Every bride deserves a Dana!

Dana Staab is a queen! Besides selecting my husband, Dana was the best decision I made wedding-wise :)
From our initial meeting, Dana was professional, organized, and caring. She took time to get to know us as a couple & family before diving into logistics. She was extremely easy to communicate with via text and email. Even some of our vendors, who have probably seen a million timelines, were in awe of her detailed documents!
Dana was my righthand woman from the time I started getting ready to the time the night died down. Standout moments were when she let my niece take pictures with her phone when she didn’t want to be in them, when she bustled my dress (multiple times), made sure I had a drink on the dance floor at all times, and countless other things she did that made the day run smoothly. There wasn’t an item or idea she didn’t have handy! She allowed my mom, my bridesmaids, my groom, and me to really enjoy the day. I am so grateful for her services. Every bride deserves a Dana!

As a recent (9/13/25) MOB I need to thank our coordinator, Dana Staab, for being the most amazing facilitator we could ever have hoped for! Dana really took charge of all the things big and small that made my daughter’s wedding day vision come to life. From dealing with the many vendors to making sure the entire wedding party was actually partying and not helping manage the event, Dana handled the entirety of the details. She was our day-of coordinator but provided so much more. The timeline she created for the day was flawless; sticking to it ensured that everything just flowed. It seemed effortless but I can assure you it was not. Dana is a Master Planner. The attention she put into creating this list was impressive - not a thing was overlooked. I am so, so happy we chose her to manage our day. I know my daughter enjoyed working with Dana as she is friendly, easy to reach and full of great ideas. She wants to help you have the best day ever and because of her involvement and attention to every detail we certainly did!!

You Must Work with Kaleidoscope!
I had the most incredible experience working with Dana Staab from Kaleidoscope Weddings. Every single detail of the day was so thought out and accounted for. Dana was a day of coordinator for my wedding in June 2025 but she did much more than day of coordination, she helped 3 months out by putting together a detailed minute by minute plan for myself and all of my vendors, joining me on all vendor appointments, and always sharing ideas and insights during the planning process, and even made sure my after party was taken care of. Dana was so easy to connect with, always available to answer my questions and ease concerns. Dana was by my side all day, checking in with me, my family and friends to make sure everyone was happy and could focus on being in the moment. Dana went above and beyond connecting with our vendors to make sure they were taken care of, taking all of the back and forth off my plate. Dana and her team made the day seamless, I never felt concerned about anything. All of my guests talk about how every single detail was perfect, they ask me if there is anything I would have changed and I can honestly say no - everything went so smoothly and perfectly and I truly attribute this to Dana. Dana also drove all of the items I supplied the venue, as well as my wedding dress, and leftover food and desserts back to my hotel room so that I could attend my afterparty and not worry about it the next day. Everyone who had the chance to connect with Dana shared how thoughtful and attentive she was. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and you absolutely must work with Dana and Kaleidoscope Weddings! -

best investment of my wedding!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dana and the incredible job she did as our day-of wedding coordinator! From the moment she stepped in(we did 60 days out), she handled every little detail with professionalism, kindness, and an incredible attention to detail. Once she made our timeline, she made sure every vendor had the timeline, and was up to date. she sent countless emails, and even reviewed our contracts and caught mistakes saving us money!
Dana went above and beyond in every way to ensure our wedding day was flawless. Not only did she put together the most thought out detail oriented timeline, she kept everything running smoothly and coordinate with all our vendors, but she also took care of things we never even thought of. I did not have my phone on me the entire day nor did I know the time! Dana kept us on time, and took pictures and videos of the day on my phone the whole day. The nextr morning it was so fun to see the day again through pictures and videos on my phone. She packed up all of our belongings and delivered them safely to our hotel room, making the end of the night completely stress-free for us. We could not find our hotel key, and she talked to the hotel to get a key in our room so we did not have to stress.
Dana also did an amazing job setting up and cleaning up our decor items. She went to the church and set up church decor, and then set up all decor at my venue. When one of our wedding signs ripped while setting up, Dana didn’t hesitate—she ran to CVS and had a new one printed on the spot, saving the day without missing a beat! And if that wasn’t enough, she even went out of her way to order pizza for my grandparents, who were in Maryland while we were celebrating in Pennsylvania, just to make sure they were taken care of and included in the celebration in their own way. She also made sure they were logged into the live stream to see me get married.
Her dedication, organization, and genuine kindness made our wedding day so much more enjoyable. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because we knew Dana had it handled. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your wedding seamless and stress-free, I highly recommend Dana! -

Magical Wedding Day
We enjoyed working with Chelsea for our son's wedding and couldn't be more grateful. She understood our vision from the start and brought it to life beyond our expectations. "Your wedding was a logistical masterpiece" - Wedding guest
We used Kaleidoscope Weddings as our day of coordinator four our wedding. Dana started working with us 3 months before our big day, and she was a huge part of helping our wedding planning and wedding day go seamlessly! She coordinated with our vendors, created our timeline, and helped to make sure we were checking the boxes of our to do list leading up to the big day. One guest described our wedding as a "logistical masterpiece" and we have Dana to thank for that! As the bride, having Dana on my wedding day was a huge comfort for me to make sure everything was taken care of. She helped with things throughout the whole process that I wouldn't have even known to think about, and she took care of these things so I didn't have to think or worry about them. I can't recommend Kaleidoscope weddings enough, they are exceptional at helping dream weddings become a reality! -

An incredible team!
Unless you have the time to take on an extra job or love event planning, a wedding planner seems essential these days - it’s so helpful to have someone who has an *in* with the wedding industry in your area. I highly recommend Kaleidoscope for your wedding planning and I also recommend the full service planning - it’s so helpful to get help planning from the start and it’s also great to build a relationship with someone for the entirety of your wedding planning journey (for all the highs and the, sigh, lows).
Everyone we worked with at Kaleidoscope was great, but this review is mostly a love letter to Lisa Marie Chimento, lead planner, with whom we worked most closely. We are so grateful for her professionalism, amazing attitude, kindness, and patience throughout the entirety of our wedding planning (props to anyone who works with people getting married!). She was so helpful with booking and communicating with vendors from the start and throughout the process and was a major part of the design. She also made sure we stayed on top of our timeline!
The team really shined during the wedding weekend. My husband and I and our families were able to focus on enjoying the wedding celebration because of Lisa Marie and her team. They took EVERY logistical item off of our plates and would not have been able to enjoy our wedding as we did without them. I also think that it wouldn't have gone as smoothly if we hadn't all been working together for all of these months. Most notably, the Kaleidoscope team was committed to our details. When we wanted a certain brand of chips from my husband’s hometown in the welcome bags, they were there. When we wanted Greek pastries during the reception, they were there. When we wanted to do some silly things as part of our wedding reception they were on board and committed to make it everything we hoped for. We never felt self conscious - they wanted us to celebrate our relationship as our selves and for that we are grateful. Thank you to everyone again. I kept saying "everyone needs a Lisa Marie for their wedding" but more accurate is "everyone needs Kaleidoscope for their wedding" -

A NYE to remember with Kaleidoscope
There are not enough words to say about how amazing Lisa Marie and Chelsea were throughout our wedding planning experience. We began working with Lisa Marie about a year and half prior to our NYE wedding. I can full heartily say that she made our wedding the amazing unforgettable evening and event it was. She listened to our ideas and turned our thoughts into visions; provided suggestions to vendors (all who were equally amazing) based on us as a couples and matched it to what we were looking for; attended all vendors meetings with us; and supported us (my parents included) in any other way with all things related to the wedding.
If I could offer a piece of wedding advice, it would be to work with Kaleidoscope Weddings and have these ladies be your right hand women from the start. They are not only a company you work with leading up to your wedding, but in our case, Lisa Marie became a part of our family through this positive experience. You often hear couples say after their wedding that they should have just eloped, but I would go through our wedding experience over and over again if I knew that I could have Lisa Marie and Chelsea there through the process and be such a special part of our amazing day like they both were. -

