support for helping to make our wedding the best we could have hoped for! -

Best Experience Ever
Katie & Adam from KB Events helped us to have our dream wedding. We hired KB Events for their End Planning & Day of Coordination package, and the value of their services were worth far more than the price we paid. Throughout the planning process, Katie was responsive, supportive, creative, and eager to make wedding planning a breeze.
Their End Planning & Day of Coordination services include a planning portal to keep you organized, access to an online seating program, and a planning checklist sorted by month. I relied heavily on these resources and greatly appreciated having access to them.
During each meeting (video call, phone call, or in-person), my husband and I felt very supported, and knew that Katie would do everything she could to make our wedding weekend beautiful & stress free. Our wedding weekend was perfect due to the professionalism that Katie & Adam showed.
One of the vendors (NOT a KB Events team member) was unfit to work our wedding. Katie & Adam were highly professional when relieving the vendor of their duties, and ensured our wedding continued without incident. Almost NONE of our guests knew about this situation, which is a testament to the professionalism and efficiency KB Events shows during their events. Our wedding would not have been smooth without KB Events, and we HIGHLY recommend Katie & Adam to everyone planning events in the Santa Barbara area. -

Katie and Adam are a dynamic duo. They helped bring my wedding vision to life and if I were to go back in time, I'd choose their services again.
I live in a different state than where I got married which made me nervous to plan a wedding, but Katie and Adam alleviated any concerns that I had. They were fast and responsive and helped answer all of my questions via email or call. The wedding day was smooth and they ensured that we were fed and hydrated throughout the entire evening. They coordinated everything with the vendors and I didn't have to do a thing! I can't thank KB events enough. Thank you for being part of such a special moment of my life. -

The Best Wedding Planner--Truly
KB Events is literally the best. My wife and I hired KB Events with their full package as our first step to planning our wedding.
Katie, Adam, and their team 100% deserve their immaculate ratings. They are kind, thoughtful, able to push back, but respectful of the couples' goals, they'll give you the inside track of where you can and cannot push, and even their budget estimates are accurate. They can work with anything, and it does legitimately seem like nothing you request or tell them will surprise them.
They will even find you in between your duties as wedding host to give you a plate of food to make sure you are eating.
Our wedding happened to be one of the two days in April it RAINED. They were not phased, and everything got adjusted last minute. They weren't stressed. We weren't stressed (well, I was a little), and everything worked out so well.
It's now exactly a month later, and Gina and I have never once thought of anything they could have done better. Their services were perfect. We could not more highly recommend them. -

Best Wedding Planner in Montecito
Hannah and the KB Events team were incredible to work with and our wedding went flawlessly start to finish with everything in her hands at the Rosewood in Montecito. We hired the team 1+ year before as an end planner, but Hannah stepped in right from the beginning staying organized on our contracts, vendors, available for all questions, pushing timeline reminders to us, and helping introduce recommendations as needed. She stayed positive the entire process, volunteered her time to come to our tasting and walk through in advance, and took over full control the wedding day. She was responsive, proactive on all vendor needs, and needless to say we were able to be fully present and enjoy our day with our vision and details in her hands. -

The Right Professional Wedding/Event Team for a Unique Ranch Venue!
We recently had the pleasure to work with the KB Events team, engaged as the wedding planners, for an event held at our ranch in Carpinteria. Owners Katie and Adam were incredible planners and managers of every detail as they created a flawless wedding event. The ranch is unique with several creek crossings and unique characteristics that might otherwise make an event for nearly 300 people challenging, but KB worked with all their vendors, professionally directing every detail of the event to perfection! The newly weds indicated to me that it was an event beyond their greatest expectation! This husband-wife team together with their assistant, were hands-on and a true delight to work with and we look forward to having them back as wedding/event planners for more events at The Rincon Creek Ranch! -

Best Wedding Ever Thanks to KB Events!
We are so thankful to have worked with KB Events for our winter wedding! I come from experience in the events industry and have had the privilege of working with KB Events in the past - they are fantastic vendors to work with. When it came time for my own wedding, I knew exactly who would be the perfect planning team for our day. Katie and Adam are kind hearted people with a passion for weddings. Their organization, critical thinking, and diligent responses were beyond appreciated during the planning stages. When it came down to hard decisions to make and last minute weather changes, we felt so comfortable with KB Events handling those decisions for us. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone any better without the help from this team. If you want to feel stress free the days leading up to your wedding, I highly recommend hiring a planner, especially KB Events. We are forever grateful.-

