The BEST wedding planner in NC!
Katharine made our wedding weekend incredible from start to finish. She has such a calming, joyful presence while still keeping everyone in line and making sure that every detail is perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with her team - their design ideas made the event so beautiful, the timeline had everything run smoothly, and their vendor recommendations/coordination were spot on. Thank you for making our weekend so special and stress-free! -

Katharine is worth her weight in gold - and that honestly might be an understatement. For our wedding, we chose Katharine's month-of coordinating package, and it was an absolute game changer for us, our vendors, and our families! Katharine checked in throughout the planning process for updates, and her duties ramped up in the month or so leading up to the wedding. She created my timeline with me via meetings (I would have been lost without this), communicated with vendors to confirm pick up/drop off times and let them know about the timeline, coordinated our rehearsal, and ran the ENTIRE wedding seamlessly from start to finish. Our reception space involved a flip, and she was super-woman, setting out place cards, hanging the sign behind our arbor, setting out decor... and so much more. She kept track of everyone (wedding party members, family members, vendors), kept the timeline running the entire night, kept my nerves at ease, and even coordinated the clean-up after the wedding. Our families have remarked how stress-free they were thanks to Katharine, and we agree - we were stress-free too. If I were to list out everything she did to help us out during this process, you'd be reading a very, very long review - so I won't do that for your sake. Still, rest assured that Katharine will support you, bring your dream wedding to life, and pull it off without a hitch. You need her, trust me! She knows the industry so well and she doesn't miss a beat. You will be in great hands. -

I have nothing but amazing and kind things to say about Katharine. She is focused, organized, friendly, and overall just a wonderful asset to planning the biggest event of a lifetime. Katharine went above and beyond for me, helping down to the tiniest of details. She ensured that the timeline of our wedding went according to plan, checked on all the small details to ensure they were taken care of, and thought of literally everything that I didn't. I cannot imagine how the day would have gone without her help. If you're teetering on the decision to hire a coordinator, DO NOT HESITATE! -

I can’t recommend Katharine highly enough!! She went above and beyond in helping me plan my wedding in June. She did such an amazing job and she is the sweetest person to work with. Hiring her was hands down THE BEST DECISION I made in the wedding planning process! She made my visions and ideas come into reality, thought about details I would’ve overlooked on my own, and made sure that I was not stressing on my wedding day. I’ve never met anyone so well suited to their job as Katharine is - she’s so talented and detail oriented. She took the pressure off me and helped me to really enjoy my wedding! :) -

Katharine is absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. From the initial stages of planning up to the rehearsal and day of, she kept us on track and no detail was left behind! Katharine was able to provide us with excellent recommendations and ideas from her past experiences and knowledge, that we would have never considered. Katharine lead us through a smooth and efficient rehearsal and that was exactly how the wedding day went as well. Katharine was calm and collected amid the wedding day chaos. She gave me the best gift of all a stress free wedding day that went smoothly from start to finish. Katharine worked well, with the florist, wedding coordinators from the church and the pastor as well as herding the bridal party and keeping us timely through pictures and everything leading up to the ceremony. Katharine also did an excellent job with helping us lay out the events in the reception and coordinating with the band/caterers that the evening flowed well and kept the party going all night long. Katharine made sure that the day was exactly what we wanted and we could not have been happier. Also she makes the absolute best spreadsheets color coded for everyone to understand the timeline of events and where they need to be and when. BEST DAY EVER made possible by Katharine Mann.