We hired Kaleidoscope as our Day-of Coordinator which began two months prior to my daughter's wedding. We worked with Chelsea and she was wonderful! She was always so professional, responsive and most important to my daughter, a calming presence from start to finish! Wonderful, wonderful
I thought I would never say this but I wish I had another daughter to plan a wedding for. . . that is how amazing Kscope but most especially, Chelsea was to work with. Not only did we feel that we were working with a total professional but it felt like we were planning with a friend! Truly felt the entire time that we had nothing to worry about. Chelsea handled everything from missing furniture to making the torrential downpour a minor blip in the day. BTW, she actually made sure that missing furniture wasn't missing anymore and could have even had a hand in making the rain stop! I still think about how calm and relaxed Chelsea was at every turn all while expecting her baby! Thank you , thank you Chelsea and KScope! -

If I could give more that 5 stars I would. Dana and Jennifer were our coordinators for my daughter’s wedding and they were amazing. The communication was excellent. Their organization was top notch. When I asked if we could have anything done for the wedding the answer was “yes of course, we can take care of that for you” the day of wedding they kept everything calm and we’re always checking in with us making sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely use these ladies again. Thank you Dana and Jennifer!!! -

AMAZING Team - Smoothest Wedding Day
Jennifer and Chelsea were amazing and well worth their price. They did everything to make our final weeks of planning and wedding day as easy as possible for us and our families. They were incredibly responsive and always willing to provide their professional opinions. Their attention to detail and detailed plan for the day went a long way to make our actual wedding day smooth and stress free. They clearly are well regarded in the Philadelphia Wedding vendor circles - they knew almost of all of our vendors and took the burden of coordinating vendors off our plate. Lastly, they were incredibly friendly and funny - they truly helped us, our families, and best friends have an amazing day. -

I worked with Lisa Marie and the Kaleidoscope team for more than a year leading up to my wedding and couldn’t have had a better experience. I’m someone who cares a lot about the details but was totally stress-free during my wedding weekend because I knew the Kaleidoscope team was on top of everything. I genuinely felt that Lisa Marie was as invested in the success of my event as I was and am grateful for the unforgettable wedding day she helped bring to life! Only the highest praise!
Our wedding literally would not have happened without Jen. With demanding jobs, we knew we needed help to plan our 200 person Indian wedding and from the minute we met Jen we were in amazing hands. She is professional but hilarious and quickly became our friend through this process. She was so gracious and charming with our parents, who fell in love with her. She was an expert at finding and negotiating with vendors (we had at least 10) leading up to the event and was very mindful of our budget. On the day of our wedding, every minute was planned to the tiniest detail. The whole day ran completely on time (unheard of for an Indian wedding) and she was with us every step of the way to make sure we were having a blast! We couldn't recommend Jen and the whole Kaleidoscope team more to any couple! -

We had a vision, they pulled off the details!
My husband and I knew we wanted a backyard tented blow-out party for our wedding reception. We also knew that in order to pull it off, we would need a wedding General Contractor. I interviewed and got quotes from three planners and immediately hit it off with Jennifer Supper. The rapport was evident from our first communication. We had a our big ideas, but the details were not as important to us. We gave Jen our vision, let her in on our tastes and general vibe we were looking to portray. She literally did the rest. She introduced us to a caterer who specialized in outdoor tented events, long before the pandemic forced everyone outdoors; she introduced us to a florist who she knew would pull off our aesthetic; she introduced us to the most beautiful tent company; a luxury bathroom trailer and a stationary company that suited our tastes. In short, she did everything we wanted a planner to do and then some. We planned five separate events with different menus over a three day period and had really complicated invite lists. On the day of, her team handled all the expected and the unexpected (like my string trio lead sending a substitute trio because she got COVID at the last minute) with grace and humor. I had no idea anything was amiss until the next day. Which is exactly how I expected it to go with the professionals at Kaleidoscope Weddings. We had "the best wedding ever" according to my guests. -

The Kaleidoscope team was amazing!! My planner was Lisa Marie and she went above and beyond to make everything leading up to the wedding and during run so smoothly. She made every stress go away and handled all vendor communication leading up to the wedding. Day of she was by my side for anything I needed and made it such a seamless day! She also took great pictures that are holding me over until I get the ones from the photographer! The Kaleidoscope team is the real deal. Book them!!! You will not regret it! -

Best wedding decision!
We had the wedding of our dreams and best day of our lives thanks to Jen and Kaleidoscope!! We could not have done it without them! Before getting engaged I saw Jen in action and knew that when I got married I wanted and needed to hire her! And it was the best wedding decision we made…possibly best decision of my life!! There is no other team I would have wanted by my side throughout the planning process and wedding day. From creating the timelines, finalizing details with vendors, organizing family for pictures and everything in between, they truly are the best and I will never be able to thank them enough for all they did! Wow... Hiring Kaleidoscope was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! From the moment I got on a call with Jen and Lisa Marie, they felt like friends and I knew they would make our day incredible. There are not enough words to explain how grateful I am to have had Lisa Marie's expertise, professionalism, love and support for the day of and two months leading up to our wedding. She was always a phone call away with an idea, solution, or laugh when I needed one! Our wedding day was chaotic in the best way, and Lisa Marie made everything perfect and stress-free. I felt like we shared a vision, and a brain, and I knew I could trust her with anything during the planning process. Look no further!! Kaleidoscope is a MUST HAVE!
I cannot say enough good things about Kaleidoscope! Jennifer Supper is truly an angel and is so good at what she does! My only regret is that I did not hire her earlier on in my wedding process. It is one thing to hire a vendor and for them to do their job, but it is another thing to hire a vendor and for them to TRULY care about you. That is how I felt with Jenn. Shortly after meeting her I felt like I had know her for years. She is so personable and so sweet and truly wants your wedding day to be the absolute best and you can feel that instantly in working with her. I had to postpone my wedding due to covid which is so stressful and she helped in reaching out to all of my vendors to plan my new date and all of the details in between. We had a little bit of an issue with our guest bags and no questions asked Jenn answered my call late at night and was at my rescue first thing in the morning the next day. Come our wedding day she was spectacular! She thought of things I never would have thought of and was right by my side every step of the way! My husband and I were truly blown away by her and her amazing team! From fixing my dress, to combing my very knotty beach hair half way through the day, assisting the photographers, rallying my very large bridal party, making sure I had every little thing I needed and more, Jenn was there for it all! I cannot thank her and her team enough!!! I recommend them 1,000%!! LOVE them!! -

The best!!
Jennifer Supper with Kaleidoscope weddings was truly an angel leading up to and on our wedding day. My only regret was not hiring them sooner in the planning process. She went above and beyond her job description and having her and her assistant with me on the day gave me so much peace of mind. Anything I even thought of worrying about, Jennifer already had it covered. From helping us navigate tricky catering contracts and to fixing my dress on wedding day...she can do it all! As a bride not familiar with the wedding industry, or just a bride in general, you definitely want Kaleidoscope in your corner advocating for you and your needs. Thank you Jennifer and team!! -

You need to hire Kaleidoscope!
Kaleidoscope was the final "big" vendor we hired for our wedding and I cannot imagine having our wedding without Lisa Marie! Our wedding had several locations / logistics and every moment of the day was perfectly executed. Never once did I have to worry about whether our guests made it onto the bus, where our bridal party was, if we'd get stuck in traffic, etc because Lisa Marie thought through all the details ahead of time and made sure everything was in place the day of. She knew the priorities of what we wanted for our wedding day, which allowed us not to worry about things that came up day of (e.g. the band needed a longer break than budgeted so she switched a speech around). She also had a very calming yet authoritative presence. For example, I was getting stressed during photos and she made some suggestions to my photographer to look out for how I was feeling at that time. She was also prepared for anything - my husband and I were practicing our first dance before cocktail hour and he accidentally stepped on my foot, she was there with a band-aid before I even realized what had happened. While hiring a coordinator was an added expense that many see as a luxury, Kaleidoscope was the only vendor whose sole responsibility was to look out for my best interests all day long. Kaleidoscope Weddings are a Wedding Must Have!
The entire Kaleidoscope team was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish (including dealing with a postponement!) and I cannot recommend them enough. Lisa Marie was our day of coordinator and everyone who was a part of our day commented on how amazing she was throughout the wedding weekend. Lisa Marie ensured everything was covered leading up to the day (including creating menus, programs, and hotel bags - a dream!) and dropping everything off at the church and venue so we didn't have to worry about it the week of the wedding. Navigating a wedding with Covid was stressful enough but I can honestly say that when the day came I was completely stress-free because I knew she was handling absolutely everything. She ensured everything in our timeline was on track including hair/makeup/photographers and guest transportation. I truly didn't have to worry about anything. In addition to being on top of every detail the day of, she and her team were an absolute BLAST to be with the day of, and added to the joy and excitement of the day. I cannot recommend her and the entire Kaleidoscope team enough -