KB Events makes dreams come true!
Katie, Adam and the KB Events team made our dreams come true.
When my now-husband (!) and I decided to get married in California - where I’m originally from and where my family still lives - we were daunted by the prospect of planning a wedding from the other side of the country (we live on the East Coast). That trepidation dissipated as soon as we contacted KB Events.
We had talked to a few other individuals and companies in the early stages of exploring the possibility of hiring planners to help with our wedding. None of them treated us with the care and respect that Katie and Adam did when we first spoke with them, before we had even signed a contract. We knew they were really something special when, in the time between my inquiry email and our introductory call with them, they had already managed to place a soft hold on our first choice venue, on our first choice date - a venue that to this point, we had not been able to get ahold of! They made us feel like their only clients - a theme that carried through until our wedding day. They listened to what we were looking to do and offered ways to make it happen. Katie and Adam prioritized taking our ideas and making them a reality. I really wanted to highlight the charm of Santa Barbara with our wedding details, and the final result was better than I could have ever imagined (the lemons! The olive oil! The TROLLEY!)
Katie and Adam laid out a timeline for all the key milestones we would need to hit leading up to our wedding, accounting for every major (venue, date, florist) and minor (silverware selection, placement of napkins) detail. They served as the primary point of contact for each of our vendors, which paved the way for us to spend less time fretting about administrative details and more time making decisions.
The best compliment I can give Katie and Adam is that, throughout the 18 months we worked with them to plan our wedding, we never once felt stressed. They were proactive to keep us on deadline and help us stay ahead of budgeting, which allowed us to enjoy every aspect of the wedding planning process – something we recognize not everyone can say about their wedding planning experience.
It may sound cheesy, but we consider Katie and Adam our friends now, and we can’t wait to continue bugging them to hang out with us whenever we’re in town.-

Fantastic Wedding Planning Team!!
Katie and Adam were absolutely wonderful to work with in the process of planning our wedding! They were incredibly professional, kind, and such a calming presence during the whole process. They made our wedding day flow absolutely seamlessly and I received so many comments from family and friends about how easy they made everything feel. They made sure our event was executed perfectly, were on top of every vendor, and gave us incredible suggestions throughout the process. They also continued to check in throughout the wedding day to ensure we were taken care of and feeling good! They are also extremely knowledgeable about Santa Barbara and made me feel so at ease. Simply the best - hire them now!
KB Events is hands down simply the best! We were planning a destination wedding in Santa Barbara and after my first phone call with Katie I immediately called my fiancé and told him I found our wedding planners. We worked with Hannah to plan our wedding and she was a dream. She answered our emails immediately, followed up with any questions or requests we had and made this Type A bride feel completely understood and at ease. Although we worked with Hannah almost exclusively, Katie and Adam were also there to help or answer questions if we needed them. They work as an amazing team and made our event go off without any issues (or if there were issues I didn’t know about them). If you’re still reading this review and haven’t hired KB Events stop reading immediately and go hire them now! My only regret is not hiring them for the full wedding planning process, they are worth it!-

A stellar team that made our wedding day perfect!
We can not say enough wonderful things about Katie and Adam with KB Events. Aside from just being gracious people, they are absolutely the best team we could have ever chosen to work with. My husband and I had pretty busy lives as it was so the thought of planning a destination wedding was very overwhelming. Admittedly we procrastinated quite a bit but KB Events is so dialed in and organized on another level that they kept us on track and enabled us to create the most perfect day. They truly helped to alleviate so much stress that we were able to work through all the nuances and details that comes with wedding planning without any added gray hair. Katie and Adam far exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning they were exceptional with their communication and recommendations, they helped us manage our budget, vendor coordination (which is a profession in itself), and created the most detailed day of wedding timeline I could have imagined. And one of my personal favorite things about them being a husband and wife team is that they both offer different insights, advice and ideas that really helped us pull together our vision. They are true professionals and great at what they do.I think it speaks volumes that if there were any disasters the day of the wedding whether it was design flaws, issues with vendors or guests, food, or even the crazy windy day we had, we still have no idea. The day went off without a hitch. Katie and Adam are the best and made our day simply perfect.

Absolutely Amazing!!
I cannot recommend KB Events enough! Katie and Adam joined our wedding process at the beginning and made the whole thing not only manageable but fun! They found a way to guide us while still championing our personal style. We even had a tropical storm the weekend of our wedding and they managed to pivot without losing any of the charm or beauty we had planned. The team at KB Events are the BEST wedding planners you could ever ask for to plan your wedding.
From the planning-side, they are responsive, organized, good at keeping you on track, and very well connected to the vendor community in Santa Barbara. We've had vendors immediately agree to work with us because we have KB Events as our planner!
On the execution side, they are very thorough and thoughtful in their approach to making sure you have the best event you and your guests could ever ask for. From having the opportunity to stage our table setting beforehand, to the venue walk through that they organize for all our vendors, to the video sessions where we went through every single detail of our wedding with them, and countless other examples, every step of the way we felt very well taken care of.
I can't tell you the number of guests that have told us that our wedding was one of the best that they've ever been to (seamless, clearly well organized, beautiful, etc.), and it all wouldn't have been possible without Hannah, Katie & the rest of the team at KB Events. Katie and Adam from KB Events were the wedding planners for our wedding at Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara, CA. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for their patience, availability, and attention to detail that they both brought throughout the planning process. They were always so responsive to our questions and requests, and they went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was perfect.

They were always on top of things, and they made sure that our vendors were also aware of our specific needs. This made us feel confident that everything would be taken care of on the day of the wedding. One of the things that we appreciated most about KB Events was their ability to follow up with our vendors to communicate our preferences/adjustments and ensure that everything was running smoothly. One of many examples of this was Adam working with the vendors to get our hedges just right to optimize the ambience and privacy of our cocktail hour.

