Best Event Rental Selections!

We recently used Kate Ryan Event Rentals for our wedding day, and their warehouse selections were exceptional.

They had a large selection of furniture, table cloths, dinner, flatware. and linens that catered to various events. Drue gave us a private showing of all our favorites we selected from their site to see it in person to feel, play around with, ask questions… it was the perfect experience. The quality of the items provided were of perfect and they were very flexible with making adjustments to our contract as needed up to even a week before our wedding.

We highly recommend Kate Ryan Event Rentals to anyone looking to furnish their events.

Beautiful Ceremony Space

From booking and changing out my wish list no less than 10 times, the staff at Kate Ryan was always accommodating and patient. Our draping for the ceremony was PERFECT and everything was delivered on time and with ease. I am so thankful for Kate Ryan for providing the lounge spaces and the essential hardware needed to create a beautiful space for ceremony and reception.

So Easy to Work with

We hired Kate Ryan Event Rentals for our October 2021 wedding. We originally rented chairs, but after a venue change that no longer required us to rent chairs, we decided to choose different items to rent with the money we had already paid Kate Ryan. They allowed us to do this with no issues so we chose goblets and napkins. They helped make our space look more cohesive and were very efficient during setup and cleanup.

Beautiful inventory!

Kate Ryan Event rentals was definitely the place to go to create the wedding of our dreams! Their inventory is beautiful!! The team is very knowledgeable and they truly helped us create our perfect wedding! Outside of just being our rentals vendor, they helped us out with planning our layouts and provided us with so much information and advice!

Excellent Service!

Kate Ryan Event Rentals has a fantastic inventory! They supplied us with beautiful, quality linens and dinnerware for our wedding in November of 2020. It was easy to get in touch with them via phone or email and communication was always pleasant. Our guest count changed several times due to COVID and I am so thankful for Kate Ryan Events' understanding and assistance with updating our invoice each time. Great Vendor!

We used Kate Ryan Events for our linen rentals! They were great to work with. We chose so many beautiful things such as napkins, tablecloths, and gold rimmed water cups. They even dip our pipe and draping! Very kind and professional. Highly recommend for your wedding/events.

Exactly what we needed!

I loved working with this company! Kristin was available to answer my questions and provide some guidance. She let me come look at the linens to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. She made everything super easy and we would use her again for any rentals we may need!

I recently worked with Kristen from Kate Ryan Linens for my wedding. I booked chiavari chairs, tables, goblets and linens from her and absolutely loved all our rentals. Kristen was by far the most attentive and responsive vendor that I worked with. She was always available to answer my questions, provide me with quotes and even offered her ideas and input in helping me stay within my budget while still having my dream wedding come to life. Kristen honestly goes above and beyond to provide quality service and offers a variety of rental items at a reasonable price to fit all budgets. Her staff were prompt in both delivering and setting up our rentals and also picking them up at the end of the night. Super happy to have booked with Kristen and her team!

Used KRL Champagne Crushed Satin linen and Ivory Spandex Chair covers for my Parent's Wedding Anniversary Party. High quality linens, great customer service and the linens photographed beautifully! I use KRL for all of my events - they have more than just linen too!

Kristin is amazing to work with! She was like a friend from the start. I had to been to EVERY linen rental company around, no one had "exactly" what I was looking for and my planner begged me to just make one more stop and meet with Kristin (I hired my planner near the end, just fyi). I met with her, she was kind and easy to work with and she had a gorgeous selection. She has everything - linens, chairs, chargers, flatware, Chiavari chair covers, you name it! Her prices were excellent, all items arrived on time to my wedding and were in perfect condition. I loved working with Kristin and hope that I have another event in the future that I need linens for! Definitely choose her, no matter what location your venue is in. She was easily one of my favorite vendors!

