  Absolutely amazing!

  Katelyn is amazing!! She planned our wedding in Napa down to every detail. She provided the linen rentals, created the centerpieces and floral arrangements, helped with invitations, and let us enjoy our day without any worries. In addition, she coordinated between all of our vendors and kept everyone on the same page during the entire process! We highly recommend Katelyn and would do our exact wedding over again in a heartbeat!

  Absolutely Wonderful

  Katelyn did an incredible job working with my husband and I on our wedding day. She was flexible and knew how to make our dreams come to life. She made sure to work with our budget and went beyond the call of duty to make sure things ran smoothly for us. I would highly recommend her for any event. She has wonderful taste and is a delight to work with.

  Stunning Presentation

  As a pregnant bride to be, I presented my ideas and budget (flower availability is seasonal) while leaving the rest in Katelyn’s hands. When I walked into the reception everything was just as I had hoped.

  Would use her again for other big events that come up in the future.

  We were very happy that Katelyn was willing to act as our "day of" wedding coordinator. She was very organized and her services that day were more essential than we had realized they would be. She was able to work directly with the location managers and vendors in a timely and professional manner. More importantly she handled all the "little things" that may not have wound up being so "little" had she not been there. She went far and above what we expected to ensure that our wedding went on without any hang ups and we could not be more appreciative of her talents. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to calm the chaos and enjoy their big day!

  Our experience with Katelyn was outstanding! She made our wedding day a big success!

  About a month & a half before our wedding, we decided to hire Katelyn to be our wedding coordinator. We really needed someone to step in and tie everything together and she was the right person for the job. She dove in head first and took charge! With such short notice and limited time, Katelyn was able to help us finalize our wedding plans. She helped us make final decisions on different aspects of the entire wedding, while coming up with ideas & choices we hadn’t even though of. Not only did Katelyn ensure that our wedding timeline flowed smoothly, she did all the flower arrangements, set us up with a DJ, and created the layout for the wedding and reception. She saved the day for me when the bouquets I had ordered turned out horrible. With the extra flowers she had left over, she was able to create new bouquets that turned out beautiful.
  
  Katelyn is a true visionary. She is very ambitious, energetic, artistic, creative, and she provides professional customer service. Katelyn didn’t just treat us like “another client”, but as friends. She truly cared about us and our wedding, wanting to make it a very memorable experience. Anyone who has planned a wedding, or big event for that matter, knows the stress that comes along with it. Katelyn was able to take the majority of that stress off our plates and let us enjoy our big day. For that, we are truly grateful.