KB Events is the right choice!
Katie and Adam were the rock and foundation of our entire planning process from when we found them! Our wedding day would have not been possible without them. We had the day of planner package, but they gave us calls and meeting when we needed them. They'd responded to our questions quickly when we had them,. They gave us recommendations of vendors for that were within our budget, and took over communications with them before the wedding. They made timelines for us and worked through all the fine details of the day. On Wedding day, they made sure everything was taken care of for set up and ensured all of our personnel items we provided were set up. They made sure we ate, and ensured we stayed on time for the next event of the evening. They were calm and helped us stay calm on the last minute changes that came up day of the wedding. It was amazing to let our guest know that we were taken care of the day of the wedding and that if they had a question, they could ask the wedding planners. All of this to say, they made the wedding planning process so much better and less stressful, and day of we did not have to worry about a thing! Recommend without reservation
Katie and Adam are 10-star wedding planners. We recently hosted our wedding at the SB Courthouse followed by an evening at El Paseo for 110 friends and family and it went without issue. To every question their answer is: yes, we'll make it happen; and they do. When we wanted lion dancers, boom, they know a group. When I wanted to celebrate birthdays at the wedding, Katie responded: how many candles. They know Santa Barbara, they know the vendors, they know the good and the bad of each space. We booked their full-service option and can't say enough good things about our journey with KB Events. From our initial consultation in December 2021 to our wedding in April 2023, Katie and Adam were with us every step of the way for 16 months. We got married at Alisal Ranch in Solvang, CA, and the wealth of experience that KB Events brought to the table – both behind the scenes and with all the moving pieces that are in a wedding – always made us feel supported. We are so grateful to have found them.
Katie and Adam are incredibly responsive – not only to your communications (we sent them hundreds of emails, and every single one got a timely response) but also to your vision of your big day. Katie and Adam never stopped listening to us, adapting to our (many) changes and requests, or working tirelessly to ensure our wedding went smoothly (which it did, thanks to them).
What's more, Katie and Adam are kind, patient, and calm (qualities that could not have been more valuable throughout this process), extremely detail-oriented, and simply wonderful to talk and plan with. First Class
KB Events is first class. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Katie and Adam perfectly executed our wedding at the Rosewood Miramar in Montecito, and I do not have enough words to express my gratitude. Our wedding rehearsal and wedding was absolutely seamless and perfect. Katie and Adam were attentive, extremely polite, professional and always one step ahead. They made excellent decisions on the day of our wedding when changes had to be made, and always kept me up to date, and did it so delicately. My grandmother suddenly passed during our rehearsal ceremony and Katie and Adam were there for me and my family. They are true humans with extremely large hearts. With them by our side, it made such a tough day easier for me any my family. Katie and Adam are also excellent storytellers. The next morning I woke up to a beautiful montage of pictures and videos that they shared with me from our special day, which brought a smile during a very difficult time for me.

Katie and Adam were the wedding planner dream team. Thanks to KB events, our special day went off without a hitch. The "month of" coordinating package we chose comes with so much more than help during the final month alone. Katie and Adam set us up with planning resources, a wedding day timeline, and were there to answer our questions all along the way. They're incredibly professional and experienced. They helped us work through a last-minute DJ cancellation, set up our decor flawlessly, and Katie had a safety pin ready to go immediately when my dress strap broke during some especially enthusiastic dancing during the reception.

A no brainer decision for a stunning wedding
It was an absolute 10/10 experience working with Katie and Adam!! We decided on their partial planning package and felt SO taken care of through the entire process. They executed our vision to a T, thinking of the smallest details but also deftly handling our very enthusiastic crowd the day of. They helped pick all of our vendors for us, provided us with an incredibly detailed to-do list, kept us on time for everything, offered creative solutions to any problems that came up, helped me shop for the small details (guestbook, signage, etc), and took over all vendor communication for us a few months prior to the wedding.
A few of the other vendors even commented on how organized kb events are - their reputation precedes them! Our venue was the opposite of all inclusive (ie - bring your own restrooms, trash, heaters, catering kitchen, etc.) and they made it all so manageable. Their timeline became our BIBLE in the weeks leading up to the big day, and they absolutely nailed execution of all of our plans the day of (champagne tower, setting up escort cards, adjusting tables so we had more room for dancing, etc.) You will love working with them! -

Katie and Adam at KB Events are the greatest thing we did for our wedding! They were professional, organized, and knowledgeable. Can't Imagine A Better Pair
The best. Katie and Adam were the very first people we talked to about helping create our Wedding Weekend and it wouldn't have been amazing without them. KB Events helped us for 18 months plan our Santa Barbara wedding with extra communication as we live in Texas. Almost every vendor we went with was one of their recommendations (and were all fantastic). They provide all the visionary, heart-warming conversations you think about when you begin wedding planning, and back it up with extremely detailed communication, to the minute timelines, budget tracking, etc. On the day of, it was bliss. We didn't worry about a single thing, they had it all covered. Simply cannot recommend them enough. Best Wedding Planners- So grateful for their help with our incredible day!
Katie and Adam are incredible wedding planners to work with! They were not only instrumental in our initial planning process (we were certainly clueless about how to plan a wedding and our venue was bare-bones so we had to secure everything from bathrooms, lighting, furniture rentals to the usual catering, flowers, band, etc) but they also seamlessly helped us postpone our celebration, coordinating expertly among many vendors, not just once but TWICE! I truly cannot imagine how we would have done it without them! The day itself was magical! Everything went as planned down to the smallest details which were even better than we could have imagined. And I never felt like I had to worry, plan, or think about anything other than enjoying myself on the day! I could not recommend them highly enough- Katie and Adam will 100% make sure you have an incredible wedding day! -