Mother of the Bride
Lisa Marie Chimento is incredible- professional, details oriented with great taste. She helped to manage our large wedding and bridal party activities with precision and grace. We heard later that there were three major problems, including a fire at the venue two hours before the wedding, and she never let on that things were anything but perfect, Amazing and fun to work with. No one could be better! -

Lisa Marie and her team were absolutely incredible to work with! During planning, whether I had a question about a tiny scheduling detail or the wedding reception aesthetics, she always had the best advice. Stress Free Day of Coordination
We chose Kaleidoscope for our Day of Wedding Coordinator, and from the first phone call I knew that they were the perfect fit. Excellent wedding coordinators
Jennifer Supper was fantastic as the month of coordinator for my daughter's wedding. We were all from out of town and she handled so much for us including gorgeous guest welcome bags that she delivered to the hotel. She has a great friendly personality and we really enjoyed our day with her and her assistant Chelsea. Jennifer was Amazing!
I can’t even describe how amazing Jennifer was to work with for our daughter’s wedding. During the planning process, COVID hit and everything changed—the date, the location, and the size. Six weeks prior to the event, we had to move the celebration from Philadelphia to New Jersey. Jennifer moved all the pieces like a chess master, and hardly broke a sweat. The wedding day ran so smoothly all because of her. She thought of every little detail. We can’t thank Jennifer enough for making this wedding so special -

Couldn't have done it without them!!!
The most valuable vendor we hired for our wedding day was Kaleidoscope! Our original wedding date was April 18, and they didn't skip a beat when we had to postpone not once, but twice. They played an integral role in pulling off our wedding, and we are so thankful we had them supporting us throughout the process. Not only are Jen and Lisa Marie detail oriented, creative and organized, but they have such an amazing network of other vendors, which came in handy when we had to change our venue a month before our wedding due to Covid restrictions. Jen was there with me in the morning through hair and makeup all the way to the end of the night, dropping our gifts off in our hotel room. The dedication the Kaleidoscope girls have to making brides dreams come true is unmatched and we were so lucky to have them! -

Above & Beyond Amazing!
Thanks to Jenn at Kaleidoscope Weddings, my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams! When we had gotten engaged way back in June 2017, we had reached out to Kaleidoscope Weddings to consider hiring a wedding planner. After the first phone call, we instantly clicked. She understood my vision, and I knew we had to hire her. She is INCREDIBLE at what she does. She handles everything from setting up venue tours and vendor appointments, to making save-the-dates and invitations, and she knew all the important questions to ask. I texted/e-mailed her at least once a week (definitely more frequently in the weeks leading up to the wedding) and she ALWAYS responded with concise and honest answers/opinions, which I appreciated so much. She eased my anxiety and made wedding planning a fun experience! Most importantly, she kept us on budget!
I thought Jenn was amazing during the wedding planning process, but on the actual wedding day, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND, which I didn't even think was possible after everything she had already done! She created a schedule for the entire wedding party, which made the morning wedding prep run SO smoothly! She coordinated the family portraits in the church and at the reception with ease, and she and her assistant always made sure my husband and I, as well as our parents, had a drink in hand and were having the best time! Honestly, we were able to ENJOY our wedding day rather than worrying if everything was running smoothly, which my husband and I are SO grateful for. Even after the wedding, she brought all my belongings (family pictures, cake cutting utensils, toasting flutes, etc.) back to my hotel room. She even put the top layer of the cake in the fridge for us!
Jenn was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, my honest opinion is to hire the team at Kaleidoscope Weddings. It was truly the best decision we made. I am so happy and grateful I met Jenn through this process and that my husband and I can call her a great friend! -

I wanted a Wedding Planner that could take ALL stress from the wedding planning process, so my daughter and I could have fun during the planning process and enjoy the wedding day with no worries. We found the perfect planner in Jennifer Supper from Kaleidoscope Weddings! Jennifer stepped us through the stages of planning, kept us on budget, and showed us the best vendors. She gave great advice throughout the process so there were no missteps along the way.

The best decision we made during wedding planning was hiring Lisa Marie and her team to help up plan the best day ever! From the very beginning she guided us through stressful decisions and organized the day of events perfectly. When one of our bus driver decided not to show to transport guests, Lisa Marie and her team figured everything out, got all of our guests to the church on time without us even knowing there was an issue! My family, bridesmaids (and groomsmen!) all agreed she was the best planner they’ve ever experienced. She is an absolute pro and made our wedding day stress free. When my wedding dress bustle broke on the dance floor? Lisa Marie was there to MacGyver a new bustle in a few minutes with her MaryPoppins bag of wedding necessities. Best decision EVER!
Jennifer Supper was the best thing that I could have ever asked to happen for our wedding! I wish there could be a higher rating that five stars, because Jenn and her team deserves so many more. I was pretty organized with everything leading up to my wedding, but I hit a point where I just did not want to talk about every little detail and answer the last minute questions. Jenn stepped in and took over all communication two weeks before the wedding day and made sure they were all prepared for the expectations of the day, including a detailed timeline letting everyone know where they should be and when. Still to this day my friends tell me that Jenn helped to make the day run so smoothly, everyone knew where they were supposed to be and we were all able to just enjoy ourselves and fully take in the day. The groomsmen even said it was the first wedding they ever showed up on time for and they liked having a Kaleidoscope team member there to help them with pictures and transportation. My wedding was held at a restaurant that we bought out, so there were things that Jenn had to take care of that she would normally never of had to at a “normal” wedding venue – she went above and beyond in every way possible. As a bride, I truly wanted to enjoy my day and Jenn allowed that to happen, the only thing I had to worry about was smiling (which obviously was not hard since I was marrying the love of my life), making it down the aisle with my mom, and delivering my vows without too many tears! Long story short, I 100% recommend this team for your wedding day, do not hesitate for another minute, give Kaleidoscope a call, and hire them to help you with the most special day of your life! -

Absolutely Amazing!
Working with Jen and Kaleidoscope Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We worked with Jen for day-of coordination, but it was so, so much more than that. Jen's expertise, connections, and calming presence were invaluable as we made the finishing touches for the big day. She took over all vendor communications a month beforehand and made the entire weekend run seamlessly, from managing the master timeline to getting folks organized for pictures to turning bouquets into decorations and so much more. We have no idea how she did it all. Everyone and everything was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. We used Jen for her day-of service that was really 3 months before our wedding and we can say without reservation it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding process. As we reflect now several months after our wedding (and comparing our experience to other weddings) we cannot thank our lucky stars enough that we made the decision to work with Jen and Kaleidoscope.
As soon as we talked to Jen on the phone we instantly felt a connection – she has an amazing personality where you know she’s organized and experienced while still being open, honest and approachable. We never felt uncomfortable about contacting her about any of our questions at any time.
Just as the stress of the event getting closer was arriving and the last minute details were approaching was when we had the most support. Jen helped us organize everything from bathroom baskets to welcome bags and drink signage. She was the go-between for all of our vendors and communicated a master timeline to everyone that was detailed and clear. On the day of Jen was with me (the bride) all day – from changing my shoes to giving me lipstick, I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
She went above and beyond for us and it did not go unnoticed – she amazingly fit all of our cases of wine in her car and somehow (we still don’t know how) moved all of our things after the wedding to where they needed to be in multiple hotels and cars for us so that we didn’t lose anything.
We were a couple that were really hands-on and detail oriented so we were skeptical about needing a planner at all. However, we could not have been more wrong – having Jen on our team for our wedding was exactly what we needed to feel stress-free the months leading up to our wedding and to enjoy the whirlwind weekend that it was. She was a dream to work with and we don’t know how we would have done it without her – we give Jen our highest recommendation!