Working with Kristen was wonderful! We rented table linens, napkins, chairs and chargers from Kate Ryan. Kristen price-matched our chairs and chargers which was a great deal!!!! Kate Ryan Linen's is absolutely amazing! We rented beautiful satin gold linens, napkins and Chivari chairs from them and we were so pleased! SIMPLY AMAZING! KRL has THE BEST quality linen. The linen that we ordered really completed our decor for our wedding. We also used their gold plated flatware which really set the table set up apart from any other wedding I have seen! Kristin is so amazing to work with and is beyond accommodating! This company not only has a great inventory of high quality and unique linens, but also amazing chairs, flatware and decor. If we could give higher than a 5.0 rating we would! This is the best linen company out there and their service is top notch. We loved our sweet heart table linen which is called "Stella". Everything was so amazing - I could rave on about this company forever!

I worked with Kristin at Kate Ryan Linens and she was great! I actually didn't consider using specialty linens (outside of the "basic" cotton linens that my wedding venue provided) until a month before my wedding. As soon as I contacted her, she was responsive and flexible to meet in person. We went over various fabric options and she gave her professional opinion and what would look best. Ultimately my husband and I decided to seat a large 24-person head table to accommodate us and our whole wedding party. We rented ivory taffeta sequined linens for our head table and they were absolutely beautiful!! I'm so happy we decided on this last minute upgrade, it made a huge difference. I highly recommend Kate Ryan Linens for any wedding or event... thank you Kristin!

Kristin is so talented and professional! We came to her with a couple of ideas for our wedding linens and she completely transformed our vision into reality at the wedding. I rented four sequin tablecloths from Kate Ryan Linens, and they were shipped directly to my house a couple of days before the wedding. They were exactly what I was looking for, and this vendors prices were better than many of the others I looked into. She also gave me a discount because of a referral from a wedding planner. Kate was amazing! I texted her asking for rental service the week of my wedding because I had changed my mind about other linen options. She was awesome at helping me out last minute. She even set up a "mock table" of several different linen options and texted me pictures so I didn't have to drive the few hours I was away from there. Delivery and pickup was great- got lots of compliments on the sequin linens. Would highly recommend!

I used Kate Ryan for my specialty lines.
I rented 3 blush rose gold sequins linens.
They were PERFECT AND BEAUTIFUL!

I used them for my wedding welcome table, candle lighting ceremony, gift table, and escort card table.
I was able to pick up the linens a couple of days before the wedding, and my planner was allowed to drop them off the next working day which was Monday.

I loved working with this company. They have beautiful, quality items.

I had a very special look in mind for my rentals. When I looked at rates for most places they were double of what Kate Ryan Linens quoted me. On top of that, they created special linens just for me. Kristin with Kate Ryan linens was fabulous to work with! She was super nice, and really helped me with my vision for the wedding. She had a few specialty linens I hadn't seen anywhere else, and fell in love with. She was great at helping me pick linens that went with my theme of blush, ivory, and gold. Kate Ryan Linens greatly exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. We met with Kristin, who helped us pick out linens, chair covers, and sashes for our reception. Her expertise really pulled together the decor for our event. On the day of the wedding the linens arrived in plenty of time for the florist to arrange the centerpieces, etc. The sashes on the chairs were tied in bows and looked beautiful. The same day pick up was really convenient and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire day.

Kate Ryan linens did a fabulous job setting up the reception room for my wedding. Everything from the chair covers to the table linens were beautiful! Kristin was who I worked with and she was so helpful and very very friendly!! Not only did she help me select all the right linens she talked to me about my vision and helped me with several ideas for other decorations (from the ceremony space to the sweetheart table). Her ideas were perfect and helped make the event very special. I believe they care about the person and the event being perfect not just about what they can do for you. If you need any type of rentals for your event I would call Kristin at Kate Ryan's first!! They will make it beautiful.

Kristen at Kate Ryan Linens was very professional and helpful, especially during a stressful time like planning a wedding! She was prompt, courteous and very reasonably. I was so thrilled by the way everything turned out for my Wedding Reception! Kate Ryan Linens was the very BEST! She was very professional, kind and found the perfect overlay to compliment my vision! My wedding reception looked like a DREAM COME TRUE and it was thanks to Kristin!
We had been to several other linen rental companies and it was either kids running the show or a lame salesman. And their prices were even higher!
Kate Ryan linens was a Fantastic value, great customer service and the finished product was completely as promised and looked absolutely Stunning!