Best planners ever! Katie and Adam were a pleasure to work with. They helped us figure out what we wanted and recommended amazing vendors for our budget. Planning a wedding is a ton of work but KB events took a ton of the stress out of it. They were super easy to talk to and very responsive throughout the entire planning process They made helpful suggestions when we were indecisive and helped guide us through everything. One the day of the wedding they made sure everything went super smoothly and they did so much it felt like they were in three places at once. Katie and Adam are an amazing team. They are kind, patient, attentive and extremely professional. It was truly a joy working with them. They were very helpful with each step along the way, offering insight and recommendations while always listening to and validating both the bride's and parents wishes. As the mother faced with last minute linen challenges, Katie stepped up, found a solution for me and truly saved the day! KB Events are the BEST!!
Hiring KB Events as wedding coordinators was the best decision we could have made. Katie and Adam went above and beyond in helping to make our wedding day absolutely amazing! They were always available to provide guidance and to answer questions. They also had tons of great experience, vendor connections, and tooling for keeping us on track and planning wedding timeline/layout info. Above all else we felt like they really cared about us, and that they were invested in helping to deliver on our vision for our wedding. They were extremely detail oriented in running the rehearsal, and they kept checking in with us on the wedding day to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with everything and to make any tweaks necessary. We can’t thank them enough and would book them again in a heartbeat! -

Best wedding planners we could have asked for!
Katie and Adam were the best wedding planners we could have asked for! They stuck with us for 2.5 years, through the uncertainty of COVID (3 reschedules and a late notice venue change). To make things ever more complicated, we were planning our Santa Barbara wedding from the East Coast. Katie and Adam greatly exceeded all of our expectations at every step of the planning process. If you are looking for wedding planners who will go above and beyond for you and make you feel like you are their #1 priority, look no further. -

Thank You KBE!
We were a covid couple and like many in the same situation encountered numerous twists and turns during our planning process. Thankfully we had Katie and Adam to help us every step of the way – reviewing our contracts to make sure we had flexibility, attending all vendor visits to game plan how we could arrange the space, and fielding every possible question and scenario we threw at them. They were always so patient and willing to hop on a video call to talk through whatever was on our mind. Aside from keeping the logistics of the day in check, they also kept us calm, making us feel like everything was going to be ok when at times it didn’t necessarily feel that way. Even though they are primarily focused in the Santa Barbara area, they nailed their first Malibu wedding! We are so appreciative of all their support and would recommend them wholeheartedly. -

Truly wonderful!
Hiring KB Events and working with Megan was by far the best decision we made while planning our wedding. When our already-planned wedding had to be postponed due to COVID they helped us navigate the emotion decision and supported us through the entire process. We could not have asked for a more organized, seamless, and stress free planning process. It was truly an enjoyable experience!
The wedding itself was truly our dream brought to life. Their hard work was evident in every single detail and the day was so beautiful!

Great Experience
I imagine planning a wedding in a pandemic is harder than usual. Katie and Adam were really helpful, and responded quickly to emails. I think a true testament to how great they are is how other vendors liked working with them. One vendor gave me a discount because they knew the event would be well organized and liked working with Katie and Adam so much. Highly recommended. -

Simply amazing
Katie and Adam of KB Events are simply amazing! Phenomenal
What an honor, joy, and privilege it was to have Katie and Adam plan and execute the wedding of our dreams!!! We are a COVID couple, and had to completely move our entire wedding from May 2020 to May 2021 with little lead time. Katie and Adam were PHENOMENAL throughout the entire process, calmly and confidently contacting every vendor (13 in total) and rescheduling them all to the new date. It is impossible to express what an amazing job they did, and we sure hope that they will be available to help our friends and family plan future weddings. We are so incredibly grateful and blown away by their work, and consider them to be good friends after all that we went through over the 2.5 year planning process. Any couple would be LUCKY to have them plan their big day!! -

Simply The Best
Do yourself a favor and hire KB Events for your wedding! You will be so glad you did. My husband and I had our hearts set on getting married in Santa Barbara, but were hesitant about planning a destination wedding because of all the details and logistics to be planned from afar. But after our first meeting with Katie and Adam, we knew we were in good hands. They recommended amazing vendors, provided us with organizational and budgeting tools, kept in frequent touch, and were always available for questions.
KB Events never missed a beat throughout the planning process, even when the world fell apart around us due to COVID. Our wedding plans changed several times throughout our engagement, and Katie and Adam were there every step of the way, ready to adjust as needed. Our big day ended up a lot smaller than we had initially planned, but it was an intimate, magical, and oh-so-romantic weekend.
Not only are Katie and Adam true professionals, but they are also some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Event planning is their business, but it’s clear that it’s what they love to do. My husband and I will be forever grateful for all that they did to make our wedding weekend unforgettable!-