Words cannot express my gratitude toward Lisa Marie and the entire Kaleidoscope Solutions team for making our May 19th 2018 wedding the most incredible day ever. We brought on Lisa Marie 6 months before the event when we realized the details and logistics of a 250 person event in downtown Philadelphia were far beyond our expertise. Lisa Marie helped us find the best and most reliable vendors for flowers, invitations, transportation, makeup, etc. Aside from the pouring rain, I was stress free on my wedding day thanks to Lisa Marie & team. Jennifer Supper of Kaleidoscope Solutions was the wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding in the Philadelphia area. My daughter lives in Texas and I live 90 miles outside Philadelphia. We hired Jennifer early in the planning process and found Jennifer to be extremely hard working and organized. She had a great working relationship with all of the vendors. Her expertise in wedding planning was extraordinary as was her attention to every detail. In addition she had a great sense of humor, which made the planning process enjoyable!
On the day of the wedding Jennifer and her team took care of everything. Including ordering breakfast and lunch for the bridal party, keeping us on a timeline for the day and managing all of the vendors. I can't tell you how many times after our wedding my husband and I have said to each other, "Thank goodness for Lisa Marie!" 10? 50? Seriously, if there is one thing you need to do NOW during your wedding planning, it's to hire Kaleidoscope. When I was first engaged, my then-fiance and I were convinced that we did not need any help. I had been in six weddings and we're both extremely organized and on top of our stuff - we thought we had everything down. How wrong we were. Once we got to the 8-month mark, we quickly realized that there were about million things we needed to take care of on the wedding day, and if we didn't get help, there would be trouble. We spoke with a few coordinators, but really clicked quickly with the ladies at Kaleidoscope. Lisa Marie was fantastic from our first conversation to even today - she has a great personality for wedding planning where she can be fun but also get down to business. She is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable - I probably asked her more than 200 questions before the wedding and she answered all of them promptly and as a true wedding expert. I always felt like I was in great hands and that Lisa Marie would take care of anything that came her way - and she truly did during our wedding! There were a couple things that happened outside our control at the wedding - one of them being sudden pouring rain during our outdoor ceremony! - and she handled each situation with such command and calm. Lisa Marie took amazing care of me and my husband during the wedding day, and she also even made sure our parents and close friends were having a good time and had everything they needed. She was SUCH a godsend throughout the entire day. I almost felt like a guest at my own wedding - I was able to have a wonderful time and not worry about a thing! She was available at anytime of day to answer my dumb questions. I think at one point she spoke to my mother on the phone daily. She was on top of things we didn't even think we needed to worry about. The day of my wedding she was by my side. I got to enjoy my wedding and I didn't hear of any problems. It was the wedding of my dreams. I can't say enough good things. -

I cannot recommend Jen Supper and the team at Kaleidoscope enough. We were on the fence about having a day-of coordinator, but looking back, it made all the difference to our big day. From the moment I spoke with Jen, I felt at ease. My husband and I were trying to keep all of our different vendors organized and we were dealing with some added logistical challenges - transportation, handicap accessibility, big family, the NFL Draft being in town, etc. - that were started to overwhelm us. Talking through the timeline and handing over the responsibilities to Jen made the planning process much more manageable. Having Jen helped us truly enjoy every moment and be fully present. From making sure we got to the church on time, took every photo we wanted, ordering breakfast while the ladies and I were getting ready, repairing my dress strap when it ripped, to ensuring we ate dinner and drank enough water... every detail was on point. Even after the wedding was over, Jen helped us deal with an issue with our hotel the morning after - thanks, Jen ;) She absolutely went above and beyond for us. I loved working with Jen and recommend her to everyone I talk to. -

Words cannot describe how much Lisa Marie and her team at Kaleidoscope did for my Day of Wedding Coordination. We were in constant communication in the weeks leading up to my wedding and Lisa Marie truly went above and beyond. If I had questions even unrelated to the day of wedding she went out of her way to help. Not only was Lisa Marie amazing to work with leading up to the wedding, on the actual wedding day I don't know what we would have done without her. She made sure the day ran smoothly and was so professional and funny at the same time. Not only was the experience with Lisa Marie and the Kaleidoscope team amazing for us but also for our family and bridal party.
Just a few of the many things Lisa Marie did:
- Scheduled and ran through the rehearsal the day before
- Picked up welcome bags at my mother-in-laws house and brought them to the hotel
- Picked up all the materials for the wedding at my house and brought them to the venue and florist
- Ran around the day before to get last minute materials that we needed for the tables
- Printed and framed items for the reception
- Made a detailed itinerary for the day and coordinated with all vendors (photo, video, band, venue, transportation, etc.)
- Helped with last minute changes and table arrangements for people who could couldn't make it
- Was with me the entire day from start to finish and assisted during pictures to make sure everything looked good
- Carried a goodie bag for us if we needed any water or food while we were on the bus running around from place to place
- Worked with the photographer to make sure all the bridal party pictures and family pictures were organized
- Made sure everything was cleaned up from the bridal suite at the venue and dropped it off at my house at the end of the night
We are so grateful for Lisa Marie, she had such a big part in the day I feel like we will never be able to repay her. Lisa Marie, thank you endlessly, our day could not have been more perfect! -

Jen Supper and her team were absolutely fantastic. I have extremely high expectations for organization and she somehow exceeded them. She and her team were incredible on the wedding day - anticipating our needs, correcting any blips that came up - they enabled a perfect execution of our Philadelphia June '17 wedding. I'd also add that our wedding entailed a ton of logistics (ceremony location different than reception) and was tented so required bringing vendors in - she worked with all of the vendors to ensure they were on time and up to our expectations in terms of quality. I could not have asked for better and would recommend her team to anyone!! -

Where do I even start? There are NO words for my gratitude. LM and the Kaleidoscope team were AMAZING. I was a controlling bride. I meticulously planned every detail of our wedding down to the lighting cues during our ceremony. I didn't believe anyone was capable of taking over. Oh boy was I wrong! Last minute I hired LM and she came in and took EVERYTHING over like a pro. There was no request too big or no project too complicated for her. She handled everything and made sure every detail of our wedding was executed to my liking. I didn't believe it would be possible for me to be a guest at my wedding. LM not only met but exceeded my expectations. Not an easy task! She took care of me and my groom like family and treated our wedding as if it was her own. (She has become family!) Words cannot even express my gratitude, appreciation and respect for Jennifer Supper and her team! We were married in Philadelphia in April 2017 and had the most incredible wedding weekend. I truly believe of all the money that was spent arranging the wedding, hiring Jen at Kaleidoscope Weddings was the most important part!
She allowed me (and all of my bridesmaids, sisters, and Mom) to be guests at the wedding., I did not perform a single task! Nor did any of the wedding party. And not just the day of the wedding, but the day of the rehearsal dinner and the day of the brunch too. The whole weekend went seamlessly and flowed so smoothly because she was there to run the show.
A few small examples of her work:
She picked up ALL of the wedding DIY stuff from my apartment a week prior to the wedding.
She set up and arranged the entire rehearsal dinner.
She helped set up and arrange both the ceremony and reception which involved 2 venues/2 musical groups/and 2 catering companies and transported decorations from the first venue to the second within an hours time between events to help save on flowers/decor money.
She recognized weaknesses in other vendors and picked up their slack. Which was unbelievably critical for our photographs!
She collected all of our personal items throughout the night (the detachable train of my dress, extra high heels, my husband's tux jacket, etc) and dropped them off with the other DIY stuff the next day at our apartment. This allowed the end of our wedding night to be carefree like we were guests.
She handed out all tips to our vendors, a huge help!
She even managed to help us cut the cake (discretely and out of the way of pictures) when we were fumbling!
Not only is she fantastic at her job, but she is an extremely kind and enjoyable person to be around and genuinely adds laughter and fun to the day. HIRE HER! Your wedding will be better! -