I rented linens and napkins for my wedding reception and everything turned out great. I want to thank Kristin for taking care of me, planning a wedding is stressful just like is deciding what tablecloth to use for sweetheart table, guest tables etc. I had a small budget and she was competitive in her pricing , I went over to her show room in an old cigar factory don't let the location scare you, there are other businesses inside the bldg. she showed me the different fabrics and options I had and was very flexible , she also coordinated the drop off and pick up of linens with my wedding venue. Paying the invoice was easy too and you get the estimate and contract quickly. Thank you Kristin! Aliette.

Kristen at Kate Ryan Linens is fantastic! I'm a wedding planner in the industry and send all my brides her way for great service and excellent quality an variety of linens. Our linens for our wedding was very clean, no stains, and in great shape. It's nice to see linens be delivered that are like I described above, because being in the industry I've seen linens that haven't been nice from other companies. I originally was not going to rent linens but after seeing the selection at Kate Ryan I was sold. the owner is extremely friendly and the process is very simple. She is well versed with most of the venues in the bay area. We picked them up on Thursday before the wedding and they looked fabulous on the tables.

The tables were completed with these linens. I was so happy with the way they turned out. I picked a different linen for our sweetheart table as well as the cake table.

Very satisfied with the service and quality of the product!

Absolutely loved our Kate Ryan Linens for our April 18,2014 wedding! They really made the tables and arrangements come together looking elegant and beautiful! Kristin and the team were wonderful to work with! Their linen selection and options are excellent! We were able to come up with a design that I absolutely loved (and within budget)!

As far as the chiavari chairs go, I COULD NOT have chosen a better vendor. We decided to use the same chairs for both the ceremony and reception (since both were at the same venue).The transition between ceremony and reception was absolutely seamless!! Kristin definitely went above and beyond all of my expectations! Thank you for everything, Kristin! I would definitely recommend and work with Kate Ryan linens again! :)

Kristin was so helpful in every aspect as I selected linens for my daughter's wedding. Her interior design background was evident. She provided some alternative diagrams for the set up of the ballroom that were so creative. She even emailed me with pictures of ideas for vases that she saw at Ikea that would help save me dollars as she knew I was trying to work within a budget. Kristin was patient and thoughtful; when my daughter came with me to a follow-up appointment and had different ideas, Kristin cheerfully reworked our initial plan into a new plan my daughter loved. She also helped my wedding planner the day of the wedding and my wedding planner loved working with Kristin. The linens looked spectacular and they added to a beautiful vintage elegant feel we were going for. I highly recommend Kristin and Kate Ryan Linens!

Extremely helpful and easy to work with. She even sent me samples since this was a destination wedding for me. I cannot say enough good things about Kristin! She was a life saver and worked with me to make my look come alive. She ordered the specific shade of lime green that I was looking for and helped me with the layout and look of my wedding. Not only did she deliver and pick up the linens, she helped set up! We reached out to Kate Ryan Linens for some chairs covers that we needed at the very last minute and in addition they where going to only have 10 minutes to install 90 of these for my wedding.

Long story short, my fiance and I had to change our plans for linens on super short notice. I found Kate Ryan Linens through WeddingWire, looked at their website, and sent emails back and forth with Kristin. She was REALLY helpful, knew what she had in stock in time for my wedding, and even helped me choose the appropriate pieces for the look I was going for. Dan also let us pick up the linens a few days early so we could press the napkins. Overall they were a breeze to work with, much easier than the rest of my vendors (especially on such short notice), and the beautiful linens made my wedding day that much more elegant. Loved all the different selections they had available to choose from. They worked within our budget, and they ended up giving us nicer linens (the ones I really wanted but couldn't afford) last minute at no extra cost, because the ones we originally ordered got messed up from a previous wedding. Kristin was very pregnant at the time of our wedding and we weren't sure she would be there on the wedding day to help set up, but she was!! As the mother of the bride, Kate Ryan Linens was so... easy to work with. Kristin was GREAT with the bride. Lori had no idea what she was looking for only what colors she wanted. Kristin at Kate Ryan's pulled out lots of color ideas and the bride and they went from there. The colors were beautiful plum purple and candy apple green. She also gave us wonderful ideas for napkins holders and colors for the back lighting. Father of the Bride couldn't believe how reasonable the bill was.