Great team!
Katie and Adam were super helpful and informative. Truth be told, our procrastination got the best of us and we began planning our wedding late. It didn’t help that we were trying to do a wedding for well under what is typical for a Santa Barbara budget. But the wedding ended up being an amazing day, because of how quickly and effectively they swooped into action. Definitely recommend! -

The perfect day!
My husband and I hired KB Events to coordinate our wedding in Solvang, and we could not have been happier with the level of communication, kindness, and professionalism that we experienced working with their team! While Katie was involved the whole time, our day-to-day coordinator, Courtney, was instrumental to the success of our day. We felt extremely safe and confident in their hands! We had an initial skype session to discuss what planning we had left to do when we hired KB Events, and as we got closer to our date we found their help to be so, so appreciated. They really helped us navigate some difficult vendor choices, and made sure that our whole day went off without a hitch. If there were any problems that arose on the day of our ceremony, neither my husband nor I know anything about it- And you cannot put a price tag on that level of comfort at any time, but especially on your wedding day! Absolutely incredible!
Words cannot describe what Katie and Adam did for us. We were so intimidated by the wedding process and they SAVED us. From connecting us to amazing vendors to keeping us on track the entire time. What brings tears to our eyes in particular is how they showed up for us day of and throughout our entire night. Katie and Adam ensured we were both taken care of (they brought us food and reminded us to eat), every detail was perfect and even captured amazing photos and videos throughout - especially our last dance of the evening (which is our favorite!). Katie and Adam are absolutely incredible and if you are looking for a wedding planner you should contact them immediately! I already recommended KB Events to a friend who is getting married in July 2020 and I can't wait to attend that wedding as a guest to enjoy all of their wonderful planning! I am a very organized person and have a project management capacity in my own career, and I was extremely impressed with Katie and Adam's skills in providing information and managing all the steps leading up to the wedding and then coordinating every last detail of our vision on the actual day. During the planning phase, my husband and I really appreciated KB Event's suggestions for carefully vetted and experienced vendors. I felt like Katie and Adam really got to know our personality and style and they suggested vendors that were a perfect match. We had so many compliments on our wedding officiant, flowers, music, visual design, hair and makeup and these were all suggestions from Katie and Adam. Their entire process is fantastic and the aspect that really meant the most to us is that they made sure we had fun and were able to be present to enjoy everything that we had planned. I constantly hear married couples saying that their wedding was a blur and they didn't get to eat much of the food or have time to enjoy the aspects of the wedding, and Katie and Adam made sure we got to do it all. They are Amazing
When my fiance and I started planning, we really didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. Katie and Adam made our wedding planning manageable and actually enjoyable. They gave us suggestions for vendors that they have worked with and helped us coordinate, and when the day finally came, they were right there making sure everything went off perfectly! Dream coordinators=dream wedding!
Katie and Adam with KB Events made our special day so amazing. We got married at Ocean View Farm in Carpinteria on 9/28/19. The venue was a blank slate in the sense that we were able to bring in all of our own vendors and decor! Katie and Adam helped with every step along the way from timeline, shuttle logistics, to decor and they were always available to answer my questions. Our day ended up exactly as we visualized, and that was in huge part to Adam and Katie. I own a venue, The Ocean View Farm. We totally rely on event coordinators to assist the wedding party with their choice of furniture, caterers, lightning, theme etc. K B Events has worked at our farm several times and I am always impressed with their patient professional guidance from start to finish. The best of the best!
I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, but I am so happy that I found and hired Katie and Adam of KB Events. From our first point of contact with them through the end of our wedding reception, I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, organization, responsiveness and knowledge. We had interviewed a few other coordinators and chose KB Events because they were really committed to our vision and how we wanted things to go. Our wedding had some logistical puzzles due to being on a boat, and they helped us figure everything out in a way that didn't compromise (and actually enhanced!) our vision. They really start from a place of "How can we make this work?" instead of "Here's why this won't work." Katie especially was a real partner throughout the planning process. Even though we hired her for end planning and day of coordination, she was always quickly available to give feedback on our ideas, answer questions, and jump in when we had some trouble with other vendors. We had selected most of our vendors by the time we hired Katie and Adam, but those that they did connect us with were amazing. Katie's support and responsiveness throughout the planning process alleviated so much stress and made it much more enjoyable for us. And as for the actual wedding (August 2019), from our perspective, everything ran so smoothly and there were no issues that we ever found out about, and we have to attribute that to Katie and Adam's calm and organized presence. Katie and Adam, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping make our wedding so special! I would have been a big ball of stress without you! -