Lisa Marie was the most important person at my wedding (aside from myself and the groom). As a bride with a demanding profession in Chicago planning a wedding in Philadelphia, Lisa Marie managed all of the details and timing needs without allowing me to feel any pressure. I always felt like I was the only bride she had on her plate and that I was getting her undivided attention. She was so calm and collective on the big day (even as things went "off schedule") and she never hesitated to step in and "get her hands dirty" to tie any loose ends. Finally, Lisa Marie put a lot of personal touches on her own ambition such as creating her own menus at the venue b/c she did not like the venues. Lisa Marie is so personable and easy to spend time with that you not only will be happy with your wedding in the end but you will feel like you have met a new life long friend. -

Without a doubt, Jen was the best thing that could have happened for our wedding and wedding plans.I am a very particular person and Jen got me right away. She knew how to be professional, yet snap me back to reality and talk to me like we were girlfriends. From meetings, to phone calls, to texts Jen was always available. One major concern for my wedding day was for my dad who is diabetic. My mom and I did not want to have to worry about a low blood sugar occurring or making sure my dad would test his sugars. From day one, Jen said she would have someone "on" my dad all night. And that she did. Having the comfort of someone to take care of every little wedding detail and still have someone to take care of my dad meant the world and meant my mom and I could truly relax and enjoy the day. I'll never be able to thank Jen and her team enough for all that they have done. 5 stars doesn't even begin to describe them!!! -

Jennifer Supper and her crew were crucial to our great wedding day. We used her for pre-wedding planning, photographer, videographer, florist and invitation selection, and day of coordination. We planned our Philadelphia-area wedding long distance (I was in California, fiance in Chicago). Everything including guest list, RSVP, timeline, and budget were all shared on GoogleDocs and kept us in the loop the whole time.
Jen was able to arrange vendor meetings with photographers, florists, bakers, and menu tasting for the few times we were in town.

Our daughter got married on October 23 in Philadelphia and I can say without any hesitation that hiring Lisa-Marie was the best decision we made. She and the staff of Kaleidoscope added to the beauty of the day and we had nothing to worry about or manage on the wedding day except enjoy the events and have fun. Lisa-Marie is very organized and has the best “can- do” attitude. When we found out that we needed few items for the church wedding late on the day before, she took charge of the situation and ensured that she had the items in hand the next morning. She managed all the details, contacted all the vendors, and provided us with detailed timelines for the wedding day. Everything proceeded so smoothly on the wedding day and many guests commented on how organized and well planned the wedding was and how awesome the wedding planner was!!! Lisa-Marie stayed by our daughter’s side every minute of the wedding day while one staff member helped the groom and his group, another one supervised activities at the church, and another one was at the reception venue. Lisa-Marie worked tirelessly on the wedding day to make sure that every detail was taken care of and at the end of the day personally brought all the wedding items from the venue to our daughter’s apartment!!! Other than being the best wedding planner, Lisa-Marie is very friendly and has a very cheerful personality and puts you at ease immediately. We all loved her and cannot thank her enough for helping make our daughter’s wedding day so beautiful and special. We strongly recommend Kaleidoscope and Lisa-Marie. I don't even know where to begin; I had gone back and forth with the idea of hiring a wedding planner and had spoken to at least ten different people and either we just didn't click, or their prices were astronomical. I came across Kaleidoscope on some wedding website and decided to send them an email. Jennifer happened to call me back and we instantly clicked; at that point, she was tentatively booked with someone and I was beyond disappointed. However, something happened with that couple and I quickly snatched her up and never looked back. She is the most amazing person I have ever met; she is so patient and kind, but will not hesitate to play hard ball when needed, even with me :) I can be a very anxious and indecisive person and sometimes I need someone to talk me down and put me back to reality and she was that person for me. I had never planned a wedding before and had no clue where to begin. I had already scoped out a wedding venue, went on a tour and fell in love, so I just ran it by her and we booked it. That was pretty much the only thing I did by myself. She held my hand and guided me through every other detail of the wedding--I work full time, so it was hard to make every decision and be on every phone call, so I let her make a ton of decisions on her own because I trusted her that much. My wedding was spectacular and I have not stopped getting compliments--some people even asked if I could get married every week, that was how much my guests enjoyed my wedding day. Jennifer was there from day one and she still is there for me even a month later. I love Jennifer as a person and she has become my friend throughout this process. There is no way I could have done this without her--she was well organized, had a ton of ideas and connections and I just can't say enough good things about her. Lisa Marie was absolutely AMAZING! We can confidently say that the day would have not been what it was without her, and our wedding was perfect! We had a large 550 guest Greek wedding and she made everything flow seamlessly, leaving us and our families to enjoy our wedding day. Even though she was only hired as our day of coordinator, she went above and beyond what was expected. She sat in our meetings to make sure she had all the appropriate information and she contacted our vendors multiple times to confirm everything we had planned. She even went a step further and assembled our take home gift bags for our guests, and always assured us she was available at any time we needed her for absolutely anything. Hiring Lisa Marie to plan and execute our two-day Indian wedding was the best decision we made. She was involved from day 1 and made sure everyone's voices were heard at every step of the way. She went above and beyond what was asked of her and always did it with a smile on her face. Our wedding had so many moving parts (multiple locations, multiple events, family needs), but she always knew what those moving parts were and made sure they were taken care of. I can't imagine my wedding without Clayre & Kaleidoscope and I can't possibly thank them enough. Every detail turned out so much better than I ever imagined, and best of all my parents and I were able to enjoy the day, take it all in, and truly experience the joy of the event, because we knew Clayre had everything covered and we had nothing to worry about. I honestly don't have enough space here to mention all of the ways Clayre went above & beyond for us - she worked so amazingly with my mom who is in Philly (I live in California but planned a hometown PA wedding), and planned all my vendor meetings around when I was in town, spending essentially an entire week with us as we had vendor power visits- keeping us organized, and providing invaluable insight. Both Clayre and Lisa Marie had fantastic, unique creative ideas to carry the whimsical romantic vibe of the day through every detail. The week before and day of the wedding of we didn't have to lift a finger - Clayre took care of everything, getting all our stuff to the venue, managing vendors, & taking care of all the clean up. When a freak summer storm rolled in (despite a 0% chance of rain forecast) 15 minutes before our outdoor ceremony, Clayre moved in record speed to get the flowers and music inside and created a gorgeous, romantic, intimate ceremony in front of the fireplace that ended up being more perfect than I could have dreamed - plus she kept me totally calm the entire time. She made sure I ate at the reception, and made sure I was able to talk to every single guest, which was really important to me. My parents, husband and I keep talking about how happy, uplifting and joyous every moment of the wedding was - it would have never been such a happy stress free event for us and our guests without Clayre at the helm. I cannot thank or recommend Kscope enough - I feel lucky to have worked with such an amazing, creative, impeccable group of women to make my dream wedding a reality. -

There are not enough good things that I can say about Lisa Marie & the team at Kaleidoscope Weddings. We booked Lisa Marie for month-long coordination with the intention of having someone to manage the wedding on the day of, as we had a LONG day (10+ hours). Lisa Marie was immediately a godsend - she made our long-distance wedding planning so much easier! From creating a DETAILED (& color-coded!) timeline to hand-assembling & delivering our gift bags to hotels to printing our programs & menus in her office, she made the last few weeks of wedding planning go smoothly.
On the day of the wedding, her and her team were invaluable - they stuck with us from our 5 AM start time through the end of our reception at 10 PM. She kept our large bridal party on schedule, came prepared with a COOLER of water & snacks (VERY helpful during our photographs when it was 90+ outside!), checked us in at our wedding night hotel so we didn't have to do it ourselves late at night, collected all of the gifts, miscellaneous items & even a TRAY of desserts & brought it to our hotel...the list goes on and on and anyone remotely involved in the wedding (family, etc.) were saying how wonderful she was. I cannot recommend Lisa Marie & Kaleidoscope Weddings enough - you will absolutely not regret it! -

