  Katie made my wedding day completely stress free!

  I wanted to plan my own wedding, and at first I didn't even think I needed a day-of-coordinator, but my venue required it (and thank goodness they did). So I searched online and found Katie @ Katie Hess Events. If you are reading this and you are like me and don't think you need a day of coordinator - you are wrong. You 100% need one, and Katie is the PERFECT choice! I truly believe that hiring Katie to be our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. Katie was so responsive to all of my questions leading up the wedding day, but the day of your wedding is where she really shines.
  
  She seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors, she answered everyone's last minute questions, directed everyone where to go and where to set up, made sure everything was happening according to the timeline we had set up together, and probably 100 more things I don't even know about because she just made it happen. She also took care of setting up all of our decorations and did so beautifully. Somehow, she managed to do all of this and was still at my side in 2 seconds if I had a question or needed ANYTHING at all.
  
  Our wedding day was 100% stress free, and we have Katie to thank for that. She goes above and beyond to solve any issue that comes up and makes sure it's handled before you even know about it.
  
  A quick example: Our very young nephew was the ring bearer (and his parents were both in the wedding party), and he wouldn't settle just as I was about to walk down the aisle. My husband's father took him to the back of the venue to distract him - and Katie volunteered to entertain our nephew in the back so that my father-in-law could come back in and watch the ceremony. She has a young son and was SO good with him. I didn't even know any of this happened until the next day and I was/still am blown away by her kindness.
  
  Katie was professional, kind, caring, fun, organized, and overall just a joy to work with. I honestly cannot recommend her enough. If you want a perfect, stress free wedding day - hire her right now.

  Katie Hess Events

  I recently got married and Katie Hess was our wedding day coordinator. She was amazing! Having her at our wedding was one of the best choices I made while planning our wedding.
  
  I’m a really organized person and didn’t think I needed a coordinator. However, I wanted to make sure my day was stress free. As soon as I met with Katie, I knew she was perfect for the job. She is very detail oriented and prepared for any situation. Not to mention, she is the kindest soul.
  
  She was always available to talk, text, or email. Whenever I felt stressed or overwhelmed, she handled it and supported me.
  
  And my wedding day - absolutely magical. Everything went so smoothly and perfect. She handled everything. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the day. My family and friends loved her.
  
  I will always remember my wedding day. It was everything I ever dreamed of. And I will remember feeling happy and in love. Without Katie, I can’t even imagine the stress and disasters that would have happened.
  
  My advice to new brides planning their weddings - you need Katie. She is worth every penny and more. She will be there for you, support you, and make sure your day is perfect.

  Simply the BEST!!!

  Katie is absolutely the best wedding day coordinator you could ask for!!! She went above and beyond before the wedding weekend even came. She’s extremely organized and super friendly, she was like one of the family! Katie creates an atmosphere of friendly perfection and streamlined, effortless delight!! As the mother of the bride I can say that Katie was simply the best and made our daughters fairytale wedding come true! She made our very special weekend come together flawlessly!!!! If I could give her 10 stars I would! She’s worth every penny! I would recommend her for your special day, she’s everything you need and everything you didn’t realize you needed!! We love her !!

  I would 100% recommend!!!

  Katie was wonderful and such a huge help to us. She was responsive to phone calls and messages and extremely helpful in the planning and execution of our wedding day. She is very professional and organized. When the day came, she was on top of all the minor details and I didn't have a thing to worry about. Seriously, she is the person you would want in your corner on such an important day. Hire her, you will be glad that you did.

  Absolutely Amazing!

  Katie Hess was a dream to work with for my wedding. She worked so hard to make sure my day was absolutely perfect! Not only was she super helpful throughout the planning process, on my wedding day she made sure everything was taken care of so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I can't recommend her highly enough.

  Best Coordinator Ever!!

  Katie was my day of coordinator and I wish I would’ve found her sooner to help me plan from day one! She is the absolute best. She immediately took all of the stress off of my shoulders and made my day perfect. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done and she did just that! She is the sweetest and connects with a bride to be on a person level rather than just a business transaction. I would recommended Katie a million times over!

  Incredible Experience!

  Katie did the “Day of Coordination” for my May 2019 wedding and I couldn’t have been more pleased! She met with me and my vendors several times before the big day and was always great with communication. I knew on the day of my weddding I would need someone who was organized, professional and could handle any situations that came up! She fit the bill perfectly! I was able to enjoy my wedding day and she made sure that everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Katie and am so pleased with the way everything turned out.

  Day of Coordinator

  Katie was the day of coordinator for one of the weddings I photographed, and she was great! She was responsive to my needs as well as those of the bride and groom. She communicated well and was a joy to work with!