Made cross-country planning a breeze!
I found KB Events on Instagram and set up a call with Katie and Adam shortly after getting engaged. I was anxious about planning a wedding from across the country but they completely put my mind at ease. The KB Events team is well-connected to everyone in the business in Santa Barbara and gave me fantastic vendor recommendations. They were extremely responsive and reliable and made sure I was in the loop at all times. I loved that they were willing to execute whatever my vision was within my budget while also giving their honest recommendations. Our wedding went off without a hitch and it wouldn't have been possible without the entire KB Events team, who kept things running smoothly from rehearsal day to the end of my reception. I also had my ceremony and reception in two different locations and having multiple people on hand to ensure things were going smoothly in both locations was great. Continue to amaze me
I attended an event with Katie and Adam this last year and, wow, they continue to amaze me. I hired them for my own wedding 8 years ago and they have only improved (which I didn’t think was possible). Katie does not miss any detail and Adam is a workhorse. You can tell they both continue to love what they do, search for ways to improve their clients experience, and enjoy working with people to make the event unique and go off without a hitch. We wouldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams without Katie and Adam, KB Events.
Katie and Adam were there from the beginning. We had a general idea and vision of what we wanted our wedding celebration to be, and Katie really talked us through and planned the logistics of the day. She also reminded me of things I didn’t even think about.
She handled the entire diagram of our ceremony and reception layout, which was imperative for the delivery and setup of tables, dance floor, etc. and our lighting installation. She was always there with an idea or a solution anytime throughout these planning stages, either by phone or in person.
We thought that we couldn’t have even planned this much without their help, but were even more thankful the weekend of. The day before they met us for a walk through and rehearsal with all the wedding party.
And day of were putting out fires as soon as they arrived and executed the entire day. To give a few examples: making sure the missing tables from the morning delivery arrived, set up all the table top and ceremony seating, ushered guests and took care of assigned seating, timing of processional and music, making sure we were following the timeline and made adjustments as needed (pictures, speeches, dances, cake cutting), was the point of contact for all vendors when it came to anything they needed throughout the night and final payments. And of course, were the last ones to leave when the night was over and made sure everything was cleaned up.
All day we felt at ease, knowing that Katie and Adam would handle everything and anything that came up or that we needed, with such a calm energy. This wedding would have been the most chaotic and stressful day of our lives without Katie and Adam, and we are eternally grateful they were part of our special day.

TL;DR If you’re planning a wedding in Santa Barbara, teaming up with KB Events is THE BEST DECISION YOU’LL MAKE.
There are not enough words of praise for Katie and Adam. They were absolutely vital in helping us have an amazing wedding. From the moment we decided to work with Katie and Adam we knew we had made the right choice. They are extremely organized, pay attention to details, and are super helpful with their suggestions and ideas. They were incredibly responsive to our emails and asks, made lots of time for calls and check ins over the course of the planning process, and handled much of the back and forth with vendors and logistics for the big day.
We planned our wedding in Santa Barbara, a 5-hour drive from our home. This made it difficult for us to do a lot of the in-person meetings and planning, but Katie and Adam made it easy. When we needed to show up in person at SB city hall to get parking permits, they were there. When we needed last minute additions to our décor rentals, they were there. When coordinating multiple venues and transportation for our 230 guests, they were there. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and a huge part of that is thanks to them.
We had an emergency the week leading up to our wedding, when our uHaul was broken into and all of our alcohol and much of our signage and décor was stolen. We immediately reached out to Katie and Adam, and they jumped into action to help us rebuild. Within an hour of discovering the crisis, Katie had contacted our rental vendor to replace lost items (at no extra cost), they’d repurchased candles and votives for expedited delivery on Amazon, and Adam was at BevMo negotiating to replace our lost alcohol at the best possible price. 12 hours after hitting rock bottom in discovering the break in, we were feeling great again. Despite having very limited time to rebuild, Katie and Adam used their superhuman planning skills to get us back in action, and the wedding went off without a hitch!

They were always there when my mom and I needed a little extra reassurance and support. They were always available via email and took the time to meet with us in person. Also, my mom and I are both Type A personalities and I have never seen organization skills quite like Katie's. Everything she created was very straightforward and easy to read. We also had some difficult vendors and Katie and Adam took total control of the situation and made sure everything was ready and in order. Our wedding venue was a state park, so there were many rules, regulations, and we had to bring in everything for 250 people. The only way we pulled this off was because of Katie and Adam! They made sure to read all the regulations and made sure everything was set and nothing was in violation of those rules. On the actual day, Katie was great at getting everyone where they needed to be and made sure my husband and I had a drink/ice cream. One of my favorite memories was when my husband and I got to sit on a rock in front of the ocean and just spend some alone time together. Katie made sure we got that moment and made sure we had everything we needed. Adam was the man behind the curtain! He was making sure everything was where it needed to be and that vendors knew exactly what they were doing. From someone who wanted to elope, I can now say that this was the absolute best day of my life and I wouldn't have changed it for anything! Katie and Adam were the most crucial piece to making this happen. They are both worth their weight in gold! -

Hiring Katie and Adam for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made when we were planning our wedding. It was a blessing to be able to spend precious time with friends and family that had flown into Santa Barbara before our ceremony knowing that Katie and Adam were making sure that every detail was in place. Katie even helped with a significant last-minute fix. We found out two weeks before our wedding that the location we were supposed to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome reception had closed. Katie found us a new site within hours. Katie and Adam also discretely guided us through the reception to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Our pastor who has done numerous weddings said he would be adopting Katie and Adam’s template for any wedding he performs in the future. Katie and Adam’s passion for weddings combined with their organization and attention to detail make them worth more than money can buy. We would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding. Katie and Adam made our wedding day the perfect day and had many people saying it was the best wedding they had attended. -