As the Mother of the Bride I would recommend all brides to make an appointment with Kate Ryan first. You won't go elsewhere.

When I was searching for chair covers, I thought there was only one vendor in the area (they advertise alot). I went to their showroom and had fine service, however, afterwards, I could never get them to contact me. Thankfully weddingwire showed me that there ARE other vendors for this and that is how I found Kate Ryan Linens.
Kristin was really helpful and SUPER reponsive (it didn't matter what time I emailed, she always responded soon after). Not only was their quote several hundred dollars less than the 'other' vendor, their covers were higher quality. Further, Kristin few in a few extras that helped dress up my sweetheart and cake tables.

They may not be the biggest but you will certainly get much better service and a better price. And ultimately, that is what matters! I would recommend Kate Ryan to everyone!

Kristin did an excellent creative job of making my vision come true while accomodating my budget for my wedding reception and bridal shower. She carries stunningly beautiful linens at competitive prices. She had immediate answers to all of my questions which made my planning so much easier. In addition, she provides some extras that make set up and break down much easier. Thanks for everything!!!

Kate Ryan was amazingly helpful, and gave me exactly what I wanted for my wedding. I had no problems, and I would gladly recommend them and work with them again if given then chance!

We love love love Kate Ryan Linen! They were awesome to work with! They were helpful with helping pick out the look that we wanted for our big day! They came and set up all the linen in the reception area and it looked amazing! THen they promptly came back when they were supposed to after the wedding and took all the linen away for us! they are great people and I for sure look forward to working with them in the future!

The tablecloths and napkins provided by Kate Ryan Lines were a key element in transforming the venue for my daughter's wedding reception from a large room to a grand ballroom. The company was a delight to work with; helpful in the selection process, prompt in the delivery and pick up, and fair in the price for their services. I would highly recommend Kate Ryan Lines.

Kristin at Kate Ryan Linens provided the most professional and courteous service, even returning emails during the weekend. Though we had high expectations, Kristin listened to our ideas and gave us insight to help make our vision a reality. The black and white Damask satin overlay was both elegant and stunning matched with our coordinating linen and chair covers. We are so pleased with the service and quality of linens we will use Kate Ryan Linens for our next wedding and recommend them to our friends.

Of all the vendors we used in our wedding Kate Ryan Linens wins the prize hands down! Owner Kristin Rose's service went far beyond expectations, and her personal touches were executed with personal care- a standard that is difficult to find these days. Kate Ryan Linens was a bright spot in the midst of the wedding mayhem. Kristin is a a joy and a delight to work with!

I received outstanding service from Kate Linens. My son got married this past January and I needed chair covers and sashes for his reception which was held in NJ. I searched several companies and no one would give me the flexibility or timethat I needed. The covers were excellent quality and colors matched perfectly. I would highly recommend Kate Linens for any event.

I can't believe how our linens we just the perfect touch to complete the tables. I used Kate Ryan for all the linens this included table cloths, runners, and napkins. The linen I chose to use for the table runner had to be custom made. They were so accommodaing of my request even when I added two tables at the last minute and need two more runners to be made.

Everytime I spoke with Kristen she made me feel at ease with my decisions. If I had questions on what the material was or if the colors would work with other linen fabrics, she was extermely helpful and even provided some counter ideas for options.

I would recommed this company for your linen or chavari chair needs. They will help with any decisions you need help with and work with you to ensure your vision is met.

Kristen was one of my favorite vendors to work with for the wedding. I had gone a couple places looking for linens, and she was the only place I could find where I could rent both the linens and chavari chairs. The chairs were beautiful, and she also had the best price for them out of all the places i checked. She also did the napkins and these awesome sparkly bands to go around them. She's awesome!

Kate Ryan linens went above and beyond to help make my wedding day perfect. Kristin made suggestions for different linens and patterns that I would had never thought of. She even sent a few extra things that really made my reception decor pop!! It turned out to be so pretty thanks to her. I would recommend Kate Ryan linens to anyone planning a big event.