My wedding day went off without hitch, and I have to credit that to Jennifer Supper and her wonderful staff! I knew early on that I wanted to hire a planner to help with my wedding day since we were having our wedding at a non-traditional venue, and I wanted to make sure that someone was there to make sure everything was the way we wanted it (I had other things to focus on my wedding day). You really don’t realize how many little details go into planning the wedding until you are a few weeks out, going through the list of things to do, and Jenn knows what all those things are and is on top of them. My friends and family kept commenting on how calm and relaxed I was on my wedding day, and I have to credit all of that to Jenn. Because of Jenn and her staff, I was able to focus on my wedding day and not all of those little logistics that can take away from that big day. Jenn was available whenever I needed her. I’ll admit, I was really nervous at the beginning, turning the reigns over to someone I didn’t know, but it really was the best decision I ever made! Because of Jenn, I had the most wonderful time at my wedding and it shows in all of the pictures and videos. Thank you, Jenn!!!!! -

Jen and team were hands down our most favorite vendor to work with from our wedding. They went above and beyond and thought of everything before we even got to it. They were always ten steps ahead. Not once did we feel any sense of anxiety or annoyance with the smallest of tasks or most sudden of emergencies that day. They had a calming, energetic, and fun presence throughout the day, starting from early morning. We had a large Indian wedding with many moving parts, and that did not pose an obstacle for them at all. They made the day seem seamless for us and our guests. We even had guests and family members comment to us afterwards about how great the Kaleidoscope team was throughout the event, in shuttling people from one building to another, keeping everyone on time in a comfortable manner (importantly, not abrasive or hurried), and remaining attentive to members of the wedding party. My husband also enjoyed having them around as he and his groomsmen prepared for the day. A key behind-the-scenes moment was when my contact lens popped out as I was about to head into the ceremony! The team swiftly ran back to hotel, found me a pair of new contacts, and bought solution from the pharmacy, all in time without a glitch in our schedule.
Leading up to the wedding, Jen was a fantastic point person to find vendors, think through logistics, and put together everything with such ease, such as picking up the specialty items, assembling, and delivering the welcome bags. She is very connected and objectively helped us brainstorm ideas to differentiate our wedding and source and compare quotes from vendors that we would otherwise not have been able to get.
Long story short, best dollars spent- hands down. 100% recommend to anyone considering hiring a planner and / or day-of-coordinator. -

My husband, Joe, and worked with Kaleidoscope Weddings for our wedding this year. We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jennifer Supper, a wedding planner par excellence! We purchased the full-service wedding planning package and it was the best investment and decision ever!
From our initial consultation, Jennifer proved to be a detailed-oriented, responsive, and very knowledgable wedding planner. She was very resourceful in helping us find quality vendors that could implement our vision while staying on budget and being mindful of our guest count. For each type of vendor we needed she gave us three options to choose from, which gave us the opportunity to compare their services and be confident in every choice.
Jennifer arranged consultations with the vendors that fit into our hectic work schedules and always attended the consultations with us. As brides know, we have a ton of questions, new ideas, and changes throughout the planning process and Jennifer was always flexible, accommodating and friendly. Furthermore, Jennifer kept the entire process very organized by creating a calendar detailing critical deadlines as well as a budget spreadsheet and vendor list with due dates for payments and “drop dead” dates for when decisions needed to be made.
Their "day-of" service was invaluable. Jennifer coordinated all of the vendor services leading up to the wedding and was the point of contact on the day of our big event for vendor deliveries, setup, limo, hotel, lighting, caterer, etc. Because of this, we were worry free and able to enjoy time with our wedding party while Jennifer and her team took care of all the details to make the day go smoothly.
My platinum wedding day was amazing and our wedding guests are STILL talking about how great the experience was. Jennifer is a consummate professional and always remained poised when handling both the high volume of detailed tasks as well as the unexpected hiccups.

I could not more highly recommend Clayre Cardi and Kaleidoscope Solutions. First of all, Clayre is a true pleasure to be around. I felt like I was planning my wedding with a great friend! She also truly listened to what my mom and I wanted and did her best to turn our visions into reality. She was very helpful in all meetings - both with us and with our vendors - and she and her team did excellent research, from finding special vendors to identifying unique items for our welcome bags. We had such an unbelievable experience working with Kaleidoscope Weddings. Being a very busy couple they took out all the of the stress out of planning a wedding from start to finish. They made sure we were comfortable with every decision and every price point throughout the planning process. They also brought unbelievable recommendations for vendors and provided so many creative ideas that made our wedding unique. Now we go to weddings and see other couples copy the ideas from our wedding.
Most importantly, the help they provided on our actual wedding day was worth the cost alone. We did not have one issue or question come up the entire wedding weekend. So glad we hired them and would highly recommend them to anyone! -

There are not enough words to describe Clayre and her Kaleidoscope team. From the moment we partnered, the entire wedding planning and day of experience was made exponentially easier. Clayre is a consummate professional who's expertise was beyond evident but never pushy. We had a vision for the entire day and she was able to guide us in bringing it all to life. She has the ability to see the angles on everything and bring to the forefront things you may not have considered.
Both of us are pretty organized and driven individuals, but the process of planning a wedding is a daunting task. There was a lot of stress and tension when we were trying to go at it alone. Immediately upon Clayre joining our team, she was able to streamline the process and give us the peace of mind all couples should have leading up to their wedding day. When that day finally arrived, Clayre was a star. Once the day starts the clock is very much against you, time just moves at an accelerated pace. Clayre and her team knew where everybody was supposed to be and when they were supposed to be there. She made sure the venue was in perfect order, the vendors were setup as discussed, and was able to address any hiccups. The day flew by seamlessly, so much so, we were ahead of schedule giving us more time on the dance floor!
We really cant emphasize enough the impact Clarye and Kaleidoscope had on this whole experience. The stress she took off us, all the ideas she provided, ensuring the day-of ran as perfectly as we imagined. It is impossible to envision a scenario of us pulling this off without Clayre. Weeks following our wedding we still receive compliments on many aspects of the wedding and that praise really belongs to her. She is an absolute delight to work with, and we 100% recommend her to everyone out there. We cant thank you enough Clayre, our day was perfect thanks to you! -

Every bride can agree, that planning a wedding is a very time consuming and stressful ordeal, especially if it is a large wedding being planned from afar. When I first spoke with Clayre (over a year before my wedding date), she was extremely professional and helped tailor the correct budget for a wedding planner based on what I needed to accomplish. For over a year, I worked with Jennifer Supper, who has been monumental to me throughout the entire wedding process. She provided any guidance/suggestions I needed, whether it was for small endeavors such as giftbags and wedding programs, to more significant items such as band, photographer, videographer. The vendors recommended to me were outstanding, and after months of working with Jen, I understood that I can pretty much trust her with anything.
Even during difficult moments, and times of incredible pressure during the wedding itself, the entire team was able to overcome any obstacle that came their way and make sure that our wedding was the best day of our lives, and everything we imagined it to be. Words cannot describe the depth of gratitude I have for Clayre and her team for the work they did for my wedding day. Clayre is the perfect professional to hire to help coordinate your day. She made excellent vendor recommendations and saved the day when, with 2 days to go, I forgot to order Escort Cards.
I can easily say that my wedding day was the best day of my life, and the Kscope team played a huge role in making it so. Hiring Kaleidoscope Weddings to plan my wedding was the best decision I made, and the best money I spent during my entire planning process. I decided to consider hiring a planner after I had a ton of difficulties reaching the contact for the venue we selected. I contacted several planning companies in Philadelphia, several of which never even returned my call. Jennifer Supper e-mailed me back almost immediately even though I sent my request at night, and asked me for my availability to chat. She found time the very next morning to call me while on her way to a wedding in Cape May. Jennifer was so understanding of how I felt, and I was so impressed with how she made time for me and my concerns no matter what was going on that I decided to hire her despite my parents and fiancé telling me I could handle the planning by myself.
Jennifer's initial demeanor on the phone with me was only a tiny glimpse into what an amazing wedding planner she is. Despite being a very hands-on and DIY bride, I can't imagine the planning process without her input and help on my projects. She has so many awesome vendor contacts and always knew what we were looking for in terms of style. AND, she was better at keeping me to my budget than I was!
Our wedding day coordination was absolutely flawless. Jennifer brought several members of her team to help manage the different aspects of the wedding and I loved that she was personally there with me from the beginning to the end of the day. Almost half of our guests told us that our wedding was the absolute best they had been to, and I know that Jennifer is 100% to thank as a result of her tireless efforts throughout the year planning process and day-of. Jennifer was so amazing that after the wedding was over, both my parents and my husband told me unprompted that hiring Jennifer was the best decision we made for our wedding. Personally, I couldn't agree more. -