Katie and Adam helped coordinate the best wedding I could have ever imagined! They were extremely organized and communicative leading up to my wedding day. They were responsive - answering all my questions quickly and providing suggestions based on their past experience. I felt so relaxed the entire day of my wedding, confident that Katie and Adam had all of the bases covered. They went above and beyond, even helping to wrangle my dog (who was part of the wedding) and make sure he was accounted for and happy the entire night. As the mother of the bride I was very particular about hiring the right person or persons for my daughters wedding day. I interviewed several people, and the moment I met Katie I knew my search was over. Katie made me feel completely at ease, she was very professional and polished and had a calmness about her that I felt everything would be handled with complete care and patience. Shortly after I hired Katie she informed me that her husband Adam would be working right along side her as a team and they worked perfectly together. Katie and Adam delivered and then some, it was an absolute joy to have them share this journey with my daughter, her now husband and myself. What seemed like an overwhelming task at times, Katie and Adam were there to help ease that burden and calm our nerves at every turn. I cannot say enough wonderful words about them. They truly were a Godsend, the wedding day was unbelievably Magical, it went off without a hitch and we owe it all to them. My fiancee and I retained KB Events as our day-of coordinator and had an unbelievable positive experience. Leading up to the day Katie was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We left our first meeting with her with a sigh of relief because we knew the wedding was in great hands! We had to move our wedding about 3 weeks before the date because of the mudslides in Montecito. Katie went the extra mile to make sure the wedding was perfect - even spending the weekend in LA when our wedding was eventually relocated there. On the day of the wedding, Katie and Adam made everything run smoothly. Our guests commented on how "seamless" our wedding was, and that is a testament to Katie's organization and awareness. If you are planning wedding I couldn't recommend Katie more strongly - she will make your day stress free and wonderful. -

Katie and Adam were fabulous! Our daughter's NewYear's Eve wedding had to be moved to a new venue 10 days before the event due to the Thomas Fire in Santa Barbara. Katie swung into action not only found us a great new location but managed the move seamlessly under very stressful conditions. Anyone planning a wedding in Santa Barbara would be lucky to have them on their team. -

Katie and Adam were such an instrumental part of the best day of our lives. They are so great at what they do and we couldn't have asked for a better team to make it happen. From the first meeting, we have been impressed by their professionalism, poise, and knowledge throughout the whole process. Most notably, they came through in so many small ways (reserving a staffing service when we overlooked some details/ coordinating ice when I didn’t even think about it/ taking the blame in an awkward situation to cover my butt in front of our families, etc.) We were allowed to enjoy ourselves, family, and friends without sweating the small or large stuff. Let's get this out of the way right away: couldn't have done it without Katie and Adam. In case you didn't know, weddings can be stressful. Katie and Adam made ours a breeze and allowed us to enjoy the wedding. Their poise, attention to detail, and ease to work with made everything a pleasure. And they didn't make it about "them". They were stealthy as they stayed one step ahead the whole event. In the final weeks before the wedding, they were very responsive and flexible as changes occurred. They're experienced and kind. I am a very detail oriented person and I love to host events, have been for most of my life. Katie's abilities far surpassed my own and she asked me important questions I had not even considered, a complete life saver. I don't know what I would have done without her help planning; with all of her experience she was invaluable. She is so creative and able to really make your ideas become reality.
On the day of our large wedding she was magical. There's no way as the bride I could have been everywhere to check every detail or fix any last minute snafus and with Katie I didn't need to be because she was there making sure everything was perfect already. I was able to relax and enjoy my time with family and friends knowing the details were in competent hands. Katie is also a pleasure to work with, so calm and professional. I plan to use her for future events as well. I cannot recommend her services enough. She is the safety net every bride/host needs to ensure everyone has a great time and that you don't lose your mind.-

1We hired Katie about 4 months leading up to the wedding and we still needed all but ceremony, reception venue and caterer and cake. Right away she connected us with the vendors all within our very tight budget. We found most of our vendors by referral and Katie’s connections within the industry were extremely helpful. She had a great working relationship with all of our service providers and had worked with many in the past. She was very open to working with the vendors we found on our own as well. Once we signed contract with each vendor, all we had to do is send an email introducing them to Katie and she was in charge from there. She coordinated all the vendors according to the timeline she developed with us.
During the day of the wedding Katie made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. We had separate venues for reception and ceremony and Katie and Adam ensured it was all decorated the way we discussed with them. Both venues looked one thousand times better than we imagined. Katie and Adam even helped us deliver some of the last minute items to the venue and seamlessly transported some of the decorations from the ceremony to the reception venue while we were taking pictures. Katie and Adam stopped by to pick up and distribute the final payments for everyone on the day of the wedding. Katie and Adam were on time, very professional and very flexible when unplanned items came up.
During our wedding Katie seamlessly guided us in accordance with our timeline, yet flexible so we can enjoy the night.
They stayed with us to the end of our event, picked up all the decorations and gifts from the venue and neatly placed it in our car – this was so great! At the end of the night we just got in the car and drove away.
We recommend Katie to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner. She is wonderful to work with, she listened to us and understood how we wanted the day to go. We had an amazing day and we are grateful to Katie and Adam for all of their help.