Hiring Jen Supper from Kaleidoscope for my day of coordination was, hands down, the best decision I've ever made. I'm a super type-A, detail oriented, perfectionist and I knew I would be obsessing over things on the big day unless I brought in someone I trusted to handle last minute things that came up. I spoke to a number of coordinators prior to choosing Jen and she was the only one I felt could handle the job the way I wanted. She far exceeded every one of my expectations - she was amazingly helpful in handling last minute tasks, was not only a great problem solver but anticipated problems before they arose, kept everyone in line and everything running smoothly (plus she kept a drink in my hand all night long). She even helped break down the event and delivered our flowers for the next day's brunch! She was the biggest ally for me during the 2 months leading up to my wedding, was a wealth of knowledge and was game for anything. Plus she has a great attitude and sense of humor. On the big day, I was able to really be in the moment and enjoy myself because I knew Jen would take care of everything. My wedding was absolutely perfect and I know I have Jen to thank for it. We hired Jennifer Supper (JS) from Kaleidoscope exactly 3 months before our wedding in June & that was the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process! We had basically bought out all of our vendors on our own but realized quickly that we were going to need a 3rd party to help us with all of the small details on the day of the wedding particularly because we were having our event at a museum & had to bring everything in ourselves.
JS & her team went well above & beyond their base scope of work as a day of coordinator - so much so that it is really not possible to put it all into words here but I will try to list a few examples. For instance, Jennifer worked with not 1 but 2 different caterer's we had hired (we had an 'American' caterer & an Indian caterer) to determine what was necessary in terms of rentals for linens/ cutlery/ furnishings & saved us at least a few thousand $$$ by using a vendor she has a close relation, & therefore discount, with. JS also secured a tent for us the week of the wedding when the forecast took a turn & everyone was telling us they did not have any tents left - JS even met the tent company at the venue at 9pm on the Thurs. before the wedding to set up the tent!
On the day of the wedding Kaleidoscope had four girls on-hand: JS plus 1 with me & my husband keeping us on task & 2 at the venue helping to get things setup. It was so nice, not only for us but also for our families/ wedding party, to just be able to enjoy the day & not worry about things like having to look after the gift table or bring all of the stuff back to the room at the end of the night. In fact, JS & her team not only did that but also set up our suite beautifully - including 2 full to the brim 4ft long coolers - for our after-party! In summary, I would use Kaleidoscope again in a heartbeat & would recommend their services to anyone that feels they could use a hand because let's face it you only get married once & it should be fun! -

I hired Jennifer from Kaleidescope Weddings about two months before our winter wedding in February. I went back and forth for months about whether or not I wanted a day of coordinator as it seemed like another expense. I realized very soon after working with Jenn that hiring her was the best decision we made and we probably should have hired her sooner!
Jenn was incredibly organized, flexible, and calming during a stressful time as the wedding got closer. Jenn did so much more for us and our families than I could have imagined. On top of normal day-of services like scheduling hair and makeup, she helped my mom and mother in law navigate a last minute farewell brunch and hotel bags. She negotiated with many of my vendors around additions and changes to packages. She found these beautiful blankets and had them embroidered a week before the wedding when I realized that the flimsy scarves I bought may not cut it with the cold weather we were having.
Jenn SAVED the day on our wedding. Just before heading to the church, we were blessed with a snowy turned blizzard wedding. While so beautiful, it posed challenges for our transportation and timing. Jenn coordinated the transportation so that no one was left behind despite delays. She also lent me her Hunter boots so I wouldn't get frost bite while posing for the most wonderful photos. Our venue was BYO and we ran out of vodka in the first hour. Heavy drinkers! No one had any idea though because Jenn had her assistant go out in the snow to take care of the issue. Our family and friends can attest that having Jenn as part of our wedding allowed us to enjoy our magical wedding worry-free! Thank you for making our wedding so perfect!

No words could truly express how grateful I am to Clayre and her team at Kaleidoscope Weddings. It's safe to say my wedding day would not has gone as smoothly as it did had I not hired Clayre for day of coordination. I have been in my fair share of weddings and seeing how stressful the day can be on the Bride and her mother, I had prepared for the worst. With the UNBELIEVABLE team at Kaleidoscope Weddings not an ounce of stress was felt.
Having planned events for a living when it came time to plan my wedding I was on top of things. In most cases I was ahead of the game and the thought of needing a wedding planner was so far from my mind. As the summer ended and I started a new job- I began to feel the pressure. After serious thought I knew I needed help to get me through the last leg of the planning process and especially to be with me on my big day. I was dealing with a HUGE wedding party, 24 people. I knew I was going to need assistance to keep everyone in line and I did not want my Mother to take on the stress. She deserved to enjoy the day. After researching wedding planners I happened across Clayre and her company. Clarye was my saving grace, as the wedding neared she was always there to listen and calm me down when my stress levels grew. When I felt stressed with a task she happily took it off my plate, she took the worry out of SO many things because she was always on top of her game.
My husband and mother at first poked fun at me that I had to hire a wedding planner. But their reaction after the first meeting and still to this day, they tell me it was the best decision I ever made. Stating that we could have not gotten through it without Clayre and her team. They are such rock stars, my sister in law in getting married in Oct and hired her immediately after my wedding!! I still have guests and my wedding party tell me how amazing they were. Stating that they've never been in a wedding that has run so smoothly, LOOK NO FURTHER HIRE THEM TODAY!!! -

I do not know how the wedding would have gone without AnneMaire and the girls at Kaleidoscope. My mother booked Kaleidoscope about a month before the wedding when we began to realize the wedding weekend would require more work than we bargained for. Thank goodness we did! One girl made sure my brothers were on time and dressed for the pictures. Another made sure my bridesmaids didn't spend so much time preening they would miss the ceremony. AnneMaire stayed with my husband and I and made sure we had everything we needed. Sounds like overkill- I thought so, until the day of. Drinking on an empty stomach and heartburn during the ceremony, Annemarie has tums. Someone to hold your shawl on the freezing day and pull the leaves from your dress - I had Annemarie. These are just a few examples, I could fill a whole page with everything. I had an amazing time and I was not worried about a thing because of the amazing job of the girls at Kaleidoscope. -

Jennifer Supper is the best wedding planner I could have possibly asked for. She knew instinctively the vibe we were going for, and set me up with the perfect team. She was so friendly and down-to-earth that I felt one of my best friends was planning my wedding for me. My flower girl began calling her Mary Poppins, not only because of her bag full of anything you could possibly need, but also her ability to work magic in any situation. Whenever I began getting stressed about the wedding, I would talk to her on the phone and be immediately calmed, because I knew she had everything under control. My wedding was PERFECT, and I know I couldn't have done it without her. My maid-of-honor already wants to hire Jen for her own wedding (and she's not even engaged yet). Jen is Mary Poppins, Superwoman and your bff combined into one fabulous entity. She's simply amazing! -

We cannot say enough great things about Jen. She was a miracle worker on our wedding day. We didn't think we needed a day-of-coordinator until about 3 weeks before our wedding - which led to desperate calls to several local wedding coordinators. After speaking to a few coordinators, I felt most at ease with Jen in our initial call and decided to hire her. It was the best decision we could have ever made.
We knew whoever we hired would be put to the test, and Jen handled our complicated AND long day consisting of over 400 guests with ease (we had 2 ceremonies - an Indian and a Civil Ceremony - which included a lunch, reception, and after-party).
I highly recommend Jen and her team. I know that without Jen my perfect wedding day would have been filled with stress. I was able to truly enjoy my day and I know that it was due to having Jen there. Our vendors also enjoyed working with Jen and told us that she was one of the few coordinators they felt knew what she was doing. Our only regret was that we didn't hire Jen and her team sooner. My daughter got married in September and we worked with Jen, the planner extraordinaire, to put together a beautiful and successful wedding. Working with Jen was not only a delightful experience, but crucial to the success of our big day as we quickly realized that her expertise and incredible efficiency were simply indispensable. The stress of planning such a monumental event without a Jen by your side can really take away from the enjoyment of the actual day when it finally arrives. Jen was there on the day, making sure our rain plan was executed perfectly and bringing an amazing and positive JENergy! to those of us bummed out by the rain. Her professionalism was complimented on multiple occasions by our vendors. I have already recommended Jen's services to numerous friends with children getting married. Best of the best!!! -

Clayre at Kaleidoscope is the reason that we were able to enjoy our wedding! After many months of planning, I realized that I could not make all the pieces come together without sacrificing my sanity. We hired Clayre only a few weeks before our wedding and she was professional, organized, and supportive from the start. Clayre was such a pleasure to work with - she is one of those people who just "gets it'" - and she knew how to handle every potentially sticky situation that came up (divorced/remarried parent etiquette etc) and how to coordinate all the final details of the wedding. She took a load of stress not just off of me, but my groom and my entire family as well! Everything went off without a hitch because of her. If I had to do it all over again, the only thing I would change is hiring her sooner! I would absolutely recommend her to everyone I know who is engaged - if you want to be able to enjoy your wedding to the fullest, you should hire Clayre and her amazing team! -

My experience with kaleidoscope was invaluable. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the business and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible from start to finish. She was always available, talking me through every step of the way and minimized my stress level tremendously! She also found me the most professional and cost-effective vendors which I view as another invaluable service. The day of my wedding, it was raining. Jen worked tirelessly with the venue to ensure that our last minute rain plan went off without a hitch! Lastly, I just loved working with her. I can not say enough good things about Kaleidoscope Event Planning! I recently used Clayre and her team for day of coordination for my wedding on 10/12/14. Six weeks before my wedding Clayre began to work with me to iron out every little detail and the timeline for my wedding! As a bride it is all these tiny details that are enough to make you crazy... as soon as Clayre stepped in every worry, stress or uncertainty I had about the wedding planning went away! She completely put my mind at ease about everything and never made me feel like I was being too over the top or asking too many questions! She always made me feel like I was the only bride that she was working with and always called to check up frequently! Everyone always told me don't worry if something goes wrong the day of, it usually does but don't let anyone or anything ruin your day. I can honestly say I had an absolute perfect wedding, enjoyed every minute and not one little thing went wrong thanks to Clayre and her team! I can't thank them enough for everything! -

Jennifer Supper and her Kaleidoscope team truly made my dream wedding come to life. Initially my husband and I did not think that we would need a planner with all of the timelines and checklists that we had at our fingertips. However, as our big day approached we became overwhelmed with ensuring that all of our day of details were executed flawlessly, while making sure that we both fully enjoyed our day. We decided to hire Jennifer for day of planning and it was the best decision we made! Jennifer began helping us finalize details for our wedding a couple months prior to our day and she made sure that she knew exactly what we wanted. On the day of my wedding, I was able to relax and have fun with my girls in the morning and dance the night away at night without any worries because I knew Jennifer had everything covered. From ensuring that there were no off-white linens used for my ‘Black & White’ themed wedding to calling tons of people on the hunt for our best man’s lost cell phone, Jennifer went above and beyond. She greatly exceeded our expectations and we could not thank her enough for allowing us to fully enjoy our perfect wedding day. -

Clayre Cardi, Jennifer Supper, and the remainder of the wonderful staff at Kaleidescope Weddings were instrumental to the success of our wedding. We had asked our photographer, a friend, who was the best planner she had worked with and she answered Clayre. From help with the venue, planning along the timeline, and booking all of the various vendors, she and her staff were always available for consultation and execution. When we wanted independence (rarely, given their skills and expertise), we got it. We were supported, without ever being prompted. Throughout the wedding planning process, I was reminded that my Mother-in-law had been directly involved in the planning of two weddings previous to ours, and that her standards were unusually high (Chicago-born Greek girl meets a Texas-sized southern hospitality of Emily Post). Clayre and her team met every challenge they were presented with grace. And for us, a happy Mother-in-law also meant a happy bride and groom.
The support continued through the day of the wedding, which was an wonderful experience made simultaneously exciting and calm due to the planning and direction of Clayre and her team. Our families and guests were treated with the exact same respect and warmth that we were given. Someone was with us, and managing the different vendors, at every point in time. There were seemingly no hitches (or none that we needed to be alerted to), likely due to the effective planning. Scratch that. Minutes before the ceremony, my brother realized that he had misplaced his tie. Jennifer left the reception venue, got into her car, found a MATCHING tie, and dropped it off with us at the ceremony venue. It took her 15 minutes to get all of that done. In the city. Unreal.
It was an absolute pleasure to have worked with Clayre and her team. Look no further, you've found the perfect company to help plan your wedding. -

I can't say enough amazing things about Jen Supper and her team. My now-husband and I planned our wedding in the greater Philly area from our home base in California, and we knew that we needed help in execution during those final few months. We actually had another wedding planner lined up already but had to scramble to find Jen this spring after that individual and her partner went out of business suddenly (which is a whole different story)...just take this as evidence that Jen and team were flexible and willing to jump in from the start!
I actually found her based on reviews from the website, so you can have some faith in what you are reading. Once we started working with Jen about 2 months out from the big day, she was super helpful with all questions (big and small), organizing appointments with potential vendors for my last trip east, and handling all transportation issues. She helped us execute final design details on the day-of (a lot of which was DIY) and was truly the glue that held the event together. As I told her recently, she struck the perfect balance between supporting our vision and keeping us from getting too overwhelmed while still pushing us in the right/perfect direction.
If you have any doubts about hiring a coordinator/planner, then you have to know it was the best decision I ever made about the wedding - other than choosing my now-husband! And I would recommend Jen and Kaleidoscope a million times over for the job. -

Clayre and her company was the best money I had ever spent. I hired her for day of planning. Basically I wanted her to make sure everything went smoothly. I got so much more. From 90 days out she was my right hand. Since I live in Florida and my wedding was in Philadelphia it was tough for me to see centerpieces, get with vendors, find a florist. Clayre did it all!!!! She really cares about your wedding as if it was her own. She became a part of our family. My sister in law is getting married in Florida and after seeing how much Clayre had helped me she hired a wedding planner. She was very disappointed. So if you are going to spend the money (very reasonable and flexible) than you need to get Kalediscope Solutions. There will be no other planner that will put the time, effort, and love into your wedding. -

You might be thinking do I really need to hire a wedding planner or a day of planner and I wondered the same thing too. Anyone that knows me would classify me as super organizer and detailed oriented so why would I need additional help. My mom and husband thought this was an unnecessary expense at first, until we started working with Jennifer Supper. She was our Day of Planner and she was amazing! She ALWAYS responded promptly to all of our e-mails and texts and she went above and beyond to help us before, during, and after the wedding. She even came to our house the next day to drop off cards and wedding decor that she collected when the wedding was over. She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process and I recommend her to anyone! If you're not sure, I'd say do it! You'll be a happier bride! -