You know your event is successful when you can't think of A SINGLE THING that went wrong on your wedding day. Katie ensured our wedding day was not only memorable, personalized, and beautiful, but ensured every detail was discussed beforehand and that the timeline flowed smoothly. Katie Schuette worked intently with us, especially on the wedding day from morning until late at night. She and her husband work as a team. Katie is incredible. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our wedding was a destination wedding in Santa Barbara and she really really helped us with every bit of the planning. I cant recommend her enough, she was the best to work with. Highly highly recommend. She was firm when she needed to be, punctual with everything that needed to be carried on, personable, and yet, extremely organized. We first met Katie at the Santa Barbara Bridal Expo while looking for various vendors for our wedding this past May (5/14/16) at Circle Bar B, a venue just north of Santa Barbara. Katie was immediately approachable and her follow-up after The Expo was what really hooked me. She remembered details and recalled the context of my jumbled wedding day vision. Once I booked Katie as our wedding coordinator, I felt confident looping her in on emails to vendors, and asking her random planning questions. Katie was always very responsive and she is extremely organized. Her checklist and play-by-play agenda were extremely helpful, and she even showed up to help run our rehearsal the day before our wedding. She was relaxed and focused when I revealed to her that I had made some major changes to the location of our ceremony and location of the dance floor - - the day before the wedding.
Katie was calm and collected while attempting to call attention and order to a wedding party consisting of 16 people! She orchestrated our wedding day agenda beautifully, and the result was a complete DREAM wedding!

My husband and I loved every moment of our wedding. We can attribute it all to Katie, who coordinated our April wedding in Santa Barbara. The quality of Katie's work is worth more than what we paid for her services. She is highly dedicated, professional, and has great attention to detail (as evidenced by a very thorough timeline). She also became someone I could rely on to ask any and all wedding related questions/advice. Importantly, she is such a genuine person who loves what she does, making working with her so delightful. Katie's services is a MUST. I cannot rave enough to tell you readers and to-be-wed ladies and gentlemen out there how much she is worth every bit of your budget. My husband and I had a traditional chinese/american wedding so that meant craziness in every direction; so much that there is barely such a thing of assigned seating or direction. Katie was able to handle all the new culture and traditional activities that came her way. She was firm when she needed to be, punctual with everything that needed to be carried on, personable, and yet, be organized with the whole enchilada. Katie is simply the best! I had the pleasure of working with Katie at a wedding on Oct 10th, 2015 in San Gabriel, which she coordinated. I was amazed by dedication and work ethic to ensure this wedding went as smoothly as possible. She even drive 100 miles south from Santa Barbara to San Gabriel to meet me and to work on the wedding timeline together!

A joy to work with; so detail-oriented & organized
KB Events was such a joy to work with!! We were so thrilled with our collaboration with them.
After having to separate from another wedding planner due to her lack of organization and accountability, we started working with Hannah, Katie, and Adam a little bit into our planning. I was a nervous wreck because of how poorly things went with our initial planner, and was so anxious about finding the right fit who could help us.
And trust me when I say that KB Events absolutely blew me away. If you are looking for incredibly organized, super supportive, patient, and respectful planners, KB is for you. Their extreme attention to detail was exactly what I needed to feel taken care of. All of their emails were so thorough, easy to read, and just always made me feel like they were on top of their game. They were also very responsive in their emails in terms of how long it took for them to get back to you.
And if you’re a bride who has a lot of questions… who is quite particular or has a lot of opinions… or who just is very detail-oriented and Type A herself about to-do lists and timelines… KB gets it. They were always SO respectful and professional in their communications, even if I was badgering them with questions or concerns. If ever I found a discrepancy or mentioned a mistake I noticed, they never got defensive or deflective (something we experienced with the other initial planner)... they always acknowledged any mistake (which was rare), apologized, took accountability, and fixed it. They always showed up with smiles on their faces and never once came off as stressed out or overworked. Each call/meeting/engagement with them was personal - they were always focused and prepared. They provided amazing to-do lists and timelines and took initiative on setting up meetings with vendors.
Even on things that were outside of their “responsibilities,” they were so supportive and helpful. I had a wedding dress emergency, and they responded right away. My husband had a tie emergency, and they got back to us outside of work hours and offered to get a package delivered to their home. The thing I really appreciated about Katie, Hannah, and Adam is that I really trusted them and I genuinely liked them. They are such caring and fun people!
KB might charge a bit more than some other options on here, but for us it was worth the peace of mind. My husband and I could not be happier with the planning of our wedding and the wedding itself! It was the most magical, dreamy, perfect weekend and we are so grateful to KB Events for helping us pull it off! -

Good job all around
I would recommend Katie and Adam. We used their full time service and Katie/Adam did overall great job. Don't expect your planner to do everything for you, but they helped keep us organized and the wedding went great. There is still a ton of work needed by the couple (stationary, invitations, menus, decisions, etc) but could not have pulled off this event without them.
Outside of their professionalism and execution, Katie and Adam are both great humans and great people to work with. You can tell they care about each of their clients which goes a long way when planning an event such as a wedding.
For wedding weekend they were on point and made our life stress-less. I was most impressed by their execution during the wedding weekend. -
